I believe I had Edgar over? Today to unplug my toilet it was a great price. Edgar was very professional very friendly and it only took him about 10 minutes to unplug the toilet and now it's flushing fine. The price of $57 was great and they made it here in less than a day! So I've got no complaints whatsoever, just make sure they put those little white cloth covers over their shoes when they enter your house :-) ha ha ha ha

Had an issue where a shower valve wouldn't close after turning on. Called Owen Plumbing and they sent a tech out in only 15 minutes. Extremely responsive company that I've used several times previously and will continue to do so for their outstanding responsiveness etc.

The first time AJ came to my home was last year when I had an issue with the temperatures in my showers. It was through my homeowners insurance at the time, but AJ was professional, timely and beyond nice. When he left me his card, I kept it even though I was hoping to never use it again.

Fast forward about a year to this past Friday. I was getting a fridge delivered from Best Buy but the delivery guys wouldn't install it because they said the valve had calcified and I needed to call a plumber. In a panic I quickly went to Yelp, but then remembered the card AJ left me. I called him and he was able to squeeze me in day of. He came over with another associate and they were able to fix everything in no time! Pricing was fair and reasonable too.

Would definitely recommend AJ at Pacific Tankless and will be calling them for all of my plumbing and heating needs.

Jared did a great job.  Iwe had a difficult air conditioner problem, and Jared and the Sherlock team came up with an innovative solution!

It is almost 1 am on a dark and unstormy night as I write this, and Joshua is hard at work fixing the huge leak under the kitchen sink.  I discovered a flood in the kitchen 2 hours ago, rushed to Yelp and found Joshua.  He arrived at our home exactly when he said he would, and after some trouble shooting got right down to it.  Phew!!  A thousand blessings and thanks to the Yelp community and the reviewers for the information about this business.  And thank you Joshua Plumbing.  You deserve 5 gold stars.

I needed a plumber to replace multiple valves, shower cartridges, and a toilet system. Mauricio was prompt, honest, and insightful during his first visit for a quote. On the day of, the work was completed professionally and without issues.

I'm glad to say I've found a reliable plumber I can count on for the foreseeable future.

Pablo has done work for me on three different occasions.  The last job was a slab leak. Pablo diagnosed the problem and completed the repairs with the professionalism he always does. He does great work. He is there when he says he will be and he is as honest as they come.  

It is hard to find great people, especially a plumber. Guess what, you just found one.  The only downside is that he is busy, but it is worth the wait.  He gets my highest endorsement.

Had a dual water tank system. One of the tanks went out.  They could have easily said you need both tanks replaced and charged me to have them both done.  Very honest and very professional work!  I would highly recommend them to anyone!!!

I had both tanks done due to the fact that they were both 9 yrs old.  But the fact that they were honest speaks volumes.

I was Dustin Patino's customer. I had bad smell from shower box and I hired other plumbers to come in and helped me tackle the issue, but the smell wouldn't go away. Worried there is a leak, I started finding plumbers to do a smoke bomb test.

Not all plumbers do smoke bomb test, I don't know why. It just needs a small smoke machine and it doesn't take long...maybe 15 min max. Anyway, I was thankful to find Auger Pros that agreed to do the smoke bomb test.

Dustin came out, he was friendly, courteous, explained things well to me so I understand what and why he did things. The company's motto was, the plumber women can trust and I can't agree more.

In the end, he identified the problem that we must fix.

Inside their minivan, there are racks of stuff, they carry a lot of gadget, equipment, and more so they don't have to make a run to HD or Lowes to get stuff.

Dustin has won my business, I own 2 rental homes and one primary house. I will definitely use them in the future now.

No show and no call.  Unreliable. Do not have time to simply sit home HOPING they'll live up to their commitment OR let me know.

Complete lack of responsiveness or living up to commitments.   I contacted Matthews to replace the rings on our outdoor fire pit.  They initially came out and did some work to the lines and put a straight bar across the circular pit.  We thought that would be fine, but it turned out not to be appealing or produce even heat. So, we reached back to have them replace the bar with a ring.  They said they would get us a quote by the end of the day.  After not hearing back, I texted the next day (12/14) to get the quote.  The owner said they could get the ring on Amazon and they would be out the next week to do the work.  As of Thursday,  12/19 I hadn't heard from them, so I sent a text asking when they'd be out.  They asked if 12/26 worked.  I said yes. 12/26 came and went without a peep.  So, on the 27th I asked again. I get next week is better. OK?.  Again, I say yes and again I hear nothing.  At this point I have given up and am contacting someone else. Save yourself the hassle and do that from the beginning.

Daron was amazing! Actually the entire process was much easier than anticipated. We had an urgent need and I was SO pleasantly surprised that someone would be available within an hour. Then Daron arrived and quickly assessed the problem, gave us several options and explained everything in detail. He was thorough, professional, friendly and put us completely at ease with the whole process. He went above and beyond in several ways and has acquired us as Pure Plumbing customers for life!

Roberto came on time and completed the job quickly and was very pleasant.  We now have hot water.  Schrader Plumbing would be my recommendation if you need plumbing help - ask for Roberto and you should be well taken care of.

Our cast iron sewage line was replaced with PVC.  Job was worked into their already scheduled job calendar, and done quickly!
