ABOUT BUSINESS OWNER
I come from a family where plumbing is a proud profession, which makes it practically in my blood. I was great at fixing things since I was three, my family had a clubhouse that they needed to move and watched as they disassembled it, move it, and put it back together. That is when my fascination began, I fell in love with the building and fixing things. I enjoy the constant challenge of solving difficult plumbing issues, meeting new people, and building relationships with all of our customers.

Excellent! Excellent! Excellent! Could not recommend more! Hired them for about a years worth of work and everything they did was first class! Igor was our main contact and he was in charge of all the electrical work, his brother did all the plumbing. Igor kept up-to-date estimates for all work that was detailed out to the penny. I always knew what to expect and had no surprises. This company is honest, dependable and excellent at what they do! Look no further! I will never hire anyone else.
I can't say enough good things about this company and Artur. We had a toilet tank crack and a shower that was not getting really hot. Artur showed up, and fixed them both in about an hour. He was quick and knowledgeable. When I called it was not an emergency so they got us an appointment with in 48 hours. When your technician is close by you get a text and a link to track to see where they are and how close they are. I felt the pricing was fair and they even took the old toilet away for a disposal fee of $18. I will definitely use this company again. And I was told they also have electricians. I definitely recommend this company and Artur as a technician. I found them on yelp after reading such good reviews, so I am adding another 5 Star review. If you need a Plummer definitely call PPT!!!

If you want to get a professional service, you need to call these guys! I had a problem with a water heater in my house, and I decided to call to Pacific Plumbing Team! And I will never regret it!
They came on time, fixed the water heater and even explain to me how it works and how to use it properly!
If you have any plumbing problems - call these guys, don't hesitate! They are true masters!
Paul was on time and very professional. He helped me fix my washing machine situation which I've been dealing with for a while. Now everything works beautifully. I recommend this company if you have any plumbing issues.
I was recommended to Pacific Plumbing by my neighbor and was so pleased with the quality, service and price for plumbing (and electrical work). I requested a quote for laundry room upgrades to move the water lines, gas lines and exhaust vent (from side by side to stacked). Arthur came out the next day and provided a detailed quote. I booked the service shortly thereafter. The day of service was great, they did all the work quoted in less time than expected. They were so thoughtful and customized the height of the water and gas lines to match the make & model of washer/dryer that I purchased! Above and beyond my expectations. They also cleaned up nicely after they were complete. I will definitely be a repeat customer and highly recommend.
Wow, what an excellent experience from start to finish! From the first phone call, I got a direct quote, followed by speedy and responsive communication, and best of all, my plumbing problem was solved. Even better, Igor diagnosed the problem over the phone and the plumber, Arthur, showed up at my door with the right parts and ready to go cutting down the need from two visits to one. I used the get a quote feature on Yelp and these guys responded the fastest. Arthur had great communication and updated me on his previous appointment running late, and when he arrived, explained what needed to be done to fix my issues clearly and simply. Highly recommend.

I'm a small business owner and needed sinks repaired. Igor was able to get someone out within 2 hrs. This 5 star review is based on the customer service I experienced. I was quoted a service price but after completion, the service tech approached me with a much higher amount. I called the owner (Igor) and he rectified immediately and explained the tech is supposed to inform client the amount before completing. I always appreciate honest customer service and I understand things can get lost in translation. I will be using Pacific again in the future!
Arthur was a great plumber to work with. He returned calls and was on time. He didn't complain or make excuses. He did what he said and did so in a competent manner. You can tell he really knows his stuff. I'm in real estate and I will recommend this plumbing team for my West LA properties. I'm a happy customer.

If you have a plumbing problem, there is no better place to go then Pavel at Pacific plumbing. We had a water heater break that flooded an area and caused us great concern. Pavel and his team came in, diagnosed our problem, explained our options clearly and then performed the work with expertise. You wouldn't think this would be much of an issue - to replace a water heater but our issue required some thought. In 2021 we installed a solar panel battery power system in our home. We thought that switching over from the old gas water heater to an electric water heater made sense (and it did/does). However to do that in our home required changing out the electric panel, putting in new amp switches and running a dedicated electric line to the washer as well as simply sticking up a new water heater. They had all of this work covered with licensed technicians and I owe them my gratitude for the quick service. Thank you Pevel (Paul). Thank you, Igor. Thank you.
Our toilet flooded on Sunday evening and we called pacific plumbing, they sent us a plumber within half an hour and fixed our toilet perfectly, their price is fair and plumbers are professional and caring. Thank you guys!
