Mike and Joe installed my water heater on Jan 7.  Showed up on time, no surprises or upsells, competent, friendly, masks.  While their quote amount was average, their service was top notch and I have already recommended them to multiple neighbors.

After a few days of wondering if the power vented heater was noisier in the floor above than its predecessor I contacted Joe and they came back the next day and addressed the issue with some vent pipe adjustments, without any apparent reservation/blaming or excuses.  Excellent customer service again!

Excellent service! I had leaky spickett in my front yard and I had called a plumber I used in the past to fix it but never heard back, so attempted to tackle the project myself. All went well until it started leaking again. I called Family Plumbing, they came right out, and quickly diagnosed and fixed the problem. And all for an extremely reasonable fee. Will definitely be using them again for future repairs. Thank you Family Plumbing!

Called to let me know he was in his way and was able to get my hot water heater fixed. Great service, professional and prompt. Will call them again if needed.

Greg has been taking care of our plumbing needs for nearly two decades.  He's a perfectionist who is on the leading edge of plumbing technology and who is actively involved in reviewing and writing local and national plumbing code.  He's done extensive rework and repair to all the shoddy work existing in our older home, and nothing he's done has ever failed.  Greg has produced a number of very popular videos showing the general public how to solve the most common plumbing problems *themselves* without needing a plumber, and this says more about him as a person and a professional than I can.  I have the highest respect for him.

Our 2008 water heater began to degrade over the last day with a leak then finally no hot water after 2 days.  On Friday at 12pm we called Water Heaters Only and Sean was able to slot us in for the next morning.  We were told 9am-12pm for Saturday morning and was given a quote based on location and type of the current water heater.
Saturday morning at 9:15am I received a text that a technician had been dispatched to my house and 1 minute later received a call from Jim that he and Justin would be arriving within 30 minutes.  They arrived with masks on and walked me through the work they would do based on assessment of the replacement work.  The total they calculated was within the quoted price and did not change once their work was done.  They were very professional and patient with my questions and did a great job communicating and cleaning up after their work was complete.  In total they able to complete the replacement of the water heater in  less than 3 hours (including the assessment and payment of services).

I give this Company 2 Stars because I feel that for the most part, Paul knows what he is doing.  I feel taken advantage of.  I'm really not sure what has happened, but since he first got to my house, he seemed very distracted, short and curt.  We have/had very slow water pressure in the Master Bath shower, 2nd upstairs Bath Shower and both sinks.  He told me we needed a new Valve in the MBR Shower.  Luckily we were able to get a new valve free from Wolverine where we bought it not too long ago.  He did fix it in the MBR for $1200.  Yikes.  I feel that was a lot of money.  Maybe I'm wrong?  In the 2nd Bathroom he was able to just clean out the line and the shower seems to be O.K.  He also cleaned out one sink.  It seemed O.K.  Well, the kicker is that when he replaced the valve, he put in a new shower handle that was different than what we had.  We used to be able to adjust the pressure when we turned on the handle.  We can't do that anymore.  It's either on full force or off.  I asked him to come back and change it.  He said we never asked him to put one in like the original.  He never told me he was going to put a different handle on.  Then the 2nd Bathroom sinks are still not working.  He charged me $200 to fix that bathroom.  I had to call him out 2 more times.  Took him 2.5 weeks to come out and the last time he was out, he told me he couldn't change the shower handle in the MBR Shower and never even looked at the 2nd Bathroom.  So unprofessional.  I am a bit surprised at all of the good reviews.  I don't like to leave negative reviews, but I am extremely unhappy.

This is the 4th time that I 've gotten plumbing work with Jerry's.  I am still a very happy customer. Miles came out on the same day and went out of his way to explain what my options were, and what work he recommended. I have complete trust in him. They are clean and thorough in what they do. Today, I had my kitchen drain snaked out and new valves installed in my showers. I would not hesitate to call them again for all my plumbing needs.

Everyone we dealt with was courteous and professional for this service call to diagnose and fix our tankless water heater issue. Thankfully it was a quick fix, and they even provided documentation as to the cause for our HOA's and development's benefit. We would use this service if needed.

Made an appointment for an estimate for the next day.  Unfortunately, they never arrived and when I texted to inquire when they would get here I was just told the I am running late.  He never arrived , nor did he respond to texts asking when he would.  There are plenty of companies that can do this work so save yourself the trouble and go with someone else.

From sending email confirmations and text messages letting me know when they will arrive and even phone calls from the driver to let me know when they are on their way. I have been using Mike for the past eight years with my rentals. He has been exceptionally responsive and has always completed the job in a timely manner. His customer service is outstanding and the cost is extremely reasonable. I would not use anyone else!!

Bruce is amazing! He came out for a free quote and really made me feel at ease as he explained what needed to be done. I could definitely tell he cares about his work. His quote was more then fair, especially for the quality of work he did. I now have new pipes from the main to every fixture, a new water heater, and new pressure regulator. Everything is working great and the work was impeccable. I will be recommending Bruce with Robertson Plumbing to anyone I encounter looking for a great plumber!

So far I'm happy with the work they have done.  They were here to fix an issue that a competing company just did work on about 2 months and never properly resolved.  Once this was explained to the plumber, he immediately called his supervisor, who personally came out and inspected everything again before any work was done to make sure it was done properly this time.  Our plumber Jose was easy to work with and kept us up to date every step of the way.
