As a property manager, I found Pure Cleaning through one of my Board members. They recommended them for a unique building on the ocean with glass railings. Cade and his staff were always super responsive and did an excellent job. They paid attention to detail and communicated well with onsite residents.

Over time, we had them do more work like specialty metal cleaning and power washing and then I got them involved with other properties I managed. They are super easy to work with, reasonably priced and produce a good result making my company look good as well. I would recommend them to anyone.

I had numerous options come in my search and I'm glad that I settled on using Same Day Heating & AC. They sent out a really knowledgeable and friendly rep Sean Matthews. He helped install my smart thermostat and ensured my unit's heating and AC were both operational. Sean was very professional and talked me through the work in layman terms. Everything works and I'm happy with the overall experience. Big thanks to Sean and the company. I'll be a repeat customer.

Tim at TS Backflow is very reliable and responsive to any questions I had.
Tim found a little leak and took care of the issue. Tim had all the equipment needed to fix the leak and perform all the pressure checks. Tim cleaned the number one valve also. Tim went way above his standard service. Tim showed up on Sunday and did not charge any additional amount for weekend service. Tim emailed the passed report to the city as well. His service is seamless and I'd highly recommend TS Backflow and especially Tim.

Reasonable has given us wonderful service for many years.  Pip does a great job, is very skilled & we always enjoy our visits with him.

I recently was faced with major plumbing emergencies at my residential rental property. I would like to recommend SDROOTER247.com for any plumbing needs. I don't really ever do these review statements very often but my experience with the manager, Jesse was great! We had a water heater go out and needed a hot shower, a co-worker had used him and recommended him highly, he agreed to stop by on his way home and give us a quote. He really sold us on his knowledge and he ended up staying and doing the repairs and I got that hot shower! Great guy, easy going family man! He is our go-too guy, call him!

I was very pleased with the new heater and AC recently installed at my client's mobile home. It was done professionally and my client is totally satisfied. She is a disabled person and the THA installer was very patient and answered all her questions. Tino will be my plumber for life. His combination of knowledge, quality of work, and pleasure to be around is unique. He fixed a water leak from a second floor shower that was damaging my family room ceiling. He was on time, explained everything he was doing, was quick yet effective, and cleaned up after the job. Powers Plumbing could not have been more helpful or professional from the customer service over the phone to the service our condo units needed in one of the units.  Mike had to remove and replace an iron clad p trap in a laundry drain.  He was efficient and kind and provided great service.  Thanks for your fast and efficient help.  Will be glad to call on your services again which I'm sure we will need.
