My daughter turned on the bathtub upstairs and water stated pouring out of the drain pipe under the kitchen sink and bathroom toilet downstairs! We immediately got on Yelp and saw the awesome reviews and called drainhelp.com. We live out in alpine and they told us it wasn't extra to drive out here or for Sunday emergency service (FIVE STARS FOR THAT ALONE). Anyway we received a call 30 mins before the plumber arrived and right on time Ali showed up. He was very knowledgeable and sympathetic to our situation. He listened to us, asked us a few important questions to help him DX the problem. Within 10 mins of being here he knew what the problem was and had a solution to fix it! He told us the cost and the warranty and he went to work.  
Background: We are having our home remodeled and one of the workers poured thin set down the toilet flange and it coated all the pipes all the way down and settled and hardened in the main line where the horizontal and verticals pipes met!
Ali blasted out all the thin set with high pressure water then put a camera in the drain so we could see it was clear. He was so helpful and answered all of our questions. Every homeowner needs to know a good electrician and a good plumber and I now know an EXCELLENT plumber. I'll never use anyone else.

They are very polite and quick. We are having issue with Gas Water heater. It was not working. We were not sure what actually happened. We called and they send their employee Leo next day. Came in and quickly check out that unit is turned off for some reason. It started working with couple of clicks. They didn't charged us anything. Very generous service. Cody the owner is excellent to work with. He replaced a toilet that was flushing very poorly within 24 hours of contacting him. He offered an initial less expensive route to address this first which was not sufficient, and turned right around to replace the toilet altogether. He was great to work, prompt and trustworthy. I trust him on my property that is a rental to use the lockbox and do work without my presence. I will definitely use him again and can trust him to do work quickly between short term rental tenants.

If you are in need of home repairs then you need to call Alejandro! We have spent the last few weeks working with him on multiple repairs and fixes in our home in preparation for new tenants. During his initial visit we walked the property where he asked detailed questions, took photos and notes. We were able to quickly book a time for him to come back and complete all are requested repairs in one day. We've since had him come back again for other fixes we're just not able to manage ourselves. Alejandro is professional, timely, responsive and above all he is FANTASTIC at what he does! I saw an add for a A/C tuneup on a Bill Howe commercial, I had used them before for plumbing and was super happy so I figured I'd try them again. I emailed them that night and heard back by the next morning.  Of course I waited until we had the horrible heat wave to contact them but they still were able to get me in a couple days later. The day of the service they called me before my appointment time to let me know that they were running behind and would most likely be arriving towards the end of my time window. I really appreciated that. They showed up on time and got right to work. Changed my filter added some freon and were finished. Brian and the other guy were great. Explained everything they did and now my A/C works awesome. Thanks!

I had a relatively difficult issue with my sewer line in that it was broken and offset from the city's main sewer line. I contacted several other plumbers who were not up to the task, as I didn't receive a response from them, or I received an estimate for a much more costly solution. Perry Plumbing really came through with successfully implementing a liner, which was a much more cost effective solution than digging beyond my property line. Everyone who worked on the project was great, but I was particularly impressed by the expertise demonstrated by John Perry, the owner, and Simon, the liner specialist. I received before and after videos that showed exactly how the problem was fixed. I couldn't be happier with the outcome of the work - I highly recommend Perry Plumbing.

Clean water is essential for health and buying battled water for the whole family gets not only expensive but also inconvenient. I installed water purifying system in my first home in NJ a couple of years ago and got really spoiled having pure tasty water at home all the time so when I moved to San Diego I was looking for a company to install water purification system for my new home. My priorities in choosing any company is - great service, good price and a company I can trust to come into my home on a regular basis. My local family friends mentioned that they had great experience with WPS and I called them up. The service was great, the guys came on time, explained everything to me and gave a very good price. I was pleasantly surprised and now refer Water Purification Systems to my friends myself. Highly recommend installing a system like that in the first place for health reasons and to save money and Water Purification Systems for all the information, installation and service.

Our water heater pilot light went out. Second time within a couple of months . Martin was able to relight it after much work trying . Water heater is near the end of it's expected life span and not economically worthwhile to fix, Martin showed me the order form for parts needed and it made more sense to replace the heater. So we got a new water heater for a very fair price installed that day, Martin was very professional and I didn't at any point feel like I was getting scammed. I will use this company for future plumbing needs

Needed a backflow put in one of my friends Condo complex. Adam is a man to go for it all. Good price. Knows his trade. Ohh and he certified it for us too. Didn't need to look for third party company. Definitely recommend these guys.

We had Jeremy Nedrow from Mastercraft Plumbing come take a look at leaking faucets in the master bath and he was professional. He gave us an estimate (which was reasonable) with detailed description of the work and once we approved the estimate, he got the work done immediately. Everything went smoothly from the time we scheduled the visit to paying the invoice for the work. MasterCraft made it very easy and Jeremy was wonderful. Thank you!

I have a water filtration system under the sink and had ordered the filters, but didn't know how to exchange it. Alex gave me an extremely reasonable quote, came over and changed the filters within 30 minutes.  He was informative, efficient and affordable!

We started noticing signs of a possible slab leak. Contacted Willis Brothers and they were able come out the same day and find the source, and later we used them to reroute the plumbing lines. They were 100% professional; punctual, thorough, reliable, honest and reasonable pricing. If I ever need any future plumbing services - they will definitely be my first call.

I almost don't want to write this review because I am afraid he will get too busy and I won't be able to hire him! But, he is so good and reasonable that I must! I have had him do about three jobs for me and he excelled at each. The first one was a major trench digging, pipe laying one. He came in under his reasonable estimate and after about a year and a half all is well. He is a really cool guy and it is a pleasure to have him around.

Every time there is a plumbing issue, I call Jerry.  I have used him over the years and he is one of the best plumbers I have ever seen.  He is very efficient and knows what he is doing.  He always keeps you informed, especially when there are unforeseen problems.  Give Jerry a call.  He will treat you right.

The contractor gave us fast and professional service. James and his team figured out the cause of the leak fast and worked to have my plumbing back online in a timely manner.  He is as honest as they come.  I would definitely recommend him to everyone I know.

I have never called a plumber before so I wasnt sure what to expect. He gave me a quote over the phone when I told him exactly what happened but when he got here and accessed the problem he actually said it was going to be less then the original quote over the phone.

He did a good job and cleaned up any drippings that occurred while he was here. I would definitely call him again if I needed a plumber.

Wish I could give 10 stars! Our old water heater finally gave out on us at around 2 in the morning. Water was leaking everywhere and it was super overwhelming. I was calling around like crazy trying to find a plumber with an affordable price and it is tough! Thankfully I found Plumbing 101. These guys were my savior, they got to my place in just 7 hours from when I found out the water heater needed to be replaced. Nathan was super positive and friendly. He told me all the steps we needed to take and walked me through it. You can tell he actually cares about what he does. he's for sure my go to plumber whenever I need something now. Do yourself a favor and call him when you need help. You will not regret it! The prices alone make it worth it, and his quality work and awesome attitude is just a cherry on top.
