I called Pure Window Cleaning because they had good reviews. They were friendly on the phone, and we're able to set up an appointment within a couple days. They showed up on time, gave me the price upfront, then did the work faster than any previous window cleaners I've had. The windows were cleaner than ever when they left, so I set up with then to come out 3 times a year to keep the windows looking good. Very satisfied

Excellent service, Big Thank you to Mike who performed our initial tune-up and breaking the bad news that my system was on life support (LOL). Mike explained what was good what was bad and what I could do with NO PRESSURE. Thank you to Anthony who came out and designed a new system to our specs. The GIANT thanks goes to the installation crew, David, Manny, Chapo, and little Adrian, the crew showed up on time, motivated and ready to work. The floors were covered, everyone knew their task and went right to work everyone adhered to the COVID-19 guidelines kept a nice neat work area and left no trace when they were finished. David made sure all the little details were taken care of explained how to operate the system and new Nest thermostat. I also want to thank the young lady (sorry I forgot your name) at Home Depot who initially took our contact info and started the whole thing. Nothing better than supporting the local businesses Thank you again.

Tim responded very quickly to my initial request and questions. His price for test, repair and retest is reasonable and very good (quotes from others were unreasonably high). He is friendly, communicates clearly, answered my questions clearly with patience, handled all paperwork to city right after the job. I strongly recommend Tim for backflow test and repairs. We needed a new bathroom sink and drain replacement. Reasonable Drain and Plumbing Repair came out and fixed everything we needed and was happy to look into other issues we were having with our plumbing throughout our house. They were on-time, courteous, and knowledgeable. Their prices are fair and they did an amazing job with all the cleanup afterwards. I would definitely use these guys again. Very happy!!

Shawn's service was excellent! He was professional, skilled, and kind.

I called The Works Plumbing at 7:30am and Shawn showed up at 8:40am. Wow.

My water supply valve on my toilet needed to be replaced as it was leaking.
Shawn looked at it for 2 minutes and went back to his truck for his tools.

He was done 20 minutes later. No leaks and a brand new valve for $139 (cash).

The Works Plumbing took care of business quickly, correctly, professionally, and for a fair price.

Called for a drain cleaning - same service as a year ago.  Price more than tripled.  New owners apparently, outrageous prices.

I recently was faced with major plumbing emergencies at my residential rental property. Our property manager recommended I get multiple quotes, including one from Daniel's Plumbing & Son, who they recommended. Their estimate was very competitive. I've had repairs done by larger San Diego plumbing companies in the past but opted to go with Daniel's and I'm INCREDIBLY GLAD I did.

Steve, Daniel's son services the San Diego area and was present and hands-on onsite at my project site. It was evident that he has years of experience as he walked me through the multiple repairs. His communication is stellar as well...he's highly responsive and professional.

Steve and his team were such an amazing asset during a stressful time. Once Steve and his team were onsite and in motion I had complete faith that the repairs were being done correctly and in a timely manner I was able to exhale.

Jim from Pristine did an excellent and speedy job replacing our broken water heater. We are very appreciative to have hot water again!

I called Vanguard plumbing to come and give me a quote on an out door drain clog I had in my yard. Robert was very up front in his response to my request for a quote and was very easy to schedule a time with. Unfortunately my drainage pipe needed to be replaced, but Robert gave me a very good quote and was unbelievably informative on my options. Since there was going to be some pretty major work going on in the yard, I decided to do some yard renovations before having the pipe replaced.

A couple of weeks after Robert had come and given me an estimate for drain pipe our hot water heater decided to poop out at about 9 am on a Monday morning. I called Robert right away and he said he could be out first thing the next morning. I probably could have called around and gotten someone to do it faster, but I was so impressed with my first experience that I knew I wanted Vanguard to do the work. Robert came out Tuesday morning to look at my water heater and gave a full cost to replace it right then. He also took the time to explain to me all of the different types of water filtration and water treatment options that were available, along with the costs. Since I have a water softener and a reverse osmosis water system I was very interested in the differences between all of the systems. He also explained to me that my old water heater wasn't even installed up to building code standards. After all of the home repairs I have done I wasn't really surprised by this news. But I appreciated him telling this information.

Needless to say we had hot water running again in a few hours. The installation is beautiful and more efficient than my old hot water heater.  When Robert was finished he took the time to show me all of the functions and how to take care of system so it will last as long as possible. While he was here I showed him my yard renovation projects progress and told him I will be calling him to get on the schedule as soon I get the area all ready to go. Honestly, I probably won't ever call a different a plumber again.

Our very old in wall, behind tile, shower valve stems were impossible to turn. We called George Davis Plumbing and Roby came out to look at them. The stems were so corroded but he was able to carefully remove them and to immediately find the exact same ones and installed them upon his return. He was awesome. So knowledgeable and nice. I will always call him now for my plumbing needs.

My husband tried to change the cartridge in our shower since we had been experiencing a leak.  Needless to say it didn't go as planned and a piece broke off.  Thankfully we called Bob at RJB Plumbing and he was able to come out in less than 30 minutes.  He was hardworking, friendly and went to work fixing and replacing what my husband broke.  I had a myriad of questions and he was very patient and kind answering all of my questions.  I highly recommend Bob at RJB plumbing.  He will get the job done in a timely manner and at a great  price!!

Great service! Came out for an emergency leak promptly and fixed it, afterwards the plumber gave a free inspection of the rest of the house plumbing.

Highly recommend Raul's services. Up front pricing, responsive, reliable, and efficient. He replaced three angle stops and installed a new kitchen faucet in less than two hours. Great honest guy and does professional work.

When Gary was not able to do our under-the-building repair job he referred us to another service who came a did it quickly and efficiently.

We have used California Pacific Plumbing's services for several years at various condos/homes in San Diego and La Mesa.  Tino is reliable, knowledgeable, and trustworthy!  He is extremely thorough and does quality work!  He even takes the time to explain and educate the homeowner so that small problems don't become bigger, costly ones! Wow! If you are a landlord or homeowner looking for a top notch plumber who will not only get the job done but do it right with integrity and honesty, Tino needs to be on your speed dial!  We highly recommend him and his company!

TERRIBLE, terrible terrible.  DO not use this company.  They are unclear, do not give quotes, over charge and are all around losers.  3000 dollars later, we still have a problem.  They left a huge mess, scratches on the bathroom floor.  DO NOT USE POWERS PLUMBING!!!!!!!!!
