The hot water in my shower was intermittent. I was worried that my 14-year-old tankless water heater had died an early death. I had another company come out, do very little checking, and quote me $3200 for a new one. I contacted Jared and he started with questions. Lots of questions. He was more curious about identifying and solving the problem than selling me something. His curiosity paid off - my dear old water heater was fine, it was the shower cartridge that was to blame. He replaced it (for far, far less than the cost of a new water heater).  Jared was polite, knowledgeable, helpful, and professional. I can not recommend him highly enough. I will 100% call him with any plumbing needs in the future.

Not that these guys need another five star review, but they deserve it. Our regular plumber, who is really good, said that the drain blockage was farther out than he could get to, call Xtreme for us. They called back with an hour and were here in two hours, and cleared the drain, which apparently was blocked over fifty feet out. They were fast responding and really good at what they do, and to top it off, the bill was far less than I expected. My only hesitation in recommending them is that they might get too busy for when we need them. If we could give them six stars, we would.

PS Here we are with another blocked drain in our laundry (not the same as the first one) and Xtreme comes to the rescue right away. This company has the best customer service I've ever had from any home service, and we've lived a lot of places and had lots of home services. They work fast, clean, and effectively and their prices are below what you would think.  I you have a blocked drain, this is the only place to go.

I used Just Plumbing when I had my bathroom remodel done. Tim did excellent work  and explained the process to me. I have recommended him to several friends who also were very happy with his service.

Pipeline stands behind their work. If something goes sideways they will return until the work is done correctly. Employees care. I can't say enough about Eric in customer support. I will use Pipeline for future plumbing needs.

I will absolutely call Fernando from ARS Neighborhood Rooter & Plumbing again and will recommend him to others.  He is communicative, kind, honest, and skilled.  I sent a message requesting a quote at about midnight and he responded by 8 AM the next morning.  He came to my home and repaired my toilet before lunchtime that day, charging exactly what he quoted and getting the work done quickly.  When I called later that day about a subsequent problem he was back within 20 minutes to fix it, and everything's working as it should now. Great experience working with Chad and James. Professional and friendly gentlemen, who know what they are doing. I needed to disconnect the heaviest ceramic sink in the universe and they got it done in no time. Not to mention they agreed to work on a Saturday morning. Joe was able to come out to address an issue I had right away.  The issue was at a rental property and I was unable to be there, but Joe was great at communicating throughout the process and provided several pictures and videos as well. Will keep him in mind for any future plumbing needs.

Our water heater went (leaking, what a mess), called Guardian the next morning, they came to my home that day at scheduled time. They quickly assessed the problem, and discussed options with my wife as I was away on business.  My wife and the technician called me together on a speaker phone discussed options with me, we decided on a new tank less system.  They allowed me to conduct the complete transaction over the phone and we had the entire system installed the next day. We only had one complete day without hot water.  Amazing in a day where customer service is no where to be found.  They took away the old tank, cleaned up the entire area, and life git back to normal. Very professional, nice people, not cheap, but you get what you pay for. Very happy with the product and the service I received

I noticed a leak in our rental's garage near the water main which was also leaking on the other side of the wall outside our home. I made some calls and put out a project request on a Friday afternoon as businesses were closing for the day. The soonest return window I'd received was Wednesday next week.

I left for a few minutes and came back to Danny and his colleague switching off the main to my house to prevent further leaking and to help reduce the inevitable hit on our water bill. He explained how to operate the switch and was ready to diagnose the leak next day.

He was professional, proactive, and friendly. He let me know about a deal running through the weekend too, and we worked together to contact the homeowner and get the work started.

He came back Monday to evaluate the water main and Tuesday to repair. He installed a diversion line since the slab leak would have been a major operation. He was done within a few hours and restored water to our home.

I noticed for sometime that when I ran the bathtub the water looked tan. Asked around and was told probably our hot water heater was on its last legs. Well I decided that must be the problem since it was 16 years old. Researched buying the hot water heater ourselves and then having it installed or having a company doing the complete job. After getting several quotes we chose North County Water Heater Services. They were available to do the work, explained things about the purchase and installation to me and had the best quote. Came on time to do the work. Got it done pretty quickly. No problems. I will recommend NC Water Heater Services to anyone who asks. Turned the tub on tonight for the first time, hot clear water.

I've had a busy day today! First an electrician, now the plumber! I chose Cross Plumbing, after having read the positive reviews on Yelp.
My shower sink was clogged pretty bad. Mike and his assistant came out and fixed it in a timely manner, they were courteous, honest, and I'd definitely recommend them.

Mitch is a great, experienced and most importantly honest plumber.  My kitchen sink had poor water pressure and he quoted me $295.00 to fix and replace the entire faucet.  While he was fixing the issue he found the problem with the existing faucet and was able to fix the issue while keeping my original faucet fixture.  He only charged me $95.00 dollars as opposed to the $295.00 he originally quoted. He has been doing his job over 36 years and has great customer service skills and is prompt.  Thanks again Mitch , I will call this company for future work if and when needed!

Victor Lee was suggested to me by Aztec Plumbing. I called on him for a number of things, which, I might add, two other maintenance/plumbing people could not figure out.  Victor figured out the items in question, right away. He was professional and just so nice and accommodating. I just now called him with a question, left a message, and he returned my call within fifteen minutes.

Bob the owner of Neighborhood Plumbing has been exceptional in every way. I first contacted Bob based on Yelp reviews after disappointing experiences w plumbers in the South Bay. At that time every plumber I contacted wanted to replace all the sewer lines. Bob evaluated the sewer system via camera and suggested replacing a segment of line where the constriction was with a clean-out that would suffice for some time. It did for years.  We just recently replaced another section of pipe near the main with another clean-out and that has bought me years of being able to use the existing sewer lines from the 1950's. When I have had back-ups from time to time Bob has been there that same or next day at really reasonable prices. And I did all of this while living 2-3K miles away. I have never met Bob in person but look forward to doing so. Bob's brother does excellent concrete work as well as concrete has been involved twice. Neighborhood Plumbing has my strongest recommendation. You will be impressed.  Val Imperial Beach homeowner.

I contacted Andy's Plumbing to clean out storm drains and sewer lines at a rental house I'd just moved back into.  Andy is a consummate professional in that he confirmed the appointment and showed up when he said he would.  He completed the job efficiently and charged a reasonable amount for his work.  If you want a great job done by a great honest guy, I would highly recommend Andy and would definitely call him again to fix any plumbing issue.

Five Star...star chart down..Call them best you can get...We had a flood and were helped within an hour of calling ASAP.  We had their number from a toilet issue a few years ago.  Two men came at 9pm and one, Steven, had helped us a few years ago, came with Mike.  Together they figured out, got a part at almost midnight, called and made arrangements for a restoration company to come in within an hour, parts in place, dryers placed and turned on and situation was under control.
I highly recommend ASAP based on my two service calls.  Knowledgeable, expert service workers with proper communication to the homeowner.
