Excellent fast service.  Bertin & Cade were able to unclog a complete sewer blockage from our house out to the septic tank. Reasonably priced and were there within a couple hours of my call, to get us back up & running. Very grateful for their quick & thorough response.

I just used Christian to install a new kitchen faucet after having new counter-tops and sink installed, and he did a great job at a reasonable price.  He had to adjust the piping because the new sink was a different size, and he stayed until he got it just right.  I will definitely use him again.  I trust him.

Reached a live person at 6am and the guys were here before 9 to clear my drain.  Very polite, great service.  First time customer but will be back!

I used this company to connect my workshop to my new septic system. I won't go into what all they did but it was a lot. Ruben came out quickly and gave me a price. I thought the price was a little high but everything today is getting very high. After I gave them the go ahead they literally came with a small army. 7 guys! They got everything done in one day. I was impressed with the knowledge and the care they took to complete my job. I will use them again and I was happy with the job.

Called this man, Lewis, says he doesn't cater to certain parts of Austin. Almost laughable. State that on your profile dude. Waste of time and no trust when it comes to guys like a Lewis ego after you agree on price, time and day they cone up with I don't go to that area like hello it's Austin not Lockhart man. Get a life. Dude is a jerk.

Kinda  an emergency, needed yard mowed quick.   Martinez Services call texted back in minutes on memorial day weekend.  He got over in a couple of hours on a saturday.  Due to appointment running late had to leave him money out.  He is very honest, did work.  Great job, stayed in contact, sent pictures.  Great guy, great lawn guy.  Top notch.  Hard worker.

Waynes Plumbing is fast, affordable and quick. Wayne came in, gave us an estimate that was lower than the other guys, completed the work in under 45 minutes. They were clean, polite, friendly and they cleaned up after themselves. What more can you ask for?

Integrity is in the name and that's not just a word.  It's a fact. I live in an older condominium on bottom floor.  My neighbor had a faucet leak in his unit that brought water into my condo and created a lot of damage.  My wall and kitchen cabinets had to be torn out and I am living in an extended stay place.  Once the wall was opened up to begin the water and mold remediation, it exposed the neighbor's drain line; an old cast iron drain pipe that was also leaking.  Not what brought large amounts of water into my unit but a problem nonetheless.  Don, from WD Integrity made himself available on the fly, limiting the delays that could have potentially been lengthy. He replaced a section of the drain line that appeared to be the issue but unfortunately there was still a section higher up that also needed replaced.  Again, he made himself available on top of his busy schedule to accommodate my neighbor's schedule.  His rates are very reasonable.  His expertise if dynamite.  He is my GO TO plumber and I can't say enough to express the gratitude I have in him and his company.  I say it again, INTEGRITY is not just in the name, it's in his character.

I'm glad that other people have had good luck with Daniel's Plumbing. Mine was not.

Called them in June of 2018 with a broken water line in the front yard. They came out, gave an estimate that seemed a little high, but was within reason, did the repair (we had them back out later for a clogged drain) and all was good until September of 2019.

Same water leak in same part of the yard. Called them to find out what could be done and was told that they would send someone out to take a look, but their warranty was only good for one year. Once worker was at the house I was told that the repair would cost $100 more than last year and they could only offer 10% discount IF the break was on their prior work. They wouldn't even dig to determine if it was on their work until I agreed to their price. Worker called his supervisor and was given same answer.

What good are great reviews (we were originally referred by a friend and felt better after reading online reviews) if you don't stand behind your work, would rather quote policy, and not even offer a reasonable solution to my concerns?

Called one of their competitors, who was out in less time, and they offered to do the work for almost half of what Daniel's discount price would have been. To top it off, the repair that was needed was on the work that Daniel's had done last year.

Daniel's has lost a customer, and I will make sure to let friend that referred me to them (real estate agent in N Austin) about our experience.

Hard to say how the service is, no show, no call, no email on scheduled day of service.

I lost power to one of my condos (fortunately the tenant recently moved out). In a scramble I called Fox because I have seen their trucks. The woman on the phone lacked general intelligence or was very distracted because I had to keep repeating my situation, where the box was, that I was a condo not a home etc. Seems like she also didn't know how to schedule either, or at least someone didn't want to service my job.

Maybe one day they will call back and apologize, but by then I hope to get the power restored by a more reliable company.

I had their plumber come out last time to connect the refrigerator with the ice-maker that was inside the cabinet. I told him to completely replace the old ice-maker valve with it's frame and purchased new valve. He gave me an estimate of approximately $500.00 and I thought it was very expensive but I agreed as long as the work will be done properly. He rescheduled to get the materials for the job. He came out the following week and all he did was connect the refrigerator with the same old valve. I have no idea why they had to cut off the water source from the house. All they had to do is move the refrigerator for a distance not more than 12 ft, which is not bad because it's easy to push it. I pushed it myself out of the cabinet after they left to clean behind it. Yet, they emptied my groceries from inside the fridge in a dirty box that I had left in the room! Before they left, I thought he replaced the valve inside the cabinet because the box of the new valve from HomeDepot was open.
I paid around $500 to him thinking he did what I asked, and I got busy cleaning the grocery before I place them back in the fridge. I was about to throw away the box of the new valve and noticed that the new valve is still inside it and checked the cabinet to see that the old dirty valve wasn't replaced. I felt cheated for paying $500 and called them immediately, he called me back and said he can't replace the valve because he has to tear down the wall and the cabinet all around it! I wasn't convinced and insisted that I need this old valve to be replaced per our agreement. He claimed that the old valve seems like new and was never used when I know for a fact that it was used for over 10 years. In any case, he said he will come back next day to try and see if he can replace it. He came the next morning to repeat what he told me over the phone and that the old one is a better quality than the one I purchased. I asked him if the $500 is just to connect the refrigerator with the ice maker through a hose!!!! It's a job that shouldn't take over an hour!! I could've done that myself, it's not that hard to find a hose with the right fitting!!! I felt he underestimated me by claiming he had to get the right supplies and do the work. To me this is a joke, yes I'm a woman but that doesn't mean I'm clueless when it comes to plumbing work.
So in conclusion, I paid approx. $500 for connecting the refrigerator with the ice-maker through a hose. A lawyer or a doctor don't even charge this much money per hour! My cousin with some plumbing experience came for a visit two weeks ago and was able to replace the valve with it's frame without tearing the wall and the cabinet. I later called Neighborhood plumbing to get a refund 5 days ago and I'm still waiting. I'm willing to give them back whatever they supplied me, including the hose that is too long inside my cabinet and I replaced it anyway with shorter hose.

We've had Meadows Plumbing folks on the case here on several occasions, and they've always come through. Chris Meadows made a mistake on his first job here and ended up charging us nothing - which speaks to their reputation for honesty and fair business practices. We've had them over for a couple additional jobs, and they've always been both competent and fair. I would recommend them to anyone.

And oh yes, If you live anywhere near Liberty Hill, they're a LOCAL business.

Very impressed with this company.  I had a stopped up toilet that no amount of plunging or snaking seemed to fix.  I called them out to help, he tries a flush to see what's happening, and it's suddenly working perfectly.  He did continue to check out the toilet to make sure everything was working fully and noticed that the flapper was dropping too soon and suggested a fix.  I fully expected to have to pay for the service call, but he didn't charge me a dime.  They definitely earned my business next time I have a real issue.

The owner/his rep.  was supposed to meet me at 2:15 PM on 3/21/13 at a rental property to give estimate.  I waited for him from 2 PM to 2:40 PM, after driving for about 45 minutes from NW Hills.   I called.  He said he was supposed to call me back.  I hang up and decided never to deal with him again.  If your time and professional attitude is important to you, pass him by.

We had a MONSTER clog in our kitchen sink, and I tried four different plumbers to clear it. Only the fourth plumber got it cleared out by using their hydro-jet. We have old cast iron pipes, and they were very cautious using the jetter. It took them several hours, but they were able to clear out tons of old grease that had accumulated over decades. Their price for this service was reasonable, and they were able to come out the same day I called them! Amazing! I wish I had started with them from the beginning.

Definitely did not live up to their ratings. Replaced a hot water recirculating unit. Never checked to see if it was recirculating hot water. It didn't work. Called the manufacture and was told the water heater just needed flushing out the tank. Save your money, call another plumber who knows their craft.

They responded quickly and did a good job. We ended up having an issue that I originally blamed them for. They came out and fixed it, I am sure now it wasn't their fault, they still didn't charge me for the subsequent repair. Very professional. Good communication.

Justin is great!  We called during the night leaving a message and there was a text the next morning.  By that afternoon they were working to fix the leak.  They ran late but stayed until the job was done.  It was a reasonable price actually cheaper than my husband thought it would be.  The guys were great and very friendly.  I would definitely recommend them to all my family and friends.

My water heater decided it was going to start leaking one day and I didn't realize until it had flooded my bathroom completely(the water heater is right next to my bathroom). I called STAT and Chris came out same day to replace the heater and even gave us agreat recommendation for a contractor that could re-tile my bathroom. Easiest resolution to a plumbing problem that could have been an absolute pain. Thank you Chris!
