We can't recommend Jose and his team enough; they are the best! They are truly life-savers and completed a large and extremely complicated project with minimal disruption. After weeks of struggling to find the right solution to our plumbing issues, we couldn't have been more grateful to find Pipe-Thru and couldn't have asked for a crew that was more efficient, professional, courteous, effective, and thorough. We are truly ecstatic with the quality of their work.

Over the last two months, we've been dealing with main sewer line issues. When we reached out to Pipe-Thru, Jose responded very promptly and came to do an assessment; within 20 minutes he was able to accurately identify the real problem. Instead of trying to replace all of the old piping that ran throughout our backyard, he provided an elegant and novel solution of creating a new sewer line with the trenchless pneumatic bullet method in front of our house to connect to the city clean out. Not only that, but this was much more cost effective than other methods we had been evaluating.

The following week, Jose and his team arrived very punctually to begin the work. They were incredibly efficient and finished the entire job in 2 days. Throughout the project, they were proactive in educating us about different parts of the project, going above and beyond to resolve new issues that came up without increasing the price, and giving us heads up about water disruption (which was very minimal). They took special care to make sure that none of our landscaping was impacted, and cleaned up so well that you never would have known they were there. Other projects we were considering would have required damaging large parts of our back porch, yard, and concrete, whereas with Pipe-Thru none of our landscaping was impacted at all.

They were recommended by a realtor friend and they did a great job! We had a leak from the city water main at the street under the hardscape/stairs and the water supply to our house.  The capped the leaking pipe and installed a new one so we didn't have to rip up all the hardscape, driveway, and landscaping.  I received a prompt reply when I reached out to them, got a fair price and they came in a few days to fix it.  The guys were here all day, worked very hard, and did a great job.  Highly recommend!

During recent storms I realized that the storm drain in my yard is not functioning properly. I contacted Jose from Pipe-Thru plumbing based on recommendation from my neighboor. It took a few days to schedule an appointment, but giving the weather conditions and number of people that needed this type of service - its understandable. Jose came over. He had all the right equipment to locate the clog in the drain. In a week i had crew working to dig out the problematic section of the pipe. Guys were friendly and did  really good job. We've been having persistent sewer clogs that finally got too bad to just rooter it out anymore. Jose arrived a few hours after contacting him, and he gave us a range of choices from a quick repair to a slab-to-street complete replacement that evening. Two days later his crew was on site at 8am, and had the job finished by noon; where other plumbers said they'd leave us to repair the hole in the driveway, Jose's team replaced and re-grouted the pavers so that we couldn't even tell where they dug. A clean, efficient, quality job from start to finish, very conveniently timed and at a great price. It's the best experience I've had with a major underground job like this.

After reaching out to Pipe-thru, Jose personally came out and assessed the situation. Jose gave a fair and competitive quote. Within an hour his team came out to put in a temporary line.
On the day of the repair, the team was focused, quick and professional. The trenchless method they do kept our concrete intact and less impact to the landscaping. They got 95% of the repair done, and handled all the paperwork for the permit. After inspection the team came back out to finish and clean up.

Quick response and solved my issue with garbage disposer. Highly recommend Jose for your plumbing projects. No fuss and very thourough. It's great that we didn't have to replace it. I must have dropped a screw in the sink when we painted the cabinets. He found it, pulled it out and apparently we have at least another year with this one.

After finding out the damage  that was done over time to the GI pipe, some due to time and the remaining due to the bad plumbing that was done while the house was being put together ( directly connecting GI to copper pipe causing electrolysis resulting in rusting and choking the GI pipe)  I reached out to Jose and team amongst others to find out what could the best and fastest way to replace the pipe.  Jose was the first to show up and I was pretty impressed finding out about the trenchless technique to do this job.

Most of the other vendors that came out to estimate recommended digging open the lawn patch , and then fold it back once the pipe was laid in ( definitely not the same landscape anymore).

Eventually agreed upon with Jose (his pricing was the most competitive amongst all the estimates that were quoted to me)  to proceed with this and he and the crew came and did a fantastic job today. Clean like nothing ever happened, fast ( couple of hours at max) with the least amount of water disruption.

I had a puddle of water in my crawlspace and I thought my galvanized rusted sewer pipe cracked.  I got quotes from 5 plumber contractors to replace my sewer pipes.  Jose was the only person who immediately told me the sewer pipes were not cracked because the water did not smell bad.  He then spent 20 minutes finding out what the real problem was.  I had a leaking water pipe.

I eventually decided to replaced my galvanized sewer pipes to eliminate any problems in the future.  Jose's quote was the most competitive.  He had a crew of 5 or 6 and they finished the job in 1.5 days. They did a great job even though the crawlspace was very small and it was filled with mud. More importantly, they kept my house, porch and outside area clean during the entire process.  Thanks!

Amazing team! I had a sewer pipe that kept backing up and overflowing into my front yard. I called 4 contractors: 3 of them said i simply needed to reline the pipe. Pipe-Thru Trenchless said the pipe had sunk in one part on the yard due to settling and had probably gotten partly cracked. Being an engineer myself, something told me to go with this company. They quoted also half the price of the other companies! When we dug up the pipe it turned out Pipe-Thru Trenchless was 100% correct. The pipe had cracked due to settling. If i had used any of the other plumbing companies that offered to fix it via pipe relining, my sewer pipe would still be backing up. My two cents: if you have some serious pipe repairs, dont use plumbers - go with a company that specializes in pipeline repairs

We wanted to replace our 60 year old sewer pipes before it was an issue requiring digging through our soon to be new landscaping. The crew came out and replaced the line, added the street and house clean outs. Super quick and super easy.

Two weeks later we discovered our main water line was leaking and needed replacing, Jose and crew came out on a holiday and replaced the Main water line quickly with very little disruption to our front yard.

Jose and his team are very professional and responsible! Showed up on time to replace water heater and did a clean job to remove abandoned water boiler for floor radiant heat and even the stand. They also found that the main water regulator was broken and the pressure was way too high. Then they help me fix it with new regulator. The second day, one of the toilet fill valve stopped working due to the metal debris from the old pipe, Jose was so kind to take time cleaning it for me without charge. I would definitely recommend their business!

I've done 2 projects (one immediately after another) w/ these guys.  I'm going to make 2 reviews here.

Overall, Pipe-Thru did a good job on both projects.  They also cleaned up (mostly) after they are done.  They also finished on time.  There were a couple of minor issues that they could improve on.  The cost was competitive.

First project.

The sewer pipes underneath my house are all cast-iron.  Many of them are corroded and have been acting up lately.  I've gone through a couple of other plumbing shops, and both of them shown videos of how bad the pipes were.  I've then decided to replace all the sewer lines underneath the house.

Jose's quote for the job was more competitive than the others.  Based on Yelp review, we chose Jose's Pipe-Thru.  One caution, Pipe-Thru tends to be very busy.

On the scheduled date, the crew showed up early, did a good job, and finished on time, as promised.  I did not go into the crawl space to check.  Looking through the crawl space openings, looked like they did a good job.
They also cleaned out all the old pipes.

On minor negative is that between the 1st and 2nd job, they have to put a temporary pipe between the new pipes and the old pipe between property foundation and the street.  This temporary pipe was not sealed/tied-down in anyway.  So the sewer was leaking between the 1st and 2nd job.  They could have done a better job w/ this temporary pipe.

Second project.

We also wanted to replace the sewer pipe between the property foundation and the street, also adding two clean-outs at the two ends of this replacement pipe.  We chose Pipe-Thru for this job as well, to be done the next day after the first project.

Again, on the scheduled date, the crew showed up early, did a good job, and finished on time, as promised.  The technology that they used was pretty interesting.  It prevented from digging a long trench from the property foundation through the front yard.  I now appreciate what pipe-thru means.

The city needs to inspect this 2nd project.  It was scheduled more than a week after Pipe-Thru put in the new pipe.  On the scheduled inspection date, Jose showed up before the inspector and prepared everything.  The inspection went through smoothly.  On the next day, Pipe-Thru showed up and completed all the loose ends.

Overall, Pipe-Thru did a good job on both projects.  They also cleaned up (mostly) after they are done.  They also finished on time.  There were a couple of minor issues that they could improve on.  The cost was competitive.

A minor minus point here:

After I've made the final payment, I'm still waiting for my final receipt (usually email), after 2 days.  I'm also still waiting for an email/text/phone-call from Jose about an issue that he discovered during the inspection.

Very efficient inspection and quick turnaround for pretty big project of replacement of fifty years old sewer service line, managed every part of the process including permit and inspection without customer involvement.

I called Pipe-Thru Trenchless to do the job that Crown Plumbing couldn't.

Had low water pressure in the house and an apparent burst main pipe in my front yard (water bubbling up out of the ground). Crown Plumbing came out, looked at the water coming out of the ground, did some half ass poking around, concluded that they couldn't locate the leak, and told me to call a leak detection company. They charged me $300 for doing absolutely nothing.

Pipe-Thru Trenchless arrived, located the burst pipe within 10 minutes, and repaired it within the same day. It was a huge relief to have the water in our house up and running again.

I am happy to have finally found my go-to plumber.

Our sewer line was cracked, Pipethru plumbing did a very satisfactory job with the work. They did it all Trenchless with minimum digging. They also took care of lawn by replacing the grass at place where they dug.

Jose came on time was courteous and polite. The crew was nice & hardworking. Inspection passed smoothly  & inspector told me that they did a good job.

As a homeowner I could not have asked for more. Recommended.

After finishing a big remodel and re-landscaping my house realized that my water main was restricting the water flow and the irrigation was having issues.

They came today started at 7:30 and were done by 10:30.
The only evidence they came was new pipes, shutoffs, and valves at the entry to the house.

BACK STORY: we had previously used another plumbing service to repipe our entire home in March of 2020.  We were also very happy with them, but they were not available on a moments notice; thus I found Pipe-Thru Plumbing.

After the above mentioned repair, we were still having back up issues.  As it turns out, all of the connections from my clean out near the sidewalk to the middle of the street were virtually either clogged with roots or in some cases not even existing.  Like most tax payers, I called the City.  They had a solution, they would dig up the street, my pavers, my brand new sidewalk, my paver pathway to my house and my yard.  Not interested in that, I called and spoke to Jose.  He and the city came together and made the entire repair in less than 4 hours.  The city opened the street while Pipe-Thru dug a hole in my yard.  Juan and his crew then used a pipe bursting method to place a new pipe from my existing cleanout to the street.  The city made the connections to a new pipe they placed in the street to the main, Pipe-Thru made the connections in my yard and put EVERYTHING back better that I could have ever hoped for!  Also, did I mention that they came out on a moments notice and were affordable.  Everything is perfect and I could not be happier with the results.

On a workday evening, both bathrooms in the house started backing up. The next day, one plumber used snake and showed me root penetration into the sewer pipe in front yard. Quote for trenchless piping in the front yard was given, and I decided to shop around and called Pipe-Thru Trenchless Plumbing.

Jose showed up within 2 hours of my call. He turned out to be quite familiar with rules of my City, and those are complex rules by my standard. He gave very thorough explanation, which gave me the confidence that he and his team know the work and have done it many times before, including dealing with delays by the City... Quote came very quick to my email inbox.

I gave his company the work. The rest, like what they say, is history. I only wish that my City is as efficient and customer oriented as Jose and his team are.

I also asked Jose to look into water pipes (not sewer pipe or waste water pipe) at a property in a different city, and he is familiar with the rules and behaviors of that city too! Love it. I will definitely call Pipe-Thru the next time I have relevant need.

We had to replace old pipe that ran a very long span under pavement with new and larger diameter pipe. They did a fantastic job at tunneling under ground and tieing into the existing domestic system. No leaks at all and it was hard to tell they had even been here when they finished. Very responsive and easy to work with. Highly recommended!

Jose is THE PERSON to go to! I had an emergency overflow on SAT EVENING and called Jose. By the way, he did our backflow for our permit and did a great job! He came by on Sunday morning and diagnosed the issue right away. I was thankful that he came out. The review is overdue but Jose is the go to person for ANYTHING related to plumbing. Thank you!!

Extraordinarily impressed with Jose and his team. We learned that we needed a complete sewer replacement and we wanted to go trenchless, for speed and so we wouldn't have to replace our brick patio and landscaping.

Jose and his team were extremely prompt, professional and managed to get things back to *exactly* the way looked before the sewer replacement. They completed the work in a day and we were only without sewer use for 2 hours.

We had drainage issue after moving into a new home at los altos (except for the old sewer). We had to get it rooted couple of times by a different vendor. I suspected that replacing might be better. Contacted Pipe-thru over yelp and Jose responded promptly. Jose is a star and runs a tight ship. He ran the camera inside and quickly showed me the state of pipes and roots at the joints. He was very patient and answered all our questions and gave the suggestions to not only replace the sewer line, but also add couple of clean-outs (The earlier one was a bit wierd) and backflow stopper. He got his crew exactly on time and finished the work in 1 day.  He also applied for all permits and had his person present to finish the inspector check, which happened next day. They also cleaned up well and had things back to their original state.

It's been 6 weeks and there have been zero problems. Overall, couldn't be happier. Jose mentioned a long warranty too (10 year) on the sewer line. He was also knowledgeable about city laws (unlike some others) and gave good suggestions for the future. Thanks Jose for the great experience and continue the good work !!!

Needed help replacing our old rusty sink, so I put up a quote for Yelp to dispearse among quite a few local plumbers. They worked hard when there were hiccups in the install and kept us informed with every step and option to take. Jose and his crew were great! We needed our 75-year-old sewer line replaced: I got an estimate within a day or two of requesting one, and he caught a problem with the original installation that other contractors had missed in their inspection. Jose and his crew did the work as promised and cleaned up the site every day---spotless! We had a small tree that was growing near the line which they managed to save, which we didn't think was going to be possible, and they managed to dig a huge hole in our tiny front yard without a lot of impact to our other landscaping.

I hired Jose and his crew after getting 3 competitive bids.  My water line had been leaking under the driveway parking area and I did not notice until I received my water bill from SJ Water. I called SJ Water to send one of their engineer's to evaluate.  At the same time I pulled the 2 X 4 form board from the drive way and could see the leak.  I sent Jose several pictures and he gave me a bid on line.  It was in the area I was looking to pay so, I called and asked when he could come and he said how about tomorrow.  He arrived on time and started working at once.  They replaced the line under the concrete and were finished in less than 4 hours.  I was impressed with the neatness and finish of the process.  I would highly recommend them to anyone.

We could not say enough good things about Jose and his crew at Pipe-Thru Plumbing. PG&E were working on a gas leak at our house and hit our water main. They couldn't fix it and left us without water or a solution for 1 1/2 days. We called Jose & he came out within the hour. Said he'd have is crew out in 3 hours to put a temporary water line in and return to replace the main in 2 days. Crew arrived when said, told us they can replace the main today. 6 hours later we had water. They left our yard looking the way the found it and were a joy to work with. If you need a water main or sewer line replaced Trenchless call Jose. He will take care of you like he did us. Also their work comes with a 15 year warranty!!

Great experience with Pipe-Thru Trenchless!  We had an urgent situation as our water supply line burst.  The plumber said the fix wouldn't be easy because the line went under our driveway.  We didn't want to rip up the driveway to replace the line.  We used Yelp to message Pipe-Thru Trenchless.  Jose responded promptly.  We got an estimate that was actually less than the original plumber's estimate.  They can do PEX or copper - we opted for copper.  We also requested a permit (requires an additional fee) which he was able to accommodate.  They showed up on the scheduled day, and within hours the water was back on!  They used a mole device, which allowed them to easily direct the pipe at least 50 ft and underneath our driveway. No mess!  The crew did a great job cleaning up after too!  (Dealing with the city to complete the permit was unfortunately not as easy...)

We just had our water main replaced.  It was a tough job with lots of huge roots in the way.  Jose and his team were knowledgeable, diligent and hard working.  They cared about giving us the best job possible.  They went above and beyond with pride and a smile.  The whole process was fantastic from the quick turn around on the estimate, scheduling and the job itself.  The yard was put back beautifully and clean as a whistle.  I would highly recommend Jose and his Pipe-Thru Trenchless Plumbing team.

Jose worked with his other workers to replace old sewer line under our house.  We originally looked for a plumber to unclog our sewer line.  Jose was the only person who looked under our house and noticed the sewer line was leaking when he came to give us a cost estimate.  Without him we might have an ugly mess under our house.  We appreciate his thoroughness and honesty.

Jose and his team are beyond amazing. Our 70 year old house has been suffering from broken underground metal pipe for years. Every other plumbing companies we consulted with mention the only way to solve it is to rip off our flooring and concrete to install new pipe but not Jose. With their technology they only have to open up 4 holes to install new pipe without messing with our flooring. Jose is very knowledgeable and detail oriented. His team covered up the flooring and other furniture when working. I was very impressed by how clean the work area is for such a messy job. On top of that they are all very friendly, polite and communicative. Consider the scale of work, I was impressed by their speed of work and finish in only 2 days. When the job is done Jose made sure to test all the waterline and walk me through it one by one. I highly recommend working with them.

I had a broken water main a couple of weeks ago and fortunately I found Pipe-Thru Trenchless Plumbing to help.  Jose was really responsive and professional.  He took the time not only to check on everything but also to explain to me in detail.  His estimates were itemized and precise.  The day they did the work happened to be the hottest day of the year (100F+), but the crew worked very hard for the whole day.  They paid attention to every detail until it's done perfectly.  They are also very kind and friendly folks.  They installed the new pipe, added extra valves and safety features.  Most importantly, no broken concrete, no mess, not even any trace of repair.  Thank you, Jose and Crew!

They provided a competitive quote with 15 years of warranty for a cleanout installation. People came to the house on time, really friendly, explain any questions you have. They also included a snake service and a camera inspection without extra charge.

Camera inspection shown a curious spot and they helped to go down to craw space to double check, it turns out to be ok.

I had sewage backing up in my house due to roots in my clean-out. I scheduled with Jose. He came on time with his team to install 2 way- cleanout tee, including the camera inspection to the sewer lateral pipe inside the house and towards the street. They did a good job and cleaned up the mess. They were friendly. I definitely will use them in the future when I need to install a new pipe.

I needed to find a pipe under my cement patio and have it capped as there was a bad leak backyard that prevented me from having the water on inside the house. I've been dealing with this for almost 3 weeks for a variety of reasons. Felipe came out and was able to locate the pipe under the cement using a pipe finding tool. To make a long (and technically complex) story short, He located the pipe and was able to cap It off which stopped the leak in the sprinkler system. I now have running water in my house (yay!) and Now just need to lay 20 feet of pipe to bypass the old and damaged underground galvanized waterline that we capped off.

Jose set it all up and Even called me to tell me that Felipe would be about 10 minutes late! Felipe came out on New Year's Eve and I am ecstatic That I could start the new year with this problem behind me. Thank you so much, and I would not hesitate to recommend these guys to anyone I know.

A flawless experience getting trenchless sewer replacement.  This was our third company to give a quote.  Jose was the only one who bothered to actually look in the sewer line with his fancy camera and understand what was going to be required.  He worked with us to find the best access points and gave a quote that was significantly less than the others.  (Other shops had fixed rates regardless of scope.  Jose seemed to price based on what was actually required, and for us, that meant a simpler and cheaper job).

The work was scheduled just 1 week after I confirmed our interest.  The team showed up early and made quick work of the install.  It was impressive to watch them work and they were very respectful of our lawn, using boards to collect the dirt and setting the grass layer aside to be replaced later.  We only had water off for about 2 hours while the pipe was replaced.  Trenchless is amazing, and saves the lawn from a lot of damage.

The inspection was completed without a hitch and then the holes were refilled.  Other than the two new clean-outs, you can hardly tell any work was done.  The grass and landscaping were carefully returned to their original state.  We are so impressed with their attention to detail and very glad we chose Pipe-Thru Plumbing.  Highly recommend.

After contacting countless plumbers who either failed to show up or had no idea how to fix a leak under a driveway we finally found Pipe-thru Trenchless Plumbing on Yelp.  Jose came to look at the issue, he then provided a professional written estimate and contract which we accepted.   What really impressed us was that he was able to fix the problem with zero mess and did not need to dig up a bunch of concrete and grass to get it done. Highly recommend this company.

Jose was amazing. He changed his schedule to come out first thing in the morning. The job turned out to be much more than a simple drain clog- roots had infested our mainline where a previous plumber had incorrectly installed the clean-out and connection. Jose showed us clearly where the issue was and didn't pressure us to go with him. He offered a very fair price (despite our desperation) and somehow did the dig out and replacement the same day! Even more, I couldn't even see where he did the excavation- he did amazing cleanup!

Free estimate included pipe camera in 2 directions to inspect entire sewer system, one from roof vent; finding buried clean-out location; entering 12 clearance crawl space to scope out best repair method.  Jose took almost a full 2 hours for the estimate, I couldn't not pay him for that much effort and honesty in scoping the job.  Got us scheduled for 4 days out, which ended up being fine.

Crew of two was great... boot covers, tyvek overalls for entering crawlspace with muddy leak area.  Did a full-20 foot connection replacement under the house, including digging down to the existing pipes.  Tracked zero dirt through the house, even having to move old cast iron pipe pieces up and down hallway.  Very efficient, only 2 hours total sewer off-line time.  We were thrilled with everything about their service.  Great close-in, clean-up, haul-away.

I used pipe thru trenchless to install a new main water line at my duplex. I spoke to Jose and he confirmed they could do the job. His crew were excellent. The job was performed on time and they cleaned up after the job. The lawn had minimal damage with only a few small holes. The cost was well below what I was quoted from others. Communication was excellent and Jose was excellent scheduling and monitoring the job.

Jose came to look at our cast iron sewer pipe, which ran under our concrete driveway. He found that the bottom of the pipe had worn out (verified with camera). He provided a reasonable quote for pipe-bursting and started work a few days later. He was very knowledgeable throughout the whole process. They finished the primary work within half a day. Got us a inspection same week and passed with no issues. Jose talked us through everything. Work was great quality, performed quickly, and workers were efficient.

Our two-story office building had a ceiling leak back in 2017.  Many contractors had come to fix it, but none were able to fully address it until we found Pipe-Thru.  
During the heavy rain over a weekend in January 2018, water poured in and flooded the second floor, then went all the way down to soak large portion of the carpet on the first floor.  Some of the ceiling tiles got so wet and soft that they just dropped to the floor. I called many companies the moment I got there and at around 3pm found Pipe-Thru Trenchless Plumbing who was the only one could come out the same day and it would be at 5pm.  Due to the wet weather and rush hours, Jose informed me later that he would need additional 45 mins and asked if that's ok.  Water was still flooding the roof at the time and we desperate to get this problem solved, so I agreed. Jose arrived shortly before 6pm and started working right away. He snaked the pipe and drained the water.  Debris were accumulated overtime and blocked the water from going down causing overflow every time when there's heavy rain. Within an hour, water went down the drain.  Jose told me that was just a temporary fix because there was something stuck in one of the vent pipes a few feet down the roof where there's a 90 degree turn because his camera was unable to move pass that point. He needed to come back when there's not rain in order to open that section of the pipe and see what's in there.

Two days later, Jose came back and opened that section.  We saw a deformed soda can stuck in there.  He removed it, cleaned the pipe and completed the job.  

It has been more than year now and no more leak in that area ever since.

Overall, Jose is very friendly and professional, able to correctly diagnose the problem and fix it.  The cost is also very reasonable. We are very happy with the result.

The 110-year-old house needed new sewage and water pipe.   Jose showed up very quickly and politely.  He was very responsive to my texts and answered all my questions even after hours.  Jose and team replaced them in 2 days. After that, he checked all the work and made sure they were done correctly, and even examined the pipe line from our property to the city. A 5 star service.  Thank you Jose.

I hired the company to replace the sewer line from inside the home to the street. We had to use a combination of techniques as it was possible to burst the existing pipe under the ground for a section, but not for another section, encased in cement. For the encased section, we used a pipe lining solution. This overall project was pretty costly, and was not a pleasant surprise for us, but we had to do it because the sewer line was showing signs of advanced corrosion which would lead to a collapse. If the sewer line collapses, a trench-free approach is not an option any longer and the overall project is even more expensive.
Pipe-thru trenchless' quote was competitive, and were in fact the subcontractors of some other plumbing companies we got quotes from. We worked directly with Jose and team and the project went very smoothly. We could check the results with their pipe camera, and they handled the permit with the city.
I recommend them and would hire them again.

We hired Pipe-Thru Trenchless Plumbing to do a sewer line replacement. They did a professional job including calling PGE to mark out the lines, obtaining a permit and then doing the actual digging and trenching for the sewer line. After replacing the line they also did the final inspection with the city. Crew was professional and on time.

Jose and his crew did a great job installing a new shower drain line.  I was installing a shower near our pool area and needed to run a drain line under some existing concrete decking.  Jose came out to provide an estimate and he used his pipe camera and locator to confirm the location of the drain line.  It was reassuring to know his estimate was based on knowledge of where everything was located.  When it came time to do the work, he and his crew finished in a day and kept the area neat - considering there was a lot of digging involved.  They used a large trailer-mounted air compressor and special ramming tool to bore under the concrete deck and installed the new drain line with vent and cleanout.  He even installed a new gas shut off valve for a our pool heater - something that was not included in the estimate.  I would not hesitate to use Pipe-Thru again.

Jose's quote was super competitive to replace our sewer line.  His crew did a fantastic job, left our yard clean and safe waiting for the City to inspect it, organized the inspection and permit and then returned to fill in the holes and clean up.  After they finished the only evidence they had ever been there was the new cleanout they installed.  Would highly recommend this crew for trenchless pipe replacements.

I had an clog issue at my work place, and had someone else come in for an estimate. It was soooo high and what made me nervous was not only the high quote but not enough explanations. We had a couple of company check it out and give us a quote for replacing the whole pipe from our house to the property line thru pipe bursting.

We had a water leak at the meter. It was a very small leak with few gallons per hour. We had several estimates ranging from few hundreds to few thousands . Almost all of them involved digging the old pipe and replaced it with the new copper pipe . Jose 's solution was ignored the old pipe , digging only few feet from the meter and used a special machine to snake the new polyethylene pipe . So not much labor involved ( digging the soil to place new pipe) His estimate was in the middle of the quotes range . He showed up on time , did a quick and good job and no more leak since then ( more than 2 months )

I got a quick response from them about replacing the sewer line and the quote was very reasonable. They started within a few days, on time. They finished the job quickly, passed inspection without any issues, and put the yard and the pavers in the driveway back looking as though they had never been dug up. Jose and team were great. We had to replace a very long water main. We ran into an issue with a grounding line to the electrical panel that also required additional work. Jose referred us to an electrician, took care of all of the permit and inspections, and even worked with us to hook up pressure reducers and valves the way that we requested. The trenchless method did not disrupt anything in our back yard that is full of trees, and even an orchard that the line had to cross. Jose was super responsive when scheduling the estimate. The estimate was thorough and detailed and included pulling permits. The crew showed up on time, was friendly (I kept coming out to take pictures of the progress) and finished ahead of the estimated time (my wife liked having the sewer back). After the city inspection, they thoroughly compacted when refilling the hole. They e5ven carefully uncovered some irises they had to cover with dirt. The irises look no worse for the wear. There's no way to tell they were even here.

We called Jose about replacing our water line. The rates were very reasonable and the job done was outstanding. When they left, you wouldn't have realized that someone came in and dug and drilled holes to feed piping from water meter to home. It was left in better shape than when they started. We would definitely use again if say we needed a sewer line replacement.

The pipe running from the street to my house had a bad leak.  They came out right away and took care of replacing the pipe very quickly.  Jose explained everything and what options were available to us.  They only had to dig up a little bit of the yard by the meter and by the house.  Good people, good job, good price.  They will be my go-to guys from now on.

When our sewer line started slowing down, I went to Angie's List and sought out 4 estimates. Jose was the first person to respond, and the first to make a site visit. My first impression of him was very good. It took a bit of prodding to get some of the other companies to get out for the site visit, and then more prodding to get an estimate.
