Sohail Hossini and his partner knocked out a kitchen demo in a day and a half.  He moved the gas connector for my new stove coming in.  He'll be back in two weeks to do the tiling of the backsplash.  This is a no nonsense contractor who gives you a quote in writing, comes on time, does the work quickly, and we couldn't be more pleased.  Thank you

We needed our 60-year-old sewer line replaced and Rafael and Lefty's were wonderful through the entire experience.

He showed up with a camera to thoroughly examine the pipe, gave us multiple options and wrote a thorough and timely proposal. He then answered all my questions which gave me tremendous confidence.

I chose a method called pipe bursting, where they burst the existing pipe and quickly replace it with a new, even larger pipe, without ever damaging the floor or the cement patio. It's actually really cool and so much easier on our yard and house than other methods.

Lefty's showed up on time every single day of the project and everyone was courteous, conscientious and professional. When they encountered issues, they didn't complain like many contractors will, but professionally worked through them.

They finished ahead of schedule, left the areas completely clean, and even installed a drain pipe for a sink I want in the future so we would not have to re-open the trench.

If I could give Jerry and Edgar 10 stars I would. Wow! Talk about reliable, efficient, kind, and very reasonable. Around 3-4 in the morning my family noticed a puddle of water in the kitchen, immediately called the landlord who told us to contact a different plumbing agency and these people were giving us the run around and said they couldn't come until 8:30 or 9am. Landlord advised if we couldn't wait, to search for someone else. I immediately went on yelp and the first I see is Dr Rooter with 5 star reviews. I scrolled through a few and decided to call. I was very surprised someone picked up. It was Jerry. He said he would hop in the shower and be on his way. I texted him the address. Within 30 min someone showed up and it was Edgar. He said Jerry sent him over because he was closer to take a look and assess the situation first but that Jerry was on his way. Edgar immediately found the source of the leak which was coming from our waterline to our fridge. He was able to shut it off to at least stop the water from flowing out. Shortly, Jerry arrived, they discussed the plan and said they would go to home depot buy parts and come back. Totally irrelevant but we mentioned the water filter and Edgar took it out and said if they had it at Home depot he would grab a new one. Not only did they look at home depot but they also went to walmart but neither place had it. These two went above and beyond to try and find this filter and that in itself speaks volumes. Edgar quickly replaced the waterline with something more sturdy and durable and the problem was solved. Amazing! I couldn't have asked for better people. I highly recommend Dr Rooter & Plumbing (Jerry and Edgar) its very hard to find people who are kind and so willing to help and not try to rip you off or get over on you price wise especially during emergency situations like this one. I am so thankful for them! We will be contacting them for any future plumbing needs and will spread the word to anyone who may need their services. Do not use Owen plumbing! So disappointed in their job and especially their level of service. Plumbers are a dime a dozen. Avoid this one!

Have used this company for years as my parents have. (The Deerings). They are on time or the office calls and tells you a new ETA.  Honest and capable, personable and professional, they are the best.

AJ was a true professional. He made time to come out and give me an estimate for a new efficient tankless water heater in a speedy manner, he knew exactly what he was doing. Quickly ordered the water heater that would fit my needs and professionally installed it within 2 days of the estimate. I am very happy to recommend him he is a true professional, responded quickly yo every question and was very polite as well. 10 STARS!

Every person I had contact with, from the person answering the phone, our Consultant, Justin Freeman, the installers, J.R. and Joseph, were professional, and put all our concerns at ease. Not only did Justin check in with us throughout this process, he and Sherlock worked with our schedule (which had several changes), they worked with us on our payment date as we changed our finance choice late in the process and needed more time. The installers arrived on time, had all items needed to properly complete the project, confirmed with me all outside parties involved (crane, city permit, inspection, etc.), explained all components. All contributed to an on time, on budget, successful project. One more testiment to Sherlock; we live in a condo complex of 11 units. We were the second of now 4 units which have used Sherlock in the past two years. Each of us are very happy Sherlock and a fifth homeowner, who used another company, has stated, I wish I had used Sherlock.

Pablo is the best.  He has done two jobs for us...one was a major sewer line break that required 12 feet of tunneling  under the house, and the other was a sewer line clog.  Very competitive pricing, showed me his rate sheet right up front, took photos before and after the repair, and was always early or on time.   I definitely recommend him.

Ahndre from Legacy Plumbing came by to service my hot water heater. He did the work quickly and efficiently, and he also let me know my water pressure was so high it will cause damage over time to the plumbing in the house. He recommended a water pressure regulator, which will be installed next week and save me lots of repair bills in coming years.

Awesome service by Jerry and his Team.  Dakota came and helped with changing the valve in our Guest Bathroom.  We had several plumbers come and look at our issue, after spending so much money to get the issue resolved, we were afraid to call anyone not knowing if they will take care of the issue.  Jerry assured that they will help us take care of the issue. Dakota came with another gentleman, cut the tile and replaced the valve.  We got so lucky as they had a cancellation, the job was done within 24 hours from my initial inquiry.  I am impressed by the way they took care of us.  We have a new plumber for all our future work.  Any of you in Allen and surrounding area, don't look twice, Jerry and Team will take good care of you. Great plumbing service!  Arrived on time, honest about inspection, no misleading quotes!

Great experience with Rescue Air. Called on Friday, got an appointment for the next day, Saturday. The technician, Jason, was wonderful! Took time to analyze our furnace, troubleshoot the problem and educate me on what was taking place and the solution options. Installed part and with care made sure the system was functioning as it should. He further discovered that our old thermostat needed changing. He walked me through how to do that myself and I was able to purchase a Honeywell(based on his recommendation) that day and install from the instructions he had given me. Great Service!

Matt is the absolute best. He helped us with two of our commercial properties at the time of the winter storm and showed up so quickly and communicated with us throughout. It was such a stressful time since our building had flooded and plumbers were impossible to reach but Matt was so organized and timely, treating our project with urgency so we could get all the tenants to be able to move back in quicker. He was also still so reasonably priced even though so many plumbers were taking advantage of pricing since the demand was high with the storm. We also just had him help with our residential plumbing recently and had the same positive experience. We've worked with a lot of people in the construction industry for our properties and it's so hard to find people who are trustworthy where we don't have to question whether they are quoting something we don't need or increasing the price because it looks like we can afford it. We've never have to worry about that with Matt.

Chase and Amari came out to service my leaking water heater. The confirmation for my appointment was consistent this week, and I received a call on today, hours before, which was extremely thorough. I already had three other companies lined up but moved Pure Plumbing ahead of the line simply because of the FREE CONSULTATION to come out, which is rare. This was a great decision knowing what I know now, but as expected the arrival within the expected window was met. Then after seeing the damage, Chase and Amari identified exactly what the source was, and the pros and cons of the overall project. They were never pushy or salesy about payment and even when I did decide to move forward they provided multiple quotes for flexibility in payment understanding the season the nation is in financially. At the end, I have a new water heater, and Chase actually included a second drain line. The work didn't leave a mess or damage to property and as probably assumed by now-I'll be calling back all other companies to cancel them coming out, and so should you. Pure Plumbing is definitely earning their 5-Stars and if you're lucky Chase and Amari will get called out for your repair. Very happy with the results! Thanks again.

The work was even worse than I thought. When I had someone come fix the 2 ft gaping hole, I noticed the dryer vent wasn't even attached correctly by the plumber. It came out with just a little movement. For a quote that came out at the highest end of average and this lack of quality, please look elsewhere for a plumber. It thought I was getting quality work because of the vast review, but they definitely do not deliver.

Chad from Accurate Leak is great. Very honest, showed up on time, and provided a timely report. I had a previous plumber out to check the lines for a foundation warranty transfer, the previous plumber indicated that I may have a sewer line leak. Chad showed up and tested the home and found out that only the clean out pipe (used by the plumbers to check the pipes) had a crack in it. No issues with any of the lines underneath the foundation. Chad went above and beyond...saving me a lot of money!
