Jared Butler of Pipe and Plumb was the lead plumber on a bathroom addition I had done last year (2019,  Spring) and he was just the greatest. No only was the quality of his work excellent, he took the time to work with me so that the final product reflected exactly what I wanted. A great example of his abilities was that he saw that the hot water connection to the new bath from my existing heater could be improved, and after talking with me about it, he proceeded to figure out how to re-plumb with a new tankless system that has worked perfectly and saved me money on water and electricity.  He's super in all the usual ways, too:  prompt, clean, fair priced, and courteous.  I would definitely recommend his company (Pipe and Plumb) and will be using his services again.

Marco is great! We had a mainline backup on a Friday night, so we called about every plumber and drain guy on Yelp. Marco was the only one who answered the phone (the rest of them hadn't even called back two hours later). Marco came out earlier than he had said, cleaned out the line, and didn't even charge us as much as he had quoted because the clean-out was easily accessible. Plus, he is a very polite and friendly young man. We recommend him for sure.

In San Diego. Excellent work. Recommended. 3 visits: first was to assess the problem,, 2nd to remove all plumbing fixtures under the kitchen sink including the disposal, and 3rd to reinstall the plumbing including a new disposal unit after the kitchen sink had been refinished. Plumbing cost was reasonable and was charged for just the 2 visits. Appointments were on time within the window provided.  Tim did an excellent job of plumbing and provided a lot of good information about plumbing and repair work in general.  Also recommended a good sink refinishing company who also did a good job. I was pleased with the work and would recommend Tim and his company to others. I expect  to be in touch with him again if new future problems occur.

We are beyond pleased with the professionalism and exemplary service that Ryan Durham provide to us tonight, on the eve of Thanksgiving! Our sink was completely blocked up, and another plumber who was booked highly recommended Pipeline. Eric answered promptly and kept us informed of Ryan's arrival. Ryan was so friendly, and he fixed the sink perfectly. We will call on Pipeline for all our plumbing from now on - we are SO HAPPY and thrilled to have a trustworthy plumber to call on. Such a great team! We had a small flood that led to us looking at the pipes. They replaced all our old copper pipes and even fixed the main line pipes that used to stick out in the front yard. From the moment we started the GM Juan was there. He explained everything thoroughly and was always at our disposal. James and Chad were always on time and professional. I wanted to replace my old and noisy 16-year-old Power Vent Water Heater in my second-floor condominium. I once called a company and said that I needed my Power Vent Water Heater replaced.  They sent a plumber who wasn't told that I needed a Power Vent Water Heater. The plumber then complained he did not have one, that there would be an extra charge for having two plumbers, and strangely stated I am not going to charge you for this call. After that I reached out to other companies and their attitudes were truly discouraging. But when I called Original Plumbing, the owner Joseph Martinez was very courteous and helpful. Because I was busy the rest of the day, I met Joseph the next morning and he explained the project and the costs involved. That same day he brought the very hard-to-find Power Vent Water Heater and replaced my old one in just over two hours. The space that houses the water heater is so tight that another plumber may charge more labor hours for removing it from and replacing it in the very tight closet space.  He also gave me his five-year parts and labor complete warranty, whereas the six-year manufacturer's warranty only covers the first year of labor.
I highly recommend Original Plumbing because Joseph Martinez gives prompt service, a complete evaluation of the work involved, and respect for the owner's property.  I believe the cost of the work is reasonable, most likely because it is a family-owned business.

After having two plumbers (roto rooter and mike diamond) unable to fix my shower handle issue, I thankfully found Guardian Plumbers. The problem with my particular shower was I had a handle that was discontinued by the manufacturer and also grout around the shower plate where the handle was at. I knew my problem was the stem, but the thought of chiseling through grout was not appealing to me. My plumber John Wallace is a Godsend. After going through some of his connections, he was able to find the exact part of my shower kit. He came by the following week and did an immaculate job chiseling through the grout, replacing the stem, and replacing the handle. Now there's nothing wrong with the other companies that failed to fix my plumbing issue, but Guardian Plumbers have a solid plumber in John Wallace who was able to figure out the problem where many would have probably called it quits. My family are very grateful to have him as our plumber.

I noticed a leak in our rental's garage near the water main which was also leaking on the other side of the wall outside our home. I made some calls and put out a project request on a Friday afternoon as businesses were closing for the day. The soonest return window I'd received was Wednesday next week.

I left for a few minutes and came back to Danny and his colleague switching off the main to my house to prevent further leaking and to help reduce the inevitable hit on our water bill. He explained how to operate the switch and was ready to diagnose the leak next day.

He was professional, proactive, and friendly. He let me know about a deal running through the weekend too, and we worked together to contact the homeowner and get the work started.

He came back Monday to evaluate the water main and Tuesday to repair. He installed a diversion line since the slab leak would have been a major operation. He was done within a few hours and restored water to our home.

Proative has been to my house a fews times (for different problems),  and I can rely on them fix the problem the first time.  They are honest, efficient, dependable and knowledgable.  Proactive was referred to me by a friend and I will recommend them to family and friends.

Many thanks and appreciated the North County Water Heater Services repair team, especially Mr. Plamen. He was able to fit us in with their busy schedule. He and his crew came to my place on-time, did a great job with replacing my 15 yrs old water heater with honest and reasonable pricing...I would recommend this business to anyone, who is in need for a water heater repair or replace.  5 stars, job well done guys!!!

Wow. What a breath of fresh air!  My wife and I started our addition and kitchen remodel earlier this year. We needed an experienced plumber to re-route existing lines, install new gas and water lines, and set up our new sinks, appliances, and fixtures. When Mitch first arrived to give us an estimate, our kitchen was already stripped down to the framing and subfloors so we had to provide him with the plans and specs. Not only was he able to provide an estimate on the spot, his price was very reasonable. During the work, Mitch and his crew were spectacular. The quality of the work was outstanding.  Even when we had last minute changes, he was able to provide us with reasonable change order prices that didn't kill our budget. Now that we are done, looking back I have to say that out of all of the contractors we hired for our project, Fallbrook Plumbing was by far the most professional and pleasant to work with. I highly recommend Fallbrook Plumbing!

Victor saved the day with his prompt response time, reasonable pricing and solid work! After having a nightmare of a time with another local plumber who never  showed up after arranging a time and price, Victor and I agreed on a time, gave me his price, shows up and fixed the issues with no questions asked. Andy is friendly and professional. We've had him do multiple services in our home from clearing a shower drain and backed up kitchen line to putting in a new faucet in our bathroom and water heater in our laundry room. Every time he's been very efficient and affordable.

My family is on their way to visit me in California and my living room carpet is feeling wet . Knowing my bathroom shares an adjoining wall to the living room my mind started to think the worst. Me, being a DIY person started to guess what the problem could be ... not so smart, plumbing is not something you want to tackle on your own . I decided to call ASAP Drain Guys and Plumbing for help they came in a matter of seconds and went to work. They located the problem, fixed my leak ... above all they cleaned my BATHROOM... looked better than how I usually clean it . Robert my plumber was very efficient knowledgeable and had everything on hand to fix my leak he even checked the rest of my house to see if I may have any other plumbing issue I didn't know about yet.
