We called Connally plumbing for a couple of issues. They were on time, courteous and very professional. I will use them again in the future. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing a plumber.

Really impressed with Come And Plumb It. They were so kind and helpful on the phone and with getting an appointment set up, on time for the appointment and installation was great. I really appreciate the communication, explaining the issue and even explained what to do for typical issues (how to resolve a jam) and I even asked a few other questions and he gladly helped explain things. I'm very pleased with the professionalism and knowledge from this company. I couldn't be happier with the removal of my water heater from my attic, and re-routing my lines to the garage and installing a Tankless hot water heater for me.

I contacted them to fix a botched wax ring installed by Radiant that left my house periodically smelling of sewer.  I lived with this for nearly a year assuming the problem was with my ancient sewer line that would be costly inconvenient to replace.  They discovered that the problem was an incorrectly and sloppily installed wax ring that wasn't even making contact with the toilet and fixed the problem the same day.  They were very courteous with their efforts to leave everything better than they found it and went out of their way not to unnecessarily drive up the cost of the repair.  I will definitely be using them again in the future.

Call them at 4 PM and the job was done the same day at a price that seemed more than fair, I would assume hard to beat.

This review is way overdue.. we have a house with a grinder pump which is something that strikes fear in the heart of homeowners because of the costs associated with them. When ours went out, my husband tried to fix it himself but by 430PM it was clear that wasn't going to happen. I called Lantz's and Tiffany was so sweet and friendly and no kidding- had someone at our house in less than 10 minutes! They identified the issue, were able to get the part and came earlier than expected the next day to do a great job. I can't say enough about their friendly, reliable service- all at a reasonable price. I hope I don't have a plumbing issue in the near future, but when I do, they'll be whom I call.

A broken shower pan allowed water to leak under the shower stall, soak the bedroom floor. closet, and baseboards.  At first, I had no idea of what was wrong, but my insurance company recommended S&D.  john came out and spent two hours checking everything. He had to cut a hole through the sheet rock to expose where the shower pan was, he tested the pressure in the system in case it was a leaking pipe, he checked the place from top to bottom.  I feel he did a very good job. Pinpointed the problem and gave me some good advice on what to do next.  Since it is more of a general contractor's job than a plumber, I hired one, but he went back to the work S&D did on the first day as their starting point.  I feel really good about this company and will use them whenever I have a plumbing problem.

David is responsive, prompt, hard-working, friendly, and knows his business. He replaced a toilet, unblocked the world's most clogged drain (a gift left behind by the previous owner of my house) which involved climbing onto my roof (!), and replaced 60-year-old outdoor faucet heads. I had such a positive experience that I've asked him to come back to replace my other toilet, to deal with a corroded and leaking outdoor pipe, and to do some more un-clogging of sinks.

I have had more downs than ups with most contractors, etc. and it is SO refreshing to find someone you can rely on to get the job done efficiently and cost-effectively. I will be calling David from now on if I have any other plumbing needs.

Joe is the absolute best! Honest, timely and professional. I've dealt with large companies that push repairs and products you don't need  to hit their commission. I would not use another plumbing company after my experience with Austin Plumbery.

We had several issues that needed taken care of & they got to us within one day.  And, to make it more crazy, they were to go to my moms to fix a leaking bathroom sink, leaking & running toilet & a problem with an outside faucet...plus drain a hot water heater. The night before the appointment my husband was working in our yard & hit a water line ... yep .... I called them & they came to our house the next morning instead & still managed to get to my moms as scheduled that day.  We were so impressed with their promptness, courtesy, efficiency & overall good work.  We will use Lee Whiteaker Plumbing from now on.  Big shoutout to MO for returning all my calls & to the guy who came to our homes & did the work.  Thank you so much!!!

I am updating this review: After hours spend on the phone with the City of Austin and the TX Board of Plumbing Examiners, I got to the bottom of the inspection delay. The Examiners had failed to update Joe Caldwell's insurance information for months, which meant the city could not inspect his work. I tracked down someone who tracked down the head of the Insurance division at the Examiners, the insurance was updated, inspection scheduled, and we passed. I still fault APB for not being responsive to our questions about this inspection for nearly a year, but the core of the problem was the delay at the state level -- not the plumber's fault and he has been very responsive since. I would recommend APB for routine work, not for something big like a hot water heater changeout and do thank them for being far more responsive now. Side note -- progress began w/my initial Yelp review, so there we are.  Initial Review: Rick was our plumber for years and was fine with basics, responsive and easy to work with. The trouble came last year when we hired ABP to replace our electric hot water heater. The installation was a mess from the start as it quickly became clear that the crew didn't know what they were doing and left us without hot water over a weekend when they screwed up the job the first time and then still took repeat visits to get it right. Rick offered a partial refund which we appreciated but hadn't  ask for -  and then never made good on it anyway. In the middle of all this Rick retired, left the business to Joe, who months later we are still chasing to schedule the inspection with the city, important to have for resale. We were loyal customers for years and  have been utterly flabbergasted by the lack of professionalism. Do not hire these guys.

I called A & A plumbing to replace the existing water softener with one that I purchased from Lowe's. The issue with the existing softener was that water was constantly draining from the tank.

The plumber came out and gave me 4 quotes: Two (2) separate bids to replace using A & A's softener with a new one; Rebuild the existing unit and; to install the new softener that I purchased from Lowes. The cost to use A & A replacement was much more than what I wanted to  spend, so the choice was between rebuild or replace with Lowe's unit. The plumber said that if it were his home, he would choose to rebuild since the system was better than one that I purchased from Lowe's. The total cost would be less if I opted to go with Lowe's replacement but I decided to go with the plumbers recommendation.

The total cost for the job was $1,745.28.  three days later, the softener was draining again, this time worse than before. I called A & A and they sent the same plumber out. He inspected the unit and discovered that Clack spacer stack assembly needed to replaced @ $440.91. I authorized the repairs since we really needed this fixed. My question was, why wasn't this checked in the first place and added to the original estimate that would have cost a total of $2,186.19? The plumber didn't have a good answer... Had  I known the total cost up-front, I would have opted to have the Lowe's unit installed.

BUYER BEWARE: The total cost to rebuild the existing system bothered me so I decided to look up the costs of the materials - it was $250 on the low end and $400 on the high end. The plumber spent total of 2 hours here and if you count the time it took to pick up the resin, 3 hours in total. So in essence, I was charged $1,800 for 2-3 hours of work. This seemed excessive, so I contacted the office and spoke to one of the managers - of course he defended the pricing.

So my advice to you is  do your homework; don't feel pressured by the plumber; take time and look on the internet the cost of parts and if you feel the charges are excessive, cut your losses and just pay for the service call and ask your friends, relatives and neighbors for a recommended plumber.

Hill Country Plumbing has always been there for me. Great service! Super pleased with all of the work that was done. They even clean up after they are finished! Friendly, accommodating, and superior workmanship. I would give them six stars if I could!

These folks were really wonderful, coming to my house at the last minute and truly saving the day! We just moved to the Spicewood area, and they are my new best friends (or at least my new favorite plumbers! )

I had an emergency water leak that was getting worst. After getting the run around by other plumber I decided to contact Elite Plumbing Solutions via Yelp since they had good ratings. Thank god! They came and fix the problem the same day, the price was reasonable and they were very attentive to answer any questions I had.

We needed help with a water leak and they were extremely quick to respond. Did excellent work and professional!
