Sohail Hossini and his partner knocked out a kitchen demo in a day and a half.  He moved the gas connector for my new stove coming in.  He'll be back in two weeks to do the tiling of the backsplash.  This is a no nonsense contractor who gives you a quote in writing, comes on time, does the work quickly, and we couldn't be more pleased.  Thank you

I have needed several plumbing repairs the past couple of years and I was first referred to Owen Plumbing by a friend when I had a tub that wouldn't drain. Since then, I have needed a new clean out installed in my yard, a new valve on the main water shutoff, sink hardware replacements, and most recently new toilets, and shower and tub hardware. Lynnsey in the office is very friendly and knowledgeable and I have spoken to Scott on the phone as well who is also very kind and helpful. They call to let you know when the plumber is on the way or if there are any delays, which is appreciated. All the plumbers that they have sent to my house have been friendly, honest and competent. I don't even think of calling anyone else. I highly recommend them!

We had a drainage problem and it turned out to be roots in the main drainage pipe. Before calling AAA I went to Homedepot to rent a snake which unfortunately wasn't long enough.

So we finally hired them on a Saturday afternoon. Within two hours they showed up, explained exactly what happened, which shape the drainage was in and what we will have to do in the future.
They got the job done perfectly and fast.

In the end, it would have been cheaper, easier and faster to hire them than to rent equipement from Homedopot and do it myself.

I called around and some companies want up to $1,500 to SWAP out and old tankless for a new one.  Are you kidding me?  The lines are already ran! If it was going to cost a ton I would have Youtubed it and done it myself.  I spoke with AJ and he offered a reasonable price so I left it up to the expert.  He is fast and efficient and the whole job took him less than 3 hours.  He can run and fix anything to do with water/gas line as well, so if I need his help I will definite call him again.  Thank you AJ!

Based on the reviews i contacted this company to get a quote for installing nest outdoor cameras.  Installing these cameras is extremely simple and the main part of the job is drilling holes through the exterior of the house without hitting any piping or electrical.  I would do it myself if it wasn't for wanting to avoid hitting those. I reached out to a variety of local installers recommended through nest's website...Sherlock quoted me $449 per camera to install. These cameras sell brand new on amazon for $157 so they are charging $292 per camera for the driling/mounting part.  I would have to guess that an experienced technician could easily do 1 camera every half hour, and doing 1 per hour would likely be extremely slow.  If it truly took a tech a whole hour to do 1...they'd be charging $292 per hour for labor.  Sorry but I felt like i needed to let everyone know that maybe their work is top notch but the pricing needs to be reasonable.  Other quotes for this job from professionals was at around $100 per camera.

Joshua & Joshua came to fix my sink after I had unsuccessfully tried to operate on it with Drano & a plunger. It turned out that the clog was waaaaay deeper than I anticipated. The Joshuas were very kind and answered all of my questions. They had to bring out some serious tools to fix the mess we'd made. After everything was good, the bill was super reasonable considering the time and effort they put into my sink! I would highly recommend these guys. They are awesome, will work late, and have a 30 day warranty for their services. :)

first of all, i asked you what parts you were looking for, before i wrote the review. to avoid writing a misleading review and misunderstanding. but you didn't answer my question. i gave you a chance to explain but you didn't. you suggested to replace the toilet because you couldn't find the parts, not because it was the permanent solution. they are totally different.

Secondly, this wasn't the same problem as the last year. we called you for a new problem this time.

Called Legacy Plumbing to fix shower faucet installations that our contractor could not.  They completed work in 30 minutes, gave  thorough information of what was wrong and how work was completed and what was not done because it would require wall tear out.  Pricing was upfront, reasonable and consistent with what I was told on phone when I set up appointment.  Additionally, they removed a water heater that had been replaced and needed to be hauled to the dump.  This at no charge! who has ever heard of that?!  I will call them again if needed.

William and everyone else I spoke to within this company was amazing. Will absolutely use them again should I need any plumbing done. I've received no benefit from posting this review, they are genuinely caring and professional people. Everyone I spoke with went out of their way to help us.

O'Bryan sent someone out to investigate a leak, but it turned out to be a super easy fix.  He charged so little that it definitely wasn't worth the trip.  No complaints at all!

Dean came out to check out our AC before it gets too hot.  Had to change one capacitor and the rest was just cleaning and testing everything.  He was very thorough and feel good about my system doing well this summer in the heat.
Dean was very professional and let me know everything he was doing and options I could think about doing in the future.

It was pure coincidence that we met Matt while we were at a plumbing supply store and he was available to install 2 water heaters for us with really quick turnaround.  I'm normally pretty cautious about working with folks I just met but Matt's personality, forthcoming nature, willingness to answer questions and positive reviews on Yelp sealed the deal.  I'm so glad we went with our gut.  Dalton wasn't just on time, he was a little early getting started on our job. He's a whiz when it comes to water heater installations!  He was just like Matt in a lot of good ways: friendly, personable, very knowledgable.  He was quick and efficient and kept up great conversation with my fiancé as he installed the water heaters.  Matt popped in to check on progress, deliver and get additional supplies, provide guidance, etc.  They work well together.  I was just as impressed with the professionalism of the team: LuAnn texted and/or called me to keep me informed of progress.  They pulled all the permits as required by our city and LuAnn didn't send an invoice until she received confirmation that the water heaters had been through and passed inspection by the city.  We were IMPRESSED!! Nobody else who did estimates even mentioned permits.  We paid with a credit card and Matt and LuAnn were very straightforward about the small and reasonable up-charge for the credit card processing fee. The experience couldn't have been better and we're glad to have found our go-to plumber! We'll definitely be calling Matthews Plumbing again!

Unfortunately I cannot recommend this company. We called them to come work on 3 repairs. The first 2 were very simple yet we were charged $168. The major repair was to unclog our shower drain that was not draining. The plumber was unable to drain it because the handyman who redid our bathrooms 4 years ago washed grout down the drain which overtime formed into cement. Therefore it needed to be addressed from the outside by digging under the house to replace the p trap. This company quoted us an outrageous amount of $7800!!! We had 3 other companies give us estimates which came out to $3800, $4600 and finally $2650. Obviously we hired the cheapest one and the job was done perfectly! Clearly pure plumbing is money hungry, so beware!

The serviceman Tuck was on time and was very professional in every way. Made sure that he did not leave any mess when finished.  Would definitely recommend this company.

They were timely and explained the plan each step of the way. Their price was very reasonable. They too care of building permit and inspector appt. They moved quickly and I was very happy with the limited front lawn damage.
