Guys, look no further. Ali, Franco, and Eliseo are all very experienced and perform amazing work! After being stood up by another local plumbing business, DrainHelp.com was there to help immediately. After speaking with Ali on a Wednesday afternoon (2pm) and explaining that we needed to replace 2 bathtub/shower hardware and also the Water Pressure Regulator, his field technicians had completed the repairs the very next day, by Thursday (2pm)! Solid work was performed on the 3 requests. Franco is very knowledgable plus over 30+ years of experience and it really shows in his work. My wife and I are truly HAPPY with the job performed and even more HAPPY to have a reliable Plumber we can call on if ever we are in need. If you are in need of anything Plumbing related, Please, I recommend giving the staff at DrainHelp.com a call... you will not be sorry! Thank you Ali, Franco, and Eliseo for assisting my family and I during these crazy times (COVID)! Take care and please stay safe.

My mom's toilet wasn't working, so we decided to call this plumbing service. True Value plumbing was quick to respond to me via Yelp and was able to send someone to check out my moms toilet issue, the guy who went was super friendly, Marcos. He told us the issue and gave us an affordable quote. He took care of replacing the toilet right away and and we are not having any issues. Thank you, and I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for plumbing services.

Alejandro is so great! He responded very quickly when I needed help getting some lights down before moving. I'll definitely reach out to him for any needs around the house!

Working with Bill Howe has been an exercise in frustration tolerance. I had a leak in my kitchen and figured that they would open the wall, fix the pipe and then close the wall again. I was so wrong. They came out and checked the moisture in the walls and told me that they were going to have to pull everything out to the studs because the kitchen ceiling, walls and cabinets were all 99% saturated with water, so are you going to put this on your homeowner's insurance? After my brain stopped exploding, I started trying to figure out how to get something so huge covered.
I only bought the place 6 months ago, and have been heart broken at how they have handled this. True to their word they pulled everything out of my kitchen down to the studs. I have no running water. All of my cabinets, my refrigerator, my dishwasher, have all been put in my living room haphazardly. I have zero living space and can't cook in my house.
The demolition process was incredibly frustrating. They have multiple teams that don't communicate with each other, so the left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing, and nobody can answer my questions about what's going on. They put a lock box on my door and let themselves in whenever they want. Once they even let themselves in when I wasn't dressed yet for the day. They don't set appointments, and they do things like calling me at 7am and telling me that they will be here in 15 minutes. That doesn't work for me. As a woman living alone, multiple men letting themselves in to my house whenever they feel like it is actually quite frightening.
Once they pulled everything out of my kitchen, they completely abandoned me.
It has been 3 weeks since they did any work! I keep calling and trying to get them to help me put my house back together, but they don't return my calls, and when I actually get someone on the line they say things like, We know you've been patient, but you're going to have to wait some more because your project manager is out on paternity leave. They knew he was going out on paternity leave for about 9 months. Why did they even assign him to my project?!
Yesterday, I finally spoke with the new project manager that they just assigned to my case and he told me that they aren't going to be able to put my drywall back in for another week, and they won't be able to put my cabinets back in FOR ANOTHER MONTH.
This is completely unacceptable, and I told them so. I'm going to try to find someone else to do the work this week because I can't keep eating out 3 meals a day and having no access to 1/2 of my home. The mess is overwhelming. They pulled my dishwasher out while it had dirty dishes in it and now it smells. I'm going to have to go in and pull them out and wash them in my bathroom sink since I don't have one in the kitchen. Wouldn't it just be the icing on this trash cake if I end up blocking up my bathroom sink as well?
I'm so done with all of this that I'm going to be contacting the Better Business Bureau for sure. It's been suggested that I should consult a lawyer, and I'm seriously considering it.

Have used Perry before in the past for my business and home. Called and had them come out to my business to give me an estimate to recharge my A/C unit which wasn't getting as cool. This is a split unit with part of it on the roof. Without even looking at the unit the service tech went to his truck and wrote up an estimate for over $1600.00 to which I kindly said no (I only paid $1100.00 for the unit a little over a year ago) I called a couple of other companies and found one (Rockstar Plumbing and Air) who serviced these units. Francisco came out the next day, serviced the unit and only charged me $165.00. Big Big difference!
I think Perry just lost a repeat customer.

Today I had David from Water purification Systems install an R/O system. He showed up on time, explained everything he was doing and removed our 25 y/o R/O system replacing it with a state of the art new system. He did a great job, was careful, and cleaned up after his installation.
I was very happy overall and the price was very competitive or lower than other bids.
I would definitely recommend WPS for new installation or repairs.

Ok...if you own a home, having a quality San Diego plumber that you trust is not an option. Plumbing Plus is your plumber. I have a old home in North Park, and the plumbing is older than my grandmother. I know that when I call Plumbing Plus for a drain cleaning, minor repair, or major remodel that they will give me the best price, best parts, and highest quality of service. Call them first.

San Diego Backflow Testing is a GREAT company to work with. As a Community Manager, these annual tests can fall off our radar on occasion with the multitude of tasks we tackle everyday. Jen and her team are proactive enough to reach out to managers well in advance of required completion date as a reminder, and then they work efficiently complete the test within the allotted time. They handle so much behind the scenes that the process is swift and seamless, which makes our jobs a lot easier! Their pricing is in-line (and often cheaper) than other backflow testing companies, and their customer service is some of the best customer service I have experienced from any company in the service industry, ever! You cannot go wrong with hiring San Diego Backflow Testing due to their extensive plumbing knowledge, proactive efforts, and their superior customer service! I highly recommend them!

Thank you to All City Plumbing for coming over within an hour of calling them on a Saturday afternoon. Our water heater went down and we didn't have any HOT water! Cold showers are NOT fun.
I was impressed how knowledgeable and professional Joseph was. He had on a mask and was very friendly. The other plumbing company we called booked us out 2 days!!
I recommend their honest and prompt service.

I would use CPL any time in the future. Professional, prompt, polite and found our water leak under our concrete driveway dead on! He was exactly correct that the leak was where the main line connected to the house copper pipe. I wish all vendors were as fair in pricing as your company is. Thank you!

They came over quickly to fix a few issues we had. Communication was great & they fixed the problems quickly. I would recommend & use them again.

My kitchen helper pushed a bunch of potato peels down the garbage disposal not knowing our disposal couldn't handle it. The sink instantly clogged so we chose this plumber kind of randomly. He did fix the clog in quick time, but he charged $250 and left the kitchen floor muddy where he was working. I was ill and my husband was just out of the hospital so I agreed to the charge rather than shopping around, but it seemed unreasonably high for a simple inside the home clog. I would do more comparisons in the future.

Saved my a$$, and did an amazing job!
Very late at night (12:30am), I had been doing laundry in one side of the house, so I didn't noticed that a sewer line clog caused the water to come up from under the powder room toilet on the other side of the house. By the time I noticed, grey water had found its way into the hallway and two adjoining rooms and was continuing to flow.
In a panic I jumped on Yelp and looked for 24/7 service with top reviews. I called the company at the top of the list, but could only reach their answering service. The next call was to Willis Brothers. Jason (one of the Brothers), answered immediately. He said he could have someone out in about 30 minutes. Jason arrived shortly thereafter and was quickly able to stop the flow of water and in short order, snaked out the clog. He also confirmed that there were no other obstructions all the way out to the street.
Then the real fun began, the clean up and remediation process. He had called one of his guys to come join him to start removing the flooring and drywall from the affected areas. They clearly explained everything they were doing and why. He and his team moved very quickly and efficiently to remove the debris, seal off the affected areas and brought in fans and air scrubbers for the drying out process.
Throughout the entire process, he kept me in the loop and was always prompt, efficient, and patient while answering all my questions. It took a bit of time for my insurance company to work through the claim process and Jason worked with them throughout the whole ordeal.
I couldn't be happier with Willis Brothers and their entire team, and couldn't recommend them higher.

I called R&R Plumbing due to an emergency with my downstairs toilet and shower, which would not drain. David Starr the technician who came to my house was super awesome. He has great costumer service, explained if plan A didn't work then he'll have to go with Plan B, which was more expensive, but had to be done if needed. He explained throughly so that I could under the process, showed me how backed up my toilet was with the camera. The pricing was very reasonable, I will continue to use your services if needed. Also the technician that was with David was great as well. I did not catch his name.
Thank again!
Thank again!

Highly, highly recommend this plumbing company. We ended up getting same day service (lucky) and Mr. Gunning was fast, incredibly friendly, and made sure we knew what the causal problem was (so we wouldn't repeat it.) I'm VERY cautious, but would recommend him highly!!!

What i appreciate most about this company is how honest, thorough, and up front they are. I had an issue with the plumbing in my downstairs bathroom and needed it fixed (especially with the holiday coming up, i will be having guests over). Anyways had these guys come out and take a look and in my head, i was thinking this would cost a lot more than what they actually quoted me. It was actually a really simple fix and they just needed to replace a few things and they were on their way. They gave me the bill and I was happy to pay it. Everything works great now and couldn't be happier with how the interaction went. 5/5 highly recommend

I switched over from Absolute Plumbing to Accolade Plumbing and I'm so grateful I found them.
Gabriel got me a same-day appointment, was there EARLY not just on time, fixed the issue within 40 minutes and cleaned up and was out the door. I couldn't be more appreciative of a company that knows how to excel in great customer service.
He also didn't upsell me on services that I apparently did not need, but that my previous company was pushing me to have done. He even gave me evidence as to what he did, how he did and why he wouldn't have me do the alternative suggestion from Absolute Plumbing.
Fair pricing and excellent service. Will use for all future plumbing issues.
