Best Plumbing Services in United States
I had an emergency leak and My Plumbing Company, (Mike and Brandon), arrived quickly to fix the fiasco under my kitchen sink. Mike the owner was professional and luckily for me, he had the parts with him. The service time was efficient and fairly priced.
Brandon was kind enough to check my garbage disposal and clear it of debris. They found some plastic and hair in it. When they were finished all was in perfect working order and they left the work area spotless. I would not hesitate to call on this company in the future. I'm a very happy customer. With my spouse out of the country, I'm very thankful for their prompt service.
5 's for a job well done, pricing, professionalism, and time management. What more can you ask for from a plumbing service call? A+
I'd like to add that I've never had to call a plumber in the twelve years I've lived in Killeen, Texas, and it was a complete stab in the dark. I was a wee bit nervous. I read all of the reviews on this company and hoped for the best. I made a GREAT choice. Hopefully, you will too. No one wants to be taken advantage of or not get their issue fixed.
I would definitely refer him to my friends and neighbors if they needed services. I'll be asking him back to look at some other things like the water heater that needs to be flushed.

I was in need of a plumber because my water line that goes into my hot water tank broke and the pipe is welded into the house. Josh came within 2 hours on Saturday late afternoon, during this Corona Virus shutdown!! Excellent service and fast service!

Leon is our plumber and always will be. We met him when our foundations were bring totally redone, and I would happily recommend him to anyone who wants an honest, experienced professional.

Matthew came out to help us and he was outstanding. He fixed 2 problems we had with sinks. They are a little pricey but that is because they don't mess around! They will come out on time and fix the problem. I recommend them their services especially if you are working in real estate and need someone reliable and trustworthy.

Had an emergency leak near the main water cuttoff. Sosa Services was very responsive, they sent a certified plumber over to check it out the same day. They didn't charge me a fee just to come over, unlike many other businesses that I talked to.
Hunter was very transparent and helpful, he quickly dug up the ground and found the source of the issue. He addressed all of my concerns and answered all my questions. I gave approval for doing a fix right then and there. He started working and was done within 1-2 hours. He showed me the result and proved to me that it was working. Then he quickly covered the hole and left.
Hunter also provided an invoice and walked me through the process of using it to request to forgive the extra portion of the water bill caused by the leak. The invoice also provides a full warranty for the work done.

We had Austex Sprinklers put in a few french drains and haul a couple of yards of river rock out of our home in south Austin earlier this spring in April. After the initial installation there was a bit of miscommunication between myself and the company over purchased sod, and while there was some initial frustration, Phil and his team did a great job of responding and getting us the agreed upon materials.
After a month or so, we were having some flooding issues in the area in which they installed the initial system, ultimately Joseph and his team came out and in one day added two more drains and helped fix some issues with the initial installation. We've had two heavy downpours since and as of now have yet to have any other flooding problems.
While it took some time to get to a finished product, Phil and the rest of the team at Austex were great at resolving conflicts and providing a work product that I appreciate.

People's Choice plumbing was great! Came to fix a leak problem in my downstair bathroom. They were on time and very concerned about doing the work right. Steven explained things very well and was honest about the time it would take to fix the problem. Gave me an estimate and that was exactly the final bill. Will definitely use them again and recommend them to friends.

We were updating our condo in Austin and needed a trusted plumber to install our new faucet and vanity. Problem was we live in D.C. and needed to coordinate everything from a distance. After calling several well rated plumbers, we were relieved to work with ET Plumbing who gave us a quote with texted photos of our space and new vanity. They were great at communication and showed up on time. Eric called us to let us know an unforeseen detail with our fancy new vanity would result in an additional charge, but we were happy it came in way under what he originally estimated. These guys were straightforward professionals and did an excellent job!

Great company. Communicated perfectly with me through the entire process. Very professional workers.

Felix is the pipe whisperer. I've never seen anyone who can diagnose a problem and fix it as quickly as Felix. He is prompt, works fast, and gets the job done. I had to call him on the morning Christmas Eve to fix a leaky toilet, and he was there within 30 minutes after I called him to take care of it. Now that is what I call service! I always call Felix when I need a plumber. I've recommended him to several friends, and they call him now, too. Felix is the best by far!

These guys are awesome. My wife coordinates all the basic landscaping needs and their professionalism has always been the best. We moved from Teravista to Paloma Lake, I was trimming bushes and getting other things trimmed up before the sell of the house. I made a pretty big mess and planned to use a rake to clean it up. They happened to pull up for the lawn. After they finished the lawn, they did the regular blow clean up and went above and beyond and started blowing the other landscaping trimmings and helped me put it in the trash can. We continued their service at our Paloma Lake house and now they also do our neighbors. There prices have stayed very steady and reasonable. They show up like clock work, we leave the money in a hidden place and have never had any issues (9 years of service and going).

Honest and do good work. Knowledgeable plumbers. Worked with us on our remodel and also helped us last minute. Highly recommend.

I will call this plumbing review part one.
I have waited well over a month to post this review, you will see why a little further along.
Mid March my toilets and shower started backing up. I'm a DIY kinda gal so I rented a plumbing snake from a local rental place, pulled my toilet (we haven't known where our clean out plug is since we moved in 15 years ago) and tried to unclog the issue. No success. Figured the neighbors would appreciate us not peeing in the backyard so I looked around for a plumber on a Saturday and made a few calls. These guys called me back and we set something up for that afternoon. It is important to note here that my neighborhood is all in septic.
In an effort not to make this a six page review, here are the highlights:
-The technicians arrived on time
-They told me it would be 490 bucks to unclog using the snake and if they couldn't unclog it with the snake they would need to use the wet jet which was over a thousand bucks!
-There would be no guarantee (warranty)
-After about an hour they unclogged the drains, hesitated to tell me that my lines were clear and that I might need the more expensive water jet if this didn't work.
-They put their camera in the pipe inside my septic pump tank (last tank of the system that pumps the grey water to my septic field), and said I might have a 'belly' in my line.
So I paid them almost $500 bucks and went about my weekend. About five days later I noticed my toilets and drains were sluggish. Sure enough they started backing up again. This time I called a different plumber with good reviews. They came out and told me it would be $232 to unclog my line but FIRST they needed to see if my tank was full!!! Go figure - my tank was full. The plumber opened the tank and was able to shove some of the solids down so that I could at least use my plumbing til the next day.
Yup, so the next day my tank was emptied and I haven't had issue since. I did contact Reliant to talk to them about this issue. The technician called me back and was extremely defensive. In addition, I wrote a letter to the supervisor. I explained the situation and what I thought would be fair, since I believe they should still be compensated for coming out, was to refund me half the $500. This would have offset the cost of the second plumber and made things right. I heard back a week later from the office manager denying my request.
Bottom line - I believe the technician was inexperienced with septic and should have checked the septic tank levels first.
****Post notes
After hearing back from the owner several points should be made. First, providing a camera at no extra cost is simply untrue. The cost was almost $500 and the technician told me it was part of the service. Second, you cannot see if my tank is full if you do not look at the solid tank. I have clarified in the photo that my tank was unburied by the SECOND plumber not Reliant. Reliant simply looked at my pump tank. Lastly, the technician inserted the camera into my pump tank and told me I had a belly in my line. My pump tank goes to my septic field not my house.
Again, my belief and the second plumbers thoughts were that the snaking Reliant did pushed the solids down enough to give us relief for a few days but ultimately, logically, if my solid tank is full no amount of snaking will solve the problem long term. And if you are an experienced plumber with homes that are on septic, you know this!
Also noted on the INVOICE (see attached pic) is the recommendation of the thousand dollar 'jetter' service to clear out dirty water to see issue. The Reliant technician noted that day that although the clog seemed to be fixed the draining was not what he expected and the water in the line was 'dirty'. Yup, cause the solid tank was FULL. Sell me another expensive plumbing procedure but never mention the obvious.

Slyvester does honest and good work. He prompt and not as expensive as some plumbers. He fixed my leaky tub.

This weekend was the first time I had any problems with my six-year-old Carrier unit. Christianson was the original installer, so I thought I would check them out on yelp.
I called yesterday and they were going to send someone as soon as that afternoon. I was unable to get off of work so I scheduled it for the next day. True to their word, they called when the technician was on his way.
The technician, Mike, was both very professional and pleasant. My problem was an overflowing drain pan. Even though I had religiously flushed the drain every month since I built the house. Mike was able to point out a design flaw that caused the blockage to occur in an elbow that was located proximal to where I would do my flush. He installed an additional stem proximal to the elbow that would now allow me to flush before the elbow.
Mike explained everything he did throughout the process so I got an education as part of his repair. He checked everything inside and out and made sure the unit was cooling to a proper temperature.
The work was done for a reasonable price and I also learned I should be flushing with vinegar rather than Chlorine.
I will not hesitate to call them the next time I have an issue with my AC unit. Hopefully, that will not be too soon!
I highly recommend their service and if you get a chance to use Mike you'll do okay!
Update 7/29/15 - came home last night to unit frozen both inside and outside. Placed a call and got scheduled for today. Robert made the service call and was outstanding. He checked everything inside and out and said, from my description of what happened, it sounded like the motor module was going out. Everything else checked out ok. He said I could wait and see or get it replaced since he had one in the van. I elected to have it changed to avoid another hot night in the ATX. Robert helped educate me on what filters I should have (I was over doing it with the MERV 14's...) and reinforced the maintenance I was performing on the unit. It wasn't cheap - just under $700, but the service was great and I'm cool again. Don't know why the reviews are all over the board, but my experiences have been good in the Cedar Park / Leander area. Thanks guys!

Totally impressed with this company AND Jason, the service rep. that came out and solved our problem. We have been trying to get our contractor to help resolve our tankless water heater issue for two weeks. Contractor's solution was to add a second unit...not cheap...without ever sending his plumber out to investigate. We got frustrated and called GC Plumbing. Not only did Jason identify the problem, he also noticed the system was not hooked up properly to the propane. This presented a huge safety concern. Jason was so thorough and explained everything he was doing BEFORE doing it. Hopefully we will not have any more plumbing issues anytime soon, but when we do we will be calling GC Plumbing and requesting Jason. THANKS JASON!

Pros: lots of availability, friendly staff and technicians
Cons:
The price I was quoted was 1400 less than the price on the final invoice. The only change in scope of work was the change out of four angle stops (absolutely not worth 1400$). I felt backed into a corner due to tight renovation timelines and the fact that the technician was already at my house. It felt like a bait and switch.
Additionally, the work did not pass the COA code inspection and required additional visits.
Overall, I was really unhappy with my experience with Radiant. I felt like my situation was taken advantage of and overcharged for work that wasn't even done right.
