We just had a very good experience with BG Plumbing.  The shower/tub valve was giving hot water only.  We couldn't remove the valve and were told by another plumbing company the whole unit would have to be replaced.  Tsanko came and was able to remove and replace the valve at a fraction of the cost quoted by the other company.  He is very prompt,reasonable and knowledgable.m

They were quick to respond. They came out the next day. They were on time, fast and efficient. The price was reasonable.

For whatever reason, He wouldn't follow thru with other service needs I had. I guess they were not as high dollar as the tankless system I bought from him. I would call and I would be told to text the request and weeks went by and no response. I tried on 3 separate occasions.  So disappointing.

My outdoor gas fireplace wouldn't light. I discovered, after having a gas fireplace company out who couldn't fix the problem, that I needed to call a plumber. Charlie at Parobek Plumbing came out to assess the situation. He made several different house calls, trying different things and persevered until he got the fireplace to work. It took him working with the manufacturer of certain parts, etc-- lots of complications-- to get it working.  I am so grateful to him for solving the issues and getting it to work. Although plumbers are expensive, as we all know, it was his willingness to do what it took to fix the problem, with multiple service calls, that made the cost seem reasonable. I highly recommend Parobek Plumbing.

I couldn't have enjoyed my experience with George and Diamond Irrigation any more. He was professional and personable. He came out and took care of us for a very reasonable price. I'd recommend him to anyone that asks me. He'll be taking care of us as long as we're both around.

Sewage suddenly started backing up in every drain in the house in Johnson City; not a good situation. Called WB on Sunday and they were out on Monday. It's been awhile so can't remember the names of the two gentlemen who expertly and quickly remedied the situation, but top notch job. Highly recommend W.B. Plumbing Company.

Danny is the best. He is on time. Rates are great. And in a pinch he will save your butt. I totally and completely rely on him since he's the very best.

Our kitchen sink clogged overnight and left a huge pile of standing water. Plumbsy was able to come in and clear the clogging water quickly, while stay a competitive pricing. He even checked some potential leakage on the piping that we didn't notice before. I really enjoy working with Kyle. Highly recommend him for any plumbing services.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND:

Had a kitchen faucet replaced (I suppled the faucet- he was cool with that). Plumber also replaced two cutoff valves-one that needed to be replaced right now and one the plumber recommended since it was old. ( He gave me a choice about whether to do second valve ) . Price was fair, comparable to other quotes. Gave me a discount on installing the new valves since it was an add-on.

Very fast next day morning service, prompt arrival at appt. time. Worked neatly (minimal spillage ) and cleaned and dried under the sink thoroughly after the job was finished.

Great job all the way around.

We had a minor leak in our guest bathroom. Dave came over and was able to identify the problem. It took a couple of weeks in between with hectic schedules to complete the job, but Dave was a professional. Very pleased with the job He did and would recommend him to anyone.

Woke up Saturday morning to a wet carpet from a leaking 17 year old water heater.  Called different places.  Wilcoxen was the first to return my call on a Saturday morning and the lady was very polite and helpful.  I didn't need them to come on the weekend so I set it up for Monday morning, which gave me time to purchase my water heater and have it there for them.  Jared and Matt showed up on time.  They changed out my old flex lines that were soldered to the house copper lines and replaced the cut off valve and put in new lines.  They were done in less than an hour. The work was excellent and the price was about 1/3 of the price I was quoted by another local company.  Since I am in Granite Shoals, I had purchased the new Rheem water heater at Home Depot.  While trying to work out the installation because of the old plumbing, I made an inquiry as to the installation from HD.  It was much later when I got their call.  The company was out of Austin and they wanted to send out a consultant to give me a couple of prices and then schedule something.  So glad we found Wilcoxen Plumbing in Kingsland.  Next time we need something I will know exactly who to call.  They were the highest rated when I was looking and they deserve that rating.  Jared and Matt were as polite and helpful as can be.

I did not have an emergency with my grinder pump, but got a quick response anyway. Great customer service, this is now my go to plumber in Wimberley.  Thanks ya'll.

Highly recommend Ramon at Town & Country. We found ourselves with both sinks in the kid's bathroom clogged up with black sludge - still unsure what our 5 yr old put down there. Ramon was quick to reply and arrived close to the time we arranged. He is professional and courteous. He noticed the flange around the kids toilet was wet and we discovered a slow drip leak that would have rotted the floor - saved us a bunch of money.  Plan on contacting Ramon to handle a larger project that we are considering with our water heaters. Great plumber.

After someone in the household (not me!) tried to dispose of pulled pork down the disposal, the subsequent clog and vibrations from the disposal led to much of the pipes under our sink coming loose.

Wilson Plumbing was on the spot and came out the next day. Their plumber was polite and responsive. He cleared the clog, replaced all the plumbing, and did it all the right way. He took the time to explain to me how the previous install was done incorrectly and how that was contributing to the problem. I'm confident now that the piping was done correctly and in alignment with best practices.

I would call them again in a heartbeat.

1st Septic Pump experience.  Bill was super nice, explained how everything worked, quick and easy and very reasonable priced!   He actually showed up within a couple hours when I called him in the morning.

Will be my go-to anything Septic related and definitely referring his business.

My property manager in Austin hired SALT and they charge $79 just to come out for 10 minutes.  Then they provided me with an invoice that had absolutely highway robbery pricing.  I think they charge about twice as much as someone more competitive I found.  Don't waste your time.

Owner of company (Eusebio) hardly returns calls. He is not personable and is completely hands off. Jorge, his brother on the other hand is the profesional one. He picks up calls, he is resourceful and helpful and does the work on a timely manner.
All you want is for Jorge to be in charge of your project.
