I'm glad we stumbled across these guys. They really are the best. We've used them several times over the past year and a half, since the beginning of glorious 2020. Everything from a leaking water heater, leaking toilet, busted pipe in our wall, faucet installations, and water heater install. They do it all and each time they came through the quality of service has been outstanding. They have this friendly-neighbor feel to them. Whenever we have a water issue we do not hesitate to call them. Each of these guys perform consistent quality work.

I needed a plumber right away to stop a water main leak with the overflow running down the street. After calling several companies, Andres plumbing was available to come out the same afternoon.  I found them to be responsive, reliable and trustworthy.  A crew came out and dug up the yard to get to the leak, and the plumber repaired the leak using a flexible hose to prevent future breaks.  I was sent an invoice via email and then contacted the following morning by the office and payed by credit card.  I was surprised that I wasn't asked to pay on the spot once the work was completed. My overall experience was positive despite the unanticipated expense.

I needed a minor repair.  They communicated clearly & often.  Xavier was great - he was on time, polite & did the job promptly.  Then, because it was so minor, even offered a reduced a reduced or 0 cost.  I would use them again.  Thanks.

We had a big landscaping project and needed sprinklers and sod installed. I reached out to Austex for an estimate and Phil, the owner, came to our house to do the estimate the next day, and he got back to us quickly with a quote. I got a few quotes and Austex was the most competitive based on the amount of sprinkler zones included for the price.

Installation was scheduled pretty quickly and it only took a day to install, which blew my mind! There was a minor snafu with the sod installation, but Phil was quick to respond and his crew did a great job of fixing the error and meeting our expectations. He also sold us on the Rachio smart mobile app sprinkler system which we love because we can manage our sprinklers from our phones, which is super convenient!

David is the kind of plumber you hope to get when you need one while you're searching through online reviews.  Fast, friendly, affordable service without any shenanigans or shady BS.  I had a clog way down my main line that I couldn't reach with my little 20ft rooter snake.  I called Quest first, but they said it would be at least 4 days until they could get to me.  People's Choice Plumbing was my next call.  David said to give him some time to finish what he was doing and he'd be right over.  This was 3:00pm in the afternoon.  He was at my house an hour later, and was done by 5:00pm.  Needless to say, David will be the first guy I call from now on if I need a plumber.

Absolutely the best plumbing service I have ever had!!  ET Plumbing answered to my inquiry very quickly, with really competitive pricing offer.  They gave us helpful advance notices like who's to come at what time, and John showed up just on time.  He took care of everything very carefully and never left any mess.  Our toilet replacement was completed in one hour.  True professional!!

John, from Colony Home, was such a lifesaver. He was so knowledgable when it came to two separate water issues we had- he helped with everything from the mitigation to repair. His team on-site was kind and trustworthy.  His office team was organized and responsive. I would recommend John over and over again!

I had a sewage drain problem, and while Felix said that was beyond his expertise, he gave me a personal reference to another company to help me out, and it was all fixed within an hour!  THEN he called the next morning to make sure it all worked out!  While I couldn't use him this time, I hope that if I need plumbing help another time, that he's available to help me out again.  Very professional and works with what's best for the customer!

I can't praise these guys enough. I have been using them for about 11 years and they always do great work with my yard maintenance, landscaping, and any sprinkler repairs that are needed. They have also helped with some close friends sprinkler install, and they have been happy with that work as well. Very fair prices, and always gets the job done right!

I was trying to replace my toilet myself but when I got the old one off I was worried about the flange. Shane came and gave me a quote for replacing it but suggested I  keep it as it's still okay. Great service and no charge!

This is one review I've waited quite some time to do, because there is significantly more at stake in the choice of one's a/c or plumbing provider than, say, one's meal on any particular night. There's no sense in being rash where hundreds or thousands of dollars may be involved, and yet ... well, wade through the pool of 5 and 1 star reviews for this company and others like it and you'll likely see my point. As a reasonable person might deduce, any company providing services that are both expensive and not well understood by the general public runs unavoidable risks. There are going to be polarized subsets of customers, regardless of how well you do your job. Since it is counterintuitive that an established company is both the best and the worst, our challenge as consumers is to gauge where in between said company likely falls. Hopefully I can help in that regard.

I've been a customer of Christianson's for 3 years now. I take advantage of their yearly maintenance plans for both my a/c system and my water heater. I appreciate that I don't have to think about it. When an inspection is due, I get a call to schedule service. I can usually have a tech at my door as quickly as I want, or whenever else suits my schedule. Every visit has been conducted by a courteous, knowledgeable tech willing to either hang back and answer my dumb questions, or get in and out as unobtrusively as possible.

On my most recent a/c service call the tech discovered a significant coolant loss. He quickly diagnosed the problem -- a rather substantial one -- and patiently explained my options. After getting the go-ahead, Christianson handled all the warranty issues on my behalf and had a new part ready to install within a few days. Another specialist had everything installed, charged up, and good as new in no time. The labor costs, which were not under warranty, were daunting. Being a cheapskate, I checked around quite extensively. The price quoted was very competitive, even before deducting my additional 10% off for being a service plan customer.

I've got nothing dazzling, intriguing, or particularly thought-provoking to say about Christianson. I can only testify that they have consistently done me right over the course of years, in both preventative and corrective maintenance. Their techs have always been diligent professionals who inspire confidence. I have a lot of peace of mind dealing with these folks, and in this arena ... that'll do just fine.

Absolutely five stars! Technician Jake came to my house today fixed our garbage disposal. We already have it fixed two times this year. Our previous technicians didn't say a word about why that particular garbage disposal always caused trouble. Only Jake went beyond just cleaning the mess. He pointed out the flaw of the direction of the pipes connecting the garbage disposal and the main pipe. He used some new pipes and changed the poor design. He was on time, polite, friendly to my child, and left a neat working site. I would highly recommend Jake at GC Plumbing and will hire him again.

After calling six other highly rated plumbers and receiving no response from four of them I called Radiant Plumbing & Air Conditioning. Not only did they answer the phone but they sent Jason to my home just two hours after I called. This is on Thursday, September 18th.
  A little background; I'm very hands-on and I decided on Wednesday to replace my old and busted water heater all by myself...and to my credit, I did a fairly decent job, including under-the-house plumbing. However, after a long day of work I was tired and sore, so I couldn't tighten the fittings on the cold-water shutoff valve as tightly as they needed. When I turned my water on I had slow leaks, and because my heater was already half-filled with water I wasn't about to move it again.
  On to the next day.
  Jason arrived outside at 1:20 PM. (yes, I tracked the time). Unlike some service people he did not sit for an hour in his truck but came right up. I showed him what I had done, including the poor job I did with a slightly bent and oversized copper pipe for my cold water inlet on the water heater. We tested the pressure, he saw the leak, and we began to discuss options.
  I was presented with a quote for the work I was requesting on a page that also included other recommended options that were available for additional purchase. I elected to go with just the work I requested, the leaky fitting on either side of the gate valve I had installed.  Jason returned to his truck for parts and assembly and was working directly on my pipe by 2:00 PM. He installed a levered ball valve (a much better choice) and a shorter copper pipe without the awful bend I had been forced to make with the pipe I had purchased. Best thing, no leaks!
  I had purchased a replacement line for the gas to the heater but had been unable to remove the old line because of bad fittings. Jason managed to get the old one off and did a great job installing the new one. I really appreciated that.
  All work was finished by 2:23 PM and we wrapped up with invoice signing by 2:30 PM. The quality of work is good and Jason was very friendly but didn't come off as disingenuous like some contractors do. The price was extremely reasonable and much less than I had anticipated.
  Considering how difficult it can be to find quality plumbing with same-day service in Austin, I would definitely recommend Radiant Plumbing & Air Conditioning.
  I recommend visiting their website for money-saving coupons. No need to print, just mention them when you call.
