I recommend Damman's Plumbing if your in need. I found him off a recommendation on the nextdoor app and am so glad I did.

I have dealt with 2 other plumbers this year alone for a similar problem. The first snaked the main for a few minutes and tried upselling me on a $900+ hydrojet job.

I called my insurance and they sent out a contractor who was here for no more than 15 minutes and claimed he completed the hydrojet job.

Well its no surprise that 4 months later I am having a similar problem again. This time I was lucky to find a recommendation for Dammans Plumbing. I called and they were able to get me in the next day. (Could have same day if I had needed. ) Their pricing was very reasonable. I got Jesse. He was very kind and professional. He is good at communicating and explaining what is going on. He worked for about two hours using two different snakes. We had a huge blockage which wasn't toilet paper or napkins. The theory is the previous owners kid might have dropped something she wasn't supposed to in the toilet. I highly recommend them and will use him again if we ever need a plumber.

I typically don't bother writing reviews but Phil and Tracy with Family Plumbing blew me away with their excellent service. Plumbers rank somewhere along dentists with me and I have been dreading calling one for months but I couldn't be more happy with the service provided by Phil and Tracy. Phil was very practical in his estimate and oddly enough, actually worked very hard to save me money, something no one does nowadays. Things that could be repaired were repaired instead of replaced and they even took on extra work and installed new sink faucets for a very low price. Happy to say I have a plumber moving forward as I wouldn't hesitate to call this company again for repairs or installations.

Have a low flow toilet that frequently gets clogged.  I usually auger the clog out and be on my way.  But yesterday on Veteran's Day,  I had no such luck.   Called several plumbers in the area, (a couple still haven't called back despite their rave reviews on Next Door App.) but none could work me in until Monday of next week until I talked to Angel.  She was great, worked me in for first thing this morning and gave me a 2 hour window (8-10 am), super friendly and responsive.   At 8:00 I received a text from Colton he was on his way.  By 9 am the issue had been resolved!  Come to find out this was Colton's first customer call on his own since he completed his training.   He was great - very thorough, informative as he assessed the issue and possible solutions.  I won't hesitate to call Angel again with any plumbing issues - fast, reliable and good quality work.

I would say that Gunner is probably the best handyman I have ever used. Along with his excellent well-rounded skillset, he responds quickly to calls/texts, he shows up on time, has highly competitive rates, but most of all, he is friendly, personable and I also feel that I can trust him which is extremely important! I would highly recommend Gunner.

These plumbing problems always cost more than you expected, but we had our water heater replaced and all the corrections made to make it safe and to bring the installation up to code. They did a fantastic job and were polite and easy to deal with. I would definitely use there services again if needed.

Saturday night. Flooding water heater. Not a good scenario...

I reviewed Yelp to find a good company, and Water Heaters Only seemed like the best choice. Not only were they a fair price for a new heater, but the coordinator (Christian) was responsive and we got things set up for the next morning (Sunday).

The tech (Danny) arrived right on time and was dealing with a complicated install. He worked for several hours to get this done right, very professionally, and I could not have been happier with the result.

Thank you Water Heaters Only for your honest and straightforward answers to my may questions throughout the whole process. As bonus, I saved $150 just by using the Yelp Deal, which seems to be the best in the business.

I hope I don't need to have my water heater replaced any time soon, but if I do, I know who to call!

Tom came out on time, he is a knowledgeable and pleasant person, he diagnosed all problems (water leak, defect water tank) very quickly and did the repairs not only fast, but also well. The charge was reasonable, which is nowadays a problem with a lot of contractors. I will definitively call Universal Plumbing when I have a problem again, and will ask for Tom to do the job, if possible.

Great service, knowledgeable owner, fair prices. Recommend to anyone in the Pacific Beach area, honest and hard working family owned!

Never do any service from this company. They lie and never be on time on communication and service. I am not happy with this company service not professional. They ordered the water heater to my shop and I agreed with the price and I deposited $360 and the rest I would pay the installed day and then Megan told me that the order would take 4 weeks to receive and would have to install on 072522 but it did not come on time and I installed for me on August 1 without letting me know when I was out of town. Then I talked Adam on Viber on that day to pay him the rest on the phone $3240 that we both agreed. Adam told me that he sent my old water heater back to Home Depot that I wanted to get credit from the old water heater under 4 year warranty. He lied and did not return my old heater to Home Depot and stole it. I went back to Home Depot and showed them the RMA#, stayed there for 3 hours but the tech did not find the heater returned there. Also, they charged separate charge of $126.36 in my credit card without telling me. I called and texted Megan, Adam and nobody returned my calls. I lost my old water heater that I told the tech to return it to Home Depot after the installment . Bad service, not professional and overcharges that not telling the customers, NOT recommend this company.

What a pleasure to work with. From the lady that took my call to the two workers that came to fix my sprinkler, a complete pleasure. They were on time and very professional. I called this afternoon and got lucky that they were able to fit me in for an early evening appointment - same day. Would highly recommend them.

Anthony was amazing! He came out exceptionally fast and took a vested interest into solving the problem versus charging me an arm and a leg for services I didn't need. I highly recommend and would definitely use him again!

I attempted to fix a clogged drain in my bathroom sink and ended up pulling the pipe right out of the wall. I called several plumbers to help me. Kristian from Elite Rooter came over and told me it would be a huge job, it would take half the day. He said my bathroom wall would need to be cut open. The pipe would need to be completely replaced for $1,200. Then Mike from Regional Elite Plumbing checked it out and said he could repair the damage using a pipe fitting connector. Took him about 30 minutes and cost $150. My sink is working perfectly now. I am so grateful for his honesty and skills. I would highly recommend Regional Elite Plumbing to anyone in need of a highly qualified honest plumber.

Brian is great! He replaced gas pipe fast and for a fair price. We are happy we called him.

Responsive, great service, and very reasonable prices. Fixed a shower handle after someone else left us in the lurch. Also had Bruce instal a new kitchen faucet and replace the shut off valve. He took a lot of precautions due to Covid, which we appreciated. Will definitely use again in the future.

Once again, excellent service from Mr. Rooter.  My first experience with the entire team from Mr. Rooter was outstanding, so I did not hesitate to call on them for a new issue.  The phone representative was very friendly and helpful.  Jesus arrived on time the following morning, and immediately identified what my issue was.  He took the time to explain what was going on, and showed me a few things for future reference.  He could not have been more friendly or helpful.
