Called Mike to install a new Roman Style Faucets and hot water side wasn't working and he tried for hours and just told me to get a new one from the Manufacturer. When the new one came in called him up and was hear ASAP. Stands behind his work and isn't done until the job is done right! Will definitely use him for future installs.

My pool backflow preventer busted and Mike responded immediately to my call.  He gave me a quick diagnosis based on some pictures I texted him, then gave me a choice of times to come by and take a closer look. He showed up when he said he was going to, explained the problem clearly and showed me what happened, described my options, immediately went and got the part I needed, replaced it, and got the system back up and moving again. He was friendly and did great work and I would recommend him without hesitation.

Sosa came out for the estimate as promised...then disappeared.  They did a no show.   I'm sure it was an honest mistake...but sorry only one star.

Called a couple of other top rated companies, but Austex was the most friendly, so I decided to schedule an appointment.  For now, I believe it was right decision and I was very satisfied with working with the company. Phillip from Austex showed up a little bit early and found the problem quickly.  Fortunately it was just wiring problem, so the fix was simple.  While he ran some diagnosis, he explained what he was doing to make sure I  understood what's going on.  After the fix, we tried to turn the zone on and off repeatedly to make sure the fix was robust. I scheduled another appointment for the tuning of my sprinkler system right away since I was pretty happy with the service.  Highly recommend working with the company for your sprinkler problem.

David came out and assessed a leak at my home. Resolved the issue immediately. Saved me a lot of money. I sincerely appreciate him and the staff at this company.

We had a water leak by the meter of the front yard and ET Plumbing was the most prompt and able to slot me in a much earlier appointment than everyone else. I love being notified via text and Christie and Chris were always communicative and kept me abreast. I eventually met Eric too and they seemed like a friendly, well-oiled operation. I don't look forward to any more plumbing issues in the future but they'll be the one I call if I do!

Mark visited my home to unclog my sink drain. He found that my painting contractor had been cleaning off his paint brushes in the sink which cause this buildup to occur, he eventually pulled out the gunk and got me back up & running. Very sweet guy, took his time to do it right  and helped so much.

American Plumbing & Heating have always been a huge help to us.  It's always an emergency and we have always been able to count on Felix.  I don't know who else I would call if he were not around.  He is responsive and makes the problems go away!

These guys are great at communicating, I got a quote very quickly and the job was done just days later (stone to divide between my yard and my neighbor's yard because her grass is different than mine and was taking over my grass). Any additional questions I had I could text and got a response right away. Most importantly, reasonable pricing, and great work! Originally I got another quote from someone we know (who was probably going to contract the work out), and the quote from the other guy was more than double than JNS Landscaping's quote! JNS landscaping actually does the job instead of being a middle who contracts the work out. Very nice guys too!

Honest and do good work. Knowledgeable  plumbers.  Worked with us on our remodel and also helped us last minute. Highly recommend.

Mack you were our savior!  Called Reliant on Saturday @ 9:00am. Mack was there by 10:00am. Our water main had sprung a leak and they put us immediately as priority!  Mack worked diligently from 10:00 until 3:00 in
94 degree heat.  He was thorough, educated us, very professional and just a solid great guy.
Happily, our water is back and running!  I would recommend Reliant to anyone with plumbing problems.  Especially problems as serious as ours was.

Slyvester does honest and good work. He prompt and not as expensive as some plumbers. He fixed my leaky tub.

Beware of this company. They came 2 hours late from their scheduled 8-12 time frame (showed up at 2pm). Our renters took the day off of work to get their AC fixed and all it was was a capacitor. They charged us a $59 service fee plus $149 for the part. MOST companies only charge the service fee if we do not use their service and if we do use it they roll the cost into the part/labor fees. Not Christianson. What a rip off! We asked if they would refund us the service fee for their lack of being on time and they said no. Filing a claim with my credit card company.

Feel so taken advantage of.  Called a local company to snake out my kitchen sink.  The nice young man spent almost an hour looking at every piece of plumbing in the house, comes back with a quote of $1356 to fix all our problems.  Then when I asked how much for just the kitchen sink - $359.   I said no and was then charged $69 for the estimate.

First and last time I will ever call GC Plumbing.

Samuel and JR came out to assess a flooded water heater at my house which greeted me when I got back from vacation.  They were professional and kind and honest.  They were reliable and friendly and were able to get here quickly.

The first contact with the company was online through their website and the chat was easy and efficient.  I called them and then found the chat online, so hung up the phone to schedule through the chat function.  I didn't love the fact that 3 people called me after the chat to schedule, when the first one took all my info and scheduled them to come out.  I also didn't love that I entered all the info into the chat, and still had to give it again when someone else called me back.  It seems like they should have a more integrated system that would allow them to communicate and let each other know once they have scheduled service for a customer, especially for how much the company is charging for the services it provides.

JR and Samuel were careful with my dog so she wouldn't get out, and they were good at explaining things.  I found the prices that were quoted to be cost-prohibitive, but the service couldn't have been better.  In the end, I found out that I needed a new water heater, and that knowledge was worth the $40 service call fee.  I will have someone install a new one for much cheaper, but will keep them in mind for other plumbing and HVAC needs.
