I called at 2pm on a Sunday because my toilet wouldn't flush and the tank was constantly filling with water. Jesse answered right away and said he would check availability and give me a call back. He called me right back and told me his dad would be there in about 30 minutes. His dad, Ayoub arrived quicker than expected. Both father and son were extremely courteous and professional. The job was done quickly and the price was extremely reasonable I would absolutely use them again for any plumbing needs.

I needed a replacement for angle stop valves for the sink in the laundry. Called Family Plumbing and got the technician the same day, with job done quickly and professionally. Awesome service! Quite a difference from my experience with Core Plumbing (scheduled 3 days ahead and they quoted ridiculous price, 3X (!) of what I finally paid to Family Plumbing. I angrily refused the Core Plumbing service, regardless of their high ratings). Highly recommend Family Plumbing.

So glad we called this guy! 7:30pm on Saturday and he answered his phone, wow!  We explained our problem to him and he explained he was on another job and couldn't get to us right away... But told us to go to home depot and buy a particular fitting.  So we did and viola crisis averted.  He ended saving us hundreds of dollars (for free I might add).  So I will definitely be calling this guy for any future plumbing problems.

Our water heater broke on a Saturday afternoon and within an hour Pat arrived at our house to replace it. He was very knowledgeable. The pricing was very fair. The job required replacement of pipes, valves and repositioning. Everything went smooth and quickly. Pat was thorough in explaining how the new water heater worked and emergency shut off procedures. We are very happy with the service we received and I would recommend this company. This unpleasant situation of a broken water heater quickly turned into a hassle free experience. Pacific Beach Plumbing did a great job installing a recirculating hot water pump.  We chose and recommend the Hot Water D'MAND System and are happy.

Great response used twice I really recommend!  Friendly technicians and they look for the cause of the problem and diagnose.  The last visit, we were not even charged.  No company does that anymore.

I contacted several vendors in the area for estimates to revamp a retaining wall planter that runs the length of our back yard (remove dirt, add plants and addition of large pebbles). The estimate from Velazquez was the lowest estimate and Sauro and his crew were able to start the project less than a week after receiving the estimate! They were very easy to work with, did a beautiful job and the price was exactly what I was given on the estimate (other than one small additional which I chose to add after). I could not be more pleased with the result and will absolutely use them again for future projects!

Excellent first experience with American Ally. I tried a DIY garden bib replacement today and ended up twisting the old bib off.

Knowing to cut my losses due to inexperience, I began calling plumbing companies knowing  a Friday afternoon appointment before a holiday weekend was a stretch to hope for.

A company I had used in the past was unavailable. Another company could schedule me for their next available the next Tuesday.... which was unacceptable for this adventure since the water to the whole house was off.

My third call went to American Ally, and from the start it was a good experience. The girl who answered the call was nice and helpful, and able to get me an appointment the same day within a couple hours.

A short time later received a call from the plumber, Aaron, who asked if he could arrive early, which given the situation was more than welcome.

Aaron arrived and got right to business and had everything repaired in a short time. And to make a long story slightly longer, the price was very reasonable. Would definitely recommend,  and will call again for future  plumbing needs.

We found him to be professional, clean, organized and efficient.  The second time we hired him found him to be humble and honest.  Very reasonable prices.

Brian has been absolutely amazing. I had my old tankless water heater removed and replaced with a wonderful Navien tankless water heater. On the first day I reached out to Brian, he was able to give me a quote and assess my situation very quickly after looking at a few photos of the situation. He was then able to source the new tankless water heater and scheduled to come and do the work the very next day. So quick and painless. Brian was very courteous and took the time to explain how to use the new unit as well as how to service it myself. I am very happy to have found Brian and will definitely recommend him to my friends and colleagues.

Responsive, great service, and very reasonable prices. Fixed a shower handle after someone else left us in the lurch. Also had Bruce instal a new kitchen faucet and replace the shut off valve. He took a lot of precautions due to Covid, which we appreciated. Will definitely use again in the future.

Very pleased with the service we received from Mr. Rooter on 11/11/20. Kevin was personable, friendly, and efficient. I felt very comfortable having him in my home. He installed a new toilet and removed the old one from the premise. Also installed new shower heads, a new kitchen sink faucet, and removed an old water filtration system. He left all work areas clean and disposed of trash. Would definitely use this company again and would request Kevin. He was a 10 .
