He said he would come board up my broken sliding glass door and he never showed up or called to cancel. I was counting on them and they let me down.  It's over 100° daily now so having a large gaping hole in the house isn't ideal. I finally found Reliable Glass and they came out to help. It's all in the name I guess.

Chuck is the best! Not only did he show up and give me a very competitive price on screens for two of my rental properties, he was very professional and was able to get the job done ahead of schedule on both properties! Curtis and DJ! They are some amazing people to work with. Curtis handled the estimate and quoting. He was very knowledgeable and informative. He walked me through the process and helped me pick out the right materials for my needs and wants for the house and made it easy.

DJ came out to do the official measurements and took the lead on the whole install. What really impressed me was the time they were able to get all the work done being short handed people. They doubled down and got it done quick! Every day they were scheduled to come out they were always ready to go on time and even early.

I'm extremely satisficed and impressed with the entire process from start to finish, they made what could easily be a stressful experience, a very easy and smooth one. Thanks guys!

We had to replace our existing skylights. Had several quotes from various companies. Mitch came buy with a quote that was within reason and comparable to the others. What separated  Mitch, and overnight skylight, from the others was his enthusiasm, commitment, and passion for what he was doing and talking about. Not going to lie, I had my reservations considering they were relatively new company with a new license. I voiced these concerns to Mitch and he understand yet was committed to starting his business off on the right foot. In today's world it's important to give a new business the opportunity to build a positive reputation and that is exactly what they've started doing. Mitch and his partner (Who, I might add, is a 3rd generation, glass person), do it right! No issues, on time, excellent work and they stand behind their work and the product they install. I would lightly recommend overnight skylight and the team.

Installers were on time, professional and did an amazing install. I was referred to them by a friend after having a botched install by a different company. Jocoran Glass had to basically make their job cover the tracks of someone else's mess and they delivered! Came out perfect and they went the extra to fix the mistakes made by the prior company. Pricing was very fair and worth every penny to undo the poor prior work!

That person has no relation to this company whats so ever he hasnt been employed with this company since december of 2018. Unbelievable. After such a good first impression on Wednesday,  no show or call for next day's promised final measurement by Chance.  Day 3 we had to call to inquire now what? Only to be told to call Chance ourselves. We did-no answer - voicemailbox full. Called office again, gave our info again, was  told Chance was busy too, and left our number...waiting......

As a Realtor, I've seen a lot of glass companies promise things to their clients but when it comes down to customer service, they run. Desert Breeze is like no other glass company. I always try to support locally owned businesses, and I was happy to have chosen Universal. The technician was quick, courteous, and professional, and the job was done right. It was an all-around great experience working with them.

Update to last my review. When writing that review I was emotional and a little to quick to judge. After the review we had a leak show up and reported it. I always say the way to judge a company by the way they handle their problems. I must say Red Rock stepped up in the end and resolved all our problems even after not giving them a favorable review. As throughout the process they were professional and easy to deal with and made things right. Even though the process was little bumpy Thomas the owner stood behind his work and made things right and this is a company you can trust. After seeing  their response I would use them again

I purchased a 12 X 36 window to replace an old aluminum window above our shower.  They told me it would take 2 to 3 weeks to get the window.  After 3 weeks I was contacted and they told me that it would be installed on Friday, 9/23.  The office manager, Kelli told me the installer would be there about 10:30 am.  I waited until 2:50 pm, when Kelli called and said their installer got tied up.  She asked if they could reschedule for the following Thursday or Friday.  I told her I had an appointment on Thursday, but Friday worked well.  She told me I would be first on his list.  On Wednesday I got an email to call Kelli.  I phoned her and she asked if their installer could come on Thursday, 9/29.  I explained that my appointment had been rescheduled and I was available on Thursday.  I asked if I would be first on his list? Kelli said yes, that he needed to pick up some doors but should be at my house by 10:30 am.  On Thursday I waited until 1:10 pm, without the installer showing up.  I called the office and got their voicemail.  I left a message that their installer had not showed, and requested she call me back.  I got no return call.  At 4 pm I called again and got their message machine again.  I again told them that their installer had not arrived and requested a call back.  Again, no return call.  
On Friday 9/30 at 8:45 am their installer arrived.  He replaced the window and left.  I went to their office to pay the balance.  Kelli handled the transaction without any word of the previous day's messages.
It appears that if you have a small order, you are put in limbo.  Common courtesy would be to call me back and explain the situation.

I was very unhappy with the follow up quality related leaks in my windows. appointments were set up and missed. This issue has been unresolved since august. i will write more once the company decides to contact me and finish the job they were paid to do.
