Super professional and did a great job. Easy to schedule and showed up with proper equipment. They did a through job of cleaning my windows and screens which needed it after a period of being under construction. Would recommend them and will use the service again.

How does one write a review with no stars? This is my second Yelp review and both on central A/C replacements with just the 16 SEER changeout 5T as we had our furnace and coils all new in 2012. Their quote was $8,500. The most expensive off all my estimates. One at $8100, one at $7500 which was a grovel price to me if I could have it done the next day. Huh? No pressure there and the final one was $5,077. Can you guess which one I picked? No brainer. It was installed of course by another company all new 16 SEER guaranteed 10 years parts and labor. This was done a week ago and all is wonderful. Guess now all you have to do is look at most of the other companies to see which one I chose. I just don't like to give any competitor another competitor's name. My great review is on Yelp though. Good luck it's a jungle out there. LOL and stay safe.

Everything was effortless and he made the process stress-free!

I also loved the email notification reminders and constant communication. He is also able to send the test/certification report for you to the City water district and will cc you the copy with the completed report for your files.

It's wonderful to come across trustworthy, reliable, and professional workers. He was also personable and a pleasure to talk to. He even came with extra tools to help replace a simple part. Cost is also reasonable.

Had all new appliances from Lowes delivered and installed today.   Refrigerator water line was leaking so they couldn't install until it was replaced!
Found The Works Plumbing on yelp and gave them a call.  They answered immediately and scheduled my service window in minutes.   Shawn & Steve (? I think, sorry) we're here within an hour and did an amazing job.  Professional, fast, friendly and went above and beyond to help me out.

This review is for Willy.  We really appreciate his service and his professionalism.  My parents' toilets had been leaking and their water bill went up really high.  They had these toilets for many many years.  Willy was very honest and told us if we purchased toilets from Home Depot, we would end up saving money.  So we ended up ordering two new toilets from HD and Willy showed up next day to install them.  He was always courteous and quick in responding to my text messages.  He earned our trust when he first showed up to diagnose the problem.  Their installation charge is also very reasonable.  Willy....thanks again,  and we're excited to get these new toilets!!

Pricing is competitive. Hard to find an honest plumber these days and Robert will not advise you replace anything that you don't need. Would highly recommend Vanguard.

Had a leak in my ceiling and they took my call right away and had someone out the next morning.  Price was reasonable and Roby the plumber did a great job diagnosing the problem.  Roby had the part with him and was done in an hour.  Very professional.

After realizing I had no hot water in one shower when I was caregiving for my older sister who was handicapped and unable to climb stairs, I called my usual plumber that I had used in the past.  I'm still waiting for a return call two weeks later actually.  Thank goodness I found Bob from RJB as a recommendation on Nextdoor!   He was at my door literally an hour later and determined the problem and went above and beyond to get the parts needed to correct the problem.  He also took care of 2 other items that needed attention.   Bob is kind, professional, honest and a delight to work with.  He's going to be my go-to plumber from now on.

We had no hot water in one bathtub. We were told by a family friend who is out of town and is a plumber we needed a cartridge. It wasn't a hot water heater issue. Plumber comes from Thompson and wants to charge us $280 for less than an hours work. We turned him away. It ended up costing us $195 and it was a cartridge.

I highly recommend R & J Plumbing. They did a great job replacing my three toilets and snaking one that was clogged. Raul was prompt and even called to see if he can come early (I appreciate that with my busy schedule) he showed up and got straight to work finding the problem and letting me know what was needed and what wasn't. He is very respectful and honest. I will use again and recommend him.

I called THA because my parent's air conditioning wasn't working and they are getting older. I called on a Saturday, on a hot day, and THA was very helpful. They sent someone out within two hours of my call, and took care of the problem! Brilliant!

Tino did an excellent job. Fixed my 20 year old leaky kitchen sink, replaced and soldered angle stops, sink hoses. Trustworthy, punctual, straightforward. I would recommend him to friends and family.

Good work and nice guys, but one caveat: they are always late.  Every time.  They've had to come by my place 3-4 times to work on things, and when they say they'll be there between 9 and 10, they really mean 10:15.  When they say 8am, they actually show up at 8:45. Otherwise, solid plumbers.
