My kitchen sink started backing up and had a bad smell. We tried to snake it but that didn't unclog it. We quickly realized we needed a plumber. We contacted Go Plumbing and they were able to send someone out within a couple hours. Miguel predicted what the problem could be and he was spot on. Turns out it was an old rusty cast iron pipe that had corrosion and wasn't letting any water get through. Miguel did an awesome job of locating the pipe, removing it and replacing with new pipes. This was a pretty big job and they were able to do it in a very timely manner. I highly reccomend Go Plumbing for any plumbing problems you may have!

Quite literally the nicest people ever. They will help you over the phone and send out a plumber when necessary. Super responsive. I'm going to recommend tie everyone.

I called Bob on Thursday for a clogged kitchen sink. Explained we had snaked it both down the sewer line & sink line & used water pressure but to no avail. Bob had no availability for same day service but gave me a next day timeframe between 2-4pm. Bob was here by 2:15 and had my sink in working condition by 3pm. Afterwards, explained how to prevent future clogs of the same type from occurring again. Professional, friendly, good communication, thorough service, and reasonably priced. As most bad reviews go, I'm posting out of frustration. We had Tarpy come out when our A/C wasn't working a couple years ago. During that repair we signed up for a 5 year package that comes with two check ups a year on our HVAC system.

Technician comes out today at 1 pm to check furnace. Blasts it full heat, wraps job and leaves. House never really cooled down. We have an infant and put him to bed and realized the furnace never stopped running. Bedrooms have hit 80 degrees and we have A/C running and it's still blowing hot air.

Utility bills are astronomical and I have an infant and cannot turn our heater off. Finally at 10 pm on a Friday I called the after hours line to be told they could take a message but I won't get a response until Monday. So now I either have to let my heater run 72 hours straight or spend money on an emergency service that will show up on a weekend. Cannot recommend this company given all the circumstances.

This company is true to its name. They saved me a ton of time and headache! If I ever have future issues, I won't hesitate to call them.

We have had several projects done by Castillo Works Plumbing. They stand by their work and they're very reasonable. We will hire again.

Bob worked with us again on our recent bathroom and laundry renovation, re-routing gas, water, and drain lines, as well as installing a new cast iron tub.  Super clean and professional, just like before!  I'd recommend him for any plumbing projects.

He showed up for the appointments exactly when he said he would, provided estimates and completed the chimney cover job diligently without any cost overruns.
He took the time to do some extra precautionary work with the old wooden frame removal that showed damage.
I would absolutely call him first if there is a need for any other work in future.

Our kitchen faucet was faulty and had a leak that was pooling up under the sink cabinet.  I called Bill, he told me a good brand to get (Moen), I picked it up at Home Depot and he came over that same day and installed it.  Good advice, fast service!

We had a problem with a shower valve that wouldn't turn off so had to turn off the water to the whole house. Turns out my DYI fix of a small drip a few months ago only delayed the problems. I sent C & C a text message and got a quick reply. They were able to send a young man,Irish, the same day who was very professional and thorough. Problem solved!

Had an old playset in the backyard that needed to go. Called these guys and they came the very next morning! Quick,  affordable and really nice! We will definitely use them again!

Have used Anderson Plumbing Heating & Air a couple times. 2/3 of the experiences were good. The techs were polite & efficient. The last experience was an A/C tech that came out. Right off the bat he had a bad attitude.  He was scoffing at anything we said. He ended up not even working on our unit, claiming he was too big to be working in such a small space. Ended up leaving. We ended up going with a different company,  had a tech come out who was BIGGER than the last tech, and actually said whoever said they weren't able to fit in the space should be fired. To me it just looked and sounded like Andersons tech just flat out didn't want to work. My husband and I understand not every employee can be a Rockstar, but they missed out on a couple grand that we ended up paying the other company to fix it, simply because their tech had a bad attitude. Just something to think about.

Everything seemed professional up to the point we're the technician started the service of my AC units. First thing was to swap out the filters without checking the need to exchange (I had replaced them recently and they were not used). The next step really threw me off. The technician literally refused to service the compressors because he could not reach the Freon line intakes into the units. I could and the original installer of the units could. So he just left, maybe he did not want to get his uniform dirty.
