Today we had a little plumbing emergency and the plumber we normally use was busy on the golf course. I used Yelp and found Joyce Plumbing. Sorry, previous unnamed plumber, you've been replaced! Joyce plumbing was reasonable, knowledgable in the humblest manner (you could tell he knew his stuff), honest, polite and efficient. When we called him, he said, I'm on the 8. I can come right now. He was here in less than 15 minutes. When you've had to shut off your water, that is such a relief! We had 2 other non-emergency plumbing things we had to do and we were so impressed, we asked him to do those as well which he was able to accomodate. We will definitely use him again. Plus, you get $25 if you found him on Yelp. Use him! You won't be sorry. Thanks for the great service, Joyce Plumbing!

We are so pleased with our recent interaction with these guys. Carl came to do a free evaluation in response to our concern about a noise our 30 year old furnace has been making. He examined it briefly and then took his time explaining the cause of the noise and that it was not anything we need to be immediately concerned about. This kind of integrity and customer service is rare today, and assured our use of their expertise if ever needed in the future.

Quick response and fair prices.  They get the job done and we continue to use them on an annual basis for our backflow testing.

Left 3 voice mail messages over several days for Sergio to call me for some repairs in our business facility. NO REPLY, NO CALL BACK. Some one else who actually cares about contacting new clients will be getting our business.

I only call Bob the Plumber whenever we have issues with plumbing and/or toilet and sink  repairs. We have lived in two homes now in the past 12 years and Bob has been the only plumber that my family trusts. He never fails to maintain and apply his extensive professionalism, efficiency, expertise and responsiveness every single time we need him. He never overcharges for his labor and parts needed--he has been fair and honest on what he charges. I dread the day Bob will finally decide it's time to retire, but he has been keeping his business close to his family--over the years he has been showing the ropes and know-how to his wife and daughter as well. I can't say enough about how much I respect Bob and his business.

Needed water heater replaced and was recommended by a friend of Castillo Works Plumbing. Gave Ely a call and was able to schedule morning appointment. He came on time and suggested additional repairs/improvements. Pricing was fair and reasonable. He was able to remove and replace the heater before the afternoon. Ely was quick and great to communicate with. Will look to Castillo Works for all future heating/plumbing services and highly recommended to anyone looking for quality work.

Bob worked with us again on our recent bathroom and laundry renovation, re-routing gas, water, and drain lines, as well as installing a new cast iron tub.  Super clean and professional, just like before!  I'd recommend him for any plumbing projects.

Our dryer stopped working without warning yesterday, so I came to Yelp to review businesses and I saw the option to request a quote. Little did I know I would receive a bunch of responses. Marco contacted me right away and really seemed to know his stuff. His communication, knowledge, responsiveness, and friendliness were unmatched! He set the expectation and delivered, as well as exceeded that expectation. He provided me with the best and worst case scenarios as to what the issue could be, before coming over, and his honesty was extremely appreciated. He was able to come to our home earlier than expected, cleaned our dryer as a safety precaution, and resolved our repair immediately. I had a plumbing emergency where my sewer lateral backed up all the way from the street into our home. I was referred to Plein Plumbing and they were excellent. They fixed what they could but unfortunately I had to get it check with a camera and they referred me to a great guy that helped me out. If you need any plumbing job done, these are the guys to do it!

This was my second time using Point Loma Electric, and I am happy to say the service was outstanding. I felt they took the time to review the problem in detail with me, and showed me the scorching that occurred in my circuit panel breaker, and eventually replaced the panel. Ramon and his associate did a through job testing and reviewing the work. Scheduling the appointment was straightforward, and there was good follow through by the front office. Highly recommend.

We just had Bill and Carlos come out to fix our ridiculously leaking faucet, and I cannot say enough good things about them.  They took a look at it on a Friday, and agreed to come on Sat. to fix it, without charging any after hours fees.  Very friendly, cleaned up everything, and were done in about an hour.  And to top it off-I paid less for it all, including parts, than any of the many places I called first.  Probably one of the few times I have had any work done on my house where I didn't feel ripped off afterwards. Highly recommended!!!

Very reliable, dependable, speedy service! C & C plumbing are wonderful! We had a leak in our kitchen and they responded quickly to my text, they were at my house within a couple of hours and the leak is fixed. They cleaned up everything and not a spot of dust anywhere from the drywall. I don't ever write reviews but I had to let others know to use C & C plumbing because it was such great service & a reasonable price, which I was happy about!

I paid almost $7,000 for work done on their advice and recommendation to fix a leak.  My property was a mess when they were finished and it turned out the repair was completely unnecessary!  NEVER USE THIS COMPANY!

I just had my Heating Maintenance conducted. The Anderson P, H, & A services are easy to schedule. The cost of the VIP program is reasonable. The technicians are professional, on-time, clear & concise in their explanations of what they will be doing. I definitely appreciate the written report they provide each time they conduct a service!
