Life Saver! We had a small leak at our rental home. Working with the tenants, had us concerned because the drywall was bubbling with a slow drip. JD showed up, gave us a complete estimate for the job. Initially thought the estimate might be a little high. However, it covered everything! He was very clean, laid out plastic on the floor. He used a vacuum to minimize the dust in the air. He was very professional, kept discussions outside, not in front on the tenant.

My wife and I were so glad that he was available. After the job, we were very confident in his work. Hire him! If you want the job done right.

Had a great experience with Nick, who performed a scope inspection for the plumbing on a house we are in escrow to purchase. Very transparent, affordable, and was easy to reach out to via Yelp. He provides a video after the inspection, and was friendly and transparent about any of his findings. Definitely recommend for inspection related services.

Needed a professional help replacing a water-damaged cabinet. Requested a quote and the response was quick with reasonable pricing. He fixed it perfectly and even offered to replace a damaged flooring for free since i had an extra spare in our garage. Highly recommended to anyone who needs a reliable handyman!

While working on backyard renovations I discovered a leak coming from my irrigation system. Gordon and one other man (I can't recall his name) were able to come out and diagnose the issue. There was a diagnosis fee (that did not go to the total cost of the job); however, I understand that as it took some time and digging for them to find out what all was going on.

After diagnosing the issue, Gordon walked me through what was going on and gave me different solutions. Gordon was to the point and honest in his assessment and recommendation and I didn't feel pressured at all. I went with the more permanent fix, capping pipes and removing the irrigation/drip system. Gordon and the other guy (so sorry I can't remember his name), were approachable, professional, prompt, polite, and reasonable. They had to lift some turf that I had installed less than a year ago but were meticulous and cautious and it looks as if it wasn't touched at all!

Top-Notch plumbing has been the most efficient and the friendliest plumbers I've ever dealt with. While having plumbing issues is never an enjoyable experience for a homeowner, I walk away from this experience with more knowledge on the plumbing at my property thanks to them. Get Rooter & Plumber came highly recommended by one of my family members and I am so glad that I used them. I called them on 9/7/21 because I found that my half bathroom was leaking water at the base. The toilet had been feeling more than a bit loose and I was positive that somehow the flange was broken. I went to my local hardware store and bought a new toilet because I figured that since the toilet was already going to be removed I might as well change it to a water efficient model. Initially I was told that they did not have availability until 9/10/21 but to my surprise, they were able to schedule me on the morning of 9/8/21. I got a plumber by the name of Omar come in and he was great! Super professional and did the job really quick even though he struggled because of the tiny size of my bathroom (I am convinced it was previously a closet). Either way, Omar removed the toilet, inspected the flange which he said was fine (PHEW!!!). I was only charged for the toilet replacement and the process was easy peasy. Get Rooter provides an electronic notification when your job is scheduled, they notify you before the plumber arrives, they send you an electronic invoice with the description of the job, and you can pay via credit card on the spot and receive a receipt. I will definitely be calling them again and recommend them to whomever has plumbing needs.

Laidlaw is a local Borrego Springs Plumber.  They installed two faucet sets for us.  One we bought from another source had an issue.  Don Laidlaw took the faucet for repair and reinstalled it in perfect working order. Excellent follow up and service.

They did a great job.  Flexible with time constraints we had to fix the issue.

I had one of those stressful days where I discovered flooding in my basement the day before I was about to travel out of town for a couple of days.  I called Pipe Bros for an emergency same day appointment and explained the situation; they were very kind about the situation and set up an appointment later that afternoon.  Christian came out within the two-hour appointment window and promptly figured out the issue with the flooding.  He was very professional and nice as well; he was explaining everything as he went along.  Christian also was super honest about the issue and didn't try to offer services that I didn't need, which I really appreciated.  Seriously, this a great company and I highly recommend them if you have a plumbing issue.  I will definitely be using their services in the future!

Water around the hot water heater last night.  I  had nightmares of $1000 replacement heaters.  Checked with Yelp this morning and called Travis at Prescription Plumbing.  He told me he'd be done with another job between 3 and 4.  He was at my house at 4:30, only because I didn't hear my voicemail!  

The only tools we're good with in our house are the pen and the checkbook, so he could have told me he needed to replace the water heater.  Instead, he looked at the source of the leak, tightened something, and told me it was done.

Since he was there, I had him look at two run-on toilets. He had the parts to fix them, got the work done, and I felt like I'd just saved $900!

Highly recommend Travis for his quality of work and honesty.  And he's much younger than us, so I know we have a plumber for life, unless he changes careers!

We called Cal's Plumbing based on his Yelp reviews and we were intrigued by his moniker, Cal, Master Plumber of the Universe.  Turns out, it is spot on!  Cal is a sincere, helpful, honest guy who does great work, reasonably priced.  He calls back and shows up as promised, not always the norm in the service industry.  We had a leaky toilet, which presented as a gasket issue.  Cal suggested we try tightening the bolts and making sure it was seated properly.  We did.  No luck.  Cal came out first thing in the morning to do the work at the quoted price.  He is now our go-to guy!       Thanks Cal!

Extremely happy with the emergency service i got from plumb 365 today. They promised to be here by 10, and they were. They also gave me the number of a sewage remediation guy who is also coming today. I had called four plumbers leaving emergency messages including Tom Plumb and Encinitas plumbing and drain and Mike was the ONLY one to call me back. Thank you.

I was referred by a friend at work. I had a hose break under the sink. At the time I thought it was a pipe or something worse. I called and they came right over and fixed it. I was so happy with the gentleman that helped me. I will refer my friends to diet plumbing.

Late with my review, but I called Devin last week about changing out the valves to a bathroom sink. Michael came out and was very quick to inspect and then provide me a very reasonable estimate and even looked at an additional valve that he was surprised needing replacing already due to its age. After a brief run to gather the parts, he was back and had the work all completed in a quick and clean fashion - totally minimized the amount of time the water had to be shut off, which was a very appreciated consideration! We even talked in general about the benefits of a household water filtration system, and he gave me some idea of what to look for in one given the area of the county in which we live and the type of water issues here. Superb professionalism, answered all questions and provided other things to think about. We will definitely be calling Devin with our future project plans, and his number is now my go-to for any urgency/emergency type of work. Most strongly recommend this team for any plumbing situation!
