Evan came out same day (within just a couple hours, even) and quickly installed the remainder of a shower that I had partially installed. He was professional and well mannered. The price was unbeatable. And the shower looks fantastic!

Not only did he show up and give me a very competitive price on screens for two of my rental properties, he was very professional and was able to get the job done ahead of schedule on both properties! Curtis and DJ! They are some amazing people to work with. Curtis handled the estimate and quoting. He was very knowledgeable and informative. He walked me through the process and helped me pick out the right materials for my needs and wants for the house and made it easy.

DJ came out to do the official measurements and took the lead on the whole install. What really impressed me was the time they were able to get all the work done being short handed people. They doubled down and got it done quick! Every day they were scheduled to come out they were always ready to go on time and even early.

We had to replace our existing skylights. Had several quotes from various companies. Mitch came buy with a quote that was within reason and comparable to the others. What separated  Mitch, and overnight skylight, from the others was his enthusiasm, commitment, and passion for what he was doing and talking about. Not going to lie, I had my reservations considering they were relatively new company with a new license. I voiced these concerns to Mitch and he understand yet was committed to starting his business off on the right foot. In today's world it's important to give a new business the opportunity to build a positive reputation and that is exactly what they've started doing. Mitch and his partner (Who, I might add, is a 3rd generation, glass person), do it right! No issues, on time, excellent work and they stand behind their work and the product they install. I would lightly recommend overnight skylight and the team.

The guys at Apache Glass were wonderful.  We had a large remodel job (A health  Club). They were reasonable in their pricing and simply outstanding with the quality of their work. Went with this company instead of Safelite on a recommendation from my brother because of the Diamon Fusion they offer. Tech (sub contracted Trinity Auto Glass) came to my place of business, completed the windshield install in less than 30min and when I asked about the Diamon Fusion he stated he was not told about this and didn't have any of the wipes to adhere it. Contacted Desert Breeze just after his departure who stated they would take care of it. Two days later I'd heard nothing and contacted them....after several calls back to me I was told it will be taken care of (same phrase I got the first time) and scheduled for it to be done on Monday 5/1 between 10-2. Monday came and went with no call/no show as with each day since. Very disappointing.

Less than a week after buying a new car, my windshield was cracked from a rock on the 51. I scheduled an appointment with Universal Glass to replace the windshield. Joseph from Universal called when he was on the way, showed up as promised and was extremely meticulous and careful while removing the old windshield and installing a new one. One of the first things he did was inspect the factory installation of the original glass and pointed out areas that could cause me concern after the new windshield was installed. Smart man!! He was patient with my questions and very careful during the entire process. I was quite impressed with his expertise and the care he took while doing the job. If you can get Joseph to replace your windshield, you will be very satisfied with his work. Thanks Joseph!!

Needed a double pane window replaced in a French door.  Set up an appointment to measure the glass and then for the install.  Richard showed up on time on both occasions, was professional in his work and did a good job.

I highly recommend Red Rock for your project. They did my project to turn a window into a door and did an amazing job. Their price was more competitive than the other two quotes I received, and they were also the best communicators and least salesy company I spoke with. The technicians who did the installation were skilled and also had good customer service. They answered all my questions and ensured they answered all of my questions. Highly recommend!

I purchased a 12 X 36 window to replace an old aluminum window above our shower.  They told me it would take 2 to 3 weeks to get the window.  After 3 weeks I was contacted and they told me that it would be installed on Friday, 9/23.  The office manager, Kelli told me the installer would be there about 10:30 am.  I waited until 2:50 pm, when Kelli called and said their installer got tied up.  She asked if they could reschedule for the following Thursday or Friday.  I told her I had an appointment on Thursday, but Friday worked well.  She told me I would be first on his list.  On Wednesday I got an email to call Kelli.  I phoned her and she asked if their installer could come on Thursday, 9/29.  I explained that my appointment had been rescheduled and I was available on Thursday.  I asked if I would be first on his list? Kelli said yes, that he needed to pick up some doors but should be at my house by 10:30 am.  On Thursday I waited until 1:10 pm, without the installer showing up.  I called the office and got their voicemail.  I left a message that their installer had not showed, and requested she call me back.  I got no return call.  At 4 pm I called again and got their message machine again.  I again told them that their installer had not arrived and requested a call back.  Again, no return call.  
On Friday 9/30 at 8:45 am their installer arrived.  He replaced the window and left.  I went to their office to pay the balance.  Kelli handled the transaction without any word of the previous day's messages.
It appears that if you have a small order, you are put in limbo.  Common courtesy would be to call me back and explain the situation.

I was very unhappy with the follow up quality related leaks in my windows. appointments were set up and missed. This issue has been unresolved since august. i will write more once the company decides to contact me and finish the job they were paid to do.
