They charged $250 to fix the toilets and one of them did not work.
Also, the appointment was in the morning and we were told that they didn't get the message.
We talked to a lady, they change our appointment.
Can't believe that they charge a lot ay the toilet doesn't work.
They were supposed to come over today and mentioned they had an emergency.
Well, the kitchen had an emergency...they should have extra men...
The appointment was done a week ago.The company chose the day , not us.

The technician was exceptional and very friendly. However, he did not tell me what the cost of the repairs would be prior to starting the work. I may have chosen to forgo the work having known the cost I would incur. Perhaps more displeasing was that when I scheduled the appointment I was made to understand that the inspection fee would only be applicable if I declined the repairs recommended. I was billed for both the inspection and the repair. I sent an email to Austex explaining the situation. Their response boarded on rude and they declined to make any adjustments to the bill. I payed the bill in full but felt compelled to post this review. I don't think I will request their services again.

So, David and Steven of First Choice Plumbing did a fantastic job of hooking up my gas dryer and replacing the shut off valve because it wasn't to code. They were timely, polite and very experienced. They also gave me a great quote for hooking up a gas line outside for our grill. Wouldn't hesitate to use them again. All those stars on Yelp are obviously well deserved and I'm happy to add to them.

They were thoughtful enough to let me know that they were all booked up, but they gave me the name of another plumber who turned out to be terrific!

Wow! What a great experience in a time of need.  Colony Home came to our house SAME DAY and provided their assessment and recommendations.  We had water damage from a leak in our upstairs bathroom and they were able to quickly provide a plan and recommendations for what to do.  Mark assessed the plumbing and even provided advice on some other appliances that were giving us trouble while he was here.  Rian tested all the walls for moisture and possible mold which gives us invaluable peace of mind.  He went above and beyond testing for moisture everywhere and explained everything he was doing.  We've found it difficult to find reliable assistance lately, especially after the Great Freeze of Austin, TX but Rian and Mark provided genuine and knowledgeable service.  I would definitely recommend Colony Homes.

I have yet to meet Felix but when I need plumbing work done I am calling him!! I have heard about him from several sources, so he can't be influencing unfairly. Hope it's okay to pass this on to others looking for a good plumber!

Ray came out right away when we had a sewer clog and worked diligently until he cleared it.  It took a few days due to damaged old pipes.  Grateful for the prompt service and thorough job!

We had a new AC/heat system installed in the summer.  The AC worked great all summer long and the whole experience was a really good one.  The sales guy and the technicians were GREAT to work with.  

The heater wasn't working properly when they came out to perform a heat system check late on Friday afternoon.  The two technicians who worked to resolve the problem were great to work with -  very polite and both worked diligently to try to get the heat running and they kept us informed about what was going on.  They worked diligently, I must add, until almost 9PM. Turned out there was a problem with one of the components and finishing the job wasn't a possibility that same day.  They were able to put in a temporary fix to get us through the weekend with heat.

When we spoke to the company EARLY this morning (Monday), they told us that the manufacturer couldn't get the required replacement part to them for several days.  Chrisitanson arranged to get a whole system from a local source, remove the part we needed and get it installed today.  It was evident they had worked over the weekend to have a solution ready by this morning - that really goes above and beyond, in my opinion.  We told them we were fine to wait for the part from the manufacturer - but they insisted on getting us fixed up (regardless of the cost or extra effort required on their part)!

I would recommend Christianson HIGHLY to anyone in need of AC/heat or plumbing service.  Every single encounter we've had with them has been more than satisfactory.

I would not even give a star if I did not have to.
The technician told my tenant that I did not need a smoke test, because nothing was backing up.   I had asked specifically for the smoke test to reveal where and how rodents were entering the property. There are no signs of entry above the ground or on the roof.  I asked to locate the clean out to perform the smoke test and reveal if and where there is a break to create an opening.
So, I was told I do not need it and charged $42.22 for nothing!  The supervisor said that the trip fee was earned.   Keep scrolling for another plumber .
