Denver from Joyce plumbing did a great job repairing 2 leaks at my rental property. Both leaks were under the house and only accessible via crawl space. He got the job done quickly and expertly. Highly recommended!

I am an out of state landlord so it's always nerve wracking to try to hire someone for my house in San Diego.  I had two handymen flake on me before I found Pelayo.  The 5 stars on his yelp account definitely helped me feel comfortable. Sergio was on it. He responded right away to my yelp contact request. He was persistent and attempted contact three times with my tenant before reaching her and then was able to go out the very next day.  The repair was completed within the timeline that he quoted even though it ended up being more extensive than he originally thought from the description.  I will definitely contact him for future repairs on the property.

Called for a diagnostic, but the technician determined our AC system is not working. 20 yr old system and he recommended putting 2 different parts on the system, topped it off with Freon and signed me up for the $99 maintenance plan. A total of over $1300 to put bandaids on the system and said we should consider replacing the system in 2-3 yrs. A month later the AC stopped working again and the next tech that came out told us the system is shot and needed to be replaced. Why did the first tech not determine that!? I ended up getting a partial refund but still not happy about getting worked by the technician. I don't think all their techs are like this but they definitely have some techs that will take advantage of you if they feel they can. Definitely unethical and borderline illegal. Normal homeowners do not know the ins and outs of their AC, heating, plumbing, etc. so to take advantage is pure greed and evil.

This company is true to its name. They saved me a ton of time and headache! If I ever have future issues, I won't hesitate to call them.

Art came on a Sunday after being called that morning.  He expertly fixed a pinhole leak in an very awkward location that was hard to access and work around. However, he did an amazing job of fixing it and clearly communicated options with excellent follow up.

I was lucky that I found these guys when I needed an emergency job done. Robert came out within the hour and was able to replace my refrigerator shutoff valve (I think that's what it was). Apparently this is a common issue when people replace their refrigerators. We were very eager to get our new frig and once it was delivered we found out it couldn't be replaced due to the valve being frozen and stuck. I sent out a service request thru Yelp around 6pm and Robert responded within minutes and was able to help us out right away. He went above and beyond and even helped me install my new frig and hauled away the old one! I cannot say enough about Robert's customer service and professionalism. He went to the trouble to have booties on the entire time he was in our house. That was a huge plus for us! On top of the refrigerator work We had another existing issue with our sprinkler system and Robert addressed that too AND fixed it. He was here to replace and fix that valve to replace our frig and he did so many other things on top of that and only charged a little more for the extra work. I cannot say enough about Robert and how much he helped us out. I highly recommend using these guys. We will absolutely call them again if we need any help.

We have used Steve a lot for our old house and the old pipes that need help. Sadly we had to redo the pipes under my kitchen floor. While this was a horrible experiance, as I was pregnant, Steve made it better by being so nice and making it an okay experiance. I would recommend him to anyone

At the end of October 2022 I had an emergency sub panel situation.  I am a Senior.  Point Loma did the installation. I turned my heater on and it is not on a circuit by itself and does not work.  I am waiting for a correction.

In addition they charged me 600.00 for my permit fee!!! Outrageous!
The fellow that did a follow up  said he would check my heater for an additional 600.00.  This price gouging is not ok.

We had a toilet at a rental property that was clogged and in bad shape. We needed same day help since we were trying to clean the place and needed access to facilities. Bob came out about an hour after we called, fitting us into his busy schedule for the day.

He fixed the clog and made recommendations for some things he saw in the bathroom that also needed to be addressed.

I had a toilet that kept running, even when the tank was full. I was literally flushing money down the drain. I called C & C Plumbing and they sent out a technician the next day. Kevin was fantastic and diagnosed the problem almost immediately before performing the necessary repairs. He even helped me fix some slow sink drains. The repair cost ended up being slightly less than the original estimate in the end. Thanks, C&C!

Excellent service once again, Dylon. This time we used Dylon for something way smaller--we had bought something from overseas that came in a huge plywood shipping container that we couldn't dispose of with regular trash day. Dylon responded right away and came the next day (early!) to pick up the container at a very reasonable price. Really appreciate your business, Dylon--keep up the good work and the customer service!

Smelled gas coming from beneath our stove, which is very alarming. Shut off the valve underneath, aired out the kitchen, but hours later still smelled a bit of gas. Called something like 5 different plumbers asking for help as I have three young kids in the house and a wife who is due to have our fourth ANY MINUTE! Very much a serious situation. Despite this, every plumber I called either didn't respond or they were too busy to help. Then, I realized a family member recently used Anderson and she gave me the name and number of the actual technician that helped her out so I gave them a call and asked for James by name.  They appreciated how urgent this situation was, and James came out right away. He and his teammate arrived and were pleasant to work with from the start. They were always professional, and obviously experts at what they do. Throughout the entire process they communicated with us frequently so we always knew what was going on, what progress they've made, what their recommendations are, and what options we had. They were also very clear and direct with the costs associated with each option, and we never felt pressured into paying some exorbitant amount for optional services. They worked hard the entire time, being very sensitive to my family's particular situation. After the gas leak was fixed, James came back a few more times in the following days to do further tests to make absolutely certain things were done right and that everything was still holding up after they made the repairs. He even came out personally to meet with underground leak detection services (a third party), spoke to city gas company on our behalf to get our gas turned back on, and worked directly with the city inspectors office to get all the appropriate inspections and paperwork in order. Now, my family has gas service again! More importantly, this means we have a working clothes dryer, furnace, and HOT WATER. I could not have asked for a better experience in an otherwise really difficult situation.

Frank Meza from Anderson came out quickly to help solve a clog we had. He was polite, clear in what was happening, and remarkably quick to resolve the issue. Great representation for his company!
