Curtis and DJ! They are some amazing people to work with. Curtis handled the estimate and quoting. He was very knowledgeable and informative. He walked me through the process and helped me pick out the right materials for my needs and wants for the house and made it easy.

DJ came out to do the official measurements and took the lead on the whole install. What really impressed me was the time they were able to get all the work done being short handed people. They doubled down and got it done quick! Every day they were scheduled to come out they were always ready to go on time and even early.

I'm extremely satisficed and impressed with the entire process from start to finish, they made what could easily be a stressful experience, a very easy and smooth one. Thanks guys!

We had to replace our existing skylights. Had several quotes from various companies. Mitch came buy with a quote that was within reason and comparable to the others. What separated  Mitch, and overnight skylight, from the others was his enthusiasm, commitment, and passion for what he was doing and talking about. Not going to lie, I had my reservations considering they were relatively new company with a new license. I voiced these concerns to Mitch and he understand yet was committed to starting his business off on the right foot. In today's world it's important to give a new business the opportunity to build a positive reputation and that is exactly what they've started doing. Mitch and his partner (Who, I might add, is a 3rd generation, glass person), do it right! No issues, on time, excellent work and they stand behind their work and the product they install. I would lightly recommend overnight skylight and the team.

Absolutely love the work these guys did. They were all so friendly. From the office staff to the installers everyone was fantastic. Can't wait to do my master bath and I will definitely be using Jocoran again.

Timely, Efficient, Friendly and no upscale/hard sale.  Job was able to be done same day with quality workmanship.

Not impressed

A simple window from a mobile home - 14x14 with faded plexiglass that needed replacement.  $23 for the glass or $40 for glass and to install in the little frame.  Seemed high but for $40 maybe they put in new seals or something.  She said to take a seat and they would do it right away.  I said I needed to run a quick errand and returned after 15 minutes.  Can I help you?  Didn't know me.  This is not a busy place folks.

I waited an additional 10 minutes and asked if I should come back later.  Well they are unloading a truck now so its going to be a while.

I returned later and found my new plexiglass (plastic still on it) installed in the frame.  Upon arrival at home the plastic was wedged stuck the frame so I had to take it apart and reinstall it myself anyway.  And no new seals - they were in bad shape.

I thought I needed some of our windows repaired.  Steven and Mariah promptly showed for our evaluation appointment.  They were friendly and nice.  As I started showing my problem windows to them, they candidly told me that my windows were in great working order and that my problems were really areas that aesthetically could be improved.  In other words, none of the problems I noticed lowered the functioning of our windows. Steven and Mariah are so honest and straight forward!  They offered me the choice of repairing my windows to improve the aesthetics or not. How often do you find such honesty?!!!  This was an amazing experience - so much so that it caused me to write this review.  If you need a window company, then I strongly recommend you contact Desert Breeze Glass.

They replaced my windshield but damaged my dashboard.  They sent a guy to look at it and he claims it was already that way.  No!  It was not!!!Now I am waiting for the supervisor to get back to me.  I called my insurance and they said I need to get an estimate and try to get Universal auto glass to repair this.  We'll see how that goes!  Thanks for ruining my car Universal auto glass!!! You suck!

Robert-first of all you do NOT know about my car!  It has NOT been in the Arizona sun for 11 years!  You need to shut the eFF up before you start speaking like you know the history of a car that you #1 did not see and # 2 who says you're the expert in Pontiacs!  If you sincerely felt bad for my situation you would not have actrd like an asshole on the phone call.  As a business owner you should have suggested I get the estimate instead of denying any responsibilty and acting like an asshole!  And btw the dash was NOT warped.  So SUCK IT!

I used Redline in Dec 2016 to repair a broken window in my Peoria AZ winter home, I was so impressed with Terry the window tech guy, that I got an estimate from them in January to replace 3 old single pane windows and up grade to double pane, aluminum frame.  It took a little over 3 weeks to get the windows manufactured because I only wanted aluminum and not vinyl, they finished up last week and installed all 3 windows.  James the installer did an excellent job and I would definitely use Redline in the future if needed.

We love supporting small businesses. The big box just do not measure up the experience of working with a small business owner.

We called Tom inquiring about new doors and a security door. He came by and first took measurements to better assist with our decision with what we wanted.   He listened and showed us options for review. No pressure to upgrade anything. We already had in mind what we wanted and he was able to get us exactly that.  We were sold and placed the order.

They called when our doors were at their business and set up the installation date. Now here is where it just gets better. The two who arrived were a pleasure to meet. They got started right away prepping the areas that would have some expected debris. We were amazed at what is all entailed when replacing doors. They did not shortcut on anything. They did the check twice cut once approach with everything they did. Once they were done you wouldn't have known they were there. Everything was cleaned up taking with them the debris and old doors. I think you would agree you don't get that with the big box stores.

Finally installed we were so happy with the look of them all. What made our decision to work with Red Rock Windows and Doors even better was that the noise from the street was gone. Because they took the time to get it right the gaps from the previous doors were gone so we received great fitting doors.

Our next project with Tom and the crew will be getting our windows done.

it has been one year and 6 months since I had my Milguard windows installed by ck glass & windows. they leaked the first monsoon season in about 5 different places. there was no caulking sealer added and no one would come out and finish the job of sealing the leaks. I finally tried to do it myself. worked last year but the windows were leaking at a different place this monsoon season(1922). I had to go around each window and seal them. there was no sealer around any of the windows along the top. it caused a constant drip when the rains came. I sealed them again. I thought I had paid to have the windows installed correctly. I was wrong.  very poor customer service. very few phone calls and/or texts returned.
