Mark and a colleague cleaned and repaired the grout in our bathroom, including tiled tub and floor. They did a great job and were very easy to work with!

Mark did an amazing job tiling my bathroom floor with 2 black hexagon tiles. He also did excellent work tiling 1 white hexagon tiles onto my kitchen backsplash. I would definitely hire him again!

We hired Mark to help us with a shower dam / ledge issue where the slope was positioned incorrectly so our floors would turn into puddles of water after showering. Right away I was impressed as Mark understood the issue and provided information on how to contact him. He built trust really quickly and provided me a quote and even offered to get all supplies before arriving. He was honest with what he knew and what we should leave to another contractor (the shower door). Mark and his team did an amazing job on our tile and shower pan project. Not surprisingly, since our problem is actually in the company name! I cannot say enough good things about Mark and his company, but I will try. These folks were everything you hope for when you hire contractors. They were reliable. They showed up when they said they would, sometimes even early. Communication was speedy. It wasn't a small or easy job. These guys worked very hard, and their price was fair. They cleaned up after themselves. He didn't try to up sell me on stuff I didn't need (unlike a bunch of other contractors I asked for estimates who wanted to redo my whole bathroom). Most of all, the job looks really nice! I would definitely and highly recommend MC Tile and Shower Pan if you want to hire a great group of gentlemen. Thank you Mark and company! And yes, contractors are considered essential and these guys are open for business during this COVID-19 mess.

I found this company here on Yelp and was very happy with the result.  I needed a new shower for a rental property.  They worked directly with the tenant, showed up on time to do review the situation and provide me a quote.  They kept communicating with me every step of the way -- did what they said they would do, when they said they would do it.  Very easy company to work with.

Mark and his assistant did a fantastic job at replacing our shower stall.  His estimate was clear, accurate, and reasonable.  He asked questions and lent expertise before and during the job, so that it went smoothly.  He always got approval before beginning extra work, and asked relevant questions at the close of each day for the next day.
As anticipated, some plumbing work was required when the floor was removed, but he kept to the stated hourly rate and estimated number of hours for that work.  He went above and beyond when we suddenly needed some timing flexibility.  He and his assistants kept the work area clean and neat, and were courteous and respectful of us and our house.  We definitely will call Mark for our next tile projects!

We had a damaged tile that needed replacing on the front stairs to our building. Just a little project, but Mark responded promptly to my inquiry through Yelp and was able to give me an accurate estimate based on some pics I sent to him. We scheduled work for the following week. He showed up right on time and took care of it. I -- and my neighbors -- are grateful!

We had brand new titles in our renovated kitchen that were damaged when some glasses fell on the floor. I reached out to Marc via yelp, and he prompted responded and came to survey the work that needed to be done and gave an estimate. He was very professional, and in good communication leading up to the service work. He is patient, kind, and takes his time to ensure the job is done well. I would recommend Marc and use him again for future tile service.

Mark and his crew were excellent.  They did a very good job repairing the shower pan in my house, being very meticulous and attentive to details.   Mark was prompt, conscientious, and I particularly liked that he communicated regularly about progress and what to expect on an almost daily basis via emails.  They cleaned after themselves and left the work site spotless.  I highly recommend Mark and his team.

I needed to do a shower renovation and I met with several different contractors.  Some of the bids were outrageous until I met Mark.  His bid was great and totally reasonable.   Mark and his crew did impeccable work.  They always left my house and their work space in my backyard clean everyday.  Aside from the great work, Mark is the most responsive contractor I've ever had the pleasure of working with.  Each evening he would email a summary about what would happen the following day.  Mark and his crew always showed up on time.  I can't recommend him more highly!!!

I called Mark for a quote on a relatively small shower tile/pan repair job. His estimate was favorable in comparison to other contractors, and his explanation of things that could possibly incur extra work/cost was very thorough and reasonable. He and his crew did the work within the time estimated, and I'm very pleased with the result. Mark was polite, patient and pleasant throughout - I would be very happy to use MC Tile & Shower Pan again.

Well, our small job in May re-grouting marble slabs in a second floor shower to stop water damage on a ceiling below became a much larger job as the leaks continued thanks to deterioration of the shower pan and sub-floor.  It required a total re-do of the shower, removing large marble slabs and replacing with marble tiles along with a new sub-floor and pan.  Mark and his team were fantastic in uncovering the problem, doing the demo, and creating a beautiful, like-new shower.  Not an inexpensive project, but necessary and Mark's pricing was very fair.  In 40 years, we've done 5 (yes, 5!) extensive remodels/additions to our home and I can't think of a more professional contractor than Mark and work done any better.  I would use Mark for any tile work large or small.

I recently used MC Tile & Shower Pan for some tile work in my bathroom and kitchen back splash. The owner Mark was very friendly and helpful throughout the process. He was always available to jump on the phone or a quick text if I had any questions. His work was very thorough and precise. The tiles I selected were quite intricate, but Mark did an excellent job. He's also very affordable. I will be calling Mark again for some more work in the near future. Highly recommend!

Mark just finished a job that was a long time in the making, as I took a while to make a decision.  However he is a very patient and super nice man.  He came in and recently did the work and it's really nice.  He had a vision for solving some problems and it was a great solution.  I would highly recommend Mark!
