Outstanding service! John responded within minutes via phone, and within an hour of that, their technician Denver was out at our place. We had some leaky old plumbing in the outflow from our bathtub. He replaced the leaky plumbing with modern pipes and even did a little touch-up caulking in the bathtub for good measure. Denver was very professional and super friendly and explained exactly what was wrong and what he was going to do at each step. I can't say enough good things about him! Highly recommended and will return for any future plumbing work!

Extremely happy and grateful customer here! It was easy to make an appointment for a free estimate, sent them a message in yelp and got quick responses. Charlie, the plumbing technician arrived on time, really professional and nice guy. The estimate cost was reasonable so I agreed to get the repair done right away. I had two sinks that needs repair. Bathroom sink was clogged and kitchen sink was leaking. He explained the problem in detail and easy to understand and fixed them all in about an hour. I am so relieved these problems are finally fixed! Thank you so much Charlie and your team! :)

I actually found Jeff-N-Carl's here on Yelp. I read every one of their reviews, and took the next step by giving them a call. We try to support local businesses and Veterans and they were both! I spoke with Jeff, and Carl (who Jeff claim's is not quite as good looking ) came out to take at look at what we had. We told him what we wanted in a system, and we had an estimate a few days later. They were honest and trustworthy. When Carl installed our furnace he found a defect in the pipe hidden above the ceiling. He repiped around it. I mentioned the pipe issue to my neighbor, who it turns out had exactly the same problem (a different vendor). So Thank You Jeff -N - Carl! We look forward to sending your referrals. You have earned it! ***Update*** We needed a NEST smart thermostat installed, and Jeff-N-Carl installed at no extra charge since we had recently had a new HVAC system installed. We probably could have performed the installation ourselves using the NEST online/interactive app, but there was one wire we did not have! Luckily, Carl did have that wire in his truck. Successful install completed. This company is dependable, prompt and very reasonably priced with high quality work performed. Another plus, our dogs like Carl! I used this company for backflow testing for the city requirement and it could not have been more easy or convenient. Everything was done smoothly and quickly and the price was less than $50. You can't ask for a better service than what these guys offer. I'll definitely be coming back!

Sergio has done a lot of work for us around our house. What started off as a job to switch out our closet doors, turned into plumbing work, replacing bathroom fans, flattening & painting our ceilings, building a new outside fence and much more. What is also great about Sergio is that he is always on time and is so reasonably priced. We trust Sergio and can highly recommend him!

I had my toilet flooding my bathroom and called The Pros!! They were able to come out the same night and clear my clogged mainline. They did a camera inspection in my sewer and found roots! They were able to dig up the problem and install double sweep clean outs. I will be Robert and Carlos with the Pros plumbing for all my plumbing needs!! Thank you guys !!

This is the best plumbing service I have found. I'm lucky that I live in Santee as well or I wouldn't have found Steve and his associates! He always comes asap when called, no matter how small the problem is. He and his friends redid our bathroom at such a reasonable price and with great results! Pt. Loma electric is fantastic although a bit pricey.  I had them trouble shoot an electrical problem that another electrician was unable to figure out.  Jim took on the challenge with gusto and wouldn't quit until he figured it out. While he was at it, he fixed a few other odd wiring issues I've had in the house for years.  He's a straight shooter who really cares about the quality of his work.  A real gem!

Bill and his partner Carlos are reliable, timely and knowledgable about plumbing. We have a small house in NP with a tight crawl space. Carlos has been under there multiple times when others refused. They are friendly and if they can't take care of your problem right away (which they often do), they triage  and fit you in, all the while reassuring you with their calm and friendly attitude. They are wonderful and charge less than most other plumbers. I consider them my friends.

They got back to my online request quickly with a reasonable quote. Scheduled an appointment, they came a few hours later. Professional, on time and job done quickly.

Service was awesome and they did it all! Leak detection and rerouting. Associate was direct and got the job done quickly.  I didn't have to have multiple companies running around and me attempting to get it all arranged.  1 company did all the work. Love that!
