My water heater failed (at the worst possible moment hahaha) and he quickly came to diagnose the problem and in less than 40 minutes from my initial phone call, he already had a new water heater at my house quickly. He came because he takes jobs from select home warranty. Select Warranty did not cover breaks in the water heater (that is ridiculous, whats the point ??).  In an hour he already had my old unit out and was installing the new intake lines in an instant. The whole installation took less than 4 hours. He is very knowledgeable and I feel that I could trust him. He explained to me all the questions that I have about plumbing on the spot. He is personable, friendly and professional and I appreciate that.

He got me out of that bind quickly. The price was a steep for a water heater install (I realized that later, he did the job short notice i suppose it is worth the up charge to a certain extent) but he was prepared, thorough and the work looks solid. He gave me several options and fielded all my questions. His work is guaranteed for 2 years.

I did not do my due diligence because of time constraints. Regardless, he was quick and was straight forward with me and did quality work.

Mike is a plumber you can trust, give him a call he will take care of you as best as he can. I recommend him 100%

Me. Plumber did an outstanding job today for an extremely reasonable price.  I am very satisfied with the quality of their work and the care they took with my house.  Very highly recommend these guys.  Formerly Steve's Plumbing!  Rosendo and his helper are awesome for sure.

Unfortunately my review is not a positive one.  I called Tony this morning after being referred to him by another plumber.  He was supposed to show up between 11 and 1 but did not.  I had to call him to find out why he never showed up.  He said he was so busy he had lost track of time.  He arrived at 2pm with equipment that did not work.  (Electric snake, for which he apparently has to order a part.)  So now, on a Friday afternoon, we have to find someone else.  Guess we'll be making more than One Call.  He did not charge us, which I appreciate, but we will not be calling him again.

So glad I called Alamo Water crew. Trevor came out n was very knowledgeable n helpful and explained how bad the water was. He helped me purchase a new system as well as great financing terms. Then Jerry n his crew came out did a great job installing the unit as well as the under cab drinking system. Great bunch if guys also did an excellent cleanup job and Jerry made some great suggestions. Ms Trudy the office wizard (she's Trevor's very helpful mother), helped setup my install and credit information and got me a great financial plan. I called at 1:45pm on Monday 07/03/17 . Jeff showed up to my home by 4:30pm!!! I was highly impressed with the quickness in which an AC Technician arrived at my house. My AC unit was only 8 years old, so I wasn't worried about needing a new one; I just knew I needed a repair. The woman who I spoke to on the phone to make the appointment and get my initial information and learn what my problem was was extremely friendly and very efficient. I chose this company for two reasons. 1) the amount of great reviews they had and 2) the fact that you didn't need an appointment like so many other HVAC Companies I was also considering on Yelp. Well, let me say I am sure happy I chose this company. When Jeff arrived he checked over many aspects of my HVAC system including going into the attic to look  at the unit up there and he also did an inspection and calibration of the HVAC unit that was in our backyard. He was able to conclude that we had a clogged drainage hose. Much to my misbelief, I couldn't know that he possibly knew that, as our AC drains through my wife's side of our dual vanity in the master bathroom , and it just started to have a VERY SLOW drain the last two days! Jeff stated that he wasn't a plumber so he wasn't authorized to work on the clogged drain, but he explained exactly how to fix it to me so that I wouldn't need to hire a plumber. Once Jeff left, my wife and I emptied her underside of the sink and I got a bucket and unhooked all of the plumbing below per Jeff's teachings. MASSIVE hair clogs came out; which fixed the clogged drain and also fixed the AC problem!!! Our AC is cooling down now, but may take until tomorrow morning to be working back to full functionality.  2 hours after Jeff left I had a question and called back into the company. No less than 5 minutes had passed and Jeff called me back and answered a question I had for him. A++++ service and courtesy from this company. Thank you for all of your help!!! I will definitely be referring this company to friends in need.

Mike has been my plumber for years except for a period when I lost his phone number and tried the number posted on Yelp.  His business is NOT closed.  It was just my good luck that I ran into him one day and got his number again.  As great a plumber as he is, he simply does not advertise beyond having a business card.  His phone number is 512-626-8036.  Do yourself a favor and hang onto that number.

We experienced a water leak Friday afternoon in the home we are currently renting. We notified our landlord and he said that Cedar Park Plumbing would be coming out Saturday between 10 & 12.

My wife and I adjusted our schedules that day to wait...and that's exactly what we did.

11:00 Called and left message to confirm service call.
My call was returned shortly thereafter to say the tech was running late; plan around 1:00. We were next in line.

2:00 No tech; no call. I called back.
Again, shortly thereafter a call back said that they'd call the tech and call me back.

4:00 I called and left yet another message.
20 or so minutes later, the dispatch called back apologizing and that we'd be next on the list.

During this call, the service technician called on the other line (which I didn't recognize the number and I didn't take the call). I finished with dispatch and checked my voice mail 20 minutes later. It was the tech...UGH.

I called him back and he said that he'd already been deployed to another call. I was beyond frustrated.

I cannot tell you how good they are technically because they're business operations are quite simply, a joke. No amount of apologies or calling me attempting to reschedule for Sunday.

I can understand that they may have been busy due to the recent weather we have had. Their lack of timely and realistic expectations and ZERO forward communication has caused me to *NEVER* recommend them in a positive light.

You're are better off trying anyone else.

I called them, and two hours later I had a new gargabe disposal completely installed. You can't beat that.

Guys came out and troubleshot and fixed/replaced what they thought was the problem without tearing into a wall. The leak continued so I cut a hole in the wall. Reached back out to CPP and they came right back out and fixed the leak with no further charges. Thanks gentleman. Appreciate it.

We had a great experience with American eagle plumbing. Like a lot of people in our area, we had some issues when the winter storm came and our water softener system was damaged. We decided to wait on doing anything because of the out of pocket expense. Then cue the unit leaking. I called these kind folks and they got someone out next day to look at our unit. They determined that it was needing replaced (not surprising with the issues we had been experiencing). Hunter was the gentlemen who came out and explained our options, gave us a quote etc. we had to get some drywall fixed first and he was super flexible with the scheduling. Fast forward to today- we just got our new softener installed and I couldn't be happier! Hunter did a great job and explained everything I needed to do in order to upkeep our new system. He was in and out within an hour and overall this has been a great experience. I will use them for any future needs and refer them to everyone I know. Thanks again!!

Their service was exceptional and appropriately priced. Their staff are technically well versed.

They took the time to explain to us what was needed and helped us plan for next stora, while fixing the emergency situation, too.

We will be sure to use these guys again.

For the sake of clarity and to provide additional evidence:

Completed the opening of the attic door through another vendor -- the job was completed with the highest level of consideration/quality. The entire job took 5 hours -- started at 10 am, with a one hour lunch break, the job was completed by 4 pm. Cost: $800. Doing the math: $800/5 = $160 per hour sounds reasonable at least.

With GIS quote: $1800/5 = $360 per hour. I would leave this to the prospective clients to decide if this is reasonable and that the services offered by GIS is not for everyone.

Seriously! I have found my plumber for the rest of the time I live in Elgin (although I hope to never need him again). So it turns out I did not have a slab leak, instead the builder put the water line UNDER the driveway! It is about 1 1/2 feet in. My roommate dug and dug until he found the leak and cleaned the area all around it. I called Mike and let him know what was going on. He went staright out to my house, fixed the leak and called me to tell me it was $100 even and he would just leave me a bill. He also said if I leave him the paperwork from the city to try to recoup some of my super high bill, he would sign it and leave it on the front door.
After speaking to so many plumbers in the past few weeks it is refreshing to know I have a good, honest plumber I can count on from now on!
