We had a leaking copper pipe on my attic. Called BDP in the morning and they sent the tech to my home in 1 hour. It was on July 3rd, most companies were not working, but BDP had really fast reaction with my request.

Changed the 90 turn in 1 hour with good quality. I would like to give them 5 stars for this service.

Robbie from Akamai was incredibly helpful and fast! I live in north park and called on a Sunday for a broken toilet! He arrived super fast and fixed everything! He is friendly, efficient and knows his stuff! Highly recommend!!!

I had concerns that we had a leaky pipe behind a wall of our master bedroom shower.  Thankfully, this wasn't the case but Frankie still made it out in a timely fashion, walked me through everything he was doing, and re-caulked and cleaned up better than before.  While there is an initial visit/diagnosis fee, it is deducted from any final repair quote provided if I choose to move forward with the recommended repairs.

He provided options,  showed up on time, and was very polite. I would use him again in the future.

We had a slab leak underneath our house that was causing a section of our flooring to have a hot spot. It also caused our gas bill to spike because our water heater was constantly replenishing the leaking hot water.

Ricardo and Del were the main representatives for the project. They explained the issue thoroughly and provided multiple suggestions on how to tackle the repair. The best option was to repipe the entire house with new plumbing lines that runs thru our attic instead of our slab. They were also able to add in a new water heater and filtration system without breaking the bank.

Ozzy was the main technician onsite. He did an excellent job on the repipe and would always give us daily end of day updates.

A handyman broke a pipe at noon and someone from Genesis was out to fix it by 3pm. Heroes! Was much more expensive than anticipated because of the unusual width of the pipe but I was on an incredibly tight timeline and grateful they could get everything patched up.

My water heater was leaking so I called Trusted Water Systems.. Jacob answered and was able to show up same day! He was very knowledgeable and you can tell he's been doin this a long time.. he was so friendly and helpful and was able to get me hot water again that day.. very grateful for Jacob and Trusted Water Systems for taking such good care of me and turning a negative situation into a positive! I contacted James after getting a notice to complete annual testing. He was responsive, quick to test my house, and provided a report and invoice via email. I will use him next year for the same test.

Had a leaking pipe on the exterior of my house and after reading the reviews on here I called Hendricks Plumbing to see if they could come out to look at it as soon as possible. Ron showed up at my house within 30 minutes, and was a super nice guy! He was able to fix the issue within 15 minutes and even gave me a military discount. He installed our water filter system which was reverse osmosis, and since I live at the beach it was rusted and really difficult to install. He did it quickly and effectively and with a smile on his face. Clearly he knows what he's doing as well as a professional plumber.

He mentioned he used to install big plumbing systems for big labs up in La Jolla. It's clear that he knows what he's doing and I would definitely use his services again.

My bathroom sink wouldn't drain, thankfully Carmel Valley Plumbers was able to come out same day! Very efficient and cleaned up after the mess that my sink created!

Fernando was a total pro from start to finish.  He was very friendly and informative and tackled the toughest job with ease.  His great attitude relieved a lot of my stress especially because they had to jackhammer the foundation and find the leak - which they did in no time.  Amazing work and attitude and I could not have been more pleased with a job well done.

We used an exceptional plumber before but lost his number.  Henry was up against tough competition.
So my husband found Henry and since we needed plumping help ASAP just gave him a call. Henry showed up the same day, quickly figured out what was causing the problem with our leaking toilet and plugged sink drain (two different bathrooms!) and fixed it! He didn't do a quick fix but instead went ahead and killed the tree roots that were clogging the toilet drain (took off the toilet bowl to do that). He was done in less than two hours! Super polite and nice.

And the price! Oh, very reasonable!
We have found a new awesome plumber and that, my friends, is priceless!

Carlos was a true professional with exceptional customer service.  He is easy going and gets down to work immediately.  Even though we had a very difficult job here at Liberty Station, he stayed numerous hours on two different days until he finally resolved the clog.  He cleans up meticulously and leaves everything as near perfect as you can get.  Considering the time spent, his prices were reasonable and we are 100% satisfied with his work.  Knows his trade... highly recommended!!!

Drayton came too our house to do a yearly service of water filter under sink and water softener system.  He took care of everything in a short amount of time and answered all questions.  We have been with Rayne for a number of years and are pleased.

I have used Mike for plumbing repairs for at least 15 years.  He has installed several faucets, shower heads, a toilet, unclogged sinks, and the list goes on.  He is always prompt and has a wonderful personality.  By the way, he is fair and honest and reasonable.  You can't go wrong with Mike!
