We had an exterior pipe burst from the big freeze last night, flooding the backyard. The city had to shut off our water at the curb. I called Tony the next morning (on Christmas Eve) and he was out later that day. His estimate was provided up-front and was very fair, especially given the same day service on a holiday weekend. He gave some future recommendations and I definitely plan to have him come back out in the spring.

It was time for a new water heater so after an initial meeting and estimate we went with Armadillo Plumbing. Tony got here on time with a new heater that I wanted and he got the job done in just under 2 hours and the installation looked great. A very neat job. We highly recommend Armadillo Plumbing.

The day (Sunday) the 2021 winter storm hit, both of my toilets started leaking at their bases, and water came up through my bathtub drains. I turned off water to both toilets and stopped using my drains.

I called Tony early the next morning (Monday)  and he got back with me and told me I was first on his list as soon as the roads were safe. Tony texted my daily to let me know he was monitoring the road conditions hourly. And on Friday afternoon, as soon as the roads were safe, Tony texted me to let me know he was on his way. A man of his word, I was first on his list!

Tony and his assistant Juan worked quickly and efficiently and found the source of the issue - tree branches coming through the sewer pipe and causing a blockage. They removed the branches and we discussed a subsequent visit once his schedule lightened to address the root of the cause (no pun intended).

Tony's rates are reasonable and he lets you know what the charges are upfront so that there are no surprises. He's a friendly guy who really wants to take care of his customers!

After leaving my house, Tony and Juan said they had several other appointments and would likely work until midnight. Kudos to them for wanting to help as many people as possible during such a traumatic event.

There was a knocking noise every time we turned the water off at a sink and flushing the toilet.  I was told by someone else it was the piping in the wall but Tony did not agree and came up with a plan.  He replaced some faucet parts, replaced and fixed toilet tank parts, cleaned some sink drains and replaced the water heater.  (The water heater was under warranty and Tony did all the leg work with where the heater was purchased.)  We had used Tony in the past and liked him so we called him for this project.  The knocking noise is no longer and everything works smoothly.  I can't emphasize enough Tony's commitment to quality, experience, service and expertise when it comes to plumbing, he is the best!  I would highly recommend Tony for any plumbing need you might have!

Tony did a great job fixing a leak under our sink. When we booked the appointment he let us know about what time he would arrive the next day. He contacted us about 30 minutes prior to arrival, and was right on time. He worked fast and kept everything clean as he went. Great experience- will call him again.

While this company doesn't do the job I called them for - ruptured cast iron sewage pipes - they took the time to get back to me immediately and referred me to a 5 star Yelp company that does.

Thank you Tony.   I had a water issue where my bathroom, kitchen and laundry room flooded anytime I used any water facility (toilet, shower, sink).    At first I didnt know where it came from so after troubleshooting it, found that all the water was coming from my downstairs bathroom anytime any water in the house was used, causing a big mess.   It was about 6PM when I called and although Tony wasnt available, he did give me some pointers of what too look for and gave me a reference (texted it within minutes of hanging up).     After trying 6-7 people (none available), I decided on using Armadillo for this service (first impression was just awesome).     So I scheduled for him to come out the next day.

Next day comes and Tony texted me first thing in the morning saying he would be out in 30 minutes (note: this was much earlier than he quoted and of which I was super thankful for as I couldnt use any water at all).

Tony shows up, (in a mask) and begins work.   All told, 20-30 minutes and the job was complete with a solution and a diagnosis and I can finally use the water again.

Tony is a friendly professional who gets the job done. We've called on him for several different instances, including small jobs (leaky faucets, garbage disposal failure) to big ones (hot water heater replacement). Throughout it all he's been very upbeat and helpful. We appreciated that he would give a small time window for when he'd show up (none of that between 8 and 5 nonsense, but something more like around 10 and 1) and would text when he was 30 minutes out. Our toilet water tank cracked and we had a leak. Tony was able to come and fix it right away. He did a very good job and made sure he explained things very well.

Tony is now my go-to plumber. I needed someone super fast in an emergency for a busted water heater but had called 2 other companies with more yelp reviews before discovering Tony. Both of those companies were booked for a week. When I called Tony he was able to come out the same day to check it out and take out the leaking water tank and then came the next day after water remediation people had done their magic to install a new one. He also fixed a leaky sink for me afterward. Can't beat his work ethic and attitude. Great guy and great work!

We had a 3 year old water heater start leaking. I looked up some plumbers on yelp, made a short list and called a couple 5 star places. Unfortunately they were all booked up and we couldn't wait. Blue Dragon and another one told us to give Armadillo Plumbing a try.

We called and were glad we did.  He came right out and gave us an estimate.  He arrived early the next day with the new water heater. He really knew his stuff, was quick and professional.  I made a note of his name and number. We will call him again when things go wrong.

My water heater went out this week, just as the first cold front rolled in. They came, they saw, they conquered.  In no time we had hot showers again! A totally happy ending, to a tragic story. I highly recommend this company. Fast and efficient.

I called Tony because I have an AC condensate drain that is clogged, and my drip pan is full.  I was hoping to find a good plumber to squeeze me into his schedule on the same day (more of a schedule emergency for me, rather than a true plumbing emergency -- due to my personal travel plans and work constraints, I needed to get this done today, or I'd have to wait for over a month, and I didn't want to leave the house vacant for that long with a shallow aquarium in my attic!).     I called ET Plumbing first, and they couldn't get me in, and they very kindly gave me a few referrals, one of which was Tony with Armadillo Plumbing.  I called Tony, and explained my issue, and he said he wasn't able to fit me in either.  Ok... no worries.  I moved on.  A while later, Tony called back and said he'd had a cancellation and could get me in.  I was ecstatic.  He gave me a window when he'd be here, which was about 2.5 hours later.  During that time, I had two other plumbers call me back with availability, and I thanked them and said I already had Armadillo coming.  

Fast-forward to 3 hours later, Tony (I guess it was Tony) showed up.  He asked where the sink was, so I took him to the master bath where the HVAC condensate line is connected.  He ran water in the sink for a while and concluded that it was running fine.  All he could offer was to snake the drain out (the *sink* drain) -- I reminded him that the problem wasn't the sink, it was the condensate line that drains *into* the sink drain.  He said we don't work on HVAC systems.   I was bewildered!!!   I reminded him that I had explained *precisely* what the problem was on the phone, and that he could have told me that, and saved us both a lot of time!  I turned away two other plumbers who are now no longer available because Tony said he could be here!  He said he wouldn't charge me since he didn't do anything -- and I'm certainly appreciative of that.  But he had no idea why I was upset.  It wasn't about charge or no charge -- it was about wasting my time (and his) and costing me another day, since it's now too late to get anyone else to come out!   All he had to do was say we don't work on HVAC systems when I was on the phone with him, when I clearly explained that the HVAC line is where the problem was!!   Anyway, he gave me a lot of defensive attitude when I tried to explain why I was disappointed, kept telling me I should call Eric (who the heck is Eric, and why would I call him??), and then he stormed out of my house in a huff-- as if it were MY fault.

On the whole, he gets points for calling me back and working me into his schedule -- I certainly appreciate that.  But his poor communication skills and his inability to take any responsibility for wasting both of our time was extremely disappointing.  His rudeness when I tried to explain my disappointment was unacceptable -- and that (his rudeness) is why I won't use Armadillo in the future.

And by the way, I've had this issue (condensate drain getting clogged and/or causing a clog at the sink) twice before, which is why I know exactly where the clog is, and what's causing it.  The sink wasn't clogged because I cleared that part myself, and in the process, I probably made the clog in the condensate drain worse.  Regardless, the times I've had this issue before, I had a PLUMBER fix it.  Zero points to Armadillo for being unwilling to work on HVAC drains, which are nothing more than plumbing!

These guys came on a weekend when others said they would only come on a Saturday if it was an emergency. Our kitchen sink was clogged and he cleared it out quickly and was very friendly and polite.

Tony was amazing. He gave us a quote that ended up being pretty spot on. He told us about potential problems without seeming to try to sell us. And boy did he clean up after himself - we think the bathroom was cleaner after he left even though we had cleaned before his coming! And a genuinely nice guy! Totally recommend him and his company!

I've had Tony out to my house multiple times and he's done an amazing job each time. Our family was leaving to go out of town when our sink started acting up and he helped me troubleshoot the issue until he could get to it. I appreciate that there's clear communication, and not a lot of work being done with the assumption that I want everything. Ending up with a bill larger than I was originally quoted.

Tony just replaced a leaking tub faucet and a leaking shower faucet, and also installed two new toilets.  The service was excellent.  When they removed one of the toilets they discovered wood rot from a chronic leak under the marble floor and gave me the name of a company (Wow Construction) who could repair the damage.  Wow sent a rep within two hours to give an bid,  and then fixed it the following day so that Tony could finish putting in the toilet.  

The cost of the work was quite reasonable, the service was excellent, and we greatly appreciated Tony's expertise and skill.   I would definitely recommend this company.

Simply put, extremely professional and very competent and competitive pricing. Tony scheduled work the same day of initial contact. He showed up as agreed. Answered initial call and email in reasonable time, and effectively communicated recommended steps. He provided an itemized quote and explained additional options. The day he replaced our water hearted, he showed me the old unit and points of failure and cause. The old unit did last 13 years. He showed me the new unit and how it operated. He recommend replacing hoes and pipes, as nominal charge would provide less points of failures that could cause issues with the new unit. This is our new personal plumber. Armadillo Plumbing was referred by another plumbing company. Glad they did. Tony was responsive, and lucky me, he is in my area.  Tony was  professional and provided good information when needing to replace my leaking water heater in the attic during 105 degree weather (sorry Tony!).
I almost always take care of routine maintenance of anything in my home but ignored my water heater which Tony nicely informed me about. So he is on my reminder list to contact him next year to check the water heater. I guess my only excuse is working crazy hours and out-of-sight out-of-mind. Really dumb idea on housing developers to place water heaters in the attic when temps can get to extremes thus blowing out the pilot light.
Tony disposed of the 5 year old water heater and replaced it with one that can take temps to 280 degrees in the attic.
I highly recommend Tony for any plumbing needs and will use Armadillo Plumbing going forward.

Our pipes in the kitchen were never great. The pipe under the sink would leak every time we ran the hot water for longer than a couple minutes. It would even leak through the wall on the other side, so it must have been leaking in those pipes too. We had to replace the faucet, but one of the valves was so rusty, it wouldn't come off and ended up leaking even more.

After taping and toweling as best we could, I found Armadillo Plumbing on Yelp and it was about 20 minutes until their close of business. They still came out to our home after hours and fixed the problem and installed our faucet in about an hour. They were conscientious, competent and helped us out of a big problem. And from now on, any plumbing-related projects I start will be earlier in the day, just in case. :)

Tony is an amazing problem solver. Thought I had an easy job with 2 new kitchen faucets to install, (but NO) one in my studio needed more space to fasten down tight, and quicker than I would have thought Tony had pulled out a big drill and cut a 2 in hole underneath -- and for the first time got the new faucet to sit against the countertop nice and secure. Yay.

Kitchen faucet was a lot like the old one, but new parts were missing the sprayer extension to fit with a thick countertop. No problem, we tried some options in his bag and Tony helped me find the extender part online, then returned for free to install the sprayer for free. Relaxed and chatty about it didn't get frustrated at all.

Lots of plumbing installation requires odd, unexpected fixes with things requiring good problem-solving and a cheerful attitude. Tony was really great, fast to respond to phone calls, followup text to schedule and confirm. Really professional. I'd give him 6 stars if I could.

Excellent! Tony and his partner were great, very professional! Had to have 2 new toilets installed. We called for the part, they came by a hour later with the 2 toilets, and we're done, maybe 1&1/2 hours, for both toilets! Recommended highly!!

It's now about 3 weeks later, and Tony and Juan came out to put a new hot water heater in. Mine went out this morning, and they were very punctual ! When you find someone you can trust, stick with them! Their the best!

Armadillo was referred to me by Blue Dragon which was backed up in commitments for 3.5 weeks.  I did not want to wait that long.  BD gace me 2 names and I called Armadillo first.  This fellow was fast and efficient.  He also charged me less than he quoted because the job did not take as long as originally thought!  That is honesty!  When another plumbing need arises I will be calling them again!

We came across Tony at Armadillo Plumbing by chance. We had a plumbing emergency, and I tried a different company with high Yelp ratings. They weren't able to schedule us as fast as we needed help, so they recommended Armadillo Plumbing.  Tony was great!  He was professional, fast and reasonably priced. This was a few years ago. He has become our regular plumber whenever we have any kind of an issue, and his service is consistently great. Had him out today for a part replacement and he quickly fixed the issue for a fair price. I highly recommend his business.

How have I not reviewed Tony? We first worked with him a few years ago because our bathroom plumbing kept backing up. It was disgusting, stressful and we were snaking the pipes every time this occurred as a temporary fix all the while hoping that it would work itself out. Well, it didn't and one day we had a real emergency because our temporary solution failed so I called Blue Dragon Plumbing based on their stellar reviews. I spoke with Gilbert who was booked out for awhile so he recommended Tony Vallejo. Tony was able to come to our house that evening (and it was late...like 10 or 11pm) and fixed the problem. He's been out a few times for random things and every time we see him, it's like seeing a friend because he is so easy to talk with, non-judgemental, and really respects our time. We have recommended him to everyone we know because we are so pleased with Armadillo Plumbing.

It's hard to find a good plumber, much less a stellar plumber and that's exactly what Tony at Armadillo Plumbing is. Already called on him twice (once for a dishwasher install and a second time to seat 2 toilets).

My water heater gave out yesterday.  Most plumbers were booked well into next week, including the big name companies in town, but Tony was available to come out yesterday and give me a quote and then came out this morning to do the install.  In both cases he showed up on time, made sure to call a few minutes before arriving, was very friendly and polite, and did a great job installing the new water heater.  After installing it, Tony took the time to explain to me the features of the new water heater and had fully filled out all of the information on the warranty card for me.  Before leaving, he and his assistant ran all the hot water lines in the house to try to get out any trapped air and they checked around the floor near the trap door to the attic to pick up any insulation that may have fallen.  Great job, done by a guy who really understands customer service.

The best Plumber I have ever had the pleasure of working with. My first experience with Tony was on a warranty call a few years ago. We had leak in our foundation, and the hot water line had to be re-routed through the attic. Tony spent two days working to get us hot water again, and even installed our water softener while he was on site, and solved the mystery of why we could never get hot water in our master bathroom sinks. I have called him since then to repair an in ground pipe that burst on Easter weekend, that no one else even wanted to come look at, and he was cheerful, even though there was much more digging than initial thought. I will not ever call another plumber. If Tony is not available, I would rather just do it myself or wait, than have to  call somebody else, he is that good! I have a bathroom remodel in my future, and he is the only person i trust to take it on.

I am looking for a plumbing Installer for my remodeling job. Tony was prompt in returning my call as well as giving me 2 names of plumbers that did do installations. He could have ignored my message but he stopped his work simply to help me find someone who could help me.  I will let others know that he is a professional repair man and very helpful.

I lucked out finding Tony.  My outdoor spigot sprung a leak when I was trying to replace the hose.  Tony came to me as soon as he could the very same day.  He immediately assessed the situation and gave me a quick and fair price for the repairs.  He also gave me a discount because he was a little late on his arrival time , which he guarantees.  He was also kind enough to provide me with an additional discount for being a teacher.  His work was clean, quick and very professional.  I do believe we found our plumber for any future needs.

Tony is simply the best.  I called him because I had a sink that would drain properly.  He came over and quickly resolved the issue and was fair with his price.  A few weeks later my outdoor faucet started leaking and couldn't be stopped.  Tony came over on a Saturday and fixed it right away.  A few weeks after that (they come in 3's right?) my water heater started leaking.  Tony did a great job and once again was fair on the price.

In my opinion there are 3 major things that separate Tony from the competition.

1.  He is super responsive.   I called several plumber to never even get a call back.
2.  He is very knowledgeable.  He provides excellent advice on any issue.
3.  His prices are very fair and his quality is unmatched.

I will never use another plumber again.

I would use Armadillo Plumbing again in a heartbeat! I'm so happy with the service and work. Tony, the owner, was quick to respond to my initial call and was able to fit me into his schedule within one business day. He also texts, which is so much easier than playing phone tag! He let me know the morning of the appointment that he had a cancellation so we changed the time to an hour earlier, which worked out perfectly for me! He installed a new garbage disposal from his inventory at around the same cost had I purchased it myself and fixed a leaky bathroom sink quicker than it would have taken me to go to Home Depot to pick out a disposal. Tony at Armadillo Plumbing was recommended by another highly rated plumbing company. I'm so glad and felt lucky we used his service to replace some leaky water heaters. Tony came first day to give a fair and detailed quote. For the installation, he and his crew were prompt, courteous and highly professional through the whole process. I'm most thankful when he detected and fixed blockage in the ventilation that turned out to be a collapsed cover on the roof, which explained the root cause of the broken water heater and if left unaddressed, would cause the new water heater to break soon. Tony was referred to me and came out to fix a plumbing problem in my laundry room the day after I'd called him.  He was on time and very friendly and easy to talk to, and explained to me what was going on.  He snaked the main line and everything seemed to be working great with my washer after that.  Unfortunately within a couple of days, I noticed that my problem was back--the main line would overflow when I did a regular sized load of laundry.  I called Tony and he came back out the next day and snaked the line again with larger snake.  He was once again very friendly and came out as a courtesy at no charge.  It's been a couple of months and everything's been running smoothly.  I've had bad experiences with a couple of other plumbing companies in town (either not getting back to me, no resolving my issue, or trying to talk me into more extensive work that I needed), but Tony was honest, friendly, very competent, punctual, and affordable.  I'll definitely contact him for any plumbing issues in the future!

Tony is great, honest and reasonable.  I've used him 3 or 4 times and have always been pleased. HE has even given me self-help advice about preventing future sink drainage problems.  Will call him now for all my plumbing needs.

Back in the spring we were looking to replace our two water heaters and found Tony by way of a recommendation and by looking at Yelp listings.  He did such an excellent job that we called him to come back later when I wanted to upgrade our main shutoffs.  The quality of work was outstanding in both cases, but what really stands out is that Tony is just a really nice, respectful guy.  It wasn't just to us.  I was really impressed with the way he treated the guy who helped him with the water heaters.  Our heaters are in the attic of a 2-store house, so there was a lot of labor involved.  Even so, every word from both of their mouths was of the highest level of respect to each other and to us.

I recommend Tony without a second thought, and have done so to my friends needing plumbing services.

I can't say enough good things about Tony. He is prompt to return my calls. He does the work well the first time. He is good at figuring out the problem and gives accurate estimates for the job to be done. We bought an older house that is going to need different plumbing work done, and Tony is the person I will always call.

I called and left Tony a message, he promptly called me back and was at the house in an hour to look at our clogged drain line. The problem was bigger than what we anticipated. Instead of selling us on a bigger more expensive fix, he recommended we get a second opinion and didn't even charge us for coming out. This guy has integrity! This review is long overdue, but I guess that means that I can testify to the work holding up well. Like some other reviews, I was also referred to Tony and Armadillo by Blue Dragon, who was also great. Since then we have hired Armadillo twice. First, he came out to replace our shower valves, one of which had sprung a leak. Not only did he do the repair, he referred me to someone to do the required tile work and repair the sheetrock damaged by the leak. We couldn't have been happier.
Next, I called Tony back to fix some issues with our water heater recirculating system that hadn't consistently worked right since the install 15 years prior. All is fixed and now we have hot water, no many how many people are in the shower.
As far as price, I didn't really shop around, but the quotes both seemed fair to me.
Would (and have) recommend without hesitation.

Tony is an honest and professional plumber. He took care of a leaking valve under my kitchen sink in a matter of minutes. We have had Tony help us several times at our last home as it was an older home that had many plumbing concerns. Tony also helped us replace some water heaters in our new home. I was referred to Tony when my go-to plumber, Gilbert at Blue Dragon, was booked solid and gave me Tony's number.  I called him on a Sunday, and he came out the next day. He thought it would be a simple matter of snaking out the shower drain, which is what he quoted me for.  When he actually started working, it turned out to be more involved because some old bolts were so rusted that he had to cut the plate off and replace it, which required several trips to hardware stores and auto shops to get parts. But despite all the time he spent, Tony stuck to his original estimate, which was already quite reasonable.  You can't ask for much better service than that.

Tony replaced the water shut-off valve for a toilet. He texted me when he was en route to our house, and he is always so respectful of our home (taking his shoes off, cleaning up after the job is completed, etc.). Knowledgeable, pleasant, responsive, reasonably priced - we are big fans!!!

Tony with Armadillo Plumbing came to our house today. He was absolutely the most efficient plumber I have ever done business with. He took his shoes off before entering our home, placed a drop cloth down before beginning the job and even brought his own towels to clean up any water. He was also the most resonably priced plumber I have hired. On top of all this he was friendly and provided excellent advice for future projects that we will be doing. I will no longer dread needing a plumber and will call him for all future projects / problems.

Tony was recommended by Blue Dragon because Blue Dragon was booked up.  Had water heater installed just before the April 16 2015 deadline for the new design standards. Tony found a standard AO Smith unit and installation was great.

I have gone through a lot of plumbers for some reason. One company seemed to have to fix the problems caused by the previous. One highly rated company left an open pipe and told me they would come back to fix it . They never did.

In an emergency, Tony repaired a leak next to our deck footing that he said probably resulted from another plumber's using a schedule 40 PVC connector when schedule 80 should have been used. He seemed honest about what he did and didn't know, explained my options, advised me about other plumbing matters while he was here, and left a tool with me that I had planned to buy since he had an extra. I would hire him again.

I needed a plumber to hook up a new faucet in my kitchen.  I initially called Blue Dragon Plumbing based on reviews, but he was booked.  He referred me to Tony at Armadillo plumbing.  Tony was great!  He called before he came over and arrived when on time.  When he arrived he noticed that my new sink fittings would not work with my existing garbage disposal so he suggested that I run to Lowes and pick up a new one.  He offered to get it himself but he said it would be cheaper for me if I went since he was on the clock.  He offered to wait outside if I felt more comfortable but I did not want to waste his time or mine.  I was skeptical leaving a stranger alone in my house but I felt that he was a good, honest man.  When I returned he had already installed the faucet.  He quickly installed the new disposal and replaced a few stinky old pipes.  He tested everything and showed me how to operate the sensor on my new faucet.  On his way out he took my old sink and faucet to dispose of it properly.  He also took a few minutes to talk to me about replacing my water heater with a tankless and the issues I would have with the existing configuration of my house.

Unlike some of the other big plumbing shops in town that I have used in the past, Tony does not fix one thing that causes a new problem, nor does he try to up-sell you.  I found him to be knowledgable, honest, efficient and very nice.  I will be calling Tony the next time I have plumbing issues.

I developed a leak in the drain pipe from my washing machine inside the wall of my laundry room.  I was referred to Tony by another plumber and I can't imagine the first guy could have been any better.  Tony was able to come out the same day and had my wall opened up and the leak fixed within a couple of hours.  He was extremely courteous and professional.  I couldn't have asked for a better experience.  Hopefully I won't need another plumber anytime soon, but if I do Tony is the first person I'll be calling.

Five stars for professionalism and customer service - to a non customer.  I called and left a message requesting a quote to run a propane gas line.  He took the time to call me back, promptly I might add, to let me know he didn't work with propane (some kind of special licensing) and gave me a recommendation.  He's on my list to call for any other type of plumbing work outside my husband's realm.

Tony from Armadillo Plumbing came  out on very short notice (within just a couple hours) and did a great job with an urgent plumbing problem we had.  Toilet had become unsealed and was emitting sewer gases--very unpleasant, and potentially dangerous!  Tony took care of it.  He even went with me to Lowe's to get a new commode since my vehicle wasn't big enough to get a commode in the trunk.  Price, even with this extra help, was very reasonable.  Thank you, Tony.

I had some water woes in the form of a leaky toilet, and called Tony at Armadillo Plumbing at the suggestion of a trusted friend. I've used him for two jobs, now - aforementioned leaky toilet and to raise a super-low shower head - and both times, I was highly impressed at Tony's efficiency and what seemed to me like very fair pricing. He also arrived very promptly at the agreed-upon time - none of this I'll arrive between 12-5 business with Tony - you know exactly when he'll be there and won't spend your day waiting around for him to arrive. He is also incredibly nice and I felt very comfortable with him; I didn't think twice about having him in the house working while I was home alone and wouldn't worry about leaving him in the house by himself if I had to step out for some reason. He is a Master Plumber, offers 24-hour emergency service, and carries insurance, too, so you know he is covered if anything were to go wrong. I am definitely making Tony a permanent addition to my list of go-to contractors in the event I ever need plumbing or natural gas help again.

I also had Tony come out from Armadillo Plumbing. The company was suggested by my Home Warranty Company & he was great. He provided same day service pretty last minute & was able to fix my leaking shower. I have called him & back since & will continue to use this company.

Tony did an over and above job for me recently. He was recommended by another plumber who gets great reviews in my neighborhood but was too busy to get to my job for a week. I figure its a great recommendation when a fellow professional recommends you. After checking Yelp, I tried Tony out.

Tony is AMAZING. He made sure that I was aware that once he saw my water heater, as a professional licensed by the City he would need to fix it up to code. I really appreciated the heads-up and decided to proceed. Then, using pictures I texted him, he predicted I would need to fix the roof to provide venting up to code. We discussed DIY to keep my cost down, and then when I asked for options, he offered to get a bid from a roofer he works with. Basically, within a few days, I had my new water heater and everything up to code, all well within the cost estimated for me ahead of tim eby Tony. After the job was complete, Tony told me I had a year to get it inspected by the City. Since I wanted it checked off, he went ahead and arranged it with the City, giving me tips on the best strategy to minimize my time sitting waiting for the inspector. In addition, he gave us the option to buy the water heater ourselves to save $, but when it didn't fit in our car, he was willing to pick it up himself.

The inspector told me it was a great job, that most guys miss this part about one of the aspects. From my unprofessional view, it all looks very professional and fantastic and I feel so happy to have checked this off.

Anyway, this is what you want for a plumber...up front about potential cost risks, sticking within the budget provided, providing other services (roofer and pick-up) that were needed, timely, responsive and courteous. Now I just need to find other professionals for other home maintenance jobs that are as AWESOME as Tony.

Tony was also referred to me by Blue Dragon plumbing.  He was great!  He fixed my stopped up sinks in no time at all.  He quoted me a price at the beginning, but since it wasn't as involved as he thought, he charged me less than the original quote.  Honest! Capable and friendly!  It was a good experience and I will call Tony again.

I recently had a DIY YouTube moment and managed to shear off an external faucet while trying to tighten it. I had to turn off the water to the house. I found Armadillo on Yelp and texted Tony. I received a reply in minutes. I texted him 2 photos. He texted back pricing. Thankfully for me he had an opening in the early afternoon. He texted me when he was on his way. The price was exactly as he quoted. On his way out, I remembered a small problem we had with a shower. He looked at it and did a quick fix at no charge. On top of it all, he is a very gracious person. I feel like I now have a friend in the plumbing business.
