Cobra and Bob are the best.  He is a unusual in that he educates you how to avoid having him return!!  I learned a lot from him and he cleared my drains for the best price I have had in this house for 22 years.  The best.

Our water heater had one foot in the grave and needed to be replaced. My mom called John and he was over within the hour to check out our water heater and tell us about our options. The kitchen faucet also had a leak and in just a few minutes John had pictures and details for the faucets he recommended. John was able to come back a day later to do the tankless water heater install and the sink. Even though just a tankless install can take all day John was able to complete that and install the new faucet in one day. Everything is looking great now. The tankless water heater freed up a lot of space in our garage.

VIP was a recommendation. When I called to get a quote it was a friendly easy person who answered and gave me a fair price so I didn't even hesitate in doing further research. I got an appointment right away. Nick came out, he was friendly and easy to work with. Alvino also joined him later and again friendly and easy to work with.
Nick went out of his way to make sure the job got done correctly and to my satisfaction. I couldn't ask for more. I will definitely call on them again and highly recommend to my friends and family.

About 24 hours from calling about a backed up drain to service complete. Also below half the price of a previous quote. Almco will be my first call if I need any more plumbing help.

We live in one of those neighborhoods where there is a lot of repiping going on.  After numerous pin hole leaks we decided it was time.  We got several bids as well as recommendations from neighbors and we decided to go with Simpex.  We were impressed with Brian's knowledge and the fact that this wasn't just some franchise business.  His crews had worked together for years and came together again to work for Brian, who they had also worked with.  
It is a messy proposition but they worked hard to mitigate the disruption.
They communicated well and paid attention to details.  Even the city inspector commented on their work.

I needed a complicated water filtration system replaced. Figure I could do it myself with the help of a YouTube video. Well, all I can say is that it wasn't as easy as I first thought. These guys made it look easy though.

I had two toilets that didn't flush well and they augured them for me. Their price on the web site says drain cleaning: $68,  but doesn't mention the quantity. So that was $68 dollars apiece. Insanely expensive. I'm mad at myself because I could've bought an auger at Home Depot for 15-40 bucks. Looks dead simple to operate.

Then I also had a toilet that had an air leak. It was constantly hissing and I figured it would be a matter of time before it started leaking water, so they quoted me $250 to replace the fill mechanism. HOLY SMOKES! I could buy the kit at Home Depot for $25 and figure out how to do it myself. The guy knocked off $100 and I didn't really want to do it myself. So, I ended up paying $150 for a $15 part replace. I wish that were the worst of it, but it wasn't. After he left my toilet started filling and leaking water. I called the company and they said it was probably the flapper valve. So I went down to HD and bought a new one and put it in myself. While removing the old flapper valve I found a piece of white tubing. Not sure if that got left behind when the guy changed out the fill unit and that was causing me the issue, or not. But at least it is working now, thanks to my efforts, not theirs.

Very disappointed at the price and the results. I totally feel taken advantage of.

I have used Don Laidlaw for a number of plumbing issues.  He stands by his work and always does a fine job.  

The last time I used him I had a whole house water filter installed outside the house.  After he left we noticed a small leak that night and called Don back.

It turns out that when Don manipulated the pipe outside a small hairline crack formed inside the wall.

Don came back immediately the next day (which turned out to be Father's Day) and discovered, cut through the wall and fixed everything.

The thing that impressed me most was the quality of his cuts through the wall, the replacement of everything, and the initial work he did.

I know that he was excited about spending Father's Day with his kids and I respected that he took a part of that day and followed through to make sure the job was complete and of good quality.

When it comes to hiring a professional to work for you, you can't ask for more than that.

Last week I had a gas leak in my house so I called Pipe Bros to get my gas back on ASAP. Christian came out that same day and fixed it super fast. I highly recommend them for their great customer service and speedy quality service. :)

Travis came for a quote at the time as promised.  He is upfront and detailed about his schedule and charge.  His communication is clean and precise.  Travis is an articulate business man as well as an expert plumber.

This is the second time I've used Cal's Plumbing, and he'll be my first call next time I need fast, friendly and fair service. Cal knows his stuff and does excellent quality work. (He also used safer Covid-19 practices in our home, which is much appreciated!)

Find it hard to believe all their reviews are 5 stars, I called the 800 # from HomeDepot to get a tankless water heater installed, (Plumb365 apparently has the install contract) a guy from Plumb365 came to my house in 2 days where my old hot water tank had been since it went out and i was considering going to a tankless. he told me the city needed to come out and permit if i went through homedepot or he can quote me through Plumb365. He said he would send me the quote in 24-48 hours. He never sent me the quote and I never heard from anyone else since. Terrible service, seems like they poach from Homedepot clients. The guy seemed VERY knowledgeable about installation/cost but didn't want to quote me then or the job my guess. I'm surprised he couldn't give me a ballpark # since he does quotes everyday. something fishy with this company. smh, id recommend you get a 2nd quote from another company.

Nothing to complain about !!!! He's just amazing, fast and focus on his job (he was here 30min after I called him, job was done in 10 min it was an in&out for $50 while I was just estimated by an other company an hour before for $216). No one can beat his price !!!
I'm so glad I finally found my plumber, gracias amigo ;) he does Spanglish.

Called and had Devin out same day! He was able to make all repairs necessary and gave me the best price out of 3 estimates overall for what was needed
