Our bathroom shower was clogged I was looking for a snake service so I looked on Yelp and Henry was one of the top stars in reviews.
I called and although he was extremely busy he promised to be at our house in two hours that eventually become three hours but I didn't mind because he called and notified us about the delay. Around 8pm Henry showed up was clean fast and efficient he was fast and professional in resolving our problem.
I broke the rule of not paying for services until the job is completely finished and I regret that now. I had a sewer line replaced in my driveway. They had to dig up some asphalt to do the work. Once the new line was placed, I paid in full and I asked for a receipt for my taxes. I had to ask at least five times and many phone calls and texts before Harry finally gave me one. If I had not persisted, I don't think I would ever have gotten one.
Then I realized that when they first dug up the asphalt, they shoveled the broken pieces into the trees lining my driveway. I texted to say I didn't want to clean all that up myself. Harry texted back to say he would be there the next day to clean up. He never showed and now that I have texted every day to remind him of the mess he left, he just ignores me. I paid in full before the job was done. That is on me. If you don't like chasing people around for receipts and to finish a job, I recommend you find someone else or make sure you don't finish paying until the job AND CLEANUP is completely finished!

I don't offer many reviews. Only when I really feel its warranted. But in the last years we've had a number of plumbing issues and have used a number of plumbing companies. Harry at Sewer Man plumbing was a standout. Aside from the quick, and thorough service at a VERY fair price, the fact that he took time to educated me on why we've been having our issues and options for fixing only what was needed in the future. On time, easy to contact, friendly, and professional. As positive an experience as I could want.

Initially gave Harry a 1 star review for not getting back to me with quote and lots of back and forth with no response. Harry called and rectified the situation. He has since done a full additional sewer and water line addition to garage and has done exceptional work. He went above and beyond when city initially didn't pass us on a technicality and has coordinated with electrician to assist with trenching for his lines. I will definitely call Harry for any future plumbing needs and highly recommend his services.

Amazing- I posted a message on yelp and within an hour he came so after the problem and had the garbage disposal working( and on a holiday!) grateful for Sewar Mans professional service.
I got clogged situation on late afternoon Sunday, desperately seeking Plumber to figure out what's going on and solve the issue.
I knew 5pm on Sunday is very rough to find vendor even opening. I was so stressed. Then found Sewer Man Rooter & Plumbing open!? I called and Harry picked up the call! He asked me for a bit of time which I was Totally fine & understood = I never expected people in the us to be honest, even show up on Sunday night especially Sunday dinner time. // He showed up 1.5hrs later like exactly he told me, which, considering him being family man, this is outrageously generous and I was grateful already.
He's great at explaining what the issue and what need to be done, pro/con etc, educated me. also He understand the feeling of customer who got such an emergency situation & stressed. Good human. very professional but also very aprocha-ble and good vibe. He was also very patient with me, ESL speaker asking many questions.
He put me in the early morning next day, which was such a relieve. Educated me what to / not to do until the morning.
Crews showed up, very professional, hard worker. solved the issue. Inspected the rest of sewer line & unfortunately found out more/major issue in main sewer line.
Again, Harry explained me merit going for it, so I understand pro/con to make decision for unexpected spending which is 1 & only demerit.
He also gave me a great deal. I'm glad I went for it, knowing it's matter of time. Such a mental relieve at least 1 major issue got checked.
Ended up 2 days hard work from all great crew.
Everything was so smooth. all Communication was very prompt and clear. Whole experience was purely awesome. I'm 1 happy customer and strongly recommend this vendor! Thank You Harry & all his crew!

We had an issue with our bathroom shower. I contacted the SewerMan in the late evening through the Yelp app, he answered quickly and gave me a quote 350$ right away. I called then early in the morning and sent some photos of the issue and they said they would take care of it and they'd be over in and hour.
The Plummer was on time and was able to fix the issue in less that 20min. He was good at letting us know exactly what the issue was and what he'd need to fix it. I'm glad we called them it was a 400$ total for him to fix the shower issue and toilet issue.
I am very thankful a I definitely recommend them.
Harry was very professional and even showed up after he had a car accident. We worked fast and was very knowledgeable. I think we will use him for all of our property plumbing needs in the future. Thanks Sewerman!
Harry did a fantastic job! We had a broken hose in our upstairs bathroom that leaked water to downstairs. We were having a water plumbing emergency!! Originally, we didn't even know how it happened but Harry was knowledgable in understanding what may have happened and how to repair it. He was quick to respond and quick to fix! He also helped out with other things we needed taken care of around the house like unclogging drains, putting salt in our water softener, and our garage door and he was very open to figuring it out with us and helping where he could. I needed a plumber because our bathroom sink was horribly clogged and nothing was working! I sent out a general request on Yelp for a couple plumbers and Harry at Sewerman responded immediately. He gave me an accurate quote which was on par with the other quotes I had received, and he told me he could come as soon as he was done with his other job. When I worked with him, the same person who owns the business personally answered the phone, gave me a quote, and personally came to unclog the sink. There were some others in which I was clearly sent to an answering service, who then would contract a plumber to come, but even then, they weren't able to come immediately. Harry was quick, helpful, honest, and fair! I would definitely contact him again the next time I need any plumbing services!

I kept smelling gas near my door leading to the garage. After having the gas company come and shut off my gas because of a leak from my dryer, SEWER MAN ROOTER & PLUMBING came and fixed it in under an hour. Harry was very knowledgeable and affordable. He made it very easy and after the gas company came and ran tests, everything was good to go!
Had an amazing experience with this company. Called on a Sunday and Harry came right over. We had water rising in our bathtub and he found the problem, fixed the blockage and was finished in under an hour. And he is such a nice man to do business with. He is now our go-to plumber.
We had a problem with our service line and called Harry, who was so wonderful to work with. He came out right away and assessed the issue and explained what our options were. He used the newest tech to repair our failed pipe. We would 100% recommend him and his team to anyone needing help with plumbing .

We just bought a new home (built in the 1950s) in September 2021 and during the inspection process we found out about some cast iron drain pipes under the house that would eventually need to be replaced. We put it off (of course) until this past weekend when our shower started backing up. We currently only have one shower, so this is a problem. We tried clearing it ourselves with no luck. Of course this happened to be SuperBowl Sunday, so we called around and Harry said he could come out first thing the next morning (Monday).
He arrived on time and as promised and got to work right away. He tried several different things but was not able to unclog the shower drain. He then went under the house and confirmed that we had several leaks and showed us with videos and pictures. He is very knowledgeable and explained everything in a way we could understand.
We were now in a position where we HAD to move forward with the repairs of the old drain pipes, or we would be without a working shower, as that was the cause of the problem. Harry gave us a fair and competitive bid for the work and told us he could start first thing Tuesday morning.
He once again arrived on time as promised the next day and he & his crew got to work under our house. It was a BIG job and they were under there all day. Like from 8:30 am to 6:30 pm - it was dark outside when they finished! They worked really hard and we're able to complete the work so that we could have warm showers that night! We are so incredibly thankful to Harry and his team for their hard work, their knowledge, and just overall promptness and care and consideration for the situation we were in. We highly recommend them and will be calling them again whenever we have plumbing needs.

Great response to an emergency. Harry explained the steps involved, so I knew exactly what to expect.
We woke up this morning to no water coming out of our faucets. After we waited for DWP who could not find any problems we were perplexed. We needed help and fast. Harry came out and quickly found our problem, a frozen pipe (in LA???). He fixed it and could not have been more honest or helpful. It was a real life saver. Leaving a bad review based on customer service. Harry came to my house, gave an estimate on Saturday.
Told me Monday he would start the repairs on the 2 toilets I called him about, didn't hear from him at all on Monday.
I followed up later that evening, he said parts are coming in and that come Wednesday/Thursday repairs would begin.
That's understandable, it's now Saturday and he has completely stopped responding to calls and texts.
Harry's the man!! He came over and saved the day, truly couldn't recommend him enough. Thanks again!

I'm so grateful for Harry! He is AMAZING!! My sewer was backed up and flowing out onto my driveway. Originally I called a different plumber who basically had an entire scheme of gradually up-charging me for different services, until they told me I need to fix a crack in pipe (underground) and gave me an astronomical quote, to which they would not even credit me for all that I had already paid them for (which I later disputed the charge and won). So I did my research and called SewerMan! And Thank Goodness I did! Harry responded immediately. He came to my home asap and gave me a good quote. But more than that- he worked with me, given my particular circumstance. I felt so relieved at a time when I was incredibly overwhelmed, dealing with other things in my life. It was so helpful to have Harry be a reliable source, alleviating the stress of having yet one more issue to deal with. Harry made sure to call me during the job and then showed me everything that was going on. He is extremely respectful, knowing that just because I'm a woman, doesn't mean that I don't have a brain and can't understand anything. We hired Harry (Sewer Man) twice, first to unclog the kitchen sink line and a few weeks later to unclog the washer machine line.
We've dealt with many plumbers in the past, all somewhat difficult, so we were expecting the same treatment. Harry is the exception...not only 100% competent and professional, he and his staff were courteous, cleaned up thoroughly afterwards, observed COVID protocol through out, and very important...he tried every step to unclog our drains progressing up to more expensive treatments only when called for (soo appreciated!).
Harry is also friendly, calm and a good communicator so no issues trying to understand one another. He's our plumbing guy going forward!!! Thanks a million Harry!!!!
Do yourself a big favor...call Harry. I interviewed six plumbing companies regarding four plumbing matters, thankfully Harry, Sewer Man, was one of those companies.
Meeting with Harry was easy, and the meeting provided me with relief. He provided a complimentary service that helped access the situation. (Other companies wanted to charge a substantial fee.)
I so appreciated his service orientation. He respected my time, was direct and his professional presentation was thorough. He accessed the situation, answered my questions, and when asked, provided sound advice that assisted me in prioritizing the work. And he provided guidance about how to monitor and handle other plumbing matters that might become an issue in the future.
The new sewer and water lines passed inspection. Harry's 20-year warranty on his work is reassuring. He did extra work, more work, at no additional cost. His pricing was very competitive and came in, just as we discussed, and as I expected.
He is a good listener, polite, easy going, and calm. Harry is professional and knowledgeable (20+ years' experience), and he cares!

This company should be called the
We Flake on You Plumbers or We Don't Show Up Plumbers. I called them on Monday for a slow drain I had in our bathtub. They said they'd come out on Tuesday. Guy calls on Tuesday and says he was backed up at another job and could come out the next day Wednesday. Fine, no biggy. Well Wednesday I call to confirm a time and they say between 4-5p. That time comes and goes. THEY NEVER SHOWED UP OR CALLED. Completely unreliable. Thank goodness I had a backup plumber scheduled for Thursday. Rockstar plumbing is THE BEST!!

Our toilet was clogged and the bidet had a foul sewage smell coming out of it. Last night our backyard drains got clogged and the water collected to the point where it started making its way into the house. Tried everything including a sump pump and couldn't get the water to drain fast enough. Called Harry at 11pm and he promised to come out and help us clear the drains. He arrived an hour later and hydro-jetted the drains from every which way and finally got it to drain and saved us! These guys are so professional because they found an unpredictable problem in our new house sewer system. They brought to our place all new technology needed for changing the pipes. They worked hard all day yesterday. It was extremely a hot day (91 Fahrenheit) but they continue working until the problems was solved. They even did more services such as changing the washer dryer pipe for free. They waved the camera inspection fee. Their price very reasonable. Highly recommended!

Harry came out to this morning in response to my panic over a stopped main drain. Our dental office didn't realize a problem until part of the office became flooded while our compressor and vacuum were on. Although we were able to plunge and apparently clear the obstruction, we were concerned that it was not adequately patent and we'd be flooded again. Rather than Harry scaring us into snaking the drain, he assured us that the drain was functioning well and to not worry; he said he was only a phone call away should we need him. Our main sewer line was backing up. Called Harry and after inspecting he recommend trenchless pipe bursting to replace the line. This would solve our issue once and for all. All I can say is if I didn't see it with my own eyes, you would never know Harry and his crew were there. Bottom line, if you want someone who does what they say they will do, cares about the quality of their work, then Harry is your guy!
After a pretty bad flood that left me with use of only 1/4 of my house, Sewerman has been one of the few companies that have not only done amazing work, but have been reliable with responses, ON TIME (and communicative if emergencies come up), and honest with what he/others can and can't do within your budget. Harry has extensive knowledge of whatever plumbing issue ails you from a simple faucet install to an epoxy liner that's restored 50+ years old piping. It's nice to not have to worry that your next flush will drain ONLY your waste and not more money.

Our outside hose spigot broke late on a Saturday evening and we couldn't turn it off. We shut off the water to the house and called Sewerman at 8am Sunday morning. THE ABSOLUTE BEST OF THE BEST!
PERIOD!
Long story short: take a shower in any bathroom and water draining seeps from under main toilet... yep... major clog!!! UGH :( hired Harry to install a new clean out and got the cold truth: the mainline across the property to the sidewalk is failing. Original clay pipe from the 50's, tree roots, earthquakes, UGH... maybe 6 mos, maybe a year before kaput can never tell. Did I believe him? YES! :)
Wife didn't want to deal with any future issues after being waterless for a few days already. With one of the holes already dug we went ahead and replaced the mainline too. Looks like no work was done! Very good clean up :)

I called Harry at 7 am the day after Christmas when we came home to a plumbing emergency. He was there in an hour. He quickly diagnosed the problem, explained what needed to be done and began the work. Harry is extremely knowledgeable and completes the job as he would if it was his own house. Harry is amazing. We'd had trouble getting a backed up shower and bathtub fixed and we're quoted $3,200 to repair the pipes from another company since they tried to snake it and hydro jet it to no avail. We eventually got the feeling they were trying to rip us off and called Sewerman for a second opinion. He came down and got everything cleared in less than an hour for $150! We had a clogged up sink the night before thanksgiving and my niece found this company on yelp n we called him right away. I don't give reviews often but had to give one for Harry at Sewer Man. I was in the process of changing a pressure regulator for my rental when I discovered that the unit I bought wouldn't thread onto the existing portion of the old pressure regulator. I didn't know what to do. I had the water shut off for my tenant on a Sunday morning and now can't even put the old regulator back because the rubber washer broke off when I took out the old one. I didn't have a lot of options on a Sunday morning but saw SewerMan and the associated reviews so decided to give them a call. Harry answered and said he was in the area and would stop by in an hour or so to resolve the problem. Seemed really nice over the phone so we moved forward. Well fast forward to an hour later he shows up and says the problem is really easy to fix and that I can fix it myself if I want to avoid any charges. I was blown away by the fact that he came out and didn't even try to push the fix but rather advised me on what to do and fix it myself FREE OF CHARGE. Needless to say, 15 minutes later I fixed the issue and thanked Harry for his help. It's not often you find any tradesman that's honest let alone willing to just help. So moving forward Harry has my business. I will recommend him to all my friends and family as it's really hard to find someone that isn't trying to just screw you.
I haven't used his service but this review is for his great customer service! I requested a quote for plumbing issue on yelp, the quote sent to so many plumbers within the area. Harry was the only one who offered a better rate and communicated very professionally and quickly.
The plumbing issue that I was concern about, was solved by my HOA and I contacted him and cancel the appointment.
We needed someone to come out and fix a leaking pipe under our kitchen sink. Read through some reviews and sent out to requests to plumbers around our area. Sewerman provided a time frame to check our problem on the same day, gave a quote, and came back the very next day to fix the problem.
He is professional and makes sure we are on the same page regarding what needed to be fixed.

Went with Harry one time to come and stop a dripping shower head and replace a dripping metal water bib coming from the side of the house; Harry did good work.
Called him again for another item, said he'd come 12-3pm in two days. At 2:56pm no call, no show, I texted him asking if he's still coming and he said he was stuck on another job. What a let down.
Harry came out the same day, and fixed our drain clog with the rooter which ran back under the house about 25 feet. Professional, friendly and just all around cool guy. In and out quickly and our problem is solved. Highly recommended! Glad I canceled my home warranty appointment and went with these guys instead!!!

THIS IS THE GUY! On Christmas Eve morning, I woke up at 8 o'clock in the morning with 2 toilets backing up. I called 10 plumbers, they were either booked or not working. Harry picked up and was at my house within an hour and a half. He was professional, nice, respectful, took his shoes off when he came in the house, all the things you would want in a plumber. His rate was excellent. He snaked my clean out over 100 feet to the street and fixed the problem in 30 minutes. He also fixed a problem we were having with a sink. The guy worked his ass off. My water heater broke and was gushing water. It was just as the long, holiday weekend was starting. I called Sewerman Plumbing based on their amazing reviews. I called Sewerman, told them what we were experiencing and Harry was able to come out the same day to check what was going on. He explained in detail what we needed to do and shared pictures of our busted main line. After his assessment he came back out the next day so start the work. Our kitchen sink was leaking. Having bad luck with plumbers in the past, I was apprehensive in calling a plumber.
When Harry arrived it took him not even a minute to diagnose the problem. I had screwed the sprayer on incorrectly. He could have easily taken the entire fixture apart and make it seem like it was a bigger problem than it really was.
From there he went on to make other plumbing repairs around the house. He was patient and very kind. With all the work that he did, he only charged me for an hour. I was so impressed.
It's nice to know that there are still honest people out there. Thank you!
Harry is simply the best there is. Honest work, which is extremely rare these days. He switched out our cast iron sewer line from a tough spot when every other company said they couldn't and recommended inserting a sleeve, which is not as good as just switching out for a brand new abs pipe. Harry made it happen. He switched out our clay line via pipe-burst and also added a new clean out box in front of the house since all of our clean outs could spill into our crawl space, which is an old design technique. Him and his amazing team did all of this in one Saturday! He showed me all their work before covering up their digs. He never tried to up-sell me or set himself up for future work by trying to scare me into more work than was needed. I mean this company is flawless. His team was friendly and polite. I could not have asked for a better experience. I'm using Sewerman for all of our plumbing needs moving forward naturally. Thanks a million Harry!

Harry just finished doing trenchless pipe bursting to replace the sewer on an old house we purchased last month, in addition to hydrojetting and scaling, setting up a water line for a fridge and dishwasher and cutting cancelled pipes in various locations inside and outside the house. He did an excellent job on all of it and handled getting the city permits and being present for all the inspections required.
It was pretty much a worst case scenario with our sewer due to a complete lack of maintenance for several decades coupled with a huge old jacaranda tree in the parkway. Harry always tried less expensive and invasive methods of circumventing the problems he encountered before escalating to more expensive solutions. Unfortunately, in our case, the whole sewer had to be replaced by trenchless pipe bursting all the way into the street. It was costly because that's the nature of the work, but it would have been a lot more expensive going with a big plumbing company, and I don't think the work would have been as good.
Harry's prices were very fair and he was honest and up front about everything involved with each fix and upgrade. He never tried to up-sell us when we were discussing additional projects we were thinking of doing, like putting in a gas line for the dryer or swapping our water heaters for tankless, he just presented us with all our options in clear detail and gave us time to decide whether those projects were a priority for us right now given our budget and all the other work we're doing on the house. He also alerted us to a safety issue with our water heater, which we wouldn't have known about if he hadn't pointed it out, and he fixed it quickly.
He's a kind person, a pleasure to work with, and he's definitely going to continue to be our go-to plumber on all our maintenance and upgrading projects moving forward (except our sewer, since that will now officially outlast us all ;).
He did a very professional job for a very good price. He did everything to code and gave me great advice on my water heaters. I was truly impressed. He installed a seismic earthquake shut off valve on our main gas line and really did a beautiful job. Highly recommended.

I found Sewerman through Yelp and reached out asking for help with an issue with my kitchen sink. It turned out that a bunch of debris was caught in it, and while fixing that problem, Harry realized that the previous owners of my house had swapped the hot and cold so hot water wasn't going to the dishwasher! He came back the day and fixed that for us, and everything is working beautifully now.
He was transparent about pricing, very quick with his work, and walked me through what he was doing the entire time.
Harry is a superb and honest plumber. I first worked with him in early 2019 when I needed a new sewer line. I talked to multiple plumbers but Harry seemed the most through and trustworthy. He did a great job and delivered as he promised and even installed a new water heat at cost the same day.
Recently I had a new plumbing issue and Harry came same day (on a Saturday) to check it out and came back on Monday to take care of the issue with our bath tub. I was impressed by how quickly he responded and finished the job.
I highly recommend Harry for big and small plumbing needs.

My sewer line was backing up about once a year and it seems to decided to back up only at night when every plumber has clocked out for the day. So usually I'd call and have to wait til the next day for someone to come out to snake the sewer lines. That means no one gets to brush their teeth or shower unless we want poop water to start flowing back into the bathtubs. GROSS!! I decided to call Sewerman this time and Harry came out right away at 10 pm. He took care of the clog and when I mentioned my sewer problem, he said he could come back the next morning to run a camera down the pipe to see what was going on. It turns out that there were holes in the sewer lines causing build ups. He gave me a couple of options to fix the issue and explained the pros and cons of each. Once I decided what I wanted to do, Harry was back the next morning and took care of the problem once and for all. The icing on the cake? Since I had service line coverage on my insurance policy, Harry took the time to work with my adjuster to get the work covered. An awesome plumber and all around nice guy. He has a customer for life!

I had an issue with my toilet and ended up turning the water valve off. After turning it back on, the valve had a small leak so it had to be replaced. I got so many quotes from different places and they were all trying to rip me off. So glad I found Harry on yelp! He had the best and most reasonable price! Harry came promptly and shot me straight about what he should fix and what was probably under warranty which led him to cut his initial estimate--already competitive--in half. He even threw in a free fix for my garbage disposal which wasn't what he came for and he taught me a trick so i could do it myself in the future.

My positive experience at Sewerman started immediately when Harry picked up on the first ring and said he could come out that very same day. He diagnosed the problem quickly and explained completely what was wrong and what needed to be done. Even though it was an expensive repair (roots in my main sewer line and a significant backup), Harry exuded confidence and made me feel I was in very good hands. He started the next day, was on time, treated the worksite carefully as not to damage anything and worked quickly and efficiently. We used Sewerman for sewer inspection for a house purchase. The house was (is) in escrow. We emphasized the urgency of the report and asked if he is going to use the camera for his report.He said yes and yes.
Usually such reports sent in 24hrs.with the video of the sewer line and the conclusion of the inspector.This is the right way and the only way to have the view inside the sewer line, otherwise how would we know he actually has the equipment and the information we need?
5 days calling/texting to retrieve the report (visit on 11/2; report on 11/8). I got an invoice and short confirmation: the overall sewer is good. Please pay the invoice.
I asked, where is the link to the camera video? Harry attacked, 'you didn't ask' and immediately got defensive and raised his voice:'clearly insisting about the video i am being the most difficult client he EVER had and I have no idea what am I talking about!:)

Had a problem with drainage in one of our bathrooms I already knew the problem and got estimates around. Harry came in with reasonable price and knew what I wanted done. He was friendly and professional. Him and his crew came in and knocked out the job pretty quick and I checked their work afterwards. They did excellent job replacing the pipe under our house and made a clean out easier and accessible for us for future snaking or cleaning. This is my second review. Harry came back to help us unclog the bathtub and sink, a basic job compared to the complicated job he did for us when we first met. The issue was a clump of hair and he was lightning fast. He educated us on the matter so maybe we could fix it in the future or at least try to avoid it happening again. Helpful dude! Harry from Sewerman Rooter &Plumbing is the best. I could not understand why the shower water was not turning hot. It was because the mixer in the shower was shot. Harry came here but a brass mixer in and told me to keep the shower lever to the right for hot water which I did not know. He charged a total of $283 which was $85 for the part and 198 for the labor. A guy from Home Advisor wanted to charge me $1800 and said he had to break through 2 walls. Never use Home Advisor just call Harry the plumber at Sewerman . He is the best and most honest.
Sewer Man (Harry-owner) is my new go to plumber. Our water heater went out Easter weekend. I contacted him late Friday evening and he was out to take a look the next morning. We knew that the water heater was on its last legs, and I called as I was not able to relight the pilot. He took a look and explained what the problem was and what was needed to fix it. We have had plumbers out before to get estimates on replacement, none had mentioned what was causing the issue. As our water heater was already very old, we decided to replace it with a tankless (as we had been planning on). As he had not been able to relight the pilot in the heater's current condition, Harry didn't even charge us for the house call on the holiday weekend (this was before we had asked him to install the new H2O heater, how amazing is that). He sent us an estimate on the replacement which was right in line with other estimates we had received except his included a larger capacity tankless heater.
He was out to install the heater and completed in a very efficient, professional and timely matter. Even devising a way to get the old tank off of the roof. (No, I don't know why our water heater was installed on the roof). He also took care of all of the excessive piping that was in the cabinet from a years ago solar water heating.
Everything is finished and my family is enjoying endless hot water. Thanks, Sewer Man.

I finally found a plumber who I can call for plumbing problems. Harry, the owner, was wonderful explaining the problem and how he's going to fix it. He knows what he's doing. Our toilet clogged (so much for flushable wipes) and my husband is usually great at fixing small clogs but this one was stubborn. We reached out to Sewermen after looking for a local plumber and he responded within minutes. Harry was prompt, arrived wearing a safety mask (which gave us comfort) and communicated everything that needed to be done clearly. He was efficient and got our toilet back up in running quickly. We got a kitchen sink clog so Harry came to my house to unclog the kitchen sink. He was done the job excellent. At first, he took out all water stuck in the sink, and ran a small machine, and then he ran another large machine to get it clear w/o extra charge. After that, he put everything back together. We are very happy with his work. Very Professional. Highly recommended.

Yesterday we had a pilot light go out in our water heater which was only installed a few months ago. While I am well capable of doing myself, I was too busy with my work to deal with it. So send a message to several local plumbing companies.
Out of all of them, Harry stood out right away. While the other companies sounded as though they hoped upsell me on other services to make this job worth the time, Harry just named his price. After some discussion via text, we both agreed on the terms.
A few hours later, Harry showed up at our front door. He took care of our water heater and I paid him.
This was a small job. But by being straightforward, fair and understanding and not trying to upsell us like the others, Harry now has our business whenever we have something major happening.
After a few attempts to locate a plumber that could fix our shower leaking problem, Harry was able to diagnose and determine that the leakage was from the cartridge only and not the valve. After cartridge replacement for a minimal amount, my problem was fixed. Others recommended changing the entire valve that was not only messy but quite expensive. I can't begin to thank Harry for the great job he has done and I am glad that I finally found someone that I can trust.
Harry and his team were excellent. Quick, fantastic work, an honest and very reasonable, and super nice guys. If I have any plumbing issues in the future I will definitely make them my first call.

I am glad that Harry replied to me on Yelp. I initially requested a quote through another company and I guess it went out to other companies also. He was the most reasonably priced plumber that I was able to get on short noticed. He was able to come out the next because it was 4th of July and we were not going to be home. I met him around 12pm and he was patient enough to wait for me. It only took him about 30 minutes to fix the kitchen sink. He was not able to clear the clog from the top, so he had to remove the P Trap in order to clean it out. He didn't leave a mess and cleaned up after himself. Other quotes that I received wanted to charge me $95 just to clean from the top. It would have been an additional $20-$30 to have them remove the P Trap. I will definitely add him to my favorites if I need to contact him next time.

I don't usually write reviews but felt that Harry deserves it. Had a clogged drain for over 2 weeks, hired someone prior, they snaked it, but they couldn't get passed the clogged. Decided to go on here to find a professional with good reviews, happy I decided to go with Sewerman. Harry was quick in responding and got the job done. Cost was fair and I will definitely call again.

Harry is very prompt to respond via text or a phone call. Our sink was leaking and he stopped by to look at it the same day. He gave us a reasonable estimate to replace the garbage disposal which was leaking. He came back the next day and replaced it as promised. Harry is a great communicator and very professional.

So Covid appears and two of our adult kids move in to our 1950's home in Reseda - water usage doubles to the point where DWP send us a note that our usage has spiked so much we probably have a leak. Having never been happy with previous plumbers and finding Angie's List and Home Advisor to be skewed in favor of the contractor - I came back to Yelp. Harry's reviews were almost too good to be true - I did wonder if he just had a massive family and they were all out writing wonderful things about him :-) Turns out - Harry and his crew are really that good. Communication was great - crews arrived on time and after the job was completed everything was put back as if it never happened. And it was a big job - replacing all the pipe work under the house - excavating and drying out the soil due to the leak - digging trenches and fixing the pipe to the main sewer line - replacing toilets - all done in a couple of days and for a fair price. Harry is the real deal - if you've been burned in the past - this guy restores your faith in humanity! Oh and they wore masks and respected social distancing while they worked!
Sewer Man responded right away to my request for a quote, communicated with me right away and on the next day they came in and nicely and very quickly replaced a broken outdoor faucet. I really appreciate the professionalism and service they offered.

Harry (the owner) was very quick and responsive after I put out a request on Yelp for an urgent need for clearing a clogged sewer line. He was able to snake the line and charged a very reasonable amount. I did have another plumber from one of those franchise outfits come out to look at the problem before Harry contacted me. The other guy, whose company advertises a $49 drain cleaning service, gave me a bunch of reasons why he couldn't snake the line and that I would need to have it hydro jetted for which he would charge $600. What a scam. Harry was able to do the job that the other guy said couldn't be done and charged far less.
Fast response, great communication, excellent prices. Harry is the plumber you should use for all your plumbing projects - big or small.

Harry was great! We had a broken shower faucet, leaky kitchen sink and broken water pressure regulator and Harry fixed all within 2 hours at a very reasonable price. We had a water leak in our front yard and since Harry has done a different repair for us, we called him up to assess the situation. He found the leak and figured out a solution for the repair. After a full day of work, he ripped out the old line, installed new copper, and did the digging/removal/replacement of the pavers, so that it was just like new. On a Sunday evening I discovered my sewer line stopped draining so I called The Sewer Man at 7pm. Harry arrived to my house roughly 45 minutes later which I am extremely grateful for the fast response. He went straight to work and snaked the sewer line and was able to get it to drain but it remained slow. He informed me that he felt that the sewer line may have separated or collapsed and would come back first thing in the morning to trouble shoot further. The next morning Harry showed up just as said and was quickly able to diagnose and inform me the line needed to be replaced. Less than 24 hours hours later he was able to dig two 6' holes, complete the repair, and back fill the holes! Harry and his crew were extremely polite and respectful and they take pride in their work. If you're looking for a FAST and HONEST plumber call the Sewer Man! Thanks again Harry!

Harry actually picked up the phone, a novel experience dealing within the industry. Our drain line for our washer was impacted,after attempting to unclog proved futile. Showed up on time , he went above and beyond fixing the sewer line to the street . Worked on Thanksgiving morning with his crew in the rain and finished earlier than predicted . Also went around the house unclogging drains that were not related to the sewer blockage.

I was pleased that we hired Harry for our recent plumbing issue. I found him to be competent at what he does and he is friendly as well. He was quick to respond over text and yelp. I sent him pics of the issue over yelp and he was able to give an initial estimate with that. Then it was easy to schedule a time for the actual estimate and also schedule the repair with him over text. He did not deviate from his initial estimate.
Few days after he completed the work we found that the issue had not completely gone, so I texted him and he replied right away and promptly scheduled a time to come back to take care of it. Initially another plumber quoted me a lot more and wanted to do more work than necessary for the job. Harry did not try to make the job bigger than it was and only replaced whats absolutely necessary - for that I think he is an honest person and trustworthy.
Harry has been our plumber for the last five years. We had to replace 90 feet of main sewer line in the middle of summer and he never gave up on us! He takes care of my friends home too. He is dependable, reliable, honest and trustworthy. I'll never go anywhere else.

Harry responded quickly to a request for service, showed up right on time and did a great job with a leaky toilet--diagnosing the problem, demonstrating it, then replacing the necessary parts. He left the bathroom cleaner than it was when he came in, and was so professional and friendly that I called him back in a few weeks later for an unrelated problem.
I had a great experience with Harry at Sewer Man. My fairly new shower had very little water pressure and a constant drip. He quickly figured out what was wrong and fixed it. So happy! My trustworthy plumber of 17 years moved up north, but during my last maintenance service told me I had six to twelve months to repair a cracked sewer pipe. Definitely recommend! We had a clogged sewer line on a Saturday and needed someone to come out ASAP as shower water was coming up in the front yard. Found Harry on Yelp and he came within the hour. It turned out our old clay sewer pipe (original to the home built in 1947) was broken in multiple locations and completely clogged with tree roots and needed to be replaced completely. This was not a surprise - we'd been expecting it at any time over the last few years as almost all of our immediate neighbors have recently had to replace theirs - and we feared an enormous bill. Harry told us he could use a method called trench-less pipe bursting and it was definitely less expensive than we'd thought. The entire job (including digging a 12 foot deep hole at the edge of our front yard to reach the sewer line) was completely done in just over 24 hours from our first call to him. We will definitely call him for any future issues.
