Best Plumbing Services in United States
These guys are the nicest, most professional plumbers I've ever worked with. Professional on the phone, punctual. Love their communication. This would be a five star rating except for the price. I paid $300 for them to clear 2 slow draining sinks of hair clogs. They arrived at my home at 10:00 and were gone just before 10:40. The actual work took less than 10 minutes.
In their defense, they showed me the price and I agreed to it, but that was before we knew how easy this job would end up being. I assumed it was a much bigger problem. Based on their stellar reviews I would have expected them to discount the work more after we learned how easy the repair was to complete.
I appreciate and respect that this is a small business and they need everything they can get to succeed, but I do feel that I was overcharged for the amount of work that was performed. I am not sure if I will use them in the future or not, but that's solely based on price. I would rate them 5 for service and 2 for price. I gave them a 4 star in the end because 3 felt too harsh.

Doug's Plumbing ----- 5 Star Service ------. Damon and Beto of Doug's Plumbing just re-plumbed the house. They did a super job. Marty worked up the Bid in quick order stopping by several times over the course of the 2 day project. The Office Team exceeded expectations in scheduling and keeping me up to speed on arrival of the team. I'm one of those that likes to 'inspect what I expect' and I must say that their work gives the appearance and functionality of new construction in a 100 year old home.

Me. Plumber did an outstanding job today for an extremely reasonable price. I am very satisfied with the quality of their work and the care they took with my house. Very highly recommend these guys. Formerly Steve's Plumbing! Rosendo and his helper are awesome for sure.

This guy knows his business! And his prices for emergency service are more than reasonable.
I had a stopped up drain. He snaked it out in less than 30 minutes packed up and was gone down the road. Simple job, he didn't make a big thing out of it

I was absolutely impressed by this company, from the customer service to the value- it was impeccable. They seem like they take pride in representing the company and it shows. Both appointments arrived right on time, even though there was a window, they were there right at 9 and so kind and professional. I never felt pressured or upsold and received very detailed, helpful information on making a decision for something that has become necessary. I would recommend to anybody.

Josh and Colin were LIFESAVERS today. I'll spare you the details on the condition we found my sewer line in this morning, but they came out SO quickly and took care of things within 4 hours. They were so kind and made me feel so much more at ease, I am a renter and don't typically have to deal with these issues, so I was a little frantic and frazzled.

Mike has been my plumber for years except for a period when I lost his phone number and tried the number posted on Yelp. His business is NOT closed. It was just my good luck that I ran into him one day and got his number again. As great a plumber as he is, he simply does not advertise beyond having a business card. His phone number is 512-626-8036. Do yourself a favor and hang onto that number.

We used CP Plumbing and everything went real well. The technician that came out was professional, nice, identified the problem with both toilets and was in and out in about an hour and half. We will use their services again if we need to.

Most Expensive Solution Imaginable: I said No Thanks.
Our problem was a washer drain hose line that had backed up, causing water to spill back into our laundry room annex every time we washed a load. I called 1st plumbing and they showed up as scheduled. The young man was very polite and very nice. We went under the house and looked at the lines. I wrongly thought that something needed replacing and he suggested a whole new line with PVC replacing the galvanized with a new p-trap and getting rid of the old cast iron one. That sounded great to me, if a bit overkill. I just wanted to know how much. After he retired to the van to consult with his boss, he came back with an estimate of $970! That was parts and labor (two people at a total of $180 an hour). My calculator says that $180 x 4= 720. $970-$720=$250 for around 20 feet of PVC and a few couplings. Retail on that is around $40. Now, the labor charge of $180 per hour is stratospheric to begin with, but then to tack on a couple hundred dollars for parts. Wow.
I said thanks but not thanks, paid them $35 for the call--a bargain if you know how to use the word no, and hightailed it to Harbor Freight. There I bought a big ass pipe wrench (24 inch baby) for around $13. I came back, got the vertical drain pipe off. Then I used a hand snake I had around to get to the clog--I watched a great and disgusting YouTube video on how to use it. Well worth the 15 minutes. After seemingly breaking through some minor clog, I pulled the snake back out, cleaned the threads of the pipe and the coupling, used Teflon tape to seal the deal and joined them back together. I stuck the drain hose back in and started a load. Long story short: success! Around 90 minutes, $30 if you count the hand snake I had lying around, and that was that. My savings, $940. Now, if they had said $500, I would have gone for it. $970 was outrageous. It seemed to me that the business model here is to offer the most expensive solution possible hoping for some sucker to say yes. It's worth the $35 risk for them to do that, especially when they charge $180 for labor. This one's an easy call. Go elsewhere!

I depend on Yelp to help me with my contractor needs! I called David Richards with Clear and Present Plumbing LLC and I am , once again, very happy that I found his listing. He was very quick in responding and explained the possible charges before taking the job. After the completion of the job, David called me and explained what the problem was! Thank you David!
I recommend this company to everyone!

Jon made a pleasant experience out of a not so pleasant situation. They were honest, upfront and did an amazing job. We never felt rushed or pressured. The problem was fixed and all of our future options were laid out so we knew what to do moving forward. Highly recommend American Eagle for their professionalism and honesty and will certainly use them for any plumbing needs in the future.

Eric was quick to respond and got a crew to our house ASAP when we had a busted water heater flooding our garage. Jose and Ruben did a great job with the replacement and explained it all to me. I highly recommend these guys. We will be using them for all our plumbing needs.
Thanks, much.

As we were installing a new cook top in our kitchen, we discovered that the stone countertop needed to be cut. Tony and G.I.S. came to our rescue, and sent someone out the next morning (which was a Saturday) and did a great job. Other contractors I tried wouldn't even consider the job because it was quick, but Tony responded right away and was great to work with.

Seriously! I have found my plumber for the rest of the time I live in Elgin (although I hope to never need him again). So it turns out I did not have a slab leak, instead the builder put the water line UNDER the driveway! It is about 1 1/2 feet in. My roommate dug and dug until he found the leak and cleaned the area all around it. I called Mike and let him know what was going on. He went staright out to my house, fixed the leak and called me to tell me it was $100 even and he would just leave me a bill. He also said if I leave him the paperwork from the city to try to recoup some of my super high bill, he would sign it and leave it on the front door.
After speaking to so many plumbers in the past few weeks it is refreshing to know I have a good, honest plumber I can count on from now on!
