One year later - another excellent result.

Sunday - 9am-ish. I was in the garage putting away some gear and suddenly heard this loud rumbling sound coming from my garage - totally never heard this sound before in my life. I walk over to the water heater and it's vibrating and rumbling and angry. There is an inch of water in the pan. I look up and notice the left side piping (the hot side) above the heater had a steady drip going. Some water stains on the drywall as well (nothing horrendous just damp dry wall, no mold etc). Hmmm - that ain't right. The rumbling stops once the water stopped being drawn out - and of course I call Plumb365.

On hold for about 2 min- get the message saying we are busy please leave a message. So I do - describing the problem. Hop in the truck for a Starbucks run (hey - we all have our habits....) and on the drive there I get a call back. Dispatcher let's me know he has a tech on the way who will be there in 20 minutes. Tells me they have had an issue (manufacturer issue) with the galvanized pipes connecting to copper on the hot side and getting corroded and leaking. When the pan fills with water and the heater kicks on, it tries to draw air from under the heater and guess what - water gets sucked up and causes major vibration issues. Apparently it was a bad batch of pipe....on heaters installed around a year ago.

Gerald (the Gerald) shows up within 20 min. Immediately goes to work removing water in the pan and replacing the bad pipe. Wipes down and cleans everything. He's in and out in 30 min. Problem solved.

My toilet had a leak and the water pressure was really above the required reading my bathroom got flooded so I went on yelp and found this company they had a good review and it's in my area here in San Marcos they came by Allan & Tristen and they were very professional and honest and very transparent which is really important they didn't push anything that's not needed to do compare to others that would recommend things that is not necessary ...I would highly recommend them for plumbing issue and they were very respectful! Highly Recommended!!! Called for a quote on hydrojetting our sewer mainline a couple weeks ago and they said it would be $325/hour with a 2 hour minimum. This was almost a 1/4 of what a different plumber quoted us. We set pup an appointment and Ryan came out on a Sunday afternoon. He was on time and very courteous. I showed him where the cleanouts were located and he got to work. He snaked them before and after with a camera so I could see the difference and know that all the calcium buildup was gone. Ryan was a very knowledgeable plumber and was able to give me some good information about my homes sewer plumbing based on what he saw in the drain lines. The work was done in 2 hours and our drains are working much better now.
We will be calling Pumb365 for all our future plumbing needs.

I had a clogged kitchen drain. Boston Dave was able to make it out the same day. Not only did he have it fixed quickly, he went further and checked my basement clean out to make sure the pipe was clear there because the cast iron pipes are old and terrible and could clog in that spot too...yep, it was in bad shape and he fixed that right then and there too! Never had a problem since then. Quality service with great prices. He was also very professional and personable. My kind of guy and you won't regret this company for you plumbing needs. I won't ever go anywhere else even if I have to wait till their next appointment.

Just look at the ratings...this company is top shelf. Highly recommended. Water heater started leaking on Friday night at...what else...6pm. I called Mike at Plumb365 and he called back in a few minutes. Sent Allan out the next day to make a repair. He was on time, communicated well, was knowledgable and professional. Had the parts they needed on the truck. Cleaned up after the repair. Nothing sends fear into a homeowner more than leaking water. Call these folks - great company, great work.

We had a water leak in our water heater. Homedepot told us to contact plumb365. After installing the new water heater, I noticed a rattling sound from my refrigerator every time I open our kitchen tap water. I told the installer and he said because of the water flush that he made in the water heater(I would call bad flush) there is air inside the pipe of the refrigerator and I need to open the ice maker to let it go away. I did it for a month and we still hear the sound. I called plumb365 and they told me that there is nothing that we can do about it. Now I need to call an appliance fixer to come and fix my problem.
So if you want a halfway job done, you can pick plumg365!

So, I admit I was a little bit skeptical by the high number of positive reviews, but by then I'd hired them so what the heck. Turns out the reviews are completely justified. They diagnosed the problem with my water heater within hours of my call to them. Spent a very long time on a call with Rheem (actually more than one) to order the part (and I know that is true because I went through that rigamarole myself earlier that day). Came back out within 1 hour of FedEx delivering the part to my house and an hour after that I was in a very hot shower. Best of all, very fair price. Highly recommended.

I'm a retired United States Marine suffering from ALS amyotrophic lateral sclerosis disease and I'm completely paralyzed and can't speak coherently. We were using Brinks Services for over 7 years until Mr. Brinks ripped us off for a routine Pentair PSE2000 water filtration/softening system (please see my review of Brinks Services) and failed to properly follow the instructions, for the installation. Brinks left us with 3 separate leaks and we had to turn off our new system then refused to honor his warranty on workmanship!

So we immediately called Pentair and they sent us a short list of reputable plumbers and Plumb365 was our choice to come and reinstall the entire system and troubleshoot all of the mistakes made by Brinks and for only $135 (Brinks charged us $165 (Brinks military discount price per hour)!

David called us 15 minutes prior to arrival and introduced himself. Excellent professional service by David from Plumb365! David, not only troubleshooted the improper installation made by Brinks, but he also confirmed that Brinks overcharged us for the installation!

The following week, David came back and replaced 2 toilets for us. He was professional, clean, courteous and arrived on time. He called us 15 minutes prior to arrival and took all of the rubbish with him. Super excited about Plumb365! Thank you David for a outstanding job! In December I needed a whole new hot water heater. I went to Home Depot to outsourced to Plumb365. I could not be happier with them. Right from the beginning, they were so gentlemanly about providing an estimate to me, and even answering my questions to find ways I might reduce the cost, I went to Home Depot and bought my own heater. They installed it and were prompt, surprisingly nice, thorough in their work, cleaned everything up as they went, didn't even track dirt in on my carpet. The job is done quicker than expected. Couple months later I've called back because I kind of run out of hot water. Well I'm still running a full bath tub. Allan came today and looked it over very well. I also looked at the tub and checked my other Fossetts. We didn't find any problems, it seems to be that just 40 gallons of a water heater doesn't completely fill the bathtub with hot water. Unfortunately in a manufactured home, the laws only allow up to 40 gallons. While Alan was here, I just wanted to show him something, I sort of facet extender that I had bought on Amazon, but I couldn't remove the small piece, for the water comes out. Allan brought his wrench, and was gentle on it, as I had requested, in case I need to use the old part again. He not only loosened the part, he actually installed the new faucet extender right on. It works like a charm, but the bottom line is Allan went well over and above the call for service (and no, I really did not plan that, it was really only about the hot water heater). He was so kind, thoughtful, helpful, and I assume I'm not really supposed to say how cute he was, but he seemed born into his handsomeness. I appreciate it how he explained everything to me, even how the hot water heater isn't the size of the whole unit, but has an inside blanket around the heater itself. He was just as good as it gets, really over and above. I have had a personal plumber over the last 10 or 15 years who I adore, but he became unavailable and I went to Plumb365, and it's turned into a real blessing. My biggest thanks to Allan for everything, and compliments and appreciation to all the guys there from those I've spoken to on the phone to those who have come out to do the install, and Allan who followed-up. They are truly as good as it gets, two thumbs up, 10 stars, white glove, and a real touch of class with an exclamation point!

Our water heater stopped working over the weekend and I noticed there was water in the bottom pan. I started with the plumbing company on the Rheem sticker. They came and quoted me various plans well above $2500-$5000 for a new water heater and varying between the number of years for labor warranty. I'm glad I declined.

I went to Home Depot and to get information on how I can get a new water heater which still has 6 years left on the 9 years warranty. They recommended I use their service which got me in touch with Plumb365. They came by on a Sunday to remove the broken water heater and went with me back to Home Depot to return it for a full replacement. I purchased the Home Depot Protection Plan via All-State to insure the new unit for 5 years including parts and labor for only $80. My home had hot water after 3 hours and met the new city code requiring an expansion tank. I only spent $1150 with labor coverage for 5 years which could have cost me $5000 if I went with the company listed on the water heater's sticker. I really can't remember the technician's name. It was Randolf maybe but he was professional, patient, and knowledgeable.

I'm glad Home Depot and Plumb365 have a partnership that benefits its customers.

PERFECT FOR RENOVATIONS!

You can usually find a decent plumber for little things like changing out a water heater, putting in a new toilet or sink, stopping a leak, etc. BUT, when you're about to engage in a significant renovation where the bulk of it requires knowledgeable plumbers who are solution-finders... Plumb365 is the only way to go! As an interior designer (not to be confused with an interior decorator), I was the project manager for our kitchen, bathrooms and fireplace renovation. Moving the kitchen from the back of the house, up to the front of the house (for a better view) required cutting through the concrete foundation to bring plumbing to the new location. Additionally, we already had propane gas coming into the house (that fed the 2 fireplaces and hot water heater) but we wanted a gas rangetop in the kitchen. We needed an upstairs soil stack rerouted so that we could open up a downstairs wall. So, I wanted to find an HONEST plumbing company who understood renovations and the scope of what I needed and would be able to find solutions when our old house presented problems. We kept hearing about Plumb365 and one of their owners, Boston Dave, and how amazing this company is.

We brought them out to the house, showed then the renovation plans. A few days later we received an estimate for all the different parts of the renovation requiring their plumbing skills. Extremely reasonable! They were incredibly efficient cutting the concrete for the interior kitchen waste lines to be laid, as well as cutting the driveway concrete to bring in the gas line to the new location of the kitchen. We also had to put in a column fridge and a column freezer. (Two separate appliances... needing 2 separate water lines.) THEN, once the two appliances were pushed back, there would be no way to turn on the water lines. Now what? Mike (the other owner) came up with an amazing solution: Put a water shutoff valve (handle) on the side wall of the freezer (with a panel to disguise it) that would allow us to turn on the water once the fridge and freezer were installed. Problem solved. Next, the upstairs soil stack (waste line) needed to be moved to the new toilet location. Then they would need to be encased in the wall, in a tight space. That, too, required a solution. Mike solved that too! When it was time to put in the new kitchen sink (weighing 150 lbs), Boston Dave came out and dealt with several issues we had trying to get the new faucet to extend below the countertop, for hookup. Problem solved!

Plumb365 also changed the plumbing in the old location of the master bath tub area into a new shower. Excellent job there too! We also needed them to bring the gas line for the fireplace (where you turn on the gas) out 18 inches so we could have a new facade instead of a flat, flush fireplace. Done! We have a few more things that we will need Plumb365 to do before the reno is completely finished. But I can tell you that Mike and Boston Dave (and all their employees) do all of their work as though they are working on their own house. With pride and craftsmanship! If you're about to go through renovation and need the right plumbing company, THIS is the one you want! We are customers for life! (By the way, when you're going through a renovation, there will ALWAYS be issues that come up, whether plumbing, electrical, mechanical, or even finishes not arriving on time. Allow your professional to find a solution without giving them a hard time. Your stress level will go down when you let them do their job.) Thank you Plumb365!

After much research and a recommendation from a neighbor we THOUGHT Plumb365 would be our fairytale success story, sad to say fairytales are make believe.

We had landscape area drain lines clogged. Had four other plumbing company's come out. One said save your money need new pipes. One said he could try but great likely hood the hose attachment would get stuck and it would cost over 1,000 to just retrieve the attachment. Another said he flat out couldn't do it. The last one said he could try but with minimum price not worth it.

Now neighbors said they had a similar problem and recommended 365 that they had a water tool that does not break the pipes etc.

365 arrives greeted by two friendly mask wearing young men. Thank you for your precautions with COVID!

Showed what we needed and our area of concerns. Young man said 225 per hour with a minimum of 2 hours, let you know when we are done. Happy happy joy joy this is a miracle, we don't have to place the pipes !!!!

Over 2 hours later check and..... instrument got stuck more costs are shared, oh my heart- what??!
Call and spoke with Mike one of the owners, very nice said he wanted to make it right etc.

Long story short problem NOT fixed and paid 450. Your asking why would you pay 450 and issue was not resolved, well was NEVER informed prior to start of job this would be an issue !!

Not a fairytale ending sadly, save your money.

I'll try and keep this short. It's been over a month since Home Depot and sub-contractor Plumb365 installed our Rheem hot water heater. City inspector said everything looks proper. My dish washer cleans dishes and my shower has remained toasty. No water gushing where it shouldn't gush. What's more to say? . HD, Plumb365, and Gerald earned all five possible stars. Being a This Old House addict it was good entertainment watching a pro do it, live. If interested, the rest is items picked up while tank shopping.

First: I learned over 90% of all heater replacements are emergencies. If you're reading this, odds favor being one of the few paying attention because that thing makes popping noises or... you read this by accident.

Second: Don't do this as a Do It Yourself (DIY) project. After reading years worth of manufacturer reviews, it became apparent all the negative ones are overwhelmingly from DIY'ers. If you can solder a pipe the job looks easy, but.... These things are big and bulky. I suspect it doesn't take much manhandling to pop a weld or a circuit. If it's upstairs, in a closet, or somewhere challenging, just have it done. It's so much cheaper than reenacting Noah's flood out the front door.

Along the same lines I found installers who do just tank installs log a LOT fewer complaints than general plumbers. Home Depot (HD) and Plumb365 won serious brownie points because, they have Gerald who only installs tanks. Also found out HD does random onsite spot checks of anyone they subcontract with.

HD keeps Reem units in stock. More important they keep a free tear off sheet listing all Rheem models with sizing stats. Rheem makes their stats easy to find unlike other manufacturers. However for the same size and type of tank, you'll find these stats pretty similar between manufacturers.

Even though we have a 4BR home with roman tub (better known as a wet towel collector), there's only three of us. I bought a tank by family not house size. Our gas bill dropped 40% this month by going with a 50 instead of a 75 gallon tank. Nothing else changed usage-wise. I did receive a couple estimates saying we must replace with another 75 gal unit because of building codes. Our City Inspector debunked that. If you think you're being scammed, ask them if you can downsize and see what they say.

That's it. Kudos to HD and Plumb365. This husband is only in hot water while in the shower, not with my wife. Well, not until the next home project anyway...

I owe thanks to my neighbor, who told me that Plumb365 worked on his water heater for a very reasonable price. My pleasant surprise was how easy Plumb365 was to work with, how quickly they came out (for a non-emergency replacement), how clean their work was, and how well they answered all of my questions. Gerald was the plumber ... he arrived on time and with everything needed (a 50 gallon, 12 year water heater). He was about as friendly and easy to work with as I could imagine, and finished the replacement in just under 2 hours. Honestly, I couldn't be happier, and I'll recommend this company to you, too.

Great Plumbers are hard to find - this one is a keeper!
The quality and integrity of a contractor shows in the way they respond when things go wrong. I had used Plumb365 multiple times over the last year, so when I purchased a new refrigerator, need to replace the water compression valve before it could be connected. I contracted Plumb365 to get the work done.

About two weeks later, on a Sunday, I noticed that the flooring next to the kitchen was bubbling up, was not sure where the water was coming from. I called Plumb365 to investigate the source. Totally impressed that I actually got a live person, even more impressive that a technician came within a few hours. The technician identified the source- a slow leak coming from under the new compression valve. The technician immediately corrected the issue to stop further damage, discussed the finding with the owner, Mike, and the corrections plan was created. I was assured that Plumb365 would take care of me and 'make this right'. This is a BIG Deal! The next morning, they sent a water remediation company and the remediation work started.

I was disappointed with the water damage experienced, however, I understand sometimes things can go wrong. The reason I am giving 5 stars is that Plum365 took responsibility, promised to make it right and delivered on the promise. This speaks volumes! I don't often write reviews but this I think needs to be shared.

Good contractors are hard to find, especially ones that back up their talk with the walk! Plumb365 is a such a find. I will defiantly continue to use Plumb365 for my future plumbing needs and recommend their services. Call them if you have a plumbing need. They are not the cheapest, but prices are fair and they are good guys and heaven forbid IF something goes wrong due to their work, they take responsibility

These guys rock.

My usual plumber was out of town and he recommended this company. I'm very glad he did. They came out promptly at the appointment to look at a small leak that I had. The technician diagnosed it and presented the options to also replace the recirculation pump right next to the leak as it was far past its service window....no difference in labor, just the part.

They came out the next day with the part, and completed all of the work in about an hour. The pricing was fair, and everybody I came in contact with at the company seemed to have a very friendly attitude.

I'd use this company again in a heartbeat....but lets hope that's not for a long while...

Time to replace 4 bathroom faucets.
Wanted to replace all eight 30 year old
angle stops and replace all four P-traps. Had purchased 4 new Delta faucets and began to get bids.

Most companies want to come out and charge you a fee to give you a bid. Although they will deduct that from the bill IF you use them for the repair that is an expensive way to get bids.

I did have a bid from a firm I trust and had used before and although not outrageous it seemed high.

I had a card from a plumber I had used
previously Boston Dave of Plumb365.
they had been highly recommended by a friend and had done a small job previously. I called told them on the phone exactly what I needed they gave me a fixed price. They sent an email with the detailed bid and we booked the job two days later. Jonny South arrived on time, completed the entire job in about 4 hours. Looks fantastic, no leaks and I saved enough to pay for 3 of the 4 new faucets with the difference from the other bid I had.

They will be my go to plumbers from now on, highly recommend them!

Toby & Will came out and arrived on schedule. They diagnosed an odor problem we've dealt with off and on for quite a while. I called Plumb365 on a Tuesday and spoke to an incredibly kind woman who listened patiently while I tried to explain our issues (had no idea what the technical terms were) and she then got us set up for a same week Thursday appointment. She could not have been nicer. Today, Thursday, their plumber Jonny came out and he was on time, got the work done quickly, explained everything to us, and had the best attitude. We needed a regulator replaced and he also addressed some pipe issues with a sink and he did an incredible job. Hands down one of the best service experiences we've ever had and I cannot recommend this company highly enough!

Called Plumb365 on a Friday morning to be able to see if I was able to get a water line set up for the new refrigerator that we had delivered by BestBuy. Was able to get through and make an appointment that day. Sent over the photos that was needed for where the existing water line was and got a call back shortly afterwards. They were able to fit us in that afternoon.
The technician showed up, along with the owner. Was quoted a great price. Everything's as done very professionally and they had things done within a few hours. Very impressed with the speed, the pricing and promptness of their services. Would definitely use them again in the future.

We had a major drain pipe leak and Plumb365 was recommended by a friend. The dispatcher was very attentive and asked good questions to figure out the right person to send. They assigned Eddy to the job and he was awesome. He worked diligently to find and fix the source of the leak. Eddy was professional and explained each step of the process (he had to cut through several drywall pieces to access the leak but I felt confident he knew what he was doing and why he was doing it). It's hard to find good professional help and it's such a relief when you find a good company like this. Plumb365 and their staff are awesome.

I've had more than one great experience with this company. knowledgeable, good people, came out the same day, called to give an estimate of arrival time, cleaned up well, even cleaned off the hard water deposit stains that were for me so it would look clean and nice. Really fair pricing and the cost of a previous water heater replacement was almost 1/3 less than that of another plumbing company. Highly recommend and I am very picky.

Wow! What a company!! We've had the pleasure of doing business with these folks in the past, and must rave again! My sob story:
These guys helped end quite a saga for us. You see, I mistakenly called SDG&E when I smelled a leak. They have the authority to essentially boot your whole house, cutting off gas till it's fixed, but they offer no assistance after that and make minimal effort to get you turned back when the work is done. I say this due to my 8-hour wait for an SDG&E tech to show after calling first thing in the AM. Of course, our home warranty added to the saga by sending multiple plumbers who bid us multi-thousand dollar fixes. By the time I called Plumb 365, I was seriously exasperated. Thankfully, my woes began to subside with each employee from 365.

My Allstars: Elizabeth at reception who is friendly AF, Field Supervisor Greg who seriously knows what he's doing and bid what I considered to be a killer price and David who came to my house to do the work like the pro he is. I even spoke with the owner Mike because the city was giving me funky information. He was friendly as can be, answering all my questions and putting me right at ease. My cousin over at Neglia Construction referred me to these guys, and I could not be happier that I listened to him.

Wasted my time. Had one of their Supervisors come out to my property on Aug. 25 (prescheduled meeting, made weeks in advance) to quote plumbing for a new garage building in my backyard. Gentleman, Gregg Dunk, seemed rather knowledgeable, and presented the best option. He asked me to send him my site plan, and estimated location for the toilet, for the building so he could put the cost estimate together. I sent him the requested docs that day.

Sept. 9, with no response, nor estimate, I sent another email requesting a status update...no response to that email. Sept. 14, I sent a message via Yelp to request an update...no response. Oct. 7, I finally contacted the business directly via phone. Gentleman that answered the phone said he would speak with his supervisor and owner, and apologized for my not receiving a response.

Later that day, that last gentleman called me back, and explained that they were [effectively] swamped, and would not give me the estimate. I clarified that I was not looking to have work done right now, that I was simply looking at what it would cost. He reached out to the boss (Mike), who later called and left a voicemail, and reiterated the same information (company is swamped, would not give an estimate; did give other company options). I sent one last email to clarify, again, I'm not looking for work RIGHT NOW, just an estimate. Received an email with the response, ...we will not be able to give you an estimate on work we cannot do.

So, in short, thanks for wasting my time. If you choose to go with this company, you have been warned.

Update: Well, looks like David Boston Dave A. (an employee referenced positively in other reviews) thinks it's funny the business he works for is unreliable (he noted my Yelp review was funny). Need I say more?

We recently got a gas leak fixed by Plumb365. I had called 4 other parties including SDGE and no body was able to layout the strategy and detection of the leak and root cause as Plumb365 technician did. It was convincing, simple, cost effective and he had a strategy how they'll proceed without breaking the whole concrete backyard. He also did a thorough check that the leak is eradicated after changing the pipe that had the leak.
I also liked their backend services and be able to schedule a high end technician at a convenient time.
Overall, I liked Plumb365 professionalism, technical expertise, customer service and honesty.

We needed to have the copper pipe connections removed from an old rooftop solar water system on the 48-year old house we just purchased. Gerald, the plumber who came out to look at the job, was very personable, with 16 years of experience. He gave me some good advice on the hot water needs of our home. Gerald returned the next day, and completed the entire job of disconnecting the solar water heater, removing long runs of copper piping, and reconfiguring our hot water heater connections. Bought a kitchen faucet thru Home Depot and the install service. Called Plumb365 and had an appointment set up the very next day, today. The technician called to let me know when he was showing up, he was on time and wore a mask the whole time. The old faucet had rusted so it was a pain to get out making the job take longer than I sure he wanted but he had the right tools, talent and persistence to get it out cleanly and put the new one in. I needed some fast help back in September and these guys were great. Customer service over the phone was friendly and responsive. They ask for photos of the issue to be texted over after scheduling the appointment, which I appreciate them wanting an idea of what's going on before coming over. Seems efficient.

The tech was on point, even helped us with another issue and told us what parts to buy at Home Depot so we could swap it out (he was happy to do it, but said it was an easy swap if we wanted to save a few bucks). He was in and out in no time and fixed what we needed

We had a great experience with Plumb365. We needed our sewer line repaired and they came out, diagnosed everything, and gave us a competitive quote. The recommended a new liner as opposed to digging out the old line, which would have caused lots of other problems/delays with the other contractors that were working on our property. Given the schedule of the other team removing part of our driveway, we needed the work done very quickly and Plumb365 rearranged some schedules and managed to show up the next day and start working. They fixed everything and even moved the clean out near the property line to not get in the way of our new walkway. They were great to work with - very professional and easy going. They will be my first choice going forward if/when we need plumbing help.

These guys are great! I have used them on multiple occasions at my house and at my mother's house and they always resolved the problem.
Last week I had Ed over to fix a leaky pipe outside and he knew exactly where the issue was and fixed it right away. Prior to that visit, Ed and (sorry, I forgot the other guys name but he was great too) installed and fixed a shower that had not been working for a while. Dave and his team are part of my realtors trusted network of excellent contractors across the city. Dave sure earned that his keep last weekend. I discovered what we would discover was a main water line leak which was close enough to my home to allow water to enter. Dave responded quickly to call and was on site shortly after. I can't say enough positive things about Plumb365! I hired them for a tricky bathroom remodel that included installing a 350 pound cast iron tub in a second floor bathroom. They quoted me through pictures I took which was awesome. They were supposed to replace a laundry faucet which was an old style and install a water heater earthquake strap. Due to the faucet being delayed they rescheduled. They said it would be in the next day so we rescheduled for 4 days later to I sure it came in. Well they showed up with no faucet. They fixed the earthquake strap which went great, this is the reason for 2 stars instead of 1. I was told the faucet was delayed and would be in the next day. I waited 2 days and called. Dominic told me he was waiting for the owner to come in so he could look up the status. He said I would get a call back by the next day. Well 4 days later I called to tell them to forget it. The work was fine, the communication could use a lot of improvement. If it is an easy fix, they do fine. If there might be an issue find someone else who is better at communicating.

Plumb365 are the best plumbing crew that I have come across. We recently rebuilt our home and had a number of complex plumbing and gas challenges to overcome. This included four new bathrooms, kitchen, tankless new water service thought-out house and 8 different gas lines for fireplaces and appliances. The team also rebuilt our sewer line by a new liner inside existing old line which saved us thousands of dollars.

Mike, Boston, Greg and the rest of their crew are a team of problem solvers who are quick to respond and knowledgeable to find the best approach to meeting architectural aesthetics and budget requirements. Find it hard to believe all their reviews are 5 stars, I called the 800 # from HomeDepot to get a tankless water heater installed, (Plumb365 apparently has the install contract) a guy from Plumb365 came to my house in 2 days where my old hot water tank had been since it went out and i was considering going to a tankless. he told me the city needed to come out and permit if i went through homedepot or he can quote me through Plumb365. He said he would send me the quote in 24-48 hours. He never sent me the quote and I never heard from anyone else since. Terrible service, seems like they poach from Homedepot clients. The guy seemed VERY knowledgeable about installation/cost but didn't want to quote me then or the job my guess. I'm surprised he couldn't give me a ballpark # since he does quotes everyday. something fishy with this company. smh, id recommend you get a 2nd quote from another company.

I understand plumbing and the for the most part also understand the cost associated with tackling certain plumbing jobs. I contacted them and got a quote to do some repair and install work. I'll start by saying we have been through an incredibly difficult week +. We discovered a water leak out front a couple days before Christmas. We called American Leak Detection and for 250.00 they came out and mis diagnosed the problem by telling us the leak was where it wasn't. The tech also told us this would be a simple fix and that our sprinkler guy could fix it easily. The Sprinkler guy comes out and digs up our walk way and tells us that's not where the leak is (400.00). ALD sends another another tech who tells us he knows where the leak is but they can't fix it til the 3rd of January.. another company comes out and says we need to re route the water at a cost of 10K (white glove guys) we call Plum365 and they send one of the owners, Boston Dave (great guy) He agrees, we need to re route the water and because they are busy we can't get em here til Monday...disappointing for sure ..their quote was around half what the white glove guys bid was AND before we even agreed to the job another tech came by IN THE RAIN and helped with a temporary solution until we can get the project completed. Granted, the bar set by the other guys was incredibly low...these guys reset that bar incredibly high. At the end of the day, they are really good people who want to help and when dealing with a crisis you want and need someone who wants to help. While the others left us swinging in the wind over the Holidays. I can not say enough about Elizabeth, Boston Dave and Greg. They have won us over and we will be forever grateful for their help when we needed it the most. As opposed to taking advantage of our situation they chose to help..

This company was incredibly helpful! The owner texted me after hours in response to my inquiry. The office called at 8:00 am to schedule! Then the plumber was scheduled between 10-noon SAME DAY!! He called and said he was done with his first job and came at 9:00. Fixed my dishwasher lines in half an hour. Debris was in the line and it stunk! He also provided a better hose that was more pliable so it wouldn't kink, and didn't offer a service coffee. I cannot say enough about how wonderful the service was and what a professional the plumber was. I will never go to another plumber again. Just fabulous! You will not regret calling them.

As walked down the hall late one night, we stepped on a damp section of carpet in front of a hall closet. We followed the dampness into the closet and after removing the contents, determined that it must be caused by a water line running to an adjoining restroom. P365 sent out Tony R and he was awesome. Got to us that same morning, quickly confirmed the leak (a small pinhole that condensed and dripped down to the floor where it spread to the closet), did so with minimal cutouts in the wall, and repaired the section of copper pipe efficiently. All in just over an hour.

Timely, friendly, quick, knowledgeable, and careful to clean behind himself when he finished. All good things to say about Tony and P365.

We had a mixed experience with Plumb365 who we hired to fix a leaky shower. Their employee was great, except he did the work without telling us how much it would cost, and then we were surprised with the amount afterwards.

Some background: on the phone they said they don't do free estimates, but told me that if I texted them photos they would reply with a rough idea of what it would cost if the issue was what they suspected. I sent photos and did not get a reply. Then Attila showed up and took a look and began working on the shower without any mention of the price. He did not consult me before diving in and beginning to replace parts. When I realized that he was putting new parts in, I asked what the cost for the repair would be. He explained what the issue was and what he was doing, and said he'd get a price for me in a few minutes, but he did not. 30 min later after the repair was done, we went back to his truck for him to generate the invoice, and I was surprised with the $260 charge. Attila was a very sweet man, he handled my barking dog with grace and understanding, he was good at explaining the issues and his work was solid, which is why they get to keep 3 stars. I just wish he and the company were more upfront about their prices.

Plumb365 they saved my world! I have to let everyone know about the super star Boston Dave. Boston Dave is real, I thought he was only a legend. The problem I was having was that my bathroom sink drain always continued to have problems even after previous plumbers came and could not overcome the problem. Boston said there is two ways to tackle this issue, he could cable it or he could jet & wash the drain line. I chose to have it cabled. His cable had to go approximately 50 ft in and he was able to snag the obstruction & pull it out with the cable. He was lifesaving. Now my faucet runs at full blast & my sink drain never backs up. Thanks Boston Dave, I'll save the jetting for next time.

I found Plumb365 from all the positive reviews on Yelp. I had a bathroom faucet leak as well as a tub faucet leak that needed to be addressed. My first encounter was with Elizabeth and she is the NICEST, most professional person. I explained what my plumbing needs were and Elizabeth immediately booked David to come out in the next few days. David took a look at my bathroom faucet leak and it turned out the faucet was a discontinued Danze faucet. I have 2 sinks and although I was only having leak problems with one faucet, it was because I use just one of the two sinks. David was so honest and wanted to find the best solution for me. So after checking around, he was able to locate the same Danze faucet through a 3rd party distributor. I could purchase that faucet so he would have the necessary part needed to fix the leak. The problem with going that route would be at some point, the 2nd sink's faucet would start leaking the same way and by then, I might not be able to find the Danze version, so David provided 2 quotes, one if I just purchased the 1 Danze faucet so he could use the part needed, and a second quote if I decided to change out both faucets. It made the most sense to go with 2 new faucets. I chose the faucets, and David pointed out that the faucet I chose did not arch out as far as the Danze, but he wanted me to see how the water flow was since I have very shallow sinks that cause a lot of water splashing. He installed one of the new faucet's, we tried it out and it worked way better than the overly expensive Danze faucet that was installed prior to myself purchasing this condo. Success...I now have 2 new faucets that I love, and the splashing has ended. The 2nd job was simpler, my Roman Tub faucet had a very slow drip drip drip leak, so David changed out the cartridges and no more leaking. Their pricing is fair, and they don't try to oversell. This will be the only Plumbing company I would call and I would ask for David again. If you have any plumbing needs, I highly recommend Plumb365!

We had a pipe leak that basically required us to redo the building plumbing to PEX piping. As before, Boston Dave and Greg were absolutely incredible. Plumb365 was recommended, unsolicited by two different friends on different occasions so I knew I would have to use them when I needed a plumber. Unfortunately, that need came more quickly than I had hoped.

My pressure reducing valve failed and I lack the skills and confidence to replace it. I called on Monday and set an appointment for Wednesday between 11am - 1pm.

I received a call at 10:44am and was told they were on the way and would arrive in about 15 minutes.

Maybe I have had bad luck, they never arrive on time or in the early part of their service window, right? Not Plumb365! Arrived at 11 o'clock sharp!!

Very friendly, polite and on-time! What's not to like?

He got right to work, replaced my valve and had my water back on in under 50 minutes!

Why go anywhere else!

We had a slab leak which required a hot water line reroute. Hunter made a visit to our home and explained the procedure + provided a repair cost estimate. He actually changed his schedule to get our work done right away, with a minimum of repair time. He had to deal with insulation, airducts and very confined crawl spaces but still completed the work in only 3 hours and did not exceed cost estimate! Very professional and a great attitude. This company is AMAZING!!! My family had our sewer lines backing up into our house and we called almost last second towards the end of any businesses closing hours and they came through for us. Amazing and quick service. Super friendly and responsive when I called (Mike) was able to call one of his guys, Joseph who called me immediately for my information and he headed right over.

I had already called two other plumbers and they didn't get back to me until much later in the day. So I was impressed right away when Mike answered the call and quickly dispatched a plumber to help.

My kitchen sink/GD were clogged. Joseph texted when he was on his way. He was friendly and professional. I appreciated the fact that he confirmed the price of the service call and let me know if this was a bigger deal than just cleaning the trap, there would be an additional charge. Thankfully, it was just the trap. Joseph explained the problem and asked if there was anything else I needed help with. He cleaned up, thanked me and went on his way.

I was able to pay via credit card which was also appreciated.

Reasonable, honest, professional and friendly- exactly what I want in a plumber!

I called Plumb365 at the suggestion of my realtor. I was closing on the sale of my house but needed some plumbing repairs done first. Tony came out and even though I feel my house was in great shape, he still found a few things that Buyers' inspector missed - so we decided to go ahead and fix those items. Tony put in a new water heater, brought everything up to code, checked all the valves in the house and even found something that could have been covered up but we both decided a new part should be ordered so that everything was working perfectly. We had family from out of town staying with us over the New Year holiday and a blockage backed sewage into our showers on the evening of New Year's Day. We called Boston Dave and he arrived around 6PM, spent several hours resolving the blockage in our drains, with a smile on his face and a passion for getting the job done right and doing right by us. Great absolutely great!!! Spoke to Mike (owner) regarding what my problem was, a clog down the line & didn't flush properly. He sent his guy over to have a look at my problem less than 2 hrs later...(a toilet with a clog down the line & mineral build up on the bowl clogging the jets)

Wow. These guys are top notch and they keep to their word. Our hot water to our house went out on Christmas Eve. Right before a house full of people showed up. Needless to say we freaked out. Our water heater worked great so it was obviously a bigger issue. Turned out one of the pipes leading into the house was clogged. We thought this was going to be thousands of dollars. We had several plumbers come out to give their opinions. But we just had the best feeling about Mike and his crew so we went with them. Mike came out to hydro-jet our outdoor drains after flooding. It was a 2 hour minimum charge at $215 an hour with no guarantee that the hydro-jet would work, which it didn't in my case. This I don't fault him for. But I do fault him for promising me a quote on re-draining services and never receiving it. After two weeks I sent a text to his assistant telling her I never received the quote, a text she completely ignored. Very unprofessional.

We have used this company for plumbing issues at our Veterinary Hospital several times over the years and have always been extremely happy with the service. Last week, I had an especially good experience with David, one of their newer employees. We had 3 broken faucets in our hospital and each was a different challenge. David took the time to explain everything to me, did the installations and was kind enough to work around our technicians when they had to bring animals in the back for treatment. He would stop what he was doing until they were done so the animals wouldn't be scared and they could be treated quickly. David had to return two days later to complete the work and the water had to be turned off to the entire shopping center to install a part. There are business' who open early and rely on the water to be working, and David came extra early and met me so it could be turned off, his work done and water restored before anyone could be impacted. He was kind, courteous and did exceptional work! I highly recommend Plumb 365 and David to anyone looking for a great plumber!!

Troubleshooting genius with integrity. What appeared to be an upstairs toilet leak over the kitchen along the along the ceiling dripping to the outer wall was thoroughly investigated. It appeared to be a nightmare replace the ceiling decontaminate interior walls and then replaced who knows how much drywall and outer siding. After a lot of following the moisture spots it, and doing weird to tests the baffled me, it turned out to be hairpin legs in a copper pipe her new house. The fix was a simple one. There was no no contamination mitigation because it was fresh water and the job was inxpensive to fix. Until I stumbled upon these guys, my experience was plumber of the past wood sign the worst case scenario, repair more than what was needed, and I'd end up with a huge bill. Thanks guys.

So here is a rare review. I didn't even end up using these guys- and I'll tell you why. I called them up on a Saturday with a sewer problem and they explained that they could send somebody out but it would have to be time and a half because it was the weekend. Mike then suggested that I text him some pictures of the problem and if he could diagnose it over the phone he would help me fix it. That is exactly what happened. Mike saw the problem immediately, diagnosed it, and told me what the fix was. Free of charge. These guys are awesome and just made a CFL (customer for life).

These guys are the best! I had a failed water heater, I called them around noon when I discovered it, they were there the same afternoon with a temp set water heater so my family did not go without water while repairs were made. Mike is very knowledgeable and incredibly supportive. When we had problems with our insurance, he offered advice and support to try to help us get the coverage we needed. These guys recommended an excellent water mitigation company to repair the water damage and re-installed our water heater when it was all finished. And, Plumb365 guys who installed the heater were professional and friendly. It was so refreshing to deal with friendly, honest, helpful people during such a stressful situation that unfortunately most of us will experience in owning a home.

I don't know why they included 365 in their title, they aren't available on Sundays and generally on an emergency. I came back from a trip and had a water puddle in my garage under an upstairs bath. I called on Sunday and got an answering service. I figured the puddle wasn't growing so I could wait a day. So I left a message and assumed I would get a call first thing the next day. I finally called them at almost 830 on Monday morning (their web site said they opened at 730). They person who answered said he hadn't gotten around to listening to messages yet. He could send somebody the next day. Maybe that doesn't sound like a big wait, but I had already waited a day and they was water in my walls they had be worried, I would at least like to have talked to a plumber. It could have been much worse. The guy said we work on appointments only. Well water leaks are not very good at scheduling appointments and I think they should have emergency service.

Mike installed my hot water heater. I wanted the drain pipe to go around my file cabinets and to the outside. Mike was able to construct this in an unobtrusive way. His work is neat, clean, and efficient. He's a genius!

Then the day before I left the country, I had a flood. Mike took pictures of the plumbing inside the walls, explaining what had actually happened. I left everything in his hands. He was able to refer me to a team of specialists for the mildew, asbestos, etc. They were all just like him, honest, communicative, knowledgeable, and respectful.

Mike's work is impeccable. He knows his trade well and he is willing to share his knowledge with his customer in terms they can understand.

You don't need to look elsewhere for a plumber! And if you need another type of tradesman, call Mike for a reference. Plumb365 is in my phone under favorites! Thank you so much turning a potential nightmare into a pleasant, smooth experience!

I needed new cartridges replaced on a roman tub as well as two single handle shower cartridges replaced at my 13 year old home in Bressi Ranch. If you own a home in Bressi Ranch and have not replaced any cartridges in over 10 years you are asking for trouble and will get a leak from your top floor to the bottom floor at the shower cartridges. I saw the leak at the roman tub faucet. I was able to change the sink handle cartridges myself for my bathrooms which also wasn't easy as the plastic part that keeps the cartridge down tends not to loosen up and come off easy and you have to cut it out carefully or drill out carefully or replace the entire hardware faucet handle which Moen will send you at no cost. I had Moen send me all the cartridges and extra parts for the roman tub that will break when replacing the cartridges at no cost to me. All you have to do is call them and they will send you the parts if you confirm you are the original owner. Plumb 365's Elizabeth is great over the phone and you can send her pics to get an estimate of the job. They sent Attila to my home and I can't say enough how solid his work was. Super detailed and careful, just did a stellar job that was way, way harder than YouTube do it yourself videos look. I'm pretty handy but there is no way I could have handled these three jobs. When you see a skilled plumber like Attila break an expensive shower cartridge puller right in front of you I knew it would have been brutal for me to even try the job.

I learned Plumb 365 does all the hot water heater installs for three of the local Home Depot's which will likely have me leaning toward Home Depot for a new hot water heater since I know their work is so great.

Even though one of the owners is from Boston and I'm from the rival sports city of Buffalo I like this company allot having talked with many of the principles there:)

The installation was stellar. He took out an oversized water heater which meant he had to remove the framing around it. After the behemoth was removed, he proceeded to install the new, properly sized, water heater and put the framing back on. He talked me through his process on what to expect when he turned the water back on. The work was done neatly. He had to go the long way around the back due to an obstruction in the path but he did it without hesitation and even remembered to lock the gate when he finished up. We have hot water!!! It was like having a friend you trust fix your plumbing issues. Atila came out and saved the day. He installed a new toilet, replaced a regulator for the water pressure, installed a new shut off valve for my sprinkler and a few other small items that needed to be done that I just didn't feel comfortable doing myself. PLUMB365 saved the day! A piece of my carpet cleaner fell off and went down the toilet. Of course our business was open and patients were needing to use the bathroom. I spoke to Elizabeth who was courteous and professional. She got Jonny and Dustin to our office within 2 hours! They thought they pushed the piece through the drain and we were back in business! An hour later it clogged again. Elizabeth got in touch with Jonny right away and he offered to come back at the end of the day. Unfortunate he had to take the toilet off to retrieve the piece, yet he didn't charge me for an extra visit. I would definitely recommend Plum365, especially in an emergency situation. You talk about great service from Boston Dave and Richie. These guys scoped my drains, showed me the tree root blockage and blasted the roots out. After the cleaning they scoped the drains again just to make sure they were clean, even to go the extra mile to show me some possible problem areas down the road.

If I could give Boston Dave and Plumb365 10 stars, I would. Not only is he a great plumber, I also feel like we can trust him without reservation. Before we met Dave, several years ago, I had a not-so-good experience with another plumber. Since then, we connected with Dave through our realtor's network. We are SO GLAD we did!!! Our most recent awesome experience with him was this past Friday. All of our drains were backed up. We called Dave and he was at our house within an hour. He determined that a pipe that went from our house to the street was blocked. He accessed the pipe and unblocked it in less than an hour. What a relief!! The project involved flipping a laundry box, gas line, and gas vent from a laundry closet to the garage (they have a shared wall), so there was drywall cutting involved. We thought we had a water main leak entering our house, he determined that it was actually leakage from an SDG&E conduit that ran in the same area. What a nightmare situation for a plumber - electricity and water! Thanks to Mike's investigation we were able to get SDG&E to fix the situation the same day. Wow! Fabulous service all around. Our dear friends recommended Boston Dave to us for our bathroom remodel. He responded quickly to my call scheduled the appointment and did not charge by the hour. I like that he has set prices depending on what your doing. We have been remodeling our home for 8 months so far...and, have run into quite a few problems with plumbers. BUT, today was a totally different story.

John South with Plumb365 came out to help us out with our water heater and I have to say that he was a warm welcome from what we have experienced in the remodeling stage.

I was lucky enough to be recommended to these guys from my neighbor... she had used them for a major drain situation and she was very pleased with their work. I called and Dustin met with me, looked at the situation that I was dealing with (also a major drain problem) and confidently said he could help... the team (all great guys) came back a couple days later (it was not an emergency) and performed the work.

Our shower valve got stripped and would not turn off. I called Mike late afternoon and he came that evening. He was able to fix the valve in no time. Had a temporary replacement handle so that we had no down time on using the shower. He also advised me that the handle kit was most likely covered under a warranty. So, I did call the company and got the handle kit replaced for free. If he had not told me that I most likely would have paid full price not knowing any better. Thanks, Mike!

Had a shower arm break inside the wall. Dustin came out to assess the situation and was hoping to extract the threaded piece, instead of going into the wall to repair. I've used this company twice now and both times have encountered workers who are both personable and knowledgable. This last time, I had to reroute my dryer duct-- Not a lot of space or a lot of options. Dustin came in the morning, we talked over some ideas and made a plan. I called for Boston Dave to come out but he was booked. They sent me Ryan who came out and couldn't diagnose where my upstairs shower was leaking from. He said he would come back on Friday with a supervisor. He was supposed to be here around 2:30. He sent me a text on Friday around 12:47p and said he could come right now but would be on another call at 2:30. I was at work and told him I couldn't. He said he could come the next Tuesday and I texted back and said I had a 3:40 appt. I have never heard from him again. Horrible customer service!

I first met Dustin in a plumbing supply store and he was kind enough to take time out of his busy day to help me and my other senior citizen friend find the fixture I needed for my tub/shower. Boston Dave installed a new Pressure Regulator Valve in my laundry store. The price he quoted was fair and I know the job took longer than he expected due to complications out of his control. I fully expected to get a higher bill but that did not happen. He honored the original quote.

On a more recent occasion I had an emergency where the water was not coming into the store. I checked all valves and verified all open. He showed up within an hour to help out. It turned our that someone had closed a valve in the underground box. While he was there is snaked a drain for me.

I tried to work through my home warranty company for a week and the less than reputable plumber they sent to our house to replace a water heater. We finally took the cash offer and moved on.
I asked friends for recommendations on a good plumbing company. I checked out several on Yelp and other websites.
I contacted Plumb365. Mike called me back on a Saturday and spent the time to explain everything to me. Note I have been in the facilities and construction world for 35 years.
Dustin showed up early on Monday, replaced the water heater, called me and low and behold a new operational water heater with NO issues.
Mike and Dustin did a great job. We couldn't be more happier with their internal processes. Spend time up front, explained the water heater selection and pricing, sent us info on how was coming to our house, contacted us early and finished early.
Great job! And yes, I paid $191 more than if I went with warranty companies outfit but we are very happy. Quality work from a reputable company.

To say that Plumb365 came through for us in our time of need is really a bit of an understatement (and this is not the first time). We own several vacation rental properties in the Carlsbad area and July is our busiest and most important month. We got a call from a tenant that was moving out of a unit to let us know we had a leak under the kitchen sink. Knowing we had another tenant moving in the next day, we needed immediate help. We called Plumb365 and they had someone out there to evaluate the issue in a little over an hour. Turns out our high end faucet had failed. It's the weekend. . . I'm cleaning my garage. . . and a drop of water splats right on top of my head. I looked up to see a steady drip from an overhead pipe. Who ya gonna call? I called a trusted business associate that I knew would have an inside track on the solution to my problem. And the answer was Boston Dave from Plumb 365. He spent the better part of his Sunday replacing the pipe, then climbed up in the attic to see if there was any sign of corrosion on those pipes. Thankfully, he determined there was not. He explained the garage portion of the pipe was probably compromised by metal straps that oxidized the copper, but there was no sign of that going on inside my ceiling. His price was quite reasonable for the amount of time he spent and the service he provided. I would recommend him without any hesitation!

Plumb365--Owner Mike was a refreshing experience in a stressful situation. My husband installed a water heater and worked on the copper plumbing into the wall for 24 hours straight with no sleep--seriously! He's a type A do it yourselfer. Finally convinced hubbie to call a professional plumber at 6pm on the second day. That's when Mike galloped in on his shining white horse to the rescue! (Well actually it was a white service truck lol). The first thing I liked was when his website said available 365 days 24 hours a day. I was skeptical because it was early evening, but called anyway . Lo and behold he answered my first phone call himself and promised to arrive within 90 minutes--which he did. Upon arrival he assessed the situation and offered a couple of solutions. Mike then went to work and skillfully fixed everything in less than an hour. My husband watched him work and was highly impressed by his thoroughness and neatness (and slightly envious of all his special tools). Mike cleaned up after himself and presented us with a very reasonable bill. Plus he takes Visa! All in all, he is a professional plumber of obvious integrity and honesty, as well as skill and knowledge. In this world of poor customer service, greed and ineptitude, We salute and highly recommend Plumbing 365 -- which really lives up to its name. Note: As a bonus, Mike even nicely tolerated our mean little 9 lb maltipoo who was snarling and threatening to rip his ankles off!

I cannot say enough good things about this company!!!! Long story short-another plumber turned a problem that could have been livable for a little while into an emergency sewer back-up. Boston Dave came out and and told us we should contact the first company so they can make it right, because that's what he would do. But offered to come the next morning (on a Sat) to do the work if we decided to go with them. I decided I was not comfortable with the first company, so I had Boston, Mike and their crew do the work for us. They were professional, friendly, and really seemed to enjoy the work. They explained everything they saw and recommended and why. I was so at ease with them from the first moment. I will 100% be giving them all my future plumbing business and will be recommending them to everyone! Top notch work done right at a reasonable price. the best service ever!!! boston dave went above and beyond the call of duty. i had a sewer backup on a friday around 3:30 in the afternoon with guests in from out of town. i called another company who promised a call within the hour. after 2 hours, several calls and promises, i phoned plumb 365. they immediately answered, boston dave was here in 30 minutes, fixed the problem and took figure out the cause, all on a friday night after 5pm and with a smile on his face and a friendly attitude!!! fair pricing as well!!! what a find!!
