Best Plumbing Services in United States
Blue, was great. He explained everything, answered questions and even said which issues were easy homeowner fixes. He estimated the job and when he discovered it wasn't the worse-case scenario, changed the estimate downward. It is refreshing to find honest tradespeople.

ON point pool service by Gabriel Rodriguez was simply great

Brad is AWESOME! He is incredibly reliable, polite, and clean. He is cheaper than most plumbers I have found in Austin and much more professional in terms of his communication and demeanor. At $115/hour he is a bargain and seems to really know what he is doing. He has worked on our kitchen sink, our toilets, and installed a new hot water heater. I recommend him most highly.

These are the best plumbers in town without a doubt. Fair, honest, and capable. I never get up sold.

Don't bother looking for any other plumber. Blue Dragon Plumbing is awesome! Gilbert replaced two toilets, hauled away the old ones, and because I'm paranoid, replaced all the old supply lines and shut-off valves in my house. I was thinking it would take all day... nope! He finished in under four hours and was courteous and professional. As he noticed things, he pointed out helpful tips and explained what he was going to do so I could know what he was working on. I'm sure other plumbers would have taken their time and charged for a couple of extra hours. Gilbert is fast, his prices are very good given his level of expertise, and the quality of his work is top-notch!

Water heater (thermocouple) went out so called rooter-man to come fix it. Was happy to hear they could come later in the day (I called when they first opened). Person that came out did the same thing I had already done- tried to light the pilot light, and it shocker, would not light. He then called his master plumber who said we have too old of a water heater and it would need to be fully replaced at $1800. I told them I would get a second opinion as we have had zero issues with our heater until that point.
Called another plumber and our water heater is UNDER WARRANTY and we got it fixed (the thermocouple like I had said) for free. FOR FREE.
I will be reporting this company to BBB. They charged me $79 to tell me that my in warranty water heater was too old and needed to be fully replaced.
Update:
David the master plumber reached out and explained that the technician that came out was new and did not troubleshoot correctly. He also offered to make it right by refunding the charge. I appreciate taking ownership of the mistake and using this as a learning moment for the new technician.

My main water line valve broke during the infamous Austin winter freeze and I didn't even realize it. My water pressure was low, my sprinklers weren't working, and my grass was dying. It sucked. At first, I thought it was an issue with the sprinkler. Nope. Next I thought it was my sprinkler water lines....nope. At that point I gave up and called up some plumbers to get an estimate. Most of the plumbers quoted in the 700+ range for a replacement....and other fees in some instances. In rare instances, the plumbers never called back. Welcome to Austin.
Thankfully, I was able to connect with Capital City Plumbing and they quoted in the expected range (~500ish). I replaced my valve with PEI to prevent another burst if another freeze were to come to Austin. The work was complete on time, exactly as quoted, and I was happy. No more water pressure issues. Thank you!

Having a water leak and having to shut your water off for ANY period of time is just the worst. We called EZ Flow an hour before they opened and decided not to leave a message, but they had caller id and called back within minutes! They fixed our water leak within a few hours of our call and did it for an amazing price! Please please consider using them for ANY plumbing issues, they just made it so easy!

This is really a four and a half star review. We have used A & T plumbing about 3 years ago to fix a water pipe leak UNDER ourdriveway and they did a great job (5 stars).
We had another water leak (in a different part of the driveway and not related to the repair 3 yrs ago). We called them out and I had to deduct something because the first plumber they sent was really bad and in WAY over his head. He actually made things worse. It turns out he had recently started with the company and had moved to Texas and over sold his credentials to the company. It happens, I get it. Sometimes, people aren't what they say they are.
Bad stuff happens all the time, but it's how you address the problems and fix it that is more important.
Don, the supervisor, took over and got it fixed. Despite the rest of the plumbers on jobs and booked out over 1 week, he was able to get a team of people to come over and ultimately fix the issue. Don himself was out here late on a weekend evening when an emergency issue happened (from the first guy) and he took care of it. So, the way Don and A&T plumbing took ownership of the initial mistake and fixed the issue was really commendable.
Hopefully, we will not need them in the future, but if we do, we will be using A&T for our plumbing needs.

David was quick, friendly, and professional. Our tub drain was clogged and he saved us with his plumbing magic. If I ever have another plumbing issue, I will definitely give David a call. Or a message. He was the most responsive and clear communicator via the Yelp app out of all of the plumbers I messaged. Thank you David!

Abel to Plumb is an honest, reliable company which represents the best of what the profession has to offer. Very kind, on time, extremely fair prices that were far below what I expected to pay, and just an overall great experience.
Thanks so much Abel for coming out darn near immediately and fixing our clogged sink problem! You're a life saver and we'll definitely be seeing you again in the future.

We first met Jaime about 8 years ago when he was hired by our contractor to do the plumbing for a new addition on our central Austin home. He did all the work for a new master bath, added a tankless water heater and removed old cast iron plumbing from our 1940s home. Two years later he came back to reroute the plumbing in our guest bath. He did great work with both jobs and we never had any issues while we lived there.
In 2019, I referred him to a friend who was experiencing a plumbing emergency at his rental. My friend was super impressed with Jaime's responsiveness and work and was incredibly thankful to have found an honest, trustworthy plumber to help out during an incredibly stressful time.
And in February 2021, we had a pipe break in our new home after the major freeze. We were panicked that we wouldn't be able to get it fixed timely since it seemed like everyone else in Austin was dealing with the same issue, but Jaime came to the rescue the next day and fixed the busted pipe.
In the 8 years we have called on Jaime, every single experience was top notch. I don't know what I appreciate the most about him: his professionalism, the prompt communication, the excellent work or how wonderfully nice and pleasant he is. The fact that we have been able to call on him to work on every single home we have owned in Austin really speaks volumes about the quality of his business and his work. Thank you, Jaime, for always being there for us when we need you. You are the best!!!

I had to call Jim one evening at a little before 7 pm because a pipe had broken and it was going to get below freezing that night AND we needed water. Jim came right away was very professional and obviously well versed in his knowledge. He did an emergency repair in order for us to get the water turned back on.
He came back a few days later to complete the repair, he applied the money I paid for the emergency call to the final repair (which was great). Again, Jim was incredibly professional and very personable. I will call him again and I highly recommend him to any one who needs a plumber.

It was 6 months ago now - but they came quickly and even offered a slot the evening before my appt. My issue was a bit complex so the owner came by after the 1st teammate looked at. Id call them again anytime. They offered many options - honestly and w kindness.

Working through our home warranty company they first came and the toilet clog was not fixed. They kept promising dates for 2 weeks and refused to come unclog the toilet. Very rude and unprofessional, BEWARE! Never came back.
