Bob was very helpful and professional and did a very good job with helping us out. He did not rush the job and he educated us on how to make clean-outs last longer by switching brand names of TP.  We thought all TP was the same, but now we know better.  Thanks Bob. By far the BEST plumbing company I have dealt with to address main sewer line issues, and I have had my fair share of absolutely atrocious and unethical plumbing companies. VIP Sewer had the most competitive prices for Hydrojetting roots out of the main sewer line, but even more important that that, I was truly impressed by how effortless and non stressful the whole process was. Miguel showed up early for the appointment, and I got a text alert informing me about that, so I was able to meet him at the property just as he arrived. Miguel was an absolute pleasure to work with. He was very unassuming, and went about taking care of the problem efficiently and methodically. The issue was resolved within 40 mins, and just like that, what was stressing me out for days was taken care of in a jiffy. What caused the stress in the first place were plumbers who just straight up painted a doom and gloom picture of my sewer line to upsell extremely expensive services without even trying anything else. I am finishing a kitchen remodel. I needed the electric outlets swapped out, 2 regular, one GFI and one rocker switch. They came out the next day, they did the work requested, and charged what they quoted. They were very respectful of me and my property and they cleaned everything nicely. I will hire them again.

We woke up to water everywhere in our front yard and a broken pipe... I found these guys on Yelp and gave them a call. They called me back before they were open and were over here within a couple hours. Very friendly and quick and we did not feel like were being ripped off. We will call them again in the future.

I have been a real estate agent for about eight years and I can't tell you how hard it is to find a good/reliable plumber. Specific for the unit that Vlad helped me with I had a nightmare story with my previous plumber, ended up waiting for parts for about three months and kept me from actually renting out the apartment. Finally I got fed up with the last company and decided to call Vlad from a friend's recommendation. Once I called him the parts were installed within a week. I was personally there when Vlad was installing the new/updated fixtures for 2 of our bathrooms. Every time he faced an obstacle he always found a way to make it work. Certified Restoration is a 24hr. Water Removal and Remediation Co. in San Diego. We are constantly calling out plumbers to fix pipes so we can dry-out a building or home. We developed a leak under our kitchen sink; we thought it was the garbage disposer, but weren't sure.  I called Monty's, which I had found on Yelp; the phone was answered immediately by KC.  He was booked for the day, but had a little time between two jobs, and with no reluctance, agreed to come and look at our job.  He showed up (with a smile on his face) when he said he would, diagnosed the problem within a few minutes, and had Kevin install a new disposer that same afternoon. What a pleasant surprise to find a company owner so accommodating and personable and an employee so friendly and capable. We'll certainly use them again and recommend them to all our friends.

Absolutely Fantastic.  Very pleased...appt. the same day.  When I called I was told we are pretty full, my heart sunk because I thought I'd have to wait a day or more.  Nope...I called around 10 am and was told they would have someone here between 1 and 3.

Titus got here at 1:10.  We have a Jacuzzi tub/shower/steam...  access to the leak was easy but I thought we had one leak...we actually had three.  He fixed two and found the third..there is a small crack in a filter (has been there for at least 5 years) and he found it.  Nobody else found it, Titus did.  When I hunt down this filter (tub is 17 years old )I will be calling and asking for Titus to come out and replace it.

It took much longer than he probably anticipated and still only charged what he quoted.  

Outstanding service, from my initial phone call till the minute Titus walked out the door.  I will be saving their # and calling them for any plumbing issues I have at home and any we might have at my bosses rental..this property is considered our shop/place of business/bosses home.

travis, what a great guy! was at my house in 20 minutes when the idiots from home depot were coming up with excuses not install our dish washer. they destroyed our house barreling in and and with appliances scraping door and paint in my new renovated home.  travis was straight up, said nothing was wrong, even told the 2 non american installers that nothings wrong and they walked out , got in there moving truck and zoomed away.travis was so sweet and courteous and we will call him again if needed. thanks travis :)

I was referred by a friend at work. I had a hose break under the sink. At the time I thought it was a pipe or something worse. I called and they came right over and fixed it. I was so happy with the gentleman that helped me. I will refer my friends to diet plumbing.

We recently remodeled our kitchen and had both the gas and plumbing lines rerouted by a different plumbing company. A short while later we noticed a gas smell in our home and called the original company to come back out. They were unable to detect the issue and said the issue was caused by sewer smells and not having run the water in our home. Devin was recommended to me by a colleague. I called him for a second opinion-- He was easy to get a hold of, arrived quickly at our home, and was able to determine the cause of a gas leak shortly after his arrival. His pricing was reasonable and he didn't take advantage of us in an emergency situation.
