Prompt, competent, and reasonable.  When I call them they come right out, they fix what's wrong, and they don't charge a lot of money. And the guy always has everything he needs right on the truck, so no expensive trips to the hardware store.

What more could I possibly want in a plumber?  They get a very high rating from me.

I used to use Spicewood plumbing over several years until recently.  Less than a year ago I had then do some work and estimate tankless water heaters. When I called them to schedule installing a water Filtration system and faucet I already purchased and to install the tankless water heaters they could not find any record of their estimate and then wanted to charge me again to estimate. They are disorganized, rude and unprofessional.   Spoke with their ex employee who also concurred and explained that's why they left.

Thank you for your AMAZING service! They helped me during the crazy 2021 winter storm in Texas. Somehow, they managed to come to the rescue very quickly and fixed my plumbing issue within about 30 minutes. Pricing was fair and plumbers were very professional and kind.  After being hung up on by corix water company twice and then told good luck finding a plumber we can't help you I am forever grateful for y'all

I can't say enough good things about this company. We have lived here since December 2016 and have used this company several times. They are always there at the time promised, do a great job, and charge fair prices. They clean up after themselves and are courteous and respectful. We wouldn't use anyone else!

My kitchen sink was clogged and filling up with food and gross water.  I called Spicewood Plumbing and not only were they prompt in resolving the issue but I was impressed at how professional, thorough and friendly they were.  I will definitely be calling them again and referring them to friends and family.  They exceeded my expectations!

I've used Spicewood Plumbing for a couple years and been very satisfied...until today.  The cold water faucet in the kitchen sink was difficult to turn on & off and the hot water faucet in a pedestal sink needed to be tightened.  Neither job required any parts but it took TWO plumbers TWO hours to put grease on the cold water faucet and tighten the hot water faucet.  Then they tried to charge me 2 1/2 hours for 2 hours of work. I no longer recommend Spicewood Plumbing.

I had a water heater that recently had a issue and was leaking I called on a Wednesday on my and Robin was awesome about squeezing me in as soon as she could. She kept in touch with me throughout the day. They had a crazy day and her brother Rand came out in the spare truck on his wedding anniversary and missed some quality home time to get me taken care of.   Thank you Robin and Rand for taking such great care of us and I highly recommend using them for your needs

Two men came and did much better this time. They both spoke fluent English so the time to get done what we needed was less. The upstairs restroom things were replaced along with the sinks fixed. Worked very hard today in the heat. Both men were very hard workers. They came at the time they said this time. Both men worked hard together. Very wise and had expert knowledge.

We've used Spicewood plumbing a ton of times.  They have always been punctual, speedy, and fairly priced in my opinion!

We have used Spicewood Plumbing several times in the past year since we purchased this home. Every single time they have been very responsive and provided excellent service. Today they went above and beyond. We have a home warranty and have been waiting 2 days with out water, for the warranty place to send someone out. Figuring that it would be another day without water we decided to just pay for it and call our trusty plumber. Despite being overwhelmingly busy they are coming out today. I will continue to give them my business.

In my opinion, these people ripped me off. I called them on a Saturday about 4 PM and they said would send someone out to clear out my main drain. The woman said it would be $172.50 for the first hour and then mumbled something about a travel charge and 15%. The guy comes out and runs the snake even though the drain had cleared itself. He was here about 1/2 hour and the Bill was $308!!!!!!!  I asked him how he had came up with this number since he didn't even bother to itemize it and he said they charge time and a half  for Saturday and charged me that also for the time for him to drive over here!! I told him he was DRIVING NOT PLUMBING. It's like a Dr. charging you Dr. money  for his time to drive to the hospital.  Complete ripoffs..STAY AWAY..

Issue...after issue...after issue...poor follow-up and taking no ownership in addressing their less than professional work. Robert and his company did the plumbing for my new home. When we moved in, we found one issue after another...5 leaks in total. We ended up having to get another plumber to repair 4 of the issues...2 of which required cutting into our recently finished walls to repair them. Only after threatening to go to the BBB did he come out. He fixed one issue, a poorly seated bathtub drain that took him 15 minutes to repair. A while later we found another leak from an upstairs bath that guests used, leaking down into our media room. Robert 2 times said that he would come out to address it but never showed up, then went dark on us. He still has not responded and we will be getting another plumber out to fix. In all, there have been 2 bathtub leaks causing damage, 2 in-wall shower leaks and an icemaker drain-line leak. He may be able to fix simple things, but I wish we did not use him to plumb our home.

Here's my review: Competitive quote, but quote was worthless as their word and we were triple charged the original amount (bring the 5 man team, each man charged by the hour, with some just standing around ), he refused to return calls to finish the work.  I had to call another plumber to finish the work (who gets a lot of the clean-up calls from Spicewood Plumbing's messes).

Spicewood Plumbing are honest, hardworking folks. Twice now they showed up when they promised, fixed the problems efficiently and economically, and were courteous and professional to boot! I have found my go to plumbers for any and all future problems.

I called office and explained a minor problem with a sink leaking under into cabinet. Told her she didn't have to rush but to please send someone out whenever possible. 45 mins later they were here and got the problem solved. Turns out it was a problem from the second floor and was draining into the pea trap under sink. Because they took their time they actually saved me $'s in not having to use a drywall co. Extremely fair pricing. Two thumbs up

Prompt and courteous service. Fair prices. The issue was with a (new) defective faucet, which couldn't be fixed without warranty parts, yet they were able to temporarily eliminate the leak so I could continue using the faucet until the new one arrives.  Happy customer.

For a long time, SW Plumbing was the only local plumbers that I knew about. Their work was marginal at best and never as good as it could or should be. One crew leader slept for most of the job and the work done was unacceptable. The sales rep and owner did make a reasonable effort to correct the problems that they created, but design changes  and compromises were required that resulted in an inferior bathroom.  The toilet still doesn't work properly years later. Several of their crew leaders are not very efficient which results in very high costs.  I got billed twice for the completion of a job. When I called about it the owner blew up. He told me that I was wrong and that he wouldn't do any more work for us. He would not discuss the problem and requested that I not call back. I have agreed to his request.  He had not had time to review the billing when he called.
