Best Plumbing Services in United States
These guys are the nicest, most professional plumbers I've ever worked with. Professional on the phone, punctual. Love their communication. This would be a five star rating except for the price. I paid $300 for them to clear 2 slow draining sinks of hair clogs. They arrived at my home at 10:00 and were gone just before 10:40. The actual work took less than 10 minutes.
In their defense, they showed me the price and I agreed to it, but that was before we knew how easy this job would end up being. I assumed it was a much bigger problem. Based on their stellar reviews I would have expected them to discount the work more after we learned how easy the repair was to complete.
I appreciate and respect that this is a small business and they need everything they can get to succeed, but I do feel that I was overcharged for the amount of work that was performed. I am not sure if I will use them in the future or not, but that's solely based on price. I would rate them 5 for service and 2 for price. I gave them a 4 star in the end because 3 felt too harsh.

I only had a small problem and he was able o help me over the phone by instructing me how I can fix it myself. Other companies wanted to come by for quite some money but Doug is the greatest. He does a good job, is funny at times, and he gives people a chance to fix it themselves before coming over and charging money. I would recommend that you call him first before you get some of these other companies.

Me. Plumber did an outstanding job today for an extremely reasonable price. I am very satisfied with the quality of their work and the care they took with my house. Very highly recommend these guys. Formerly Steve's Plumbing! Rosendo and his helper are awesome for sure.

We live in SW Austin and needed our old gas water heater replaced that was over 20 years old!
We went through six plumbing companies for bids and two of them wanted to skip city regulations to save us money but this option is a huge mistake short and long term after doing my research.
Home Fires, Co2 poisoning and busted water pipes have caused lost of life and properties over the years. The City of Austin has added these home regulations over the years for the purpose of saving lives and properties.
We contacted One Call Plumbing and they came to give us a bid. Mr Tony Martinez did not take short cuts to safety and made a signed bid of over a thousand of dollars less than the highest bidder. The others were slightly over priced but were eliminated because of attitude and not too specific on their bids.
One Call Plumbing owner Tony and his son Jonathan were courteous, professional and knowledgeable in their craft. The quality of work and safety precautions were exemplary and their water heater removal and safety installation price were Fantastico! Tony is an Austin Living Plumber Legend.

Jason my salesman was very knowledgeable and polite. He gave me all the information I needed about there systems. I appreciate the fact that he never tried to pressure me into buying the day he came to my house. I hate when sales people are pushy. A couple of days after he came by I had another company give me a quote which was 3x's more the the quote from Alamo. I contacted Jason soon after and scheduled my installation.
A week later Eddie came to install the system. He was very professional and did a great job with the installation. His work was very clean and neat. He left no mess in my garage and the installation was complete in two hours.
Alamo water softeners was recommended to me by my neighbor and I can honestly recommend them for your water softener. They are very professional and I can already feel the difference in my water.

Thursday: My A/C went out, with just a couple months left before cooler weather sets in. I came home to find my dog panting, with an exasperated look on his face.
Friday: These guys (and gals) were able to be on my property within three hours of me placing a call for help. Nobody wants to hear that their compressor has gone tits-up, but it helps to have someone who checks, double checks, and triple checks the lesser evils, before delivering the news. (It also helps that the death was a slow death, and I had a chance to check various providers' opinions over the course of the last few years).
Saturday: A new system (inside and outside) showed up with two guys who obviously knew what they were doing, and cleaned up their mess when they were done. Not even one wrapper or screw was left behind. The guy doing the outside work didn't miss a beat, in spite of a thunderstorm coming through (the first rain in over a month). By 7 p.m. the house was back to 78 degrees, and the dog was breathing normally again.
Wednesday: (My first free day since the install) A tech paid me a visit after I made a call to say the inside air handler was awfully noisy. The noisy was normalized within 10 minutes of him driving into my driveway. There was no charge for the follow-up, which was completed with a sincere smile, handshake, and, Thank you for your business. My expectations were met, if not exceeded.
At every step, these fine people were informative, respectful, honest, prompt, efficient, and professional. I would be surprised to hear from other customers that they were anything different. Compared to the four or five other HVAC companies with whom I've interacted, Texas A/C Specialist wins my future business, hands down, without a second thought. On top of that, if I can persuade someone to call on their services, then I will.
If any of you see this, tell Brian Props.

Mike has been my plumber for years except for a period when I lost his phone number and tried the number posted on Yelp. His business is NOT closed. It was just my good luck that I ran into him one day and got his number again. As great a plumber as he is, he simply does not advertise beyond having a business card. His phone number is 512-626-8036. Do yourself a favor and hang onto that number.

We used CP Plumbing and everything went real well. The technician that came out was professional, nice, identified the problem with both toilets and was in and out in about an hour and half. We will use their services again if we need to.

I called 1st Home & Commercial after a long day of struggling to fix some valves on my own and within a couple hours, Nathan showed up and had all the valves in the bathroom fixed up in no time so I could turn my water back on. He was incredibly polite and cheerful, considering it was 11 pm on a Sunday. The emergency visit fee was not cheap, but I really was not looking forward to being without water for a couple days so it was worth the price.

Great service overall! Punctual, polite, and took care of all of our questions with a smile. Considering we just moved to town, we appreciated the honesty from our service technician Chance who took care of us on the morning of our appointment. Definitely reccomend!

I've had to call Jon at American Eagle twice: once for an emergency leaking kitchen sink valve that wouldn't shut off, and last week for two leaking sinks and a rusted On/Off sprinkler valve. Twenty-one year old house, everything has an expiry date. All three issues required new sections of pipe and new valves. Jon also spotted a couple of other issues and wrote everything up, explained the charges to me, and then I picked the most immediate problems for him to fix.
I wasn't prepared to get a new hot water heater but it's good to know I need to watch it. Jon is quick, responsive, careful, professional, and cleans everything up. I highly recommend American Eagle.

I originally contacted Tony & David to help remodel our upstairs bathroom to maximize it's space (removing two doors, putting in a pocket door, and adding a walk-in shower). They put together a very detailed quote within 24 hours, which included finding our unique shower glass door. At the time, we had a different contractor in the process of upgrading our kitchen. However, his work lacked precision/attention to detail, became very difficult to work with, and stopped showing up to work in general. Tony & David came to our rescue! They added to our bathroom quote the work to help redo the poor work of the other contractor, and made the kitchen we had envisioned. As someone who learned with our first contractor, you get what you pay for. I felt that GIS' prices were fair for the quality of their work, and work ethic. I look forward to working with them in the future.

Seriously! I have found my plumber for the rest of the time I live in Elgin (although I hope to never need him again). So it turns out I did not have a slab leak, instead the builder put the water line UNDER the driveway! It is about 1 1/2 feet in. My roommate dug and dug until he found the leak and cleaned the area all around it. I called Mike and let him know what was going on. He went staright out to my house, fixed the leak and called me to tell me it was $100 even and he would just leave me a bill. He also said if I leave him the paperwork from the city to try to recoup some of my super high bill, he would sign it and leave it on the front door.
After speaking to so many plumbers in the past few weeks it is refreshing to know I have a good, honest plumber I can count on from now on!
