As a property manager, I found Pure Cleaning through one of my Board members. They recommended them for a unique building on the ocean with glass railings. Cade and his staff were always super responsive and did an excellent job. They paid attention to detail and communicated well with onsite residents.

Over time, we had them do more work like specialty metal cleaning and power washing and then I got them involved with other properties I managed. They are super easy to work with, reasonably priced and produce a good result making my company look good as well. I would recommend them to anyone.

We needed a new thermostat and Same Day heating and air-conditioning came and installed a new thermostat.  Their prices were very reasonable.  The installer was professional and courteous as well.

We used TS Backflow for our yearly Backflow testing. They were very quick to respond and get us scheduled. Very happy with their service! Thank you! We will definitely be calling you again next year!

I found Pip based on a neighbor's recommendation. If you follow my Yelp reviews, I am a fan of small businesses with lower costs and less middlemen. I have had numerous leaks, floods and plumbing issues with several properties, so I know plumbers. Best one to date. He is affordable, on-time, charming, clean, knowledgeable, hard-working and likable. He does the work, not subcontractors. Doesn't get much better.

Had an exterior sewage pipe blocked up.  Shawn and Jay came out within a half hour of me calling in.  They were polite, professional, and very efficient.  Took care of the issue and the price was great. Thanks for your fast service gentlemen!

I encountered a frustrating situation involving another plumbing company whereby they terminated my laundry pipe and refused to take responsibility for their mistake. When I contacted Tom Casper with Pacific Drain and Plumbing, he came to assess the situation and gave me a wealth of information and precious support. We eventually ran a new line that is working beautifully, with the help of his master plumber, Vu. Not only is Tom highly knowledgeable about all things related to plumbing, but he is a man of great integrity and honesty. I cannot recommend him, Vu, and their company enough.

Richard is very thorough. Does not rip you off like lot of other plumbers.  We installed toilet.  I bought it from home depot. It was the only one left at this particular home depot. When Richard came to install it, he found out it was broken. He went out of his way to find the exact one at other hone depot and had it installed the same day. This was without extra charge. He's very clean, polite and knowledgeable. Best plumber ever. Will definitely call again and introduce him to my friends.

We had a mishap with our first contractor in the middle of our bathroom remodel when he couldn't figure out how to reach the drain assembly and squeeze a bathtub into our tiny bathroom.  

George Davis sent over a plumber named Roby for an estimate that was not only on-time but extremely helpful.  Not to mention gave me a detailed explanation and estimate at a great price.  Really happy so far.  Will update once job is finished.

Our experience with RJB Plumbing was fantastic! Robert replied quickly when I sent my message for a quote. He happened to be in the area and was at our house within 30 minutes and able to fix the broken water valve on the spot so we could get our new fridge installed. He went above and beyond explaining everything to us and was straightforward and detailed. We will be recommending his company to our friends and family and definitely calling him in the future!

Contacted Thompson Heating for a servicing of my furnace and turned out that it needed to be replaced.  Darrell worked with me on the price and came up with an excellent system that was a huge improvement over the old unit.  Everyone was a pleasure to deal with including all three of the service reps who worked on the instillation (Ryan, Nate & Brian).  They never complained and worked diligently until everything was set up and running.  Would DEFINATELY call these guys back.

Excellent service. He was there within 30 minutes of my call, quickly determined the problem with my overflowing washing machine, and was quick with a repair. Affordable, too. Will definitely be patronizing again.

Gary is a great plumber and a fantastic guy. Over the years he has helped us with garbage disposals, faucets and drain problems.  He also helped many times when moving into a new house by fixing issues with the pipes, drains, water heater & septic system. He's trustworthy and reliable.

After reading many reviews of this company, I called Efficient Plumbing to have a few things fixed around my house (a couple of leaky faucets and slow drain in tub). Mark was very professional and courteous. Pricing was good. I would definitely recommend Mark's services.

I was very pleased with the new heater and AC recently installed at my client's mobile home. It was done professionally and my client is totally satisfied. She is a disabled person and the THA installer was very patient and answered all her questions. I am an attorney and real estate broker and will recommend all my clients needing HVAC services to THA.

Just writing an update to give another 5 stars to Tino.  He has now been my plumber for years, taking care of every type of job imaginable and doing amazing work each time.  The most recent adventure was an emergency replacement of some valves.  I notified him late on Friday, and he was willing to drop by that Saturday morning to get it resolved.

I can't say enough good things about the quality of his work and his willing to go the extra mile to make sure absolutely everything is perfect.

These guys were just amazing from start to finish.  I had an urgent need to get a gas line moved a little so my new stove would fit.  I called, and the person answering the phone was helpful and set up an appointment for the same day.  He went over their pricing, and it seemed very fair to me.  The guy that showed up (Eric I think) was polite, and worked efficiently and quickly.  He wrote up the bill, and it was just like we expected.   I have a couple other things I need done, and I will be using these guys again.  I just could not be more pleased!!  Thanks guys.
