We needed our kitchen sink plumbing snaked out. Another company cancelled due to the freezing weather, but Joaquin fit me in even in his packed schedule. He was super friendly, professional and fast. He was also very reasonable and his company gave me a quote before he came out, unlike the other company I had booked with. I am so happy we can do the dishes again! This is a great plumbing service company and if I ever need anything I will call them again without hesitation.

Excellent customer service. They were the first to respond to my request to have a kitchen faucet replaced and they included a quote, which made it about as easy as it can be. Did I mention that the quote was extremely reasonable? It was.

I try to choose carefully to find a reputable company and I chose Austex Sprinklers because of the amount of great reviews in Yelp.  They did not disappoint! The tech who arrived at my place was  Frank M.  He was awesome! Very nice to speak with, extremely helpful and educational on a few items. You could tell just be speaking with him that he is a good human. :)  It was clear that he had my best interest in mind when we were talking about the related sprinkler issues. I will not hesitate to contact them again in the future and I will be sure to tell anyone I know about this company.

I had a great experience with this company today. They were sent out through my home warranty and they were professional, explained everything to me (I know nothing about plumbing), were efficient, dealt with everything with my home warranty on the spot and didn't make more than one trip to fix my issue like some technicians do, and came at the beginning of their time slot.

I will absolutely use them again if I ever need them. Until then I will recommend them to all.

If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Saul was very professional and performed the work in a timely manner. We have dealt with many lawn care companies over the past few years but JNS is by far the best! Saul texted 10 minute prior to his appointment time, he took the time to check the system and quoted me prior to replacing items. Him and his team fixed everything at the same initial appointment. Mack you were our savior!  Called Reliant on Saturday @ 9:00am. Mack was there by 10:00am. Our water main had sprung a leak and they put us immediately as priority!  Mack worked diligently from 10:00 until 3:00 in
94 degree heat.  He was thorough, educated us, very professional and just a solid great guy.
Happily, our water is back and running!  I would recommend Reliant to anyone with plumbing problems.  Especially problems as serious as ours was.

Incompetent and Rude. Guy has no business still offering his services. Not professional grade.

I had them come out in July to to put a new faucet in a shower we were remodelling.  A couple of months later, we finally had the shower finished and when we used it the first time, we discovered that they had hooked the hot & cold water up backwards.

Totally impressed with this company AND Jason, the service rep. that came out and solved our problem.  We have been trying to get our contractor to help resolve our tankless water heater issue for two weeks.  Contractor's solution was to add a second unit...not cheap...without ever sending his plumber out to investigate.  We got frustrated and called GC Plumbing.  Not only did Jason identify the problem, he also noticed the system was not hooked up properly to the propane.  This presented a huge safety concern.  Jason was so thorough and explained everything he was doing BEFORE doing it.  Hopefully we will not have any more plumbing issues anytime soon, but when we do we will be calling GC Plumbing and requesting Jason.  THANKS JASON!

let me first of by saying I'm new to the Austin area so not having my faithful AC company I used for over 15 year in Big Spring, TX its hard to just stab in the dark and just try anyone. well when my ac unit was just not cooling right I called Radiant. Great service Dan was the technician, professional, well spoken, dressed clean. He check my unit for Freon it was full, check my coils a little dirty but ok, noticed that my system was old and tired, compressor was loud and showing signs that it was going out, the system was not being efficient anymore. Now I've had this type of diagnosis before so I knew what was coming. He gave me options and warned me what is going to happen. I paid the service fee and that I could not change the unit at this moment and hoping that it would limp through the summer. Aug. 8 2014 102 degrees out side the compressor died, heck of a birthday present. Dan warned me!! So radiant I give them 5 star there technicians know what they are doing you get what you pay for professionalism, on time, dressed well, respectful, honest and no BS. if they say its bad and needs to be fixed or replaced believe them.
