I highly recommend Connally Plumbing Inc, they did a fantastic job and problem solved my water leak. Justin L and Josh worked their tails off digging multiple trenches four feet deep for more than five hours to find a small leak in a PVC pipe that was spilling close to 400 gallons of water an hour. They didn't complain one bit and told me they'd stay out as long as it took to finish the job. That's top notch service and those two young men need a raise and some beers for their phenomenal work and respectfulness. I'm so glad I went with Connally, you all are amazing and helped me and family out tremendously solving a major issue with my house. Thank you for everything, Justin and Josh!

Needed a  plumber to run 90 feet of gas line for a fire pit. Justin returned my call promptly scheduled am appointment to see the job and told me he would send an estimate that evening
Checked my email and there it was
The price was fair and we set an appointment to do the work
The day arrives and Justin and his guy were there ON TIME!! And performed the work flawlessly.

He met the inspector the next day, passed and we are ready to enjoy our fire pit.

We have had multiple experiences with plumbers over the years and our most recent one with Squared Away Plumbing was by far our best one.

We had a water heater leaking in our attic that needed to be replaced and had a second water heater that was 18 years old. We had three plumbing companies come out to provide a quote for replacing both water heaters and one for installing a tankless system.

Squared Away Plumbing blew away the competition in price, professionalism, and expertise. From them coming out to assess the problem to the completion of the installation, we were beyond impressed with our experience.

Chris came out within hours of calling to assess the problem and walked me step by step through the various options. I was very impressed with the tankless system as it would replace both water heaters and these guys really know why they are doing.

The scheduling was quick and the installation was well done. Big shout out to Marc and Chris for their work.

Also...thanks to Marc for going above and beyond and checking out the flooded irrigation box. I had noticed it flooding constantly but something I placed on the back burner. Turns out there was a major leak on one of the valves and he capped it off and will be out to fix it later this week.

Lastly, thanks Theresa (sorry if it's misspelled) for coordinating everything and keeping me well informed of scheduling.

I contacted CIOTRP to have a shut off valve replaced that fed the water heater in my mother's house. I said I didn't want any unexpected charges so I wanted a quote for the work. The plumbers go to my moms house and my mom calls me to say that they see the valve and wanted to check that there wasn't a cross over causing water to fill the heater when the valve was closed. A couple hours go by and I call my mom and it turns out she's paid them and they've already gone. My mom said that they crew checked for crossovers in the house 3 times. How much to replace a single cold water line ball valve? $329. I never got the quote I asked for and I do feel overcharged for a simple job where I asked for a quote up front and gave explicit instructions as to what I wanted done. I spoke with my mother (the homeowner) and she also felt the charge was excessive for the work completed.

Call them at 4 PM and the job was done the same day at a price that seemed more than fair, I would assume hard to beat.

In my experience, with plumbers this is as good as it gets.  Top notch operation - they arrive when they say they will; they set the right expectations going into a job (no over-commitment or under-delivering); very thorough in their approach to solving the problem; and communicate well all along the way.  You'd be hard pressed to find a better plumber for small and large-scale jobs.

Our business had a water leak in one of our rest rooms and we could not figure out where it was coming from.  I contacted RC, he was out at our facility within 60 minutes. RC figured out where the leak was coming from and fixed the problem in 30 minutes or less.  RC, was very professional, and took the time to explain what the issue was as well as how to avoid this from happening in the future.   I have never utilized this company before; after RC's professionalism, knowledge and customer service skills, we will be utilizing this company in the future.

I was at a loss on who to call for a leak issue we discovered after getting a water bill that was for over 3 times what our normal usage was. Friend recommended Pennington's so I gave them a call and they came out the same day. Although they were not able to diagnose the problem that same day, they came back the following day with their leak detection device and discovered where the leak was and immediately began to work on repairing. Because of where the leak was located (underneath a stone stair landing), they had to come back today with a jackhammer to get to where the actual leak was which was caused by faulty installation of the plumbing company who did the original work. All said and done, leak was repaired at a cost a LOT lower than what I was expecting. I could not be more pleased! Thank you Pennington's Plumbing! Y'all rock!!

Over the weekend, we had our first solid freeze in San Antonio. Christmas Eve, I was out delivering presents and Christmas Dinners to family members. Sitting there enjoying a football game with my brother in law, I get this feeling that I better go home. I said my fair wells and left. I get home to a geyser in my front yard. As I go to the back yard to get my water cutoff tool from the shed I see a second geyser in my back yard. I get my water cutoff tool and shut off the water from the main. I spent the next few hours calling every plumbing company I could think of that I have done business with or seen commercial from with either phone services not working properly or not answering calls even though they advertised 24/7 availability. I don't know how I ended up on The Yelp service request but I had a few replies with availability in 7 to 10 days.
Pete from Elite plumbing sent me a message stating he could have one of his guys at my house house on Monday at 8:00AM. I asked him about if I could put that on the calendar and he said yes. This is now Saturday evening and I'm like ok, Monday is not bad. I decided to try several other places and apparently San Antonio had a lot of broken pipes during this freeze because Monday was the soonest I could find. I thanked Hod for that. Cleaned up the mess as best I could and waited fir Monday. This Morning, Monday, I get a message from Pete, ELITE Plumbing, my service repair guy will be there between 9:45 to 10:45 AM if that is ok. At this point I'm just glad to get verification that someone has is coming. At 9:45, a young man by the name of Ezekiel, drove up and introduced himself. He was very pleasant and professional. I showed him where the damaged pipes were, he accessed the damage parts and said, I have everything I need to get this taken care of. I asked him if he was by himself and he said yes. I asked him if he needed anything, he said no, I'll just get my tools and get to work. In less than two hours, he was done with the repairs, cleaned up and said give me a few minutes and I'll have this written up.
I was very impressed with Ezekiel and Elite Plumbing. Not only were they prompt, professional and delivered great service, they were very reasonable as well. I can tell you that Elite Plumbing, 210-468-0770, number, is going to be my first call for any plumbing need I have in the future and my best recommendation anytime someone asks for a  reliable plumbing company.

DO NOT USE!! They don't deserve the one star I was forced to submit! Scheduled an appointment a week out. Did not show up, did not call, and did not answer their phones. Very unprofessional!!
