Great company! So friendly! From the moment I called in to make an appointment for our two clogged toilets. They got me in same day between 2-4 and arrived within that time slot.
They gave me an estimate over the phone that was very accurate.
They do not overcharge. They are a very honest and hold true to that with their customers.
I will always use them and always refer them to friends.

Willy's service was efficient, affordable, and friendly! I called in for help with hooking up my gas grill to the gas line with a turn off and turn on valve. I had another quote from a company with far more reviews than Willy's but it was so expensive and also the valve was going to be very bulky, which I didn't want. Willy's offered and fulfilled the service for a reasonable price (way below the other offering). The plumber even helped take a look at a somewhat clogged shower head in my master restroom as well for no extra fee. I recommend Willy's and will request their help with any other plumbing type projects.

Our HOA often uses Willy's Plumbing for service & repair and I've found working with them to be a pleasure. Juan & Miguel are professional, clean & communicate clearly what they are doing or may need to do. Willy will personally return phone calls within a few hours if I have a question and he does a great job being there for his guys if they need clarification when they're on site. That's important for HOAs because of all the extra people and protocol we have to deal with. The office staff are pleasant and communicate great with scheduling etc. Thank you Willy's Plumbing.

The response time to my initial inquiry, which was provided via voicemail, made a great first impression. The normal hours are from 8am to 4pm so I wasn't able to speak to anyone directly because the backed up main for the house didn't reveal itself until 7pm. Although I didn't utilize the emergency number, I'm glad that the option for it is available.
This morning I received a call back around 7:30am and was provided an eta of 30 minutes. I might be making this up, but it seemed like work had commenced at 8:01am! I value my time, especially when doodoo is backing up into my shower floor, so details like that speak volumes.
Enrique was my technician and he didn't waste anytime tackling the situation. Professional, pleasant, timely and clean (as clean as this kind of job could be) is the only way to describe my experience. Did he clear the blockage? Yeeess. Would I recommend this company to someone else? Yeeess.

Great service, impeccable work, friendly and fair pricing. I have used Willy's for years now. They have done really big jobs, eg installed all gas pipes and had to go under the garden....and little jobs, replacing faucets. I highly recommend them.

Our sink was stopped up and back flowing in our bottom floor condo of a 3 story building in Brentwood. Miguel came by today, explained the scope of the work, and completed the work very quickly and very neatly. He was extremely careful with bringing in the equipment and making sure nothing got damaged or dirty. We were very impressed and very thankful.
We live in a very old house. I call Willy's on a Friday afternoon for toilet problem. Juan show up early Monday morning. He was very professional and efficient, fixed the toilet within one hour. He took time to give me recommendation how to maintain old plumbing. Really appreciate it.

Another local company was super unresponsive so I decided to call Willy's.
They were able to come over within the hour. The plumber fixed my shower and my toilet in less than an hour of his arrival (including time to get parts from Home Depot) and was very nice.
Couldn't be happier!
Installed a kitchen faucet, the technician was on time and wore a mask. He did a great job and very reasonably priced.

I called a few plumbers to get an estimate for moving a tub drain and relocating a toilet in our master bath. He was one of four plumbers to come out and give an estimate.
Willy's Plumbing came out and gave a detailed estimate of what would be involved with the work and how much effort it would be to do the project. He came to do the work within a few days and spent all day moving the toilet and tub drain.
He was very professional and took proper precautions to make sure the work area was clean and tidied up before he left. The work came out great. I called him a few days later to help with another issue in the second bathroom. He came out on a Saturday and helped diagnose the problem. He came out within a few hours of being asked for his availability which was fantastic. I definitely would call Willy again if we have any other projects for Plumbing in the future.
I have used Willy's Plumbing in the past and I've been very happy with her service. Juan helped me out today with two bathroom faucets that were leaking, plus I had a leak underneath the house from the kitchen drain. He went under the hose, he put down some plastic, because it was wet and got the job done. He did a great job!! Thank you Willy and all team that you put together.

Willy and his people are responsive, reliable and reasonable. That's why Willy's Plumbing has been my plumber for almost 30 years.
Serving our plumbing needs since 1985, Willy and his crew have consistently provided reliable, top notch service, with attention to detail and a willingness to stand behind their work. Small and large jobs are done with timeliness (such as replacing a water heater within a day). Office staff are equally helpful and kind. A high quality professional.
I wish I could give a good review because the guy came on time and was really really nice, but his work was just plain incompetent. I had a leak in my shower/tub. He spent a couple of hours trying to fix it, ended up telling me that they'd have to come back another time and open the wall. In the interim he put together a Rube Goldberg setup with top and bottom valves. I tried it after he left and water sprayed everywhere...totally leaky. When my regular contractor finally was able to come over, he was horrified at what this plumber had done, including apparently breaking a valve and leaving it in the wall. Just a travesty...and not cheap. My regular guy fixed the problem in less than an hour, without breaking open the wall. I will never ever use Willy's Plumbing again.

I wanted to write a review to update our situation. Willy's Plumbing called me the next business day after writing their response to my review. They followed up on their promise to reimburse me for the other plumber's visit. Times have been difficult for some people so I understand that perhaps my interactions with them was during a difficult time. By speaking with them, hearing their side, and having them reimburse me, they did exactly what I believe a 5-star business should do. I would 100% give them a second chance should I need a plumber again. Thank you, Willy's Plumbing. I am glad we were able to speak and work this out.
We just had our toilet repaired by Juan. Could not have had better more courteous service. The best plumbing experience I've ever had as long as I've been in Los Angeles for 30 years. Reasonably priced. I cannot recommend this service too highly!!!
I was having issues with my gas line leaking and they came out sooner than later and got the job done. The woman on the phone who scheduled was so courteous and nice. They had to make two different visits because of the amount of work, and it worked out well. Would definitely recommend.

Juan showed up yesterday and unclogged my toilet which wasn't as easy as we initially thought. But he figured it out and cleared the line. Happy with the service and price. In addition, he was clean,masked and had gloves and shoes covered and put everything back in my bathroom. Will use again.
The best plumbing services are no where else, but here. I needed get some work done and it was done pleasantly with no hassle. Around the area there are services where I was skeptical of rates and work done. When I experienced Willys' Plumbing Services the eager and nervous feeling for the job being done vanished. There was much relief on my situation because of this company which I am grateful for and would highly recommend.

Willy repaired a stuck valve under the sink and fixed a broken faucet handle. Willy did a great job and the price was very reasonable! He was very professional and incredibly friendly. All his staff I've talked to on the phone have been great. I highly recommend his services.
We had scheduled time for a plumber to come out yesterday, but I completely forgot. Willy's rescheduled for today and was quick to have someone out to fix our leaking toilet.
Tyler was the plumber that came yesterday and I apologized several times and he was very nice and understanding. He was fantastic at his work, very professional and respectful. He took care of multiple issues we had with the toilet and was thorough. I appreciate someone with such good work ethics and dedication for getting the job done.

Hand's down, the best plumber we have ever used. We called in other plumbers to snake a blocked line and were told they could not do it. The reasons given included not having a long enough snake and the pipes being bent. Willy's not only had a 25 foot snake, but cut the pipes, did the unblocking and installed a clean-out for easy future access. Oh, and they also moved a socket under our kitchen sink higher so it was not dangerous. Call Willy's before you call anyone else.

Willy's Plumbing is contracted for any plumbing issues in our apartment building. I would not be leaving this review for them had it not been for Tyler, the plumber that was dispatched to address an issue we had last Friday evening.
Our kitchen sink developed a clog, somewhat of an ongoing issue since my girlfriend moved into the unit... but I digress. Typically I am able to get most backups cleared, but on this particular occasion a drain snake was required.
Tyler arrived and exhibited the utmost professionalism from start to finish. He was courteous, respectful, and listened to our situation completely before starting a diagnosis. His work ethic was methodic, and he paid very close attention to maintaining a clean environment around himself as well as the working area.
Having had a retail business for nearly 20 years, I am fully aware what impact frontline employees have for a business' reputation. The demeanor which Tyler exhibited has me referring Willy's Plumbing to ALL my friends out in the Westside.
Tyler, keep up the great work and attitude!
Willy's, you've got yourselves a ringer, make sure to give him an attaboy... you don't find workers like that so often these days.

Had an emergency plumbing issue, called Willy's on New Year's Eve and they were there with in an hour.
Reception was very sweet and comforting as I was a mess!
The plumber that came was very professional, prompt and reasonably priced. there was no price gouging and I was very happy with the service they provided. I will be calling them with my plumbing needs from now on.
For decades, we have employed Willy's Plumbing for all our plumbing needs at two small apartment buildings in Westwood. We have used the full range of their services from leaky faucet repairs to extensive code upgrades. This family business is efficient, personal, fair and thorough. Their small band of competent employees make every effort to get the job done in a timely manner with frequent updates if a previous call alters their appointment time.... a small accommodation to make for trusted work.

These days an honest plumber is harder to find than a two legged barstool. If that's what you're looking for, look no further than Willy's Plumbing. We have had them do many jobs over the years in our condo and without fail they are always fast, professional, and honest. Today we were blessed to have Enrique come out and fix a broken pipe. Fantastic. Great Service. On time. Friendly. Very reasonable. Had some leaking pipes after a frustrating weekend DIY session. They came first thing Monday and had fixed up my mistakes. Highly recommend!
Had a leaky kitchen sink and faucet, so I gave them a call based on their location and previous Yelp reviews. They got out here really quickly and performed the work with speed, cleanliness, and competence. My only slight issue was that the replacement drain didn't take the existing plug, but as soon as it was pointed out, they went to the truck, got a replacement strainer/plug and resolved the issue on the spot.
I recommend them highly to anybody who needs quick, local, competent service at a reasonable price.

As the President of the HOA of my building, having access to awesome maintenance companies who I can trust makes my life so much easier. For the past decade-ish, this is the only plumber we have used - because they are consistently reliable and capable!
Alicia is the sweetest lady ever - she runs the show so I usually speak to her when I call. Her bright voice is always cheery and friendly, and she gets her workers out to us super fast! She's great at keeping me informed if I can't be around when they arrive too. (We've known this company so long that they have access keys to all the major areas of the building.)
Communication between everyone here even satisfies my super high standards. Willy himself answered my emergency phone call one weekend years ago - even when he was at an out-of-town company retreat! HIS company retreat!
Over the years, they've installed and earthquake-proof strapped a hot water heater, fixed multiple leaks in our common areas and within specific units, replaced shower and sink fixtures, and even re-piped portions of the building.
Prices are very fair and all the workers here are completely trustworthy. I would highly recommend Willy's for any sized plumbing need!

I have tried three other plumbers, before I chose Willy's Plumbing today. I don't know what I was thinking! The other three plumbers were irresponsible, unreliable and very expensive. Willy's is the best plumbing company I've ever found. Enrique was so knowledgeable and fixed all three problems with ease.
Called these guys a few weeks ago to clean a bathtub stoppage after calling a few other plumbing companies for estimates. (Willy's Plumbing were most reasonable) I was moving out of my apt, and didn't want the repair to be taken out of my deposit. A couple hours after calling Willy's Plumbing, the plumber showed up, and did the whole thing while I was packing. Not only was he super nice! He was quick, efficient, and most importantly, I didn't get charged an arm and leg for the services. Would highly recommend using these guys!

The greatest people! Honest, diligent and they work with you to find the best solution to your plumbing issue or issues. Their prices are the lowest, too. I'll give an example. Last week I had two clogged bathroom sinks. I called a major plumbing service because they do free estimates. Theirs was $500+.. I did not think the problem was that bad. So, I called Willy's. Their man came right away, unclogged both sinks in about 10 minutes, and I was charged $90! The plumber also showed me how to use a small plastic device to do such minor unclogging on my own. This would mean I did not need to call Willy's again for this problem, but they are too honest and kind to care about milking me for every penny. On other, bigger jobs in the past, they have also been as reasonable and fair. Use Willy's if you do not want some big outfit to rip you off.

We had a problem with our outdoor gas firepit. We had to replace the burner a few months back but the fire was a lot lower than it used to be. Enrique came out and installed another burner I bought to see if the burner was the problem. Not the case. There was a blockage in the gas line. Enrique tried one more thing before saying we need to replace the line. It's too long to explain but he cleared the blockage and saved up a bunch of money. Enrique is the man and Willie's is the best!!!
I've used Willy's Plumbing for years and have never had problem with them. Very reliable and at a great price! i highly recomend this plumbing company to everyone !
I have used Willy's Plumbing quite a number of times and I have say this is a very honest and helpful company. His dispatch girl Alicia, sees that the response is fast. The prices are very reasonable. If anyone needs and honest and efficient plumber this is the place to call..
