Best Plumbing Services in United States
I originally called Blue Dragon, they were booked but highly recommended Plumb Masters. I called to schedule an appointment for later today or tomorrow and to my surprise Cody & Brian were available and at my doorstep 30 mins later.
I had a clogged kitchen sink drain which was backed up to another unit/apt and they had it resolved in 15 mins, even took the time to explain the issue and what it looked like. I had several questions and they were able to answer them all. They were prompt, friendly and professional; also cleaned up after themselves. I will definitely call them again for any plumbing issues. Thanks guys!

I have had the best experience with Lanier plumbing & David. My family has an old house were renting and the gas had been shut off due to a leak, which then caused another problem to where I had to get the CITY to inspect it! LONG story short...They came out and fixed it to where it would pass inspection AND for way less than local competitors! They were so professional & friendly, they helped us out so much by getting it fixed & pulling the permit for the city to come inspect it & it was done very quickly, which got our gas turned back on when inspection PASSED! Also they had come the morning of just to make sure everything was good!! This is the way companies should be! Thank you so much! We will definitely be referring them & using them again in the future! :)

I highly recommend C&K plumbing! We had a clogged sink drain. I called C&K at 1pm and Matthew and Colton were at our house at 3pm the same day. They had to rotor rooter with a snake about 75 feet into the drain line to unclog. In addition, they ran a video scope gizmo down the water line to see the clogged portion! They did all this in about 1 hour at a very reasonable charge. Fantastic service and very professional! A big thank you to Nancy of C&K for setting up this service call. Great outfit ! C&K Plumbing is now my go-to plumbing service.

Ok so here's the update......They must have either read the complaints on here or just got better employees. The technician that came out was on-time, nice, and got the job done. We haven't had any issues. Overall happy with the service and glad that they didn't prove to be a half-rate biz like a lot of the revues on here stated. Would I use them again...not too sure unless I have to go through my warranty company.

These guys are amazing! This was my second time working with this local Austin company and I have received nothing less than best service. I needed a bathroom remodel done last min as I am preparing to sale my home. Cody and his team were prompt in coming out and giving me a fair quote. Their communication was great throughout the project and they got everything done within a timely manner. I took a leap of faith on this new company months ago when the ice storm hit after getting the run around from a few other companies and I am so glad I did!!! This company is really the best when it comes to caring about their customers! Nobody likes emergencies but this is the company to go to when you want to be taken care of!

Kevin and Precision Leak Detection are probably the best company you could call on if you are experiencing a water leak and aren't able to locate it or sure where to turn. We had a water leak at our house that was most likely located in our slab (as it was not showing itself anywhere else and we could hear the water running/see meter running). We were unsure who to call or what to do as we knew costs on something like this can easily skyrocket and we wanted to be smart about how we went about handling this. The first plumbers we called out couldn't find anything and recommended we wait to let the leak show itself (not a good idea) and other plumbers we spoke to could only start opening walls and tearing through things to search for it. Another leak detection company was extremely expensive and booked weeks out. Kevin was so knowledgeable and experienced that we were quickly confident we made the right decision. He was able to locate the main leak in our slab pretty quickly and help us talk through some ideas for repair with a plumber. He uses a lot of different tools that help him locate the leak/lines/manifolds with the least amount of invasiveness to your property. Once we made that necessary repair we later discovered we had a second slab leak and Kevin went above and beyond to work with us on coming back out to locate that. He was patient, thorough, never did we feel that he was in a rush to leave and just really cared that we were able to identify the problem and again talk through some ideas for repairs. He gave us some guidance and walked us through some steps over the phone to help us out. We were extremely anxious about the whole process and cost to get to the bottom of our problem, as we've had a lot of other unexpected costs recently, and Kevin and Precision Leak Detection were just the right team we were supposed to cross paths with. We know without a doubt we would not have gotten the same level of service and care from another company. Should we ever need their services again, fingers crossed, we would use them again in a heartbeat and refer our friends/family. Thank you Kevin and Precision Leak Detection. God bless!

Reliable, reasonably priced and solid workmanship. Has done multiple jobs from simple faucet install to complex repair (reconnected bath drain in the slab requiring jack hammering to make a difficult reconnect to fix the leak. Also replaced water heater and replaced copper pipe after a freeze. Highly recommende!

Great service! Raul was so friendly and responsive. I had a need water pressure meter installed. He made sure I was getting strong pressure in all of my faucets and shower heads.

Ross Plumbing is 1000% committed and determined to fix your problem. They are very responsive and always show up on time. They are high-quality plumbers who are amazing people.
Ross Plumbing was recommended to me by the folks at Glass Well and I'm glad they did. Cody and Clint have taken care of several fairly routine plumbing issues for me and have been prompt, courteous, and reasonable.
More recently I've had a water heater problem. They replaced it but there were still issues. Over a couple of weeks they came out several times (no charge) and tired different solutions. When I mentioned I had a high flow rate on my water softener but no one could find a leak, even the plumbers with fancy technology, Clint ruled out other issues and finally discovered that yes, there was a slab leak from the water heater. We had all been stumped for months, but using reason and the process of elimination, plus his plumbing knowledge, Clint nailed it. Although it will be costly to fix this, at least now I know what the problem is and we can work around it till it's fixed. And if this ends up being a job beyond the scope of what Cody Ross Plumbing does, I will use Leroy Ross (Cody's father), who does construction plumbing.
In summary, they're the best around on all fronts. I cannot rate them high enough for what they've done.

Ruben is our friendly neighborhood plumber. Over the years, he has helped us replace toilets, repair toilets, replace entire plumbing lines, install water heaters - you name it! Ruben charges a fair price (and sometimes hasn't charged us at all for repairs) and does excellent work.

Needed a backflow test done so I texted Lauren and she replied promptly with the price. After checking with a few other businesses, this was the best price so I texted back to move forward with the test. They emailed me an invoice, did the test the same day. They emailed once it was completed, I paid online and received a receipt and copy of the report. The entire process was excellent and convenient!

Very upsetting. Hate even having to give you 1 star! I called on Saturday and made an appointment for Sunday at 9:00am..... at 9:30am I called to find out if someone was on their way, the person on the phone tells me that they would let me know when someone was available, I just have to WAIT! Huh?!? What kind of business is this, horrible service, so now I'll seek business elsewhere.

Great company! Installed our water heater, replaced garbage disposal. Counting on San Marcos Plumbing to install our toilet soon. Thank you!

Pair Plumbing and Septic came out and identified both of my plumbing problems that no one else could find. Their service and expertise was A+. They also cleaned out my septic at a reasonable price in a timely manner. Thank you Pair Plumbing for your customer care and professional service. I will use you again and refer you friends and family. I think the bad review they got sounds more personal than the actual service they provide.

Ray was very polite. Arrive when they say they will arrive. Let you know what the issue is and price before starting work.

Working with JW has been a challenge. It's been two years since I updated our HVAC and I wish I had gone with a more service oriented company.
In the onset, the initial conversations went well. As stated in other reviews, they are not the cheapest, but make persuasive argument. It all sounds great with them claiming nationally recognized name brand units and their own systems broken down by home size and efficiency.
However, my troubles started immediately during install of the outdoor unit. The name brand units they claim are actually their own brand, AMERICA's PRIDE, and not the national brand they pitch with. I raised a concern and they said the unit was actually a national brand and they just replaced the brand logo with their own. That smelled fishy to me (bait and switch) and I called them on it.
To make it right, they gave me a larger unit and said it was better for my home anyway. That's where part of my troubles began. i believe that it was too big for my home. The air in our home used to be über dry year-round. We even had to have humidifiers running at times because of it. Now, the inside humidity is on the opposite end of the spectrum with a 65% year-round average. It's almost 70% inside my home today, with outside humidity at 65%. As a result, mold is becoming an issue in my home, as I'm finding it in dark areas like in the toilet tanks and under my sinks. The expensive task of battling mold inside the home has begun.
The second part of the issue is that every JW service call comes with a hefty charge, even if there's an issue with the unit. They have a subscription fee you can pay for discounts, but it's all expensive, regardless. So, in effect, they put in low-quality systems with extra parts and gadgets like short-lived UV bulbs and such, then hook you into requiring them to come out annually and pump you for $300-$500 annually. It's a racket.
We called them to come out and look at our system because of high humidity, and regular maintenance. The guy that came out performed maintenance and changed the filter. But, when we brought up the humidity issue, which is why we called them, to begin with, he brushed it off. He said it couldn't be their system, and said it was dirty ducts, even though all the registers were clean. When I pressed with evidence that the system was the problem, he said we'd have to schedule another service call so some could come out and check the system. He said the system could be tweaked to drop the humidity. But, I'd have to pay for another service call. But, he said we should call in the Spring because the outdoor humidity will be lower, and will be better for testing the humidity indoors.
Then, he tried to sell me a subscription for service.

Horrible service. This guy is the rudest man I have ever spoke with. How can you run a business and talk to someone like that? I feel I should warn people not to use big John plumbing service. I filed a HUGE complaint with my home warranty company and they said I wasn't the only one. Wish I could give 0 stars.
