Super professional and did a great job. Easy to schedule and showed up with proper equipment. They did a through job of cleaning my windows and screens which needed it after a period of being under construction. Would recommend them and will use the service again.

We have contacted Same Day Heating & Air Conditioning for AC tune-ups over the past three years. However, due to the extreme heat and power surges we noticed our AC was blowing one of our two fuses. We contacted Jim one of the owners and spoke in detail about what was happening. Jim suggested he send Service Technician Sean Crumpacker. Upon Sean's arrival he was professional, patient and a darn good listener. We can't say enough about his pleasant demeanor. Sean explained the service he believed would solve the problem and after thirty minutes or less installing the part he suggested we turn our unit on. Immediately we felt the cool air coming up through our floor vents of our manufactured home, we were in heaven.  Sean then removed all wrapping and recovered our piping nice and neat. I was blown away and so was my family member visiting from out of town. Please excuse me for not mentioning the added parts our AC required, I can't remember the name. All I will say is it worked!  Sean thank you from the bottom of our hearts, and last I want to thank Jim for having a great team player who takes pride in representing Same Day Heating & Air Conditioning.

Recently (Yesterday afternoon) replaced a backflow preventer for a residential property.
Contacted TS Backflow, and was given an immediate response by Tim. He was super friendly and got me on the schedule for This morning for 10 am.
10:08 am this morning I received a phone call confirmation that the test had been completed and passed.

Overall if I could give more than 5* I would. Tim I thank you again.

Pip is the best.  On move in day to my new house, I found out the water main was shut-off.  The reason was the deluge of water that shot out of a broken hose pipe when it was enabled.  Pip showed up on a Saturday, repaired the broken pipe, which took a bit of excavation, a good deal of jack-hammering, and some creative pipe cutting to solve.  As if this wasn't enough, he did this all on a Sunday.  Very reasonable considered what it usually costs to get an emergency plumber on a Sunday.  I also had him back to install a Watts reverse osmosis water purification system and feed that supply to my ice-maker.  Great person and a great person to know...

This is the second time we have called The Works Plumbing, and the second time we are giving a 5-star review. This time we had two issues that needed to be fixed. One was water leaking under our kitchen sink and the other was a leaky faucet in a bathroom.  They came out and diagnosed everything systematically.  The water under the sink was caused by a worn out seal between the granite and the sink, which Shawn pointed out and I sealed with silicon in one minute. The faucet was completely rusted out and needed to be replaced (it was 14 years old). Shawn recommended I get a new one and they would come back and install it.  I was not charged until he came back the 2nd time and completed the work. His estimate was 100% accurate.  Being a business owner, I know that estimates are not always spot on... that's why they are called estimates. I have found our go to plumbers.

Our showers and toilets suddenly clogged on the night before the home inspection for selling our home! Willy came in 20 minutes and cleared everything!!! Definitely recommend for great service and quick response. Especially in an emergency like ours.

Steve was able to get to us same day with no hassles at all. I was given a heads up when they would arrive. Steve was friendly and willing to go the  extra mile and try some tricks first to get our water flowing in our bathtub drain. Luckily the tricks worked and it likely saved us hundreds in repairs. Thank you sir!

Incredible quick and professional work by Cameron of Pristine Plumbing. I had called them to do an assessment, and after doing a fully analysis, Cameron said he could take care of it right away for me. What really stood out was that he was extremely patient and understanding. He explained everything he was doing, and shared ways to prevent it in the future. I could really relate to what he was saying, and truly felt that he was very genuine about it. Its really about these small things that made this experience a great one. I'd highly recommend requesting for Cameron for your next project or job. I know I will. 5 stars for sure.

I had just a small simple job. The flow diverter on my tub spout was broken. I had the screw-on type and when I tried removing it myself, encountered a lot of resistance. I decided to play it safe and find a plumber. They sent Roby out, who arrived on time first thing in the morning. As he removed the tub spout using a pipe wrench...sure enough the old pipe busted. He let me know that it looked like he needed to do some extra solder work to add more pipe back on, but after working the pipe for a few minutes, he was able to convert it to a use a slip-on tub spout without adding more pipe back...this meant the job ended up costing less than initially expected. All in all, I really appreciate the honesty with the pricing and was satisfied with the work.

I called RJB Plumbing after seeing a recommendation on Nextdoor.com.  Robert did an excellent job at a reasonable price.  He replaced bathroom faucets, under sink angle valves, and installed water hammer arrestors, the last at no additional charge.  Everything professional.

Super responsive and professional service! Was impressed with how punctual and knowledgeable Ignacio was about servicing our toilet! Would highly recommend this company!

Raul helped me fixing 2 small gas leak at the water heater on 5/6/23. He is very honest, knowledgeable and care about my problems. He was busy and couldn't come to check the job until the next day. In the meantime, I got responses from 3 other companies . All other companies only wanted money, they don't want to find the leak , just offered me to  open a new gas line which cost a lot of money and work. Only Raul who with a golden heart even showed up earlier than appointment, found the leaks and gave me a flat rate. He did a jobs in one hour while 3 other companies technician and owners left me a nightmare and couldn't sleep with a very expensive estimate.
I feel so lucky to have a chance knowing Raul work. Thanks and I definitely will call Raul in the future

Gary came out to our office adn fixed our sink right away. Very professional and good pricing.

Late night washing turned into early morning flood clean up.  Called Efficient Plumbing and spoke with Mark (owner) who told me he would be by around Noon that day.  Showed up on time and ready to go with materials he needed.  As a single Dad, time is important and not having to take two days off from work was great (as is getting your son and his clothes clean!).

Mark was great and even cleaned up the place better than he found it.  Fair price, and great work with better materials than original house had.  That will make me feel better, especially when trying to shut off valves that don't work!

Highly recommend Efficient Plumbing and Mark for any plumbing needs.  I can see why he is highly recommended here on Yelp!

I want to give another shout out to Jesse. I have done a review for my own property and now he just helped me in a situation where I am renting. My landlord may be the most confrontational person I have ever met when it comes to services and Jesse, out of a favor, worked with him. Not only was he extremely patient (and I mean extremely) he also got the job done. I don't even bother getting secondary quotes with Jesse as he is not only a true professional but a fantastic plumber. Will give him my business no matter what plumbing incident comes my way. Eric from Powers Plumbing is awesome!  He came out and fixed our complicated plumbing problem. After dealing with our Home Warranty company, which sent out two different plumbing companies, both who would not complete the job, all of our toilets as well as bathtub and shower were backed up.  I requested Powers Plumbing because I heard that they were the best plumbing company in San Diego, and they did not prove me wrong!

Eric was prompt, professional and knowledgeable. He went above and beyond the call of duty to get our problem resolved. He spent hours to get our bathrooms back up and running. If you want the job done right, I would suggest calling Powers Plumbing first.
