Technician Ali helped with draining my bathroom sink and was very clean, quick and thorough. He was in and out of there in 30 minutes! Responded very quickly too.

Josh was efficient, knowledgeable, friendly, and responsive. He was able to come out on short notice and even showed up early to get the job done. I had a lot of issues with previous plumbing companies not being helpful, but PIC got things done quickly without any complications.

I had emergency and they responded quickly. The products they use are satisfactory!. They were reasonable,nice and professional.

Alejandro is professional, polite, and conscientious.  I will use his services again and again.  Specifically, he called me back within 10 minutes after I left a message and was able to provide a quote within a day.  He actually started the work the next day and finished it in a reasonable amount of time.  He is neat and clean; most handyman services leave a lot for me to clean up, but he didn't.
He is a great communicator and very pleasant.  I can't say enough positive things about him!

Called Bill Howe pluming because I had a leak under my kitchen sink and they arranged for a repair person to come over.  The technician showed up on time and noticed that the facet was loose and he tightened it.. All in all it took 30 seconds maybe a minute to fix.. Total cost $ 159.00!!!!!!!! Which he said was the minimum his company charged and there was nothing he could do about the price.. The technician even felt bad to charge me that amount for 30 seconds.  Next time I will call a .regular plumber who will be more flexible with prices and not charge an arm and a leg. Too bad that they are more about money and not about keeping customers.

Cameron was absolutely amazing! He saved the day at such short notice and fixed multiple drains that were backing up. He was extremely thorough, knowledgable, professional, and ultimately blew us away with his customer service and quick work! Very courteous and professional with extremely reasonable pricing. Constantin answered all my questions I had prior to installation and came up with an optimal solution of whole house water purification for us. I had a quote elsewhere, but their quote was far more expensive than WPS, and the system suggested by them (this business is a top-rated one on Yelp) was an older model than the one installed by WPS. The overall experience: easy quote and scheduling, showed up on time, professional installation, and a great water purification as the result.

They are ok, expensive for test and quite expensive for repairs. They came a day before (knew it later) they were scheduled to be, I guess that may be ok but having clear information is useful.

Awesome service. I was having problems disconnecting a water line to install a bidet, so the work was mostly done but I just needed the water line connected. I didn't want to force it and create a bigger problem, so I contacted All City Plumbing for an estimate. When Michael, the plumbing technician, arrived, he gave me a quick estimate which ended up being no charge!!! He just checked with his manager for approval and they gave the okay.

All City provided honest and reliable service, and I would definitely use them again.

Called MasterCraft regarding low  water pressure in the house, but because it wasn't an emergency, it took a few days to get an appointment.  The plumber Richard, let me know his arrival time and was able to quickly diagnose the problem which was the water softener which I don't use was on bypass.  I asked them to remove that equipment so it could not happen again and they were able to finish all the work in about an hour.  I was very happy with the result and with their prices.  I will definitely use  them again when I am ready to remodel my bathrooms.

They were quick to respond to my project however, I reached out to them 30 mins passed the time frame to cancel because I only have the HOA's permission to turn off the water for a period of time.

After discovering that my home sewage/drain system had completely corroded (yes, the whole system had failed), I started calling plumbing companies for quotes. I happen to call Willis Brothers first, and they were the only company that showed up on time. After gathering quotes from seven different companies, it turned out that Willis Brothers was the least expensive. Other companies ranged from coming in slightly higher, to nearly double the price. After talking to Jason in person, and on the phone to answer additional questions, I decided to go with Willis Brothers. They showed up for the job (again, on time) and worked tirelessly throughout the day to get our system back on line. It turned out to be a two day job (another company quoted it as a two week job). I was extremely impressed with their professionalism, how efficiently they worked together, and they left ZERO mess afterwards. Bottom line: They were honest, professional, and effective. I have already recommended them to friends who may need some plumbing services. Thanks again to Willis Brothers Plumbing!!!

My husband & I recently bought a house and sure enough, our small remodel turned into a full-blown renovation.  From the showers, sinks, faucets, toilets pipes, freestanding tubs (yes, plural), etc., Happy Plumbing moved heaven & earth to completely redesign our entire home.  We worked closely with Blake, Jake, Clint, Chris, & DJ, just to name a few. Highly, highly recommend this plumbing company.  We ended up getting same day service (lucky) and Mr. Gunning was fast, incredibly friendly, and made sure we knew what the causal problem was (so we wouldn't repeat it.) I'm VERY cautious, but would recommend him highly!!!

Our dishwasher was leaking from within our island and I was so nervous we had a disaster on our hands!  James was able to come out the morning after I contacted the company and immediately discovered an old hose that had been worn by time and use and become kinked causing the backup.  He replaced the hoses quickly and all is good!  James was professional, timely and knowledgeable.  Rates are reasonable and we will be choosing this company from now on for our plumbing needs!

My garbage disposal/kitchen sink line was completely backed up and unsalvageable. We called Accolade Plumbing around 5:30 p.m. and Gabe was at the front door about 20 min. later. Not only is Gabe a really nice guy, he's very professional and knows what he's doing. He lugged all his equipment up the stairs, worked his tail off to get the pipe clear, and then showed me how to clean out the drain to prevent future clogs. His prices are very reasonable, he's a jack of all trades, and his number is now on speed dial. Thanks Gabe, you're the best!!

Nathan flushed our water heater and now our water gets hotter faster. It saves us a lot of time and money not waiting for hot water. After the flush was done he stayed to make sure that it was working and I really appreciated that.
