I've been meaning to write this review for a few weeks now.  These Guys totally saved us on Thanksgiving.  The Wednesday night before Thanksgiving we had a toilet plug that plugged up much more than the toilet.  5PM on Wednesday the night before Thanksgiving.  I was having 15 people here the next morning for Thanksgiving.  It was pouring down rain and they were here in 30 minutes.  They drilled out a pretty nasty clog and had things running in about 30 minutes.  Since they were here I also needed a new kitchen faucet installed so they took care of that too for me.  Very polite and professional Father and Son and I was extremely happy with the work and how fast it was done.  We will need to master clean out drain installed here at some point and I'll be calling Jesse and his Father to do it.  Thanks much.

What a panic when you NEED a plumber!  Fortunately I was referred to Joe at Monkey Wrench. He got a quote for me quickly, came on time, did the work as expected at a great price, and was professional and courteous. I never once felt like he was trying to take advantage of a woman. At all!  And whoever answers the phone was helpful and professional also. Super great experience all around and I've found my favorite plumber.

Phil and Tracy arrived right on time and quickly got to work on the TPR valve piping on my hot water heater.  Excellent job and reasonably priced. Would definitely call again.

I've had quite a bit of experience with Independent Plumbing and Drain recently. Everything from rescuing my family from a dead garbage disposal on Christmas Eve to saving my friend thousands on what would've been an unnecessary repair. I could not give a higher recommendation. If you need a plumber, you could not do better!

I would say that Gunner is probably the best handyman I have ever used. Along with his excellent well-rounded skillset, he responds quickly to calls/texts, he shows up on time, has highly competitive rates, but most of all, he is friendly, personable and I also feel that I can trust him which is extremely important! I would highly recommend Gunner.

Very responsive and helpful. Even though I didn't have enough money to hire him he helped give me tips on how I might be able to complete some of the simpler aspects of the job on my own!

Jim G. came by my place on 1/21/15 to replace my water heater. He was prompt, courteous, and went about the job very professionally. The entire process was quick and I actually watched the whole thing because I enjoy watching home repairs (although working on them myself is a different story sometimes). Jim was a very funny guy and also very honest. He answered my questions very clearly and I am satisfied with the service I received.

We had a dripping shower/tub faucet. Took a picture of it and sent it to Paul. Set up appointment to replace the cartridge. Done quickly and no more leaks.

Showed up on time gave me a reasonable estimate was honest I really felt like I could trust them that to me is one of the most important things when it comes to doing business with someone he's definitely someone I would recommend  in the future for anyone.

Pacific Beach Plumbing did a great job installing a recirculating hot water pump.  We chose and recommend the Hot Water D'MAND System and are happy.

Never do any service from this company. They lie and never be on time on communication and service. I am not happy with this company service not professional. They ordered the water heater to my shop and I agreed with the price and I deposited $360 and the rest I would pay the installed day and then Megan told me that the order would take 4 weeks to receive and would have to install on 072522 but it did not come on time and I installed for me on August 1 without letting me know when I was out of town. Then I talked Adam on Viber on that day to pay him the rest on the phone $3240 that we both agreed. Adam told me that he sent my old water heater back to Home Depot that I wanted to get credit from the old water heater under 4 year warranty. He lied and did not return my old heater to Home Depot and stole it. I went back to Home Depot and showed them the RMA#, stayed there for 3 hours but the tech did not find the heater returned there. Also, they charged separate charge of $126.36 in my credit card without telling me. I called and texted Megan, Adam and nobody returned my calls. I lost my old water heater that I told the tech to return it to Home Depot after the installment . Bad service, not professional and overcharges that not telling the customers, NOT recommend this company.

Thank goodness for Velazquez Landscape and Construction! We basically had multiple sprinkler valves causing geysers in our yard due to softball pitching incident.  We broke one valve and a domino effect happened with no way for us to fix it ourselves. And of course this happened at night...

I called and left a message with Velazquez Landscape with 1 minute left to closing and I received a call back within 5 minutes. They are so awesome!! From great customer service to an awesome job, I am so lucky to have called them!! They fixed our system in the dark. What company would come after hours (after 830pm) and work in the dark to fix a valve system? They did!!

We will definitely be using them again for more services!

I hired this company as a referral, so I have never used them before. I had a slab leak and instead of digging up the cement they recommended running the hot water through the attic, which was a lot of work, but every team member went above and beyond with professionalism and courtesy to complete it. I'm not just making this up too, everyone was great to work with. There were a few hiccups because accidents happen, but the owner Anthony made sure all issues were resolved leaving me very happy and pleased with the work I paid for. How I was treated by everyone and especially the owner Anthony made me feel good hiring them. I did get what I paid for; A+ service. Thank you American Ally Drains and Plumbing for your hard work and commitment to quality. If you need any plumbing done call American Ally.

I called Regional Elite Plumbing to have some gas line work done.  My call went to their voice mail and I left a message describing what I was calling about along with my call back information.  They have never called me back.  I am rating this business one star because it's poor customer service, rude and caused a delay in my work.  You may not agree but I think it tells a lot about a company

Prompt, honest and straight shooter - no bs just an honest and fair trade. Highly recommended.

I think Bruce is trying to do a good job, but this service was a nightmare. I'm giving two stars (rather than 1) because there seemed to be some health issues happening that *may* have contributed to things going so poorly.

We got a bid to replace the the shower drain for a shower remodel. After three weeks, many delays the job is complete but not to the specs outlined at the start of the project. Several items listed in the contract were not completed

The only reason we didn't cancel with him was that we foolishly gave a large deposit and felt we'd just lose the money if we changed plumbers.

We are not confident our drain will function properly in the long term due to the way things played out, but our budget is all spent. This is a frustrating situation.

Overall, there was a lot of talk with Bruce and very little action. He'd call and update us on his many life challenges that were causing delay after delay... but the total time invested into actually working on the plumbing was very little.

He seems like a nice guy and expresses his intention to keep things on budget, but the execution was not there.

I love this company! Living in an old house, I have had to call on them several times over the years.  Today, for example, my shower and toilet both backed up.  It was as easy as can be.  Omar was here in a timely manner, was very professional, and did a great job! I would recommend this company to anyone.
