Best Plumbing Services in United States
Another great experience...my utility company contacted me last night to tell me my water had been running for 48 hours. I could not find a leak anywhere.. Called the office just after 8 am, I was told a plumber would be at the house between 1 and 5. A little after 2 I got a call that they were on their way. Brock and Josh found the leak in under 15 minutes (the back flow valve in the yard had completely failed) and within two hours had completed an interim fix pending a new backflow valve being ordered and installed. Everyone is helpful, courteous, polite and customer oriented. Plumbers don't come cheap but good plumbers are priceless! I RECOMMEND THEM TO ALL MY FRIENDS IN NEW BRAUNFELS AND SAN MARCOS.

Come And Plumb It is the best plumber service I have ever used. Justin and Manny (hope I spelled the name right) are both very friendly and professional. They have very fair prices and genuinely care about your house and the work they do. If you are a repeat customer they will respond and get an appointment ASAP. Where other companies told me I needed to wait a week or two, Come And Plumb It were there for me the same day or the next morning and did not charge me the normal extra fees for emergency work. I have had to use them twice now and recommend them without hesitation.

Took the morning off of work using valuable vacation time to meet their plumber. No show, no notice. Didn't return calls or texts. They may be fine plumbers, but they clearly have no regard for your time.

Thank you Cold Is On The Right. You did a great job in meeting my needs today. The crew that showed up worked efficiently and professionally. The over all experience working with you start to finish was excellent. Service is KING. I will definately refer you to my clients.

Chad is a godsend - I have perhaps the most ridiculous space between my dishwasher and the sink that takes some sort of voodoo magic to get the hoses through. Scheduling was easy and the cost was more than fair. I would highly recommend for any handyman needs.

They were quick to respond to a call, but charged $325 to clear a disposal and snake the drain. What a RIP off

I paid S&D Plumbing $595 for an incomplete leak detection inspection. I knew I had major sewer line leaks under my slab after getting my house leveled. Both sewer exit lines failed hydro-static tests after the leveling. I wanted to get a leak isolation report from a reputable company so I could collect repair bids based on the report.
The receptionist who booked my appointment said the inspection would be $310 with a $40 coupon. She did not mention that only covered the first 1.5 hours of the inspection. Each additional hour is $285. I didn't hear about the additional charge until Melvin arrived at my house for the inspection.
After 2.5 hours, Melvin was only able to complete isolation for the first floor sewer lines. We did not discuss continuing another hour for an additional $285 to isolate the second line. I wanted the experience to be over. I'm guessing Melvin did too.
The report he submitted called for two access holes, 35 feet of tunneling, and only addressed fixes for the first floor. I used that information to get competitive bids. The three other companies I contacted came in at least $5,000 lower than S&D's bid. The company I chose offered to complete isolation on the second line for free because they knew I already overpaid S&D for the initial inspection.
The complete job ended up requiring 44 feet of tunneling. Even with the additional 9 feet, I paid $3,300 less than S&D's quote for 35 feet.
I would not recommend S&D Plumbing, especially not for major repairs. From my experience, their pricing is not competitive.
On a lighter note, Melvin was knowledgeable and professional. He was the only bright spot in this whole experience.

I have used many plumbers while living in BASTROP David Graves Plumbing is awesome!! Arrived on time, fixed my plumbing issues quickly!

Highly recommend Austin Plumbery! We had 2 plumbing issues pop up within a couple of days of each other in the new house we just moved into (of course), and Austin Plumbery expertly handled the small job (slow shower drain in primary bath) as well as the big job (started raining through the ceiling when we drained the tub in our daughter's bathroom on the second floor). From scheduling to communication to the work that was done, everything was efficient and top quality, and everyone I interacted with was kind and professional. While I hope not to need a plumber again anytime soon, I will definitely call Austin Plumbery if I do!

I would work with Andre again in a snap. As a semi new home owner/ landlord things like replacing two water heaters at the same time is a scary task. Andre came out to give me a competitive quote and answered all my questions thoughtfully and with detail. He communicated everything that would happen in a way that helped me understand the process and communicate in advance with my tenants. He was quick to get back to me, on time and did a great job.

Our water heater went out right before getting company and so we needed a quick response time! They were able to come out the same day and got it done quickly. Great experience from beginning to end!! Couldn't be happier with the service! They communicated well, very personable, family owned business! Love helping small companies grow! I would recommend them in a heartbeat! They work efficiently and are very friendly. Biggest thing is they guarantee their work and have a great warranty on a good product which speaks volumes!

I had a bad check valve on my somewhat secluded property in Emerald Valley that was causing no water for my cabin. Cowboy plumbing came out on time, got out of their van smiling, and were the most honest, friendly, sincere plumbers I have ever met. I will look for other jobs for them now! Thank you guys!!!!

Rick was the first plumber that responded to me when I inquired about replacing my faucet and fixing a leak. He was transparent with the costs and any extra repairs that might push my total to the higher end of the quote. His price was in line with other quotes I was getting from other businesses. I chose him because of his response time. He also gave me tips on affordable faucets that he recommends for rental units. His business was able to get me in the quickest and I appreciated the thorough communication. Very nice guys that work here. Glenn fixed my faucet in less than an hour and everything looks great. I was nervous booking a plumber, so if you're looking for a reliable service with good prices I highly recommend this company. They are also taking Covid-19 seriously and make the trip as contactless as possible.

Ryan & David provided excellent service! It was time to replace my kitchen faucet and I wanted it done by a professional. Upon their arrival, they also made a recommendation that some of the pipes connecting the disposal and sink to the drainage line were installed incorrectly and should be replaced. I did that job myself, and I'm not a plumber, so I wasn't too surprised.
They were able to install my new faucet and replace the pipes about an hour or so. I am absolutely happy with their level of service and professionalism. I was referred to A & A by a friend and I will definitely recommend them to anyone else that needs a pro to perform plumbing related services.
Thanks A & A!

Why haven't I reviewed these folks yet? Seriously had the best service last year with Colie putting in a Loop. He was hard working, fast, efficient and not painful on the checkbook! I will use these guys every time!

I needed a leak found and repaired. It was a complicated job, but they stuck with it, even when fixing the leak caused another plumber's faulty repair to fail and they had to return the next day to fix that. I will use Pennington's again.

Pete was a true professional: excellent, knowledgeable, and most of all honest. I've used his business for a number of plumbing needs and he's always responsive and fair. His employees have always gone the extra mile to do a great job even when being called on to do an emergency job last minute. I highly recommend Elite Plumbing . Veteran owned and operated!!!
