Jared Butler first worked on a bathroom remodel at our La Jolla home 10/18 installing a new toilet and replacing shower fixtures.  He was able to locate an unusual sized fixture that installed easily without having to tear into the tile and wall. In the summer 2019, he worked on a major kitchen/bath remodel on a rental house in Clairemont.  In the process, he discovered the old galvanized pipes were rotten and ended up replacing all the plumbing.  He handled this unexpected event in a professional, efficient and fair manner.  In addition, he installed many fixtures, garbage disposer, water filter, washer/dryer and tankless water heater on the outside wall freeing up needed inside storage space.  Another challenge of this Clairemont project was the fact that we were out of town for most of the project.  Jared kept good communication with us, accommodated our situation smoothly, and our absence was not a problem.  I highly recommend Jared for any of your plumbing needs and look forward to working with him again soon on another upcoming project.

I highly recommend Xtreme Drainworks. I just moved into a new house, and after a big rain found out my area drains were clogged. Brian is a great guy & pleasure to chat with. He found the out fall pipe in my canyon, and cleared all drains.

Tim is my plumber.  No questions asked.  I had a renovation done on my bathroom.  Tim came to the rescue and lead my contractors to the right part so that I could have hot water while the construction was going on.  He also installed a hot water regulator (I think that's what it is called) so that I can have instant hot water instead of waiting for the water to get through the pipes in my upstairs shower.  He is always on time - he texts me if he is going to be late and he's an all around great person.  He does the job and his prices are totally fair.  His son traveled with him one summer and he told me...my dad can fix anything!   It's true!  He's just a good plumber who comes in, fixes what needs to be done, and charges you a fair price.

Second time calling on these guys and they did not disappoint! Had a break in the water main. Not only did they come by first thing to turn my water off but were able to come back same day to complete repair. Lifesavers! Eric, Jay, Jon and Ryan were great! Thanks guys

Fernando and his assistant were very professional.  They delivered a superb work and followed exactly the work plan that we agreed upon for a very reasonable fee.

We are in the process of selling a house and had to correct a couple of plumbing discrepancies identified by the buyer's inspector.  We had to fix the issues before the appraiser comes the following Wednesday. We received the report on a Friday.  Started yelping that evening and received a couple of automatic responses ARS was the first to send a real message followed by a phone call.  

Fermando was very professional in terms of his presentation, cost estimate and his work proposal.  He understood the urgency of the need; he started and finished the job as planned and promised.

James and Juan were very profesional very clean and courteous . All worked performed done in a timely fashion, It's nice to see old fashion customer service. Will use them again and recommend them in a hot second.

Joe and Anthony came out to check on a mystery leak in my house. They used a camera and good old fashioned detective skills to find my leak. As it turns out the furnace has a drain that was draining right into the furnace room!  They suggested I call the guy who installed my AC and it should be under warrantee. They offered to do the work if I couldn't get anywhere that way. It's good to know these guys were honest enough to tell me what was actually happening and that another professional would be the better option. I will definitely call them for future plumbing needs.

When they come to your house to give you an estimate, make SURE  that you get it in writing!  I didn't and at the end of the day, the bill was totally different than what was quoted!  Also,  the guy tried to charge me full labor for a job that he could Not fix. Would not recommend this company!

Customer service  Kristen was very nice and refunded the money on labor for the job that wasn't fixed!

The team at Coast 2 Coast plumbing came out and got my leaking water main replaced same day. I had water coming up everywhere and didn't know how to shut it off. Danny was able to walk me through turning the water off over the phone. I appreciated their cleanliness, attention to detail, and ability to quickly diagnose and repair my plumbing problem. Definitely recommend 10/10.

I managed to cross-thread the piece that comes down out of the toilet tank while I was installing a DIY bidet. I called this company and whoever it was who took the call was very condescending. He seemed miffed that I had tried to do this install myself. He said it would cost a minimum of $250 to fix. I was surprised and asked if that was because he was mad at me for trying to do my own install. He said, No, that's just how much it costs to drive a truck around to do business. In general, he was just unpleasant. I called someone else and got responsive, polite service and they didn't charge near what this guy wanted to charge me. Maybe they have a more fuel-efficient van?

After a major company arranged through Home Depot left me hanging for a whole afternoon and evening, called to delay their appointment, then didn't show up at all without so much as a phone call, I put in an online request at 10 pm to NCWHS. They called me at 7:30 the next morning, quoted a better price, and arranged for a technician to come at 1:00.

Plamen showed up exactly on time with everything he needed. He did a top notch, professional job, and was done in two hours as promised. This is what customer service is all about and I will use them again in the future, though I hope not for the same reason. Really, I was most impressed.

So impressed with Michael and his crew!  I manage a home in Riverside for a family with a special needs child, and their hot water heater had been out for days.  I called him and he sent someone that same day (the day after Christmas!) and replaced their water heater.  Very pleased with the service and the reasonable pricing!  Thanks!!

I cannot say enough great things about Bob. He was referred by a friend after we had a leak under the kitchen sink. We knew it was due to a new water system recently installed, and he came and made a good thing even better- and on a Saturday of a holiday weekend! He removed the old system with ease and fine tuned the new. So grateful for his expertise and responsiveness. Will definitely call Bob again.

Andy did a great job fixing our outdoor spigot, and replacing multiple faucets in our bathrooms.   He was on time, and kept our home clean/protected (including COVID safety).  The pricing was up-front and there were no surprise costs.  On top of it, Andy's just a really nice, professional guy. We  highly recommend Andy!!!

I was referred by my regular plumbers to ASAP Drain Guys. I was scheduled right away and Salim called to let me know he was on his way. Put new valves on my washing machine faucets, cleared 2drains and 2 tub overflow covers. Very quick and efficient. Will call again when needed.
