Jared Butler first worked on a bathroom remodel at our La Jolla home 10/18 installing a new toilet and replacing shower fixtures.  He was able to locate an unusual sized fixture that installed easily without having to tear into the tile and wall. In the summer 2019, he worked on a major kitchen/bath remodel on a rental house in Clairemont.  In the process, he discovered the old galvanized pipes were rotten and ended up replacing all the plumbing.  He handled this unexpected event in a professional, efficient and fair manner.  In addition, he installed many fixtures, garbage disposer, water filter, washer/dryer and tankless water heater on the outside wall freeing up needed inside storage space.  Another challenge of this Clairemont project was the fact that we were out of town for most of the project.  Jared kept good communication with us, accommodated our situation smoothly, and our absence was not a problem.  I highly recommend Jared for any of your plumbing needs and look forward to working with him again soon on another upcoming project.

In San Diego. Excellent work. Recommended. 3 visits: first was to assess the problem,, 2nd to remove all plumbing fixtures under the kitchen sink including the disposal, and 3rd to reinstall the plumbing including a new disposal unit after the kitchen sink had been refinished. Plumbing cost was reasonable and was charged for just the 2 visits. Appointments were on time within the window provided.  Tim did an excellent job of plumbing and provided a lot of good information about plumbing and repair work in general.  Also recommended a good sink refinishing company who also did a good job. I was pleased with the work and would recommend Tim and his company to others. I expect  to be in touch with him again if new future problems occur.

Had a gas line leak and these guys were the only ones, of the three places I called, to be able to actually show up the same day, give me a reasonable price and start the repairs the same day. Even though it was a two day repair process, I was able to use my gas stove that same evening that I called. So I really appreciated that. The workers were all super friendly and helpful and I would definitely use them again.

I wanted to replace my old and noisy 16-year-old Power Vent Water Heater in my second-floor condominium. I once called a company and said that I needed my Power Vent Water Heater replaced.  They sent a plumber who wasn't told that I needed a Power Vent Water Heater. The plumber then complained he did not have one, that there would be an extra charge for having two plumbers, and strangely stated I am not going to charge you for this call. After that I reached out to other companies and their attitudes were truly discouraging. But when I called Original Plumbing, the owner Joseph Martinez was very courteous and helpful. Because I was busy the rest of the day, I met Joseph the next morning and he explained the project and the costs involved. That same day he brought the very hard-to-find Power Vent Water Heater and replaced my old one in just over two hours. The space that houses the water heater is so tight that another plumber may charge more labor hours for removing it from and replacing it in the very tight closet space.  He also gave me his five-year parts and labor complete warranty, whereas the six-year manufacturer's warranty only covers the first year of labor.
I highly recommend Original Plumbing because Joseph Martinez gives prompt service, a complete evaluation of the work involved, and respect for the owner's property.  I believe the cost of the work is reasonable, most likely because it is a family-owned business.

Snaked two clogged toilets, assessed sink issues, and provided quotes for additional services all in about an hour. Very professional and friendly staff. Will use again for any further plumbing issues.

Danny and Coast to Coast Plumbing is the best plumber in San Diego, hands down. I cannot highly recommend Danny and his team. He did exactly what he said he was going to, and came out right away. I actually have him in my phone as the best plumber. Highly highly recommend.

Just moved into my aunt's place in San Marcos with my husband. We weren't getting any hot water in our shower in the master bedroom. I shower in the downstairs bathroom before work.

Get to work at 7 am and I Yelp find plumber near San Marcos, CA and Proactive Plumbing shows up with raving and legit-looking reviews (check legit-ness by seeing how many other reviews the reviewers write because sometimes there are obvious fakes).

The husband texts me it will be $190 to fix. I'm surprised that they are there, it's 8:59 am. He says a cartridge replacement is needed.

9:23 am - I get a text saying they're done.

Wow. Less than 3 hours from yelping them and the job is done. We are now having warm showers and don't have to walk downstairs to get ready for work. Thank you!

The father son team arrived less than 90 minutes after I initially contacted them about replacing my 15 year old water heater.  They were very polite and respectful. They both wore masks and were aware of their distancing during these COVID times.

They installed our new Bradford White 50 gallon heater in a snap and did a very clean job of installing it.  They guys also cleaned up after themselves and hauled out and away our old water heater.

I'd definitely call on NC Water Heater Services again if needed for my other properties.

Nobody wants to have plumbing issues but when the inevitable happens, I'm happy to know that Mike & his crew are there. They've helped in urgent situations, as well as routine things (changing out  shut off valves, replacing 2 toilets).  Honest, on time, fair price, & offered great suggestions as to where to get local supplies if needed.

Recommended by another local business. Quick response to voicemail, came out next day. Arrived on time, repaired pipes quickly, very reasonable pricing, friendly. Highly recommend. Would use their service again.

Victor Lee was suggested to me by Aztec Plumbing. I called on him for a number of things, which, I might add, two other maintenance/plumbing people could not figure out.  Victor figured out the items in question, right away. He was professional and just so nice and accommodating. I just now called him with a question, left a message, and he returned my call within fifteen minutes.

Bob came to my rescue when a faulty kitchen tap caused me to have no water in my sink (not fun washing dishes in my bathtub)! He stopped by later that day after he finished a scheduled job, quickly diagnosed the issue and recommended a new faucet to purchase. He even called his wholesalers to see if he could get me a better deal than what I found online. When it arrived I contacted him and he arrived early (always appreciated) to do the work. Of course it wasn't as straightforward as we would have hoped but we had fun talking while he worked. Bob is thoroughly experienced, completely trustworthy and I will have him back to check out my tankless water heater soon! You get what you pay for with tradesmen and while you may find someone cheaper, you won't find anyone better. Reasonably priced in my opinion. Quality work, reliable and dependable. Can't recommend Bob enough!
