Impressed by the integrity and professionalism of these folks.

Had a home inspection completed to see if there were any repairs we should get ahead of.  These folks were recommended to us and scheduling was quick and easy.  Victor came out, arrived on time and got cracking on the issues that had been identified.  

Turns out the two expensive repairs that had been recommended just weren't needed and instead everything was sorted out in an hour with some relatively minor adjustments.

Was a pleasure working with Victor and you should call them if you need any plumbing help.

Be more respectful and have regard for your fellow humans please!

This guy is so unprofessional and has major road rage issues. Someone is bound to get hurt if he doesn't change his behavior on the road.

I highly recommend steering clear of this company, no pun intended!

I was trying to DIY some bathtub plumbing. Ended up breaking the PVC p-trap. Victor came out and fixed it up. Respectful to my wife and I. They are our plumbers now. Also, the first time I called them out they quoted a project but in the end didn't recommend doing the work. They were honest and explained how I could do it.

Sent in a request through Yelp for an emergent issue and Fabian responded quickly and had someone at my house right away. He was very upfront and honest, due to the nature of the issue I did end up going with another plumber but wouldn't hesitate to reach out to Fabian again if needed.

Update:

I hired L&P to come back and install a vanity or me. Alex showed up and custom fitted the plumbing to work with a somewhat difficult shelving configuration. He was excellent, as was his work.

Seriously, I can't recommend L&P plumbing enough.

Two stars for showing up, minus three stars for arguing.  They had the wrong address, so I texted the correct one with directions to my home.  The guy that came to the door blamed me for the wrong address and argued about whether I'd texted my address!  

If he'd been more business-like, we might have asked for a bid.  So sorry I can't consider using  neighborhood plumber, I really would like to keep my business local.

This company has the nicest staff and are very reliable. Brennan even changed my light bulbs for me while working in the bathroom. I've used them twice now and would highly recommend them!

Originally found out about L&P from Home Advisor, and called them as they had a good rating, and were close.  They were quick to call back and quick to service the problem with our plumbing.  A month later there was a leak in the same area where they had worked, and I called and they made it a priority to resolve the issue the same day within a couple of hours.  I am very appreciative of their support, and that they stand behind there work.

A couple of months ago I got a quote from Fabien at L&P plumbing for a big job. He was very helpful and informative. My husband and I decided to put the job on hold until the spring. This past week, as you may know, Austin was hit with a major winter storm. We had a burst pipe and no water. Fabien originally told me he could send someone in about 4 days which I understood due to other people having it worse then we did. I was pleasantly surprised to get a call the next morning that he had someone in my neighborhood to send over. Victor came and checked everything out. Fixed the burst pipe, got our water back on and even got our hot water heater working. Fabien and Victor were so kind and helpful during a very stressful situation. I will definitely be using them again.

Highly recommend these guys. They did my house and I am pleased with their work. Great communication and service, easy to work with and they were very friendly. They know what they're doing and do it well.

I needed my grooming tub hooked up to hot and cold water, and the drain. It was a pretty complicated job and the first set of plumbers failed right at the start thankfully, so I got to meet L&P plumbing. I asked my electrician and he suggested Victor. Man, am I relieved!! They did a fascinating job super fast and absolutely spotless. Victor and Alex work in harmony and do the highest quality job. We talked about what I needed and how it could be executed and they gave me an estimate and that was the final price as well. They provide what they promise. I can use my electric lift tub from tomorrow on and my back will be beyond happy about the work Victor and Alex did for me. If you are looking for a smooth and headache-free solution for your needs, call these guys!!! I am happy that now I know who to call when plumbing needs arise. No more nerve-wracking wait to see how it turns out! Give them a call and see for yourself! :)

We will only use L&P Plumbing from now on and will continue to recommend them to others. They have always been very prompt, professional, reliable, respectful, and friendly. More affordable than other companies. They answer any question(s) we have and always give us several options from which to choose in order to fix the problem(s). Also, I've never needed to clean up behind them as I have w/ other plumbers.

I wish I could give less than 1 star. We contacted Fabian through Home Advisor to fix a leak in a bathroom. This company was in a hurry to do the job without wanting to take care of the problem. So disappointed by their work or the lack of it. They just wanted to cover up the problem without resolving the issue. When I asked to speak to the owner, Fabian called me saying his name was Jeff. Is this a joke. Scary, do not trust.

Driver showed unprofessional actions in company truck on Sunday morning in a very busy McDonald's parking lot!!!! How many jobs will results by his stupidity for the company?

Victor and Fabian were extremely professional, reliable, affordable, and thorough when I needed a water heater replaced. I highly recommend L&P Plumbing. No regrets. Next time I need plumbing work, I will call them first. No question about it.

Fabian and his team at L&P were excellent to work with, and I'll highly recommend them to anyone. We needed a new hot water heater; my partner called and spoke with Fabian who gave a quote over the phone. Later that same day he came out to look at what work would need to be done, and confirmed that same quote. His price was half of what other companies had quoted us. Fabian and his team came out a couple of days later and completed the job in just a couple of hours. They were all very courteous and explained everything they were doing, and gave us advice on maintenance for the heater in the future. Next time we need plumbing work we'll definitely be calling Fabian again!

Victor and Fabian are awesome! Came out at no charge to help us assess water pressure issues, shower slow drains, hose bib installation, and estimating future project for greenhouse. They did a great job fixing things up at a reasonable / very competitive price. They are also highly knowledgeable, competent, and most importantly friendly/trustworthy! It's always tough to find professionals you can trust these days so it's a relief to have found them. It's clear that they put the customer #1!  10/10 would use again!

My tenants just moved out and I found the toilet on the second floor master bedroom leaked when I flushed it from the tank. It's a very large and noticeable leak. This was on June 2, 2020. I called this company on March 28 because my tenant said there was a leak. They came over and instead of going upstairs to check where the leak came from, they cut a large hole in the ceiling to see wear the leak was. It turns out they could not find a leak. My tenants told them it must have been from the cleaning lady when she mopped the floor. I was informed of this by my tenant. My tenant told me that they (my tenants) caulked around the tub. I was charged $325.00 for a no leak. I don't have a problem with that. What I do have a problem with is I looked in the toilet and the water looked like it was in there for close to two months. It looked to me like the toilet hadn't been used at all since the plumbers came. I called him this morning and explained to him what I  had found.  I informed him that the water was very rancid in the toilet and it looked to be in there for approximately two months. I told him I flushed the toilet and that's when all the water leaked out from the tank onto the floor. I asked him if they checked to see if the toilet leaked before they were digging around downstairs to find a leak. My tenants were thinking it was the bathtub at that time. I believe they focused on the bathtub. My tenants and I had somewhat of a strained relationship the last couple months of their occupancy so I'm not blaming the plumber totally. I believe my tenant gave me false information and also gave the plumbers false information. But I believe where they made a mistake is they did not flush the toilet to see if there was a leak. That's my problem. It wasn't from the mop bucket of the cleaning lady. They didn't check the toilet. He would not come out and fix it at no charge. I told him I would use them again if he would come out, but he declined. I have several rental properties and could've used a good plumber, but he's not the one I'll use again.

It's really too bad that someone's comments on driving would make L and P's Yelp rating be dragged to the middle because they really are good. We are having the kitchen remodeled and needed some plumbing work. I had 3 bids for a job, these guys were extremely reasonable, communicative, professional, enthusiastic to do the work, and they fit me in on my contractor's timeline. We found additional completely unrelated problems when my contractor ripped out the wall and they took care of it and stuck to their original quote. I really appreciated their integrity, honesty, and care.

I have never used your company, but I can tell you your service technician coming into liberty hill yesterday 4/29/19 @ 11:45am driving a blue Chevrolet pick up truck with L&P signage on it(verified phone number), was driving like a bat out of hell, tailgating, swerving in and out of traffic and almost rear ended me! Integrity matters in all aspects even when driving in between calls, especially when driving a company vehicle. Also, I went to your website to leave this review but the leave a review spot is fake, I tried but there was no post/submit button.
