Best Plumbing Services in United States
I had an emergency leak and My Plumbing Company, (Mike and Brandon), arrived quickly to fix the fiasco under my kitchen sink. Mike the owner was professional and luckily for me, he had the parts with him. The service time was efficient and fairly priced.
Brandon was kind enough to check my garbage disposal and clear it of debris. They found some plastic and hair in it. When they were finished all was in perfect working order and they left the work area spotless. I would not hesitate to call on this company in the future. I'm a very happy customer. With my spouse out of the country, I'm very thankful for their prompt service.
5 's for a job well done, pricing, professionalism, and time management. What more can you ask for from a plumbing service call? A+
I'd like to add that I've never had to call a plumber in the twelve years I've lived in Killeen, Texas, and it was a complete stab in the dark. I was a wee bit nervous. I read all of the reviews on this company and hoped for the best. I made a GREAT choice. Hopefully, you will too. No one wants to be taken advantage of or not get their issue fixed.
I would definitely refer him to my friends and neighbors if they needed services. I'll be asking him back to look at some other things like the water heater that needs to be flushed.

This guy was great! My spigot popped off about midnight last night. I requested emergency quotes. A&D backflow responded within 20 minutes. He even requested an immediate phone consult to determine if he would be able to fix it right then! Unfortunately it couldn't be as the wall needed to be cut into. Anyway, he showed up bright and early. He had everything fixed and back to normal in no time. He answered all the questions I had and explained various reasons why it might have happened and how to avoid it happening again. He was very professional and friendly. I will most definitely be using this company again and HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

It's sometimes hard to find a reliable plumber. Most plumbers in my area seem to not return my call or make it hard to schedule.
Mr Rooter always answers and has someone to send out. Had two gentlemen come help me remove and water heater and bathtub and they made quick work of the task, were very polite and informed and answered all of my questions about moving forward and what to do next with my bathroom remodel. Price was very reasonable.
Moving forward with any plumbing issues, will be using Mr Rooter.

On 26 July 2022 we received outstanding, quality, and professional service from Andre's Pro Plumbing. They replaced two water heaters at our home. Joaquin , the owner of the company, was involved with the project from start to finish. Joaquin and his professional support team were very knowledgeable, very customer-oriented, very honest, and pleasant to work with. Joaquin made sure the job was done correctly, that the project was completed on time, and with no additional cost. Joaquins's crew did an excellent job of cleaning up at the completion of the project. We would highly recommend Andre's Pro Plumbing to anyone that wants high quality and very professional work.

My faucet water pressure was very low so I called to see if they could replace the cartridge. Isaiah came out and replaced the cartridge. That helped some but the pressure was still low. Isaiah took the whole faucet apart and cleaned all of the parts. Unfortunately, the 20 year old faucet needs to be replaced. I was not charged for the cartridge or the extra time it took to take apart the faucet and clean it. Isaiah said he would not charge for the extra work because he could not fully resolve the problem. I am going to buy a new faucet and will definitely call Sosa Services to install it. I never thought I would find an honest and affordable plumber. I would highly recommend this company!

We had Austex Sprinklers put in a few french drains and haul a couple of yards of river rock out of our home in south Austin earlier this spring in April. After the initial installation there was a bit of miscommunication between myself and the company over purchased sod, and while there was some initial frustration, Phil and his team did a great job of responding and getting us the agreed upon materials.
After a month or so, we were having some flooding issues in the area in which they installed the initial system, ultimately Joseph and his team came out and in one day added two more drains and helped fix some issues with the initial installation. We've had two heavy downpours since and as of now have yet to have any other flooding problems.
While it took some time to get to a finished product, Phil and the rest of the team at Austex were great at resolving conflicts and providing a work product that I appreciate.

I live in Houston but am inheriting a property in San Antonio which had a running toilet. I was able to make an appointment with David to work on a Sunday while I was in town and discussed the problem by phone. He thought he may need to replace the toilet and recommended a specific brand, advising me to have it ready in case. Turned out the old toilet was hard to find parts for and he just installed the new one along with a new cutoff valve. He was very up-front about the costs, reviewing each before proceeding. He was very prompt, efficient, and tidy. He also checked out a fridge problem (not worth repairing) and fixed a loose under-sink pipe. I was very pleased with his work and advice! I had a related problem the next day which he helped with by phone. I feel confident about calling this company for my next plumbing repair need!

Hiring this company has resulted in Colony Home bringing in a subcontractor into our home, hired by Mr. John Flores. Master Granite, owned my Memo Perez, whom did not have any insurance, filed exotic granite in my kitchen that was not within OSHA standards and my home is now contaminated with Silica. They used no water when cutting inside, or the proper collection of granite dust. A shop vac doesn't do the job, clearly. Two independent labs have verified this quartz/silica substance. Mr. Flores has been a nightmare to contend with while my spouse is in Afghanistan. He walked off the job after being paid $7,000 and did not finish the bathroom, (paint or bathtub grout), or my kitchen.
I was left without plumbing for eight weeks and I have a two year old. He attempted to clean up the granite dust with a cleaning company but they only caused further damage, this resulted in $1900 in damages. Dust was removed but not the silica. As soon as Mr. Flores was made aware of the silica contamination, he refused to provide his insurance information. USAA would not cover damages caused by his gross negligence. I read his 'eleven five star reviews,' and assumed he was trustworthy. He said to me, Trust me, Mrs. Duff. You're not trusting me, Mrs. Duff. It is almost February and my home is still unfinished. He was hired August 25th, 2019.
Beware. Use caution. His quality control is horrific. They scratch things, drip paint, lose molding pieces, lack supplies, have to repeatedly repair subpar work, charge for materials they do not use, and charge for services they do not provide. Such as moving furniture, removing appliances, taping rooms before painting, protecting your property. This will cost us several times what the original projected costs were to repair our home from his crew and subcontractor. I've had to hire a law firm to recover my damages. Some projected estimates, $9800 to clean the kitchen of silica, new cabinets $6400, Hvac system cleaned $2500. This has caused us so much stress.

I have yet to meet Felix but when I need plumbing work done I am calling him!! I have heard about him from several sources, so he can't be influencing unfairly. Hope it's okay to pass this on to others looking for a good plumber!

Can't recommend these guys enough. Very kind and professional and explained everything clearly. Showed up promptly after I contacted them because they were concerned I had a main leak from the few pictures I sent. They addressed my concerns and fixed all the issues. Up front about the price before proceeding with the work. And the prices were very reasonable!

Honest and do good work. Knowledgeable plumbers. Worked with us on our remodel and also helped us last minute. Highly recommend.

I will start by saying this was one of the worst service experiences I have had with any business in any industry. Here's what happened:
My toilet was suddenly not flushing well this week. After clearing a few separate clogs with a plunger, I decided there must be a blockage and called Reliant to check it out. They scheduled service the very next day and a tech arrived on time. After running a camera through the sink (not the toilet), the tech informed me that I have valleys in the pipes running under my foundation. He explained these valleys cause standing water that disrupt the proper functioning of the plumbing system, and concluded that this was the most likely root cause of my flushing issue.
When I asked if he should also check the toilet before recommending that I let Reliant dig under my house to address the valleys, he briefly acknowledged that I could have him snake ($500) or pull the toilet ($1,200) before explaining that if I didn't address the valleys quickly, the problem would get worse and end up costing me much more.
When I asked if he could run the camera through the toilet instead of the sink to determine if snaking or pulling the toilet was necessary, he said the camera could not negotiate the sharp turns inside the toilet drain. He also discouraged the snake option because it's not guaranteed to clear a blockage if there is one. At this point, I decided I was going to either investigate the problem further myself or call another plumber for a second opinion. (My plumbing system has had absolutely no issues in the 6 years that I've lived here and it seemed like something more acute than sagging pipes was probably at play). The tech said that was certainly an option, but insisted he write up a formal estimate before leaving. I agreed, assuming he would quote the snake and toilet removal options. Instead, he provided me an estimate to correct the valleys in the pipes. THE QUOTE WAS FOR $73K!
After he left, I pulled the toilet myself and found a pair of my son's eyeglasses lodged in the bottom. I bought a new wax ring from Home Depot ($10) and re-installed the toilet. It now works perfectly. Altogether, the repair cost me $10 and 2 hours of my time, including the trip to Home Depot. I'm certain Reliant could have done it in even less time.
I don't doubt that I have valleys in my pipes. And at some point, I may need to address them. However, I think it's absurd that the tech would choose to focus entirely on a $73K solution without exhausting all other possibilities first. I would never trust this company to diagnose another plumbing issue and I strongly advise you to do the same.

Slyvester does honest and good work. He prompt and not as expensive as some plumbers. He fixed my leaky tub.

Good luck! I made several online requests for a call back. And no call returned. Why bother adding this to your website if you are just going to ignore online requests?
Then tried calling and no one would return our calls. We went elsewhere, you know to an HVAC that knows how to respond to potential customers!

Problem - leaking sink/drain/disposal.
The good - called at 9pm at night, and an answering service (live person) answered. I told them I wanted someone out in the morning. I had a call at 7:15am with a person onsite at 8am (Marcel).
Now the bad - in my dealing with Marcel, I would agree about all the posts regarding exhorborant costs and SALESMAN. I was first told that he couldn't fix the leak as all of the seals are intertwined, probably rusted, and he just needed to replace the whole thing. COST - $560 for a 1/2 horse Badger (adds 1 yr of warranty on from Radiant, so 2 years total. so that sounded nice). However, I called 3 other places to compare costs. Everywhere else stated $250-$325 MAX. I could have 2 disposals replaced for the cost of this one incident (thus negating that 2nd year of warranty in my opinion).
When asked how he gets to $560 (parts vs labor), he gave me a line that they don't break that out in order to save me on taxes. 1) seems shady, 2) I'm not an idiot. Charge me the taxes because the way I see it, this unit cost $125 and you're then charging me $440 for labor.
I would have sent him home and brought someone else out, but guess what.. his fee is $178 for a diagnostic. Last night, I was told the dispatch fee was $40/hr (which goes into the price of the fix). When asking Marcel what the diagnostic included, he said to knock on the door, see how you're doing, and take a look at what is going on.
The way I see it, they run around $200/hr for labor (but save me the taxes).
Might be professional, might run a good business, but agree with everyone else that I will be seeking out other reputable companies to be my go to company in the future. They are willing to knock off $60 if you want to sign up for a $500/yr plan to service your air conditioner and an water heater 3x a year. Lord only knows what the end result and cost of those check-ups would be.
