My upstairs rr had a shower clogging issue. Flooding the floors Noel came out the very same day took care of the issue quickly and efficiently. Definitely recommend for any plumbing issues. Thanks again!

What can I say, I was totally satisfied with EZ Flow/Emilio from the start over the phone personality alone. He was able to reach me from within an hour of calling him for service -- I needed a new hot water flex pipe to replace an old, cracked-at-the-ridges flex pipe that connects to a week old water heater. He came with a great friendly attitude and was even very talkative and informative. answering my questions = a plus! He did the work, had no issues. It took maybe an hour to complete and he was thankful for us choosing his service. The replacement cost just over $200. Overall, I was completely satisfied with his services and I highly recommend EZ Flow! He has a good personality, just very kind and jovial and WANTS to help which are all very important qualities to me as a customer. I learned a lot and appreciated all my questions being answered -- because I'm the curious type who likes to know how things work. 5 stars, easy! Thanks again, Emilio/EZ Flow Plumbing! First issue: Spammy text notifications confirming my appointment (6 messages).

Second issue: 2 hours after my appointment was scheduled for (and confirmed 6 times per their spammy app), I get a text saying they would be here in 50 minutes.

Yeah, I'll take my business elsewhere.

Dave was on time, professional, completed the job promptly and most importantly, under budget.

Replied to my phone call right away, and was able to come get the job done soon after. Great service and even gave us a discount for paying in cash :)

If you're reading this, you're likely about to request quotes from several companies. Stop. I can save you time and money.

We had noticed a garbage disposal leaking for a long time, and it finally had gotten to the point where we needed it replaced. We got a new one and needed it installed by an expert.

Braulio quickly gave me a quote over the Request a Quote tool on Yelp. (btw, that's super easy for this job, Yelp, how did I never use that before?) And much like others have said -- he actually gave a price to do the job, and not just a we can charge you to see it, and then charge you to fix it. His pricing was very fair, and he was able to fit us in that same day.

I heard back from the other companies several hours later and not a simple one compared in that department, so glad I made an early decision to go with Braulio.

More importantly -- the work onsite was great and painless. He knew exactly what he was doing, and it showed.

He went above and beyond just hooking stuff up. He also noticed where the previous garbage disposal and the tubes around it had been incorrectly installed in the first place, and made sure to re-check and tighten up all pieces. And then talk to me about it to make sure that we were satisfied (which we were).

Exactly what you want - do a good job, charge me a fair price.

The next time we need a plumber, he'll be at the top of our list. Assuming he is available, I expect he'll be in higher demand soon!

I woke up to both of my bathrooms flooded and Santana plumbing company squeezed me in and within an hour found and fixed the problem. Prices arent bad, he finished in a timely manner,  and he even gave me info to help in the future. I'm so glad that I called them and they're local. They were great.

Really enjoyed working with Jim. His honesty and straightforward nature of getting work done is hard to ignore. He knocked everything out quick and was incredibly responsive via text and phone.

Had an issue with the pressure relief valve and they came out same day and gave me a fair estimate to fix it.  They followed through on the appointment date and the service was great.  Their plumber tech is a veteran and a solid and knowledgeable guy.  I had a follow up issue and they responded same day again and gave me options.  Great service and the prices were fair.  Thank you.

This company was doing work on my neighbor's property. They came on my property, left Bobcat tracks, ruts, and tore up my sodded yard. After assuring both my husband and me on several occasions that they would repair the damage, they did not. They've broken appointments and have done nothing.

Working through our home warranty company they first came and the toilet clog was not fixed. They kept promising dates for 2 weeks and refused to come unclog the toilet. Very rude and unprofessional, BEWARE! Never came back.
