I'm a repeat customer, this was the 2nd time within a year I have contacted Jared for a misc plumbing job. Always very professional, on-time, clear communicator, and great to work with. Would definitely recommend for all types of work needed!

Marco is great! We had a mainline backup on a Friday night, so we called about every plumber and drain guy on Yelp. Marco was the only one who answered the phone (the rest of them hadn't even called back two hours later). Marco came out earlier than he had said, cleaned out the line, and didn't even charge us as much as he had quoted because the clean-out was easily accessible. Plus, he is a very polite and friendly young man. We recommend him for sure.

When I heard water under my house I immediately came on yelp and found Just Plumbing. I first spoke with Kelly who was professional and very nice. She fit me in and had Tim out to my house almost immediately. Tim was great! Fixed problem in less than an hour. Was on time professional and barely charged me anything.  I would highly recommend Just Plumbing to any of my family or friends.

I needed the drain pipe from back yard to Gutter cleaned out of years worth of mud, debris, and roots. They hydro-jetted the line. What a good feeling to see it all washed out and water flowing again. I would definitely call them for any future plumbing needs.

I had a disastrous event when my water heater blew up. Luckily Acacia's staff came and provided with a timely repair and I was able to take hot showers again!

Without these professionals at their craft, I would still be freezing in the tub.

Done right was absolutely incredible!! Juan was extremely friendly and very helpful! If you want someone to truly take care of you please use this plumbing company! They were on time, fair pricing and got the job done quicker than we could of imagined. It is also really great to support a small business. Juan also will always be honest with you and not push you do anything you don't want to. So again I give this company a 5 out of 5 and I wish I could post pictures but my bathrooms are currently being remodeled

Joe and Anthony came out to check on a mystery leak in my house. They used a camera and good old fashioned detective skills to find my leak. As it turns out the furnace has a drain that was draining right into the furnace room!  They suggested I call the guy who installed my AC and it should be under warrantee. They offered to do the work if I couldn't get anywhere that way. It's good to know these guys were honest enough to tell me what was actually happening and that another professional would be the better option. I will definitely call them for future plumbing needs.

Ricky came out and cleared a bad overflow from our kitchen. He was on time, let me know step by step what he would do to fix the problem. Great price and excellent customer service. Would definitely call them again.

Danny and Coast to Coast Plumbing is the best plumber in San Diego, hands down. I cannot highly recommend Danny and his team. He did exactly what he said he was going to, and came out right away. I actually have him in my phone as the best plumber. Highly highly recommend.

We've been using Proactive Plumbing for about a decade!  We recommend them to everyone we know who is looking for a plumber!  They are kind, competent, respectful, clean, thorough, and orderly, oh, and they are ALWAYS on time and explain everything to us that they are doing.

Called first thing in the morning, discussed options for 75 gallon water heater replacement at my house as mine was 15 years old which was 3 years beyond the 12 year warranty and starting to go out (pilot light problems and small leak).  I was interested in a replacement unit that had a longer warranty than standard 6 year warranty.  They called their suppliers and found it and advised me they could get a Rheem unit with 12 year warranty for only a couple of hundred bucks more.  I agreed and they installed it same day.  Total installed price was competitive with others I looked at.

This is a small family owned business.  Plamen did the install while Kristina runs the office and phone.  Job site was my garage which was left clean when done.  I checked on the progress a couple of times while it was going on and Plamen took the time to explain his work and answer my questions.  When all was done he walked me through the operation of the unit and gave me the warranty paperwork and the manual.   Overall, I am satisfied and would use them again.

Cross Plumbing provided me with an experience I will never forget. A loved one within my family is terribly sick both mentally and physically. Compulsive hoarding and in need of heart bypass surgery but refuses to accept treatment. Their house has 3 toilets but only one which is operable. I found out myself when I went to check in on this family member that this third toilet had stopped working. Due to this persons mental illness, they continued to use the toilet even though it was backed up. This was an immediate problem because none of the other toilets in the house are operable. I did not want to imagine where this person would start going to the bathroom once the toilet bowl completely filled up. I started searching for a plumber right away. Not sure if it was due to the holiday season, but I could not get in contact with anyone. The few people who did answer declined the service call after I gave them some detail of the job. Mike from Cross Plumbing arrived to my family members house within 20 minutes of speaking to him on the phone. I showed him the toilet and he went to work. During the time he was working, other family members were at the house trying to convince our loved one that they needed to check them self into a hospital. I'm sure Mike has been a plumber for years and his experience shows, but I was shocked and amazed at how truly compassionate and caring of a human being he is. I did not feel like this was just another service call he was taking care of. Not only did he show the utmost respect and professionalism when dealing with the horrendous situation, he cared about more then just the toilet. He cared about me and my well being during this tremendously tough situation that I was dealing with. It showed the entire time... not only was he fixing the toilet problem but at the same time listening to me, giving me input and some advice. Before leaving he told me if there was anything else he could do to help to give him a call. The price he charged for the service was absolutely crazy because it was ridiculously cheap for what he had to go through. I feel like I have made not only a friend, but for as long as I live within the areas that he services I will never go to another plumbing company for anything... he has made that much of an impact. Thank you Mike and Cross Plumbing... you have touched our lives!

I randomly selected Fallbrook Plumbing from a search and was Very Lucky to have found Mitch, we had been gone awhile and had a varied of plumbing needs, Mitch is a very easy going man who puts you at ease right away..we had a hot water issue, it was simply not turned on, a quick solution and one he didn't try to pull the wool over our eyes, all other jobs were taken care of in a timely manner and his sweet natured personality made him fun to have around, i forgot his appt time and had cleaned out my closet that morning and our bathroom floor was covered with boots and purses,, i howled when i went in to check on him and saw the mess he had to navigate, he assured me fall cleaning was a good thing )...I'd Highly recommend Fallbrook Plumbing and Mitch for any future plumbing needs..Susie Cosner

One shower backed up and after my own attempt to clear it, the other shower backed up as well. Got Victor's number from a friend. Called at noon on a Friday and he was able to come over at 2:30. Half an hour later the drains are clear and I feel like I have myself a new plumber. He's fast, he's clean, and most of all very effective.

Needed to replace a tricky kitchen faucet and based on the good reviews I decided to give Neighborhood Plumbing (Bob) a try.  Right from the first call I knew I had made the right decision.  Bob was very helpful over the phone and he was able to come out right away.  During the installation Bob explained exactly what he was doing and before I knew it he was finished.  He even took a few minutes to look at a running toilet and fixed that as well.  Service was great and the price was very reasonable.  I would definitely recommend Neighborhood Plumbing.

Wow. I found Andy at Lowes; his vehicle was parked outside with the business name on it and something just clicked. Maybe it was the name Andy -- have you ever met an Andy you didn't like? But mostly I have been worked over by some plumbing contractors (you know who you are!) with recommendations for things I don't need, and with high prices for basic installs like a bath faucet. So now that I have had Andy do work for me twice, I can safely say he is extremely cost effective and he is now my plumber of choice. I have a 1929 house so I'm going to need him a bit, that's part of life in an old house. Some things beyond the excellent price are his service -- he takes the time to explain what he is doing (or not doing because it's beyond his scope). Finally, the neatness of this guy is incredible. He rolls out thick painters cloth from the doorway to where he is working (for me it's been the kitchen) That way he doesn't scuff my hardwood floors or get dirt in the house. Need I say more?

(read to the end) I've used ASAP for my rental since 2008. My indoor plumber can only do so much. I used to think they were... hmmm... don't know how to say it... like ambulance chasing attorneys - except with drains, but I had no choice to use them. However, over 7 years I can say that I am really happy and understand now why things aren't always perfect. Technology can only go so far sometimes. Sometimes things appear after work begins. Sometimes solutions aren't always perfect the first time out the gate. But, when I wasn't happy - or when someone had to be called out again, they have always made it right. I am in things for the long haul and want to RELY and TRUST the services I use. We just made a major $2000 under the concrete repair. After calling them out over the years, it was the right thing to do. But it wasn't apparent at the beginning. Sometimes it just takes patience and some money to get to the right answer. Everyone at their office was conscientious and helpful. Things got done when they were scheduled, estimates, billing and payment was clear. The guys were out there even though the weather was inclement. They did beautiful work on filling back the concrete after the repair. Ironically, I had a similar large plumbing job going on at my family home in Los Angeles and had something to compare ASAP's work to.  I definitely saved money, got GREAT service, had intelligent plumbers working on my project and had good office follow through, here in San Diego. I would highly recommend them. Get to know your plumbers and the office people. I got what I wanted a plumbing drain service for lifeI Thanks ASAP!
