Bertin and his crew came out to my house and installed an outdoor shower, outside hose connection, and helped repair an inside shower head that wasn't working properly.
I had also asked him to hook up my BBQ grill to natural gas and he explained that, even though HomeDepot had told me it could be hooked up and sold me the adapter kit to do so, that the gas grill really couldn't be converted from propane to natural gas. I called the manufacturer and they confirmed that Home Depot had given me bad info.

I called Osborn plumbing to rework all the plumbing in a house that we are do a complete remodel job. Every person that has worked at the house is very professional and does very good work.  The price quoted was reasonable, the company adheres to code, even if it is not a requirement.  They do not cut corners which is very important. They will work hard and fast and they are very busy as a company but they show up timely to work.  Additionally, Roger who met with me to do the quote referred me to K&M Contracting to be the General contractor on the job and that company is just is outstanding as Osborn Plumbing. I am so very thankful to have met both of these companies as we are thrilled with the quality of work, the price, the quick timeline and they are a pleasure to work with on the remodel!!

My old plumber retired last few years ago and I had become frustrated with the big plumbing companies as well as a few small ones.
After getting ridiculous quotes from several plumbers for a simple job that also involved a gas line, a friend recommended Ruben.
He was on time, courteous, and completed the job in a very professional manner.
I learned that Ruben is a master plumber, been plumbing for 21 years and recently went out on his own with his apprentice Chris.  Seriously, the American dream of owning your own small business.

Needless to say, after trying a bunch of others, I have a new dependable plumber.

We hired Avery Handyman Project to take care of a punch list of things needed done in order to get our home ready to sell. Everything was done on time and in-line with the estimate! It was so nice to just hand him the list and have it taken care of! I would definitely hire again.

Kinda  an emergency, needed yard mowed quick.   Martinez Services call texted back in minutes on memorial day weekend.  He got over in a couple of hours on a saturday.  Due to appointment running late had to leave him money out.  He is very honest, did work.  Great job, stayed in contact, sent pictures.  Great guy, great lawn guy.  Top notch.  Hard worker.

I will never use another plumber!  Wayne is the best, and his wife that does all the behind the scenes!  I am the girl that calls 10 people to get prices before I commit, and I don't believe I will ever have to do that again in the plumbing department.  These guys gave us a great deal on a MAJOR remodel job, and were professional, courteous and very punctual!

Yes, we had a leak in our ceiling that came down the wall I called this company He was on time he explained to us exactly what was wrong, and how it need to be fixed and how the rest needed to be replaced. His prices were very reasonable. I would recommend them to anyone they are excellent. If I had any problems, I will call them back.

In mid-March I came home to a water leak near the water meter for my home.  My neighbor happened to be outside and he advised he had the exact same leak a few years ago, and he advised he paid a plumber about $400 to repair it.  Apparently we both had the same sprinkler company who used the same terrible fittings to tap off of the main line to the house.  The leak appeared to be in the exact location of the access point for the sprinkler system.  I tried calling his plumber, but they couldn't fit me in for another week, so I started searching for a highly rated plumber in the area.

I finally connected with Daniel's Plumbing who had good ratings and could come out to the house the next day.  

The representative for Daniels showed up promptly the next day and I told him what the issue likely was, and the exact spot the leak.  Daniel's tech advised my initial charge would be $296 to dig the whole and diagnose the issue.  I asked why so much since I knew what the issue likely was, and was advised this was a standard fee and any repairs would have an estimate before moving forward.  I decided I needed the issue fixed and agreed to the steep initial estimate.

After digging, I was advised the issue was in fact what I had thought, and the fix would be easy.  A new T-fitting, along with a 90 degree fitting and a short length of PEX was all that was needed to resolve my issue.  At this point I was thinking Oh.. an easy fix is great.  Considering the amount of work and materials to fix the issue, the final cost should not increase much more

Daniel's tech came back to me with the final cost, it was another $315 ($611 total) for the repair.  I advised this cost was outrageous, the parts alone much cost maybe $20.  I told him I wasn't trying to minimize his skills, but this cost could not be correct.  I was advised he had already discounted the repair and this was the price I had to pay for a repair.  

At this point, Daniels Plumbing had me over a barrel, so to speak.  I had already spent $296 to dig a 2' by 2' by 3 foot deep hole, I was stuck.  I reluctantly agreed to pay.

After the work was done and my water on again, Daniels Plumbing reached out via email asking for me to give an online review, or to reach out to them if I wasn't happy.  I promptly replied I was not happy.

At this point, I was contacted by Ashley who listened to my concerns.  I advised I was happy with the repair, but the costs seemed very high for an easy repair and just a few parts.  Especially since I had already diagnosed the issue.  Ashley was very friendly and understanding.  She advised she would get with the owner (Daniel?) and get back to me.

A few days later I was contacted again by Ashley who stated she could get me a 10% refund.  Not what I expected, but I figured at least they tried to work with me.  She stated she would send me a form to sign and the refund would be processed.  

Flash forward a month or two as I forgot to follow up, and reached out to Ashley again.  She stated she was waiting for my acceptance of a form and the refund would be processed.  I again agreed and Ashley sent the form over.  This is where my troubles with Daniels' gets interesting.  

The form states that in exchange for my $61.10 refund I agreed the issue was fully resolved to my satisfaction, and I would not initiate further action on the matter.  Further, I would agree that I would not, nor could anyone on my behalf post any negative comments about Daniels Plumbing on any social media outlet.  If I had previously posted negative feedback, I agree to delete those posts.

If you are reading this review, you can take the above as you will.  I view it as Daniel's Plumbing was attempting to buy my silence.  I advised Ashley that coercing either positive feedback, or silence by way of a 10% refund amounted to bribery.  If they wanted my silence, they could buy it for a full 100% refund.  I fully expected I would never receive a 100% refund, I made the statement to try to make a point.  Daniels Plumbing of course declined.

Ashley did state Daniel's Plumbing had 4 core values, one of them being integrity.  She further stated This is a standard form we have been requesting any customer we provide a refund to. The form is used as an agreeance that we have resolved the issue.  This is interesting if they occasionally have to bribe unhappy clients with partial discounts, it makes me wonder how many of their positive reviews were bought.

Their service is excellent.  The repair was great.  In my opinion their rates for repair are akin to highway robbery, taking advantage after you agree to their dig fee.

Fox was very thorough and sent a wonderful tech to our condo;
he was very helpful as we'd been using the wrong filters and also
informed us about new products and different options for air cleaners, etc.

Awesome customer service at Neighborhood Plumbing. We've been using them since 2016 and have had nothing but wonderful experiences. (Shout out to Alan, who is the tech we typically see.)

This week was hell for Texans, with many needing emergency plumbing. Neighborhood got us on the list to come out within 48 hours. We ended up being able to fix the pipe ourselves and no longer needed the appointment, but Neighborhood was generous enough to allow our neighbors to take the appointment who were worse off than us. Alan fixed their issue yesterday afternoon and, after a week without water, they were finally able to shower!

Highly recommend!

I highly recommend Chris Meadows of Meadows Plumbing.  Another plumber had told us we needed to replace a valve in the shower.  To do so would have been $$$$.  Chris suggested and was able to replace one small part for much much less and it works great.  He even tightened up a kitchen faucet for free that another plumber didn't know how to fix.

Jared was amazing.  Last year they came out on short notice and replaced my water heater fast.  Then a couple of weeks ago I had an issue with my outdoor faucet.  Radiant wanted to cut a hole in the wall of the house and charge me $1200.  Not only was he able to fix it for $400 but he did not have to cut a hole in my wall and he worked on my other outside faucet to make sure I did not have the same thing happen to it in the future.  I will not go to anyone else.  Honest and 1/3 of the price of others in Round Rock/Austin.  Always call them after a quote from others.  You will not regret it.

Went thru Angi and got a quote.  Called Crow's directly to verify details and they said we cannot honor that price.  It will be more since we are certified plumbers.  Not what I was expecting since they are under Angi so bait and switch?  Beware!

Excellent customer service from the start. We had a whole house plumbing issue. They came out within an hour of calling them. Zen and Jacob found the problem Immediately. These guys were hard working and did great job.
They communicated with us and cleaned up after themselves. I highly recommend Zoom plumbing!

If you need a plumber anywhere around Liberty Hill, call Ray!  After calling 5 other plumbers on a Tuesday morning, I found Ray!  He answered his phone immediately, which was a huge plus! We had a cracked septic line that needed immediate repair. We didn't know if it ran under the house and jack hammering our slab would be involved or not, but we needed the work done immediately as we were having a patio poured on Saturday.  I took pictures of the damage and he actually quoted me a price over the phone.  Just to be sure, I asked him to come out and look at it as well, which he did that evening, at the time he said he would.  He repaired the line on Thursday morning for us and stayed true to his quote.  He kept his appointment times to the tee, the work was professional, and the quote was very fair.  He will be our plumber forever!

They installed my water softener. It was good value and I'm happy with the job they did

We had a serious leak at our house. We called Justin and he was there within a couple hours. He and his colleague were very prompt, thorough and courteous. They explained what they were doing and we felt that they were really reasonable in price for the service we received. He found a service to locate the leak in a more efficient way and returned the next day (which was a Saturday for no extra charge) to fix the leak after it had been located to avoid digging up our entire yard. We highly recommend them and will use them again, hopefully not soon;)
