Rafael with Lefty's plumbing has been absolutely amazing to work with. He has responded to all my messages, Worked around my tight schedule, and done an amazing job at fixing my sink. I had a leak and Rafael helped me fix the pipe, repair the water damage, and came back to install my own sink. If you need a plumber in San Diego, I would 100% use Lefty's plumbing.

What a great service these guys provide. I needed emergency repair on our main water line that left us without water and Jerry arrived within 30 minutes of my call. He was professional, quick and most importantly fair priced. I'm sure there are companies that would have tried to over charge me being that I was in need of getting my water running immediately but Jerry was so helpful and only interested in getting the problem fixed asap for my family. We have used Owen Plumbing several times for a water heater replacement and two slab leaks that had luckily not caused any damage. The company is very responsive and can usually be at our home the same day for urgent needs. Repairs/replacements are usually the following day or shortly thereafter. They give reliable estimates and perform the work quickly. Their plumbers are courteous and always do a great job with clean up. We have had zero issues with the quality of the work they've performed. I will continue to use Owen Plumbing, and I give them my highest recommendation.

We needed our water heater repaired. We were getting hot water most of the time but not consistently. AJ came out and said there really wasn't anything we could do to fix it since it was an older system. He said he would personally ride it out as long as possible until we needed to replace it. So we did and we called AJ when it was time for a new tankless water heater. He came out the next day and replaced it. It was a big job and he and his partner completed it within 6 hours including a quick run to the hardware store. The cost was competitive and AJ is honest, kind and super knowledgeable. We highly recommend him and Pacific Tankless.

Called Sherlock to help with my Rannai tankless water heater, which was not heating, and beeping and giving me an error code 11.

Tech arrived and was not familiar with error code 11 and basically ignored it...fiddled with the water valves and then said I needed a new water pressure regulator (pressure was high at 100 psi). However he never tried to adjust the installed regulator and went straight in with a new install. I realized after the install, my regulator was set at full pressure...thus could have been adjusted. We'll never now...

Meanwhile...no change with my intermittent error code 11. Tech said he wanted to replace a corroded valve...then left saying he'd look it up and see if he could get one. And left....so...basically ignoring the self diagnosis code 11! Havn't heard from him or Sherlock since...so I'm giving up.

So...after some research (and calling Rannai), code 11 is a gas igniter issue, which is the result of a few things. I called another plumbing company and told them my error code. They said: OK. That's an igniter issue. We can clean and dust the gas inlets and fan to ensure a good supply, and clean the burner heads. Well also check the igniter itself. Also, we may need to do a scale wash and flush.

Bam. Night and day. Will not let Sherlock near this system at this point. They don't know what to do. And they didn't do any diligence on fault diagnosis. The internet is a powerful resource! Even when the service center is shut.

This guy is a sketchy dude. The owner... Real creep. Don't trust him or his business.

I can't believe it took me so long to find these guys.  Sean came out to replace kitchen shut off valves.  Did a great job - efficient, clean and super willing to let me ask questions.  Price was very reasonable and I was charged what I was quoted.  These guys were great to work with - will use again and recommend!

Quick response from owner Jerry, got an estimate in a few minutes. Set up an appointment for next day. They use live tracking, so you can see where your technician is when you get the text that they are on their way. They were quick and helpful, I wouldn't hesitate to call them again because of their excellent and friendly service.

My air conditioner stopped working, and of course it happened on a Friday night, after business hours, and the first hot weekend in May.  I checked around for a repair company that offers weekend service.  After a bit of searching I found Rescue Air in Yelp and requested service around 11:30 on Saturday.  At first I was told they could schedule me for Monday due to the number of calls they had received, so I was pleasantly surprised when I received a text a couple of hours later stating that I was on the schedule for today (Saturday).  A few hours later Blake Killgo arrived to check my a/c unit.  Blake was very friendly and knowledgeable.  He took time to explain what he was checking and answered all of my questions.  Thank you Rescue Air for the same day service and for sending Blake.  Hopefully I can request Blake next time I need service.

Matt and his son, are a couple of really great guys. I moved into my current home about a year ago and always had some weird odor coming from some of the sinks and had some toilets clog often until a couple of days ago my main line got completely clogged. I contacted them and within the hour they got back to me with the earliest availability and the lowest price out of all the plumbers I contacted in my area. They explained to me everything they were doing and were quick and professional. I will recommend Matthew's plumbing  to my friends and family and I appreciate the fact that when I called I spoke directly to the owner not a scheduler.

Used them twice. First time was good, no issues.  Second time was not so good. They did average work cosmetically and were ok with it. They wanted to charge me again to come back and make it look good.

This company is AWESOME!  I called on a Sunday (of a holiday weekend), and my call was returned within 5 minutes of my message being left.  They were out the next morning (MLK day) to check my backed up lines.  It turned out to be a city problem, so Accurate didn't even charge me for the visit!  ROCK!  Best customer service EVER!  I'm very pleased!
