Darin and Sean are great. We were looking for a new plumbing service because our toilet broke and our former plumber refused to wear a mask in our house. Got a quote from BDP through Yelp in under 15 minutes. Gave Darin a call and he confirmed they follow all social distancing guidelines as well as wearing masks and gloves. Sean came out the very next day and not only was he on time but their communication is great. When he opened up the box for the new Kohler toilet we had ordered (separately through Home Depot) it was completely broken. Sean drove back to his plumbing supply store and got us a much higher quality Toto toilet and brought it back and completed the install in no time. Would recommend these guys to anyone and will be using them for all our plumbing needs going forward.

In Aug 2016 I  was looking for a bid for adding an addition to my home with two new bathrooms from scratch, 2 new laundry hookups, and a kitchen remodel.  I didn't want anything tied into the existing lines and I told the rep. However, they wanted me to pay for a video inspection of existing lines to see if there were any issues prior to submitting a bid. I agreed and went with the company they recommended.  In the meanwhile I also sent them copies of the plans via email.

An Akamai rep was present during the inspection.  The inspection company then gave me a copy of the video.  Guess what?  Akamai never returned my email, or follow up calls, and never submitted a bid.  

So, I went with a different company. Turns out, that I didn't even need the inspection since the new plumbing was kept separate from the existing and only tied in at the street.  Makes we wonder if they were in cahoots with the pipe inspection company.  The inspection cost me $250.  

During this construction process I kept extensive records of all the  companies I contacted, with dates, emails, and no shows. This one stands out the most. They might do good work, but I would never know.

I had concerns that we had a leaky pipe behind a wall of our master bedroom shower.  Thankfully, this wasn't the case but Frankie still made it out in a timely fashion, walked me through everything he was doing, and re-caulked and cleaned up better than before.  While there is an initial visit/diagnosis fee, it is deducted from any final repair quote provided if I choose to move forward with the recommended repairs.

He provided options,  showed up on time, and was very polite. I would use him again in the future.

Technician was very polite and respectful. They were good although the original quote was a little pricey, we were able to agree to an affordable price.

Awesome service. JC/ Robert was awesome. Called because I needed a plumber to snake my main. Were here in less than 30 minutes on a Friday!
Turned out my house wasn't exactly built correctly and 60 years later we finally found the real reason the drains weren't working properly.
Needless to say if you need an:
1) Affordable
2) Honest
3) Worthwhile and can find the real problem, not create a plan for more service..

Plumber, check with these guys. I was not disappointed in the least.

He installed our water filter system which was reverse osmosis, and since I live at the beach it was rusted and really difficult to install. He did it quickly and effectively and with a smile on his face. Clearly he knows what he's doing as well as a professional plumber.

He mentioned he used to install big plumbing systems for big labs up in La Jolla. It's clear that he knows what he's doing and I would definitely use his services again.

Needed a garbage disposal yesterday (Easter Sunday).  Made several calls but after the job was finished, I realized I only needed to make one call.  This guy (Mark) responded nearly immediately and the job was completed within 90 minutes of my call.  Mark had a new unit on his truck when he arrived and was prepared, neat and organized.  The one plumber that came thru for me today.  Thanks again Mark

I had a toilet that backed up on a Friday night with guests in the house.  I called John Padilla Plumbing.  The phone person was very pleasant, took my information and their tech Oliver called me right back.  He was here within 30 minutes and unplugged my toilet right away.  Oliver was great to work with.  Enthusiastic and left my toilet area spotless.  I recommend John Padilla Plumbing and Oliver highly to anyone with plumbing needs.

I have used Henry a couple times for smaller jobs. Based on some quotes I got from other companies, Henry appears to charge about half and does a quality job.
He is a one man show so you have to be a little patient with the communication, but you will be very satisfied in the end.  I highly recommend!

My husband I moved to a new home and noticed that our black dishes were becoming spotted and constantly looked dirty, and our new shower curtain looked disgusting.  At the recommendation of a family member, we called Rayne.  Within a few days, we were having a soft water system installed. The plumber went out of his way to install the system where we wanted it - he even came out on a Saturday to finish the work.  (The job was a bit more difficult due to our house's layout.)  Our dishes finally look clean and everything in our bathrooms stay new looking.  The build-up on our faucets has ceased and our new shower curtain has stayed new looking.  So glad we installed a Rayne salt system!

I got service the same day.  I wanted 2 faucets replaced and I called to ask for a quote.  He got me the faucets I wanted and installed them that day. I'll be sure to use him again and I highly recommend him.
