As a property manager, I found Pure Cleaning through one of my Board members. They recommended them for a unique building on the ocean with glass railings. Cade and his staff were always super responsive and did an excellent job. They paid attention to detail and communicated well with onsite residents.

Over time, we had them do more work like specialty metal cleaning and power washing and then I got them involved with other properties I managed. They are super easy to work with, reasonably priced and produce a good result making my company look good as well. I would recommend them to anyone.

Sean did an outstanding job on my air-conditioning service. He was right on time, and provided me good advice on how to keep the system operating smoothly. He was personable and helpful in every way. This company was great, and I will use them again in the future.

Tim responded very quickly to my initial request and questions. His price for test, repair and retest is reasonable and very good (quotes from others were unreasonably high). He is friendly, communicates clearly, answered my questions clearly with patience, handled all paperwork to city right after the job. I strongly recommend Tim for backflow test and repairs. Reasonable has given us wonderful service for many years.  Pip does a great job, is very skilled & we always enjoy our visits with him.

A Sunday morning search for a plumber was not a good start for my day, until I found The Works Plumbing. Their prices are reasonable, and not inflated for weekend work. They were at my door within the hour I called, I was very happy.  

I had a small repair job, but still received great customer service and professionalism. I'll be calling them for my next remodeling job. I recommend them for your plumbing needs.

We have used pacific drain since they first started in business. Always very helpful and good to us. Numerous times lately I have been unhappy with their services, pricing and policies. This most recent issue is on-going so I will reserve judgement until it's finished.

I'm seriously thinking of changing companies. The dissatisfaction I've been experiencing sounds like they have gotten too big for their britches. I'm sorry to say I have to advise you to try another company before pacific drain.

So now our latest project is finished. A clean out that needs a line thru it once or twice a year. Thought we'd be a little proactive and have them run it thru around the time it usually clogs. Young man, ran a line thru ( supposedly 70 feet) and found nothing. We thought it was a little strange to find nothing after 6 or 8 months or more since last clean out, but that's what he said. Forty days later the drains backup. No guarantee. A guy comes out runs a line and finds some roots but not a lot. Said he ran 75 feet. Hmm.. We had called at 4:45 and they said they'd get out there that evening. Even though we called before five, they did charge $120 plus an overtime fee of $62 dollars.

 Five or six days later the drains backup again. There is a 30 day guarantee for this one so after some discussion and frustration with their customer service people, they send out a senior guy. He runs the line and at 60 feet he finds a bunch of roots. Obviously the two previous guys were either not knowledgeable enough or they ran less than their reported 70 and 75 feet. They didn't charge for the latest work but I still feel like they should have refunded one of the other times they came out.
Btw we have taken out another tree to see if we can fix the problem once again.
There have been other issues, but I've said enough here.

First time using this company and it was OUTSTANDING! Steve's communication from start to finish was exceptional. Between text messages and phone calls I NEVER ONCE had to follow-up a second time or wonder if and when I might hear from him. Absolutely the best communication I have ever had with any plumbing company in the last 20-years. He was so prompt in responding to my initial inquiry I didn't even consider a getting second bid.

Art and Manny who made the repair(leaking drain pipe on my washing machine) were on time, courteous, very professional and left the repair area spotless! As well with each phase of the repair they communicated with Steve as to the progress / status. Again, great communication.

Finally I didn't even have to pay at the time the repair was complete. Steve emailed me an invoice with an online payment option which was fast and simple.

Steve told me his father started the business and he along with his 3 brothers all followed in their dad's footsteps and became plumbers too...so this is truly a family business with old school values of honesty, prompt communication, great customer service and a high level of professionalism.

I highly recommend Pristine Plumbing. They are professional, reliable and very thorough no matter the size of the job. The plumbers are friendly and thoughtful in your home. Anthony worked for many days in my home to solve our plumbing issue. He was excellent, and a good problem solver. Plus, he is just a kind, thoughtful guy! Plumbing problems are a pain, but Pristine helps to resolve the issue with high quality service and well-trained plumbers.

Amazing service!  Easy and fast to get a quote, Dave came on time and was very pleasant and professional.  Completed the job and with much detail and checked everything.  I am glad I used Vanguard.  I will sure to use them again for any plumbing needs.

I also found Robey(sp?) of George Davis Plumbing via recommendations on Nextdoor app. We had a leaky toilet even though I replaced the seal ring myself. Robey was friendly, professional, and above all, honest. I wished I found him much sooner because other plumbers in the area over-charged and were very dishonest in their assessments and prices.

If you have a plumbing need, PLEASE do yourself a favor and call RJB plumbing. We're sure glad we did!

We finished some remodeling and changed a filtration system to our house, leaving us with an urgent need for a plumber. RJB arrived in the scene and took care of our home - polite, with experience and critical thinking expertise that will get the job done right the very first time. I write reviews when they are deserved and this one is! Thomas B. Is a Professional, Courteous, Experienced Plumber who is a great Representative for Thompson Plumbing. He arrived on time well within the time frame. He explained his companies policies and took the time to listen to my concerns. He assessed my plumbing problem, quoted me a fair quote and he began. Regrettably the job turned out to be more challenging than expected, but he was not deterred. He kept me informed and he expertly remedied the problem. I was impressed with: His Service, Knowledge, Expertise, Demeanor and Professionalism. I have found My Plumber! It is a relief to find a Reliable and Trustworthy Company. Bravo Zulu, Thomas! Quick response and fast to clear the clogging In my main! Thank you for taking care of my drainage problem so quickly and finding the issue was roots growing in the main.

Being very experienced in maintenance and repair through my business, I have dealt with all types of contractors, plumbers, handymen, etc.. It is invaluable to have good contacts. After moving to the Poway area, I knew my previous plumber would not travel this far. I used yelp to find Ray's plumbing, and it was spot on!

Gary was professional and friendly, a total straight shooter. He was able to make an appointment for us within two days and was in and out of our house in two hours. We anticipated our plumbing issues being very costly, and I believe that they would have been if we had used someone else... Gary ended up fixing everything for well under what we anticipated and had everything he needed right in his truck. Great service and will definitely refer him and keep his card for any and all of our plumbing issues.

Honest, honest and more honest.  I'm writing this review because efficient plumbing came out to fix a clogged drain a my mom's place.  On time, friendly, and honest.  The drain was very clogged and they did a great job of just getting it to drain at all (I spent many hours snaking it and got nowhere a few days ago).  They wouldn't even take payment for their hard work and service because it drained slowly.  That kind of pride in work and integrity and very rare in this day.  I know who to call for all my future plumbing needs and they will get all the referrals from me.  Thanks

Not only did this company do a great job , the customer service level was above and beyond my expectations. I will recommend all of my family & friends to SD Rooter. The owner was always prompt and explained every detail without me asking. Cleaned up all of the work area and made sure my family was completely satisfied before he left . I'm not easy to please and have had multiple problems with other plumbing companies but hands down this is the best company to go through .

Best advice, go somewhere else!

Learn how to set expectations. If your tech says they will call the office at the end of the visit, then DO that. Secretaries, dial the correct number, and be efficient about it (don't call the tenant, when the property manager is the one waiting for the report). Show up when you say  you are going to (not decide to show up 1.5 hours before the allotted time).

Tino repaired the two showers in my house because the shower was leaking and the hot water was not coming out of the shower. He came with the replacement parts and replaced the cartridges. The cost was very reasonable compared to another plumbing company I contacted. He also installed the two new shower heads I bought and did not charge me extra! He was very informative with what he was doing and very professional. Unexpectedly, one of the shower handles was too big. He installed it temporarily until he can bring another one that will fit. Unfortunately the temporary shower handle broke after a couple of shower use and it happened when I had family visiting and it was Saturday evening. Tino went out of his way to come on a Sunday to replace the shower handle and did not charge extra except for the parts he replaced. I really appreciate his kindness and for giving such extraordinary service. I highly recommend him if you need ANY plumbing repair.
