Tony was referred to me and came out to fix a plumbing problem in my laundry room the day after I'd called him.  He was on time and very friendly and easy to talk to, and explained to me what was going on.  He snaked the main line and everything seemed to be working great with my washer after that.  Unfortunately within a couple of days, I noticed that my problem was back--the main line would overflow when I did a regular sized load of laundry.  I called Tony and he came back out the next day and snaked the line again with larger snake.  He was once again very friendly and came out as a courtesy at no charge.  It's been a couple of months and everything's been running smoothly.  I've had bad experiences with a couple of other plumbing companies in town (either not getting back to me, no resolving my issue, or trying to talk me into more extensive work that I needed), but Tony was honest, friendly, very competent, punctual, and affordable.  I'll definitely contact him for any plumbing issues in the future!

Called United when I couldn't even get return phone calls from other companies. They came out when they said they would (no 4-hour window), fixed the leaks and the crew was very professional. I highly recommend them and will definitely use their services again. Tony S.

We have a small retreat on park rd 4 south (burnet) almost 3hours from our home in Brenham.  Had a small job and needed a commitment on a specific date that would be there.  They were great (Ryan). Showed up on time and owner, tank, even called a few days before to Confirm!  Highly recommend.

Nice guy. Arrived on time. I feel like I was overcharged for the job. 3 guys showed up for what seemed to be a one man job. Charged $650 labor for 3 hours of work.

This company is amazing! Within 30 minutes of our A/C going out on a 95 degree Friday night, Mark arrived and quickly diagnosed the problem, and promptly fixed. Our house was for sale and Weldon was sent over by our buyers to take a look at our water heater. After finding nothing wrong with the water heater, he rudely left my house, obviously irritated that there was nothing wrong and that he had wasted his time. A few minutes later, he rang my doorbell to tell me he found a problem. He led me to my front yard where he pointed out that the clean out plug (PVC pipe in the front yard that connects to the sewer) was at an angle, and thus, must be broken. He went on to explain how clean out plugs should be set at a 90 degree angle and that he believes a car must have hit ours and broke it. He said how he'd have to hand-dig up a portion of our front yard in order to do the repair and that it'll cost $1,000.

None of this made sense to me. We weren't having any septic-related issues and if a car hit a PVC pipe, wouldn't the PVC pipe break rather than move 4 feet of earth? I didn't have time to argue as my kids were unsupervised in my home so I simply nodded and he left.

When my husband came home from work, I relayed all the information that Weldon had told me. This also made no sense to him so he took the time (literally ten seconds) to do something Weldon did NOT do. My husband removed the PVC pipe cap from the top of the clean out plug and, using a flashlight, looked inside the pipe. The theory is that if a car hit it and broke it to such a degree that it moved the cleanout plug from a 90 degree angle to more of a 45 degree angle, we'd see the damage from the inside of the pipe. Wouldn't you know it, the inside of the pipe looked flawless. Not a crack in sight. We spent a few hours researching clean out plugs as well as talked to several other plumbers and we learned that the angle at which a cleanout plug is installed is purely plumber preference and that setting them at an angle makes snaking the septic system easier. I tried to contact Weldon with my findings, including a photo of the inside of the pipe, and received NO response.

Weldon went ahead and told our buyers that we had a serious plumbing issue and how our yard would have to be dug up and that was the end of our buyers. They terminated the contract. Weldon is a dishonest man and I will warn anyone who is in need of a plumbing repair to avoid him.

Spicewood Plumbing are honest, hardworking folks. Twice now they showed up when they promised, fixed the problems efficiently and economically, and were courteous and professional to boot! I have found my go to plumbers for any and all future problems.

Once again I received great service from ABC. Ulises Rodriquez-Rea gave me some tips that I could do myself, therefore, saving me money that I really didn't have. This is the 2nd time that ABC has saved me money. I very much appreciated Ulises honesty and professionalism.

2 years ago we had Woods come to our home to install a new HVAC system ($5,000+ system).  I wanted to do business locally and have someone locally that we could go to for future needs.  Just recently, the auxillary drain line to the HVAC system in my wife's studio clogged and water was spilling down our walls.  I immediately vacuumed and drained the auxillary pan and cleared the clogged.  We then called Woods to come and repair/replace the main drain line.  I was shocked when I saw the bill.  They charged $169 to vacuum the water from the pan, $120 to install a new drain line running the PVC pipe down the outside of the building (not through the wall) and $350 to install a new drain pan--something you can purchase from Home Depot (galvanized 26 guage steel) for $120.  This is all in addition to a $49.95 charge to diagnose a problem that didn't need diagnosis.  I was very disappointed to see these outrages charges to a valued repeat customer.  After calling and complaining about these excessive rates the technician manager agreed to drop $120 and service diagnosis fee.  I cancelled the pan replace and main drain repair and will do that myself.  I was stuck with the $169 charge to drain water from the pan.  Woods lost a valued and repeat customer today.

Angle and the crew are great at what they do. As a plumber myself I run into certain types of jobs that are going to take more man power than I can offer. I care alot about how my customers are treated. Every customer I have referred this company to always has a glowing review. There is no job this company can't take on I have referred him for new construction, commercial kitchen work, jetter services, and foundation repair. You will not be disappointed if you hire these guys they know their plumbing in and out!

I was without water for three days...called on Monday...they arrived before noon and repaired my problems. The men were pleasant and professional...fixed my problem in steamy hot conditions...and I would recommend them every time.

I had a water leak in my kitchen.  I opened a service ticket for a plumbing repair with my home warranty company.  When Joby responded, he checked all of the sinks and drains and could not find a leak.  He went above board to look at the HVAC system and determined that the a/c was frozen and leaking.  He took photos of the frozen pipes so I could document the issue for future claims.  He turned the thermostat up per my request to keep the system from freezing further.  I was not able to be there, and he was honest and told me exactly what he was doing while he was in my condo.  I would recommend Huffman Plumbing for excellent customer service!

A Deal Plumbing is awesome.  Anthony and crew came out to switch out 2 toilets.  They were very professional, knowledgeable and very friendly.  They were on time and finished the work in a very reasonable timeframe.  Arnold was up front about pricing and their rates are very reasonable.  I highly recommend this company.

I was referred to another plumber to fix a grinder pump issue, but he politely declined because grinder systems are kind of a specialty. He referred me to Joe Arce of Atech. Joe said he was well familiar with our type of system and worked on them frequently. He and his guys were taking a few days off around Christmas, but he promised to check his schedule and have someone out asap. Turned out they were slammed the first day back, but Joe called to promise service the next morning. Before we got up the next day, his guy, Jack, came out, diagnosed the problem, bought a couple of parts, and returned before 10am to complete the repair. Very professional, knowledgeable, and polite. Not cheap, but worth every penny. Highly recommended for any plumbing issue.

Rob came out and was extremely efficient, professional and polite. I will definitely be recommending Johnny rooter to friends and will continue to use them for future service.

Had a gas leak in my fire pit.   Dangerous and unusable.   Apache identified the problems and resolved the issues in no time at all.   It is now better than new.   And I was charged much less than expected.  Couldn't be happier.   Highest recommendation.   Top notch.

Awesome service again from Frank of Trio plumbing. We woke up to a sink leak upstairs. We were panicking, Frank came out within 24 hours and fixed the leak effortlessly. Frank went above and beyond the call and ensured all the other sinks were tightened and no leaks were in them. Darryl and his crew did an exceptional job on my son's fixer upper home.  To say the least it was a challenge.  Yet, Darryl came up with solutions to what appeared to be insurmountable challenges.  He and his colleague Victor were terrific in every way.  They were on time and always responsive.  Thanks to Good Flow my son now has great plumbing including a tankless water heater.  Thank you Good Flow!!!
