Had a kitchen sink backup that was nearly a major incident. Luckily Alex came promptly and solve bud the problem. Great value as well. Highly recommend.

Monday I Had a major kitchen sink blockage. (Double sink) I tried what my meager skills could handle which amounted to removing the P-trap, shining  a flashlight in, and poking at it with a screwdriver. After all my advanced techniques failed, I called Alex at about  1:00 and He said he would be here at 2:45 . At EXACTLY 2:44 he arrived. Talk about prompt!,,  With  a handheld power snake , after several attempts he cleaned both drains of  globs of solidified grease. He was here almost one hours and , the bill was only $120. He will be my go to guy from now on.

We had scheduled Alex to unclog a main septic drain pipe with a day and time agreed by him. Day and time arrived but no Alex. Waited 30 minutes (I realize that other jobs can take unexpected time). No return call!   Then texted him after 1 1/2 hours still no contact from Alex.

My recommendation to you is to call ANY OTHEr drain cleaning company you can but DO NOT use Super Plumber Rooter Service. We ended up using another company that answered their phone, scheduled the service and then performed the work.

I had some moisture in the outside wall near some water pipe. Called Alex and he came as promised. Did not find a water leak but he saw my ceiling was water damaged. We scheduled and he returned two days later and diagnosed and fixed my leaky toilet.

I find him honest and capable. Thanks Alex.

We had our sewer line explode with effluent (feces and TP all over the lawn), it was clear that this was a job beyond the capability of me and my liquid plumber and Home Depot hand-crank snake. It was Saturday night and the prospects were grim (what do you do, take the family on potty trips to Safeway... that's a good way to earn an F as a husband). Super Plumber (secret identity Alex) was the closest to us that was available 24 hours. I called him and he said he would be there within the hour (wait what? not tomorrow between 8 AM and 2 PM?!?) Alex was prompt, assessed the situation (clog on the sewer line) and said that he would have it fixed in 20 minutes. He whipped out his impressively large snake (ha) and ran it through twice just to be sure there was no remaining obstruction. Overall, super responsive, super fast, super professional, and super reasonable price (considering it was Saturday night!)... I guess he is the Super Plumber.

Definitely do not hesitate to call him for your plumbing needs!

Alex to the rescue again, our hot water heater was leaking. Within a day, he managed to come by and replace it with a brand-new Bradford White.

As always, Alex arrived on time, completed all work within 2 hours and cleaned-up. Quality job!

I had a water heater that was leaking from the T&P valve (outside on the side of water heater). I called on Sunday evening at 430pm and the person answered the phone call and immediately guided me on how to operate the valve so it would stop leaking.

I had been emptying buckets of water into my frontyard for last 1 hr to stop it from flooding my garage.

The person (forgot to take name) was happy to help me and warned me about what to watch out for next. Thanks very much!

Our main line clogged up Sunday night, and he was able to come over on short notice and able to quickly clear the sewer main line.  

After he cleared the main line, he took the time to thoroughly explained the cause of the issue and suggested some additional plumbing work down the road to prevent this from happening again.

Alex was great. He had an opening the next day we called and came out to clear the kitchen drain.  Very professional with mask, gloves and shoe booties to protect our floors.  He went with the smaller drain snake option to start but when it wasn't good enough switches to the larger roller drain snake.  Rolled out a mat to make so no stains from the wheels were on the floors.  Did a clean up afterwards to make sure any drips and spills were gone.  Price matched quoted price, no up charges or add on fees.  I would recommend.

I highly recommend Alex and his awesome service! Our toilet backed up in a bad way late afternoon on a Saturday. We called Alex and he was able to come over quickly, assess the situation and find a solution. Apparently blocked toilet pipes don't necessarily have straight forward solutions. After some brain storming Alex figured out a way to solve the problem, ran out for supplies and had the toilet flowing again within a few hours. Next time we need a plumber we will be calling Alex!

Our kitchen sink was backed up and draining slowly. Called Alex and he found the problem and fixed the issue. It took sometime but he did not take any shortcut or suggest not required solution. When our kitchen sink backed up and was completely clogged, we needed a plumber right away. Alex from Super Plumber Rooter Service responded to my request very quickly. He came over to our house that afternoon and fixed the problem. He was professional and courteous. I highly recommend them when you need a good plumber.

First thing Saturday morning my toilets were not draining so needed someone to clear the line. Called Super Plumber Rooter and got a response to my voice-mail right away, received a reasonable estimate and he arrived within an hour. Jaime was very courteous, polite, professional and wore a mask the entire time. The clean-out was full of water but he was finally able to clear the main line and showed me the cause of the problem (paper towels!!). Highly recommend this business!!

The plumber is very helpful. Easy to quote, reasonable price very skillful，patient and nice guy. He stopped twice to fix my toilet which is a very old one and keep on flushing automatically. The toilet is hard to diagnosis, but he can find the problem and fix. I highly recommend him!

Got a water heater not heating up on a late Friday afternoon. Pilot light was out and could not be re-lot.  Alex came out right away to look at the problem.  But he was not able to fix the problem since he doesn't replace thermal couple. I was surprised.  Instead, he suggested replacing a new water heater.  I have dealt with 20+ water heaters.  It's 2011 but it's not time yet. I ended up hiring someone else to replace this part for $165 vs spending $1500 for a new unit. Nice guy though.

Had a emergency water leak in the kitchen..  Super plumber responded quickly , fixed it immediately.  Before coming, he quoted one of the reasonable prices compared to other folks in the area.

I called Super Plumber on a late afternoon about an occluded drain in the garage.  The owner, Alex Mendoza, answered and said he could be there the next day at 9 A.M.  He was and succeeded in opening the drain and in snaking the pipe under the house all within 40 minutes.  He told me that my 55 year old galvanized iron drain pipes might be corroded.  I asked him to look at the bathroom drain, which was very slow.  He found no obstruction under the sink and concluded that corrosion was likely to be the problem.  He gave me a reasonable quote to replace all the drains under the house and said he could do it that same day.  I gave him the go-ahead.  Working alone he removed and replaced all the drains within only three hours.  He was right: the pipes were very corroded.  Alex was fast, knowledgeable, competent, and polite.  I'll used Super Plumber again if ever I need one.

Sewage is blocked at 9 pm at night. Panicked. The wife digs out the contact for Super Plumber Rooter Service. Alex has helped us with blocked sewage a year ago in another property. And I remember that he did a really good job and help me try out two cleanouts until the blockage is cleared.

Alex arrives within 15mins, I am lucky that he has just finish a job and is ready to move immediately.

Alex help me search for a cleanout and found only one small one for the kitchen sink. Alex is kind to try this out and he really genuinely attempt to fix my problem, instead of pushing me to install a new toilet cleanout that would cost me $2K.

Late on a Sunday evening, our sewer lateral became blocked - an emergency for a family of 5, as it starts backing up into the house.  Not only did Alex answer the phone immediately, he said he could be there in 40 minutes, and he was!  (Other top Yelp places said they'd get back to me on Monday morning - which was not acceptable!)

He was completely professional, and solved the problem immediately.  And it wasn't easy, since he had to work in the dark, outside in a sloped, wooded area to get to our clean-out.  There's nothing that causes more anxiety than a problem like this, and Alex was a life-saver.  I'll definitely keep his phone number handy.

Alex is the best.  He came within one hour during the Sunday afternoon, and clean our main sewer line and install a new cleanup very professionally with good price. He is very friendly and hardworking. I highly recommended him and his service.

Came on short notice and early. We had a leak on an old heater we don't plan to keep. He proposed a fix that was even cheaper than his original quote. Would definitely call again if we run into water heater issue again.

I requested a quote online for plumbing services and Alex responded promptly. We arranged to meet today. I had to change the time of our appointment and he was very accommodating. I was contacted by Alex who was on another call but agreed to come out within 4 hours. Needless to say he was personable, knowledgeable and timely. My showers were backed up with water coming up from the drain - turns out the main line was clogged. He offered to try and clear the main line before seeking other options and guaranteed that I wouldn't be charged unless the problem was fixed (this is something I greatly appreciated and was not offered by several others in the area). The issue was resolved in less than an hour and Alex was respectful and informative throughout. I seriously can not give Alex enough stars!! We had a huge main log clog and he was able to come out quick, bring everything back to tip top shape AND do it for a super reasonable price. Alex is The Man! I asked around, maybe 8-10 companies or so, on a quote for replacing 3 faucets, and he easily gave me the best price. I called him Thursday, and he was able to meet me Friday to do the job. He completed the job in a timely manner, and also did a great job cleaning up after himself, as dealing with sink work/plumbing can get messy. He allowed me to watch him complete the work, as I have aspirations of maybe one day trying to replace a faucet myself (those dreams have passed). He was also friendly/easy to talk to - during the job we talked about where we went to high school, about our kids, where we're from, even Disneyland made the conversation, haha. After the work was completed, he said if any of the faucets start to leak, let him know and he'll come by. If I have any other plumbing needs, Alex will be the first I call.

We lost hot water due to old leaking tank. Alex responded in less than 10min from Yelp inquiry and gave me a cost effective quote. Also, advised me what is needed and what is not. We get our new tank installed professionally the next day and my son was so happy to get his hot shower on that day.

3 days pass since Alex initially snaked the main sewer line and I noticed that it's backing up again. I give Alex a call. He comes out and resnakes the line at no charge. Great customer service!

This is an updated review.  I am still giving 5 stars for the service I received, but I was not able to get a contractors license number from them (it's not on website or invoice) and do not find them when I search the License Board website.  I had planned on having them bid two larger jobs I have coming up, but without knowing if they are licensed and insured, i would not be able to do that. I emailed them for that information a week ago and have not yet received a response.  This does not, however, in any way change the initial service and good work I received from Jaime.  If I get the information I need, I will update my review and will have them bid my jobs.

We had a mainline clog last night and Alex is onsite already this morning. He is a really nice guy and did a perfect job. He ran the snake and quickly identify the problem, removed the clog and helped us install a new cleanout. Jobs were done quick and clean. Definitely recommended!

Alex was great when I had a non-working garbage disposal.  He answered my call, came in an hour, diagnosed the problem and fixed it in half an hour for a reasonable price.  Highly recommended!

Alex is an honest plumber, a previous plumber told me that there is a leak under my house, so I called Alex for a another quote. After inspection Alex told me there is no leak and I do not need anything fixed. I will hire him again for a few other projects in my house.
