Nelson Glass

Recently ordered a large custom frameless glass shower panel for our master bathroom.  I ordered the glass on Friday afternoon and it arrived the following week.  

Before I ordered from Nelson Glass, I received four quotes. Nelson's price was fair, but to be honest, I was impressed by Nelson's technician, Ashur.  He was patient and thorough, answered all of my questions, made suggestions and shared photos of other installations he'd recently completed.  When the office called back with the pricing, Stephanie was 100% in sync with what we'd discussed.  Communication was excellent.

The end result:  Ashur and two other technicians arrived about week and a half after I placed my order with the new shower glass.  Installation was efficient, professional and clean.  They gave me a few tips on how to best keep the glass clean and the left the job site spotless. Pun intended... We love our frameless glass shower and it's been very easy to maintain.

They installed a sliding glass panel in my bathroom. After a few weeks it shattered on me and I got stitches. Since this incident it has fallen off the track twice. The bottom track fell off and they had to replace it again. Then they no-showed me. This company is reckless and doesn't care about their product or service.

Found this company on Groupon and scheduled an estimate for my bathroom shower remodel. Also got competitive bid from Gilbert Glass. While both companies were very professional and polite , the quality and price of Nelson Glass was OUTSTANDING by comparison!! Beautiful work !!

Nelson Glass replaced a window in my bathroom.  Honestly...perfection from start to finish. The glass is an upgrade because of  William, Joey and Dan's expertise in installation!  I was concerned because I did not have any replacement tiles.  They installed without any sign that it was a new piece of glass.  The team of three was amazing and I believe actually left the site cleaner than it was.  I am beyond thrilled with William, Joey and Dan and Nelson Glass! I would highly recomment!!!

Extremely disappointed in my leaking shower! They tried reasealling it and replacing bottom brackets but water still runs down and escapes! Water all over the floor.
I would not recommend them. Still trying to get resolved. Feel the manufacturer screwed up and I should be refunded.

Had a blown seal on a large double pain window front of my house. Was recommended to Nelson Glass by my handyman Paul of B&B Home Services. Nelson Glass not only beat 3 other estimates I had, but were quick, efficient and did a spectacular job. Thank you!

I am unhappy with their  service.
35x47 peice of untempered class w polished edges ordered.
1. I asked them to confirm by measuring the correct measurment on my peice before I came out to pick it up and they did not want to do it. They said it was labelled with those measurements.
2 The glass comes completely open with nothing covering it and it is dirty.
3.  Once home and cleaned there were scratches on it.
4. There remedy was to bring it back and they could try to repair it or would have to order new one.
5. I explained the difficulties of bringing it back in the Kia Soul I picked it up in asked if  they could just give me a discount on it and I could send pics of scratches.
6. The attitude of the representative led me to end the conversation and tell them I would just put it in the review.
7. I paid for the glass and picked it up and they wanted me to pay more with my energy, my time, my money  (with the time, gas and helper needed) to cover their product defect. If I could not have lived with the scratches, I would have had to have done that, maybe having to do a third trip if they had to reorder it. Otherwise I would have to buy another elsewhere.
8. Personally I would have been happy to give someone a discount to remedy such a situation.

Was looking for a company that did custom glass and mirrors; not just auto glass. Took four drawn to-scale templates for 4 pieces of glass to protect table tops. It's 4 days later, still waiting for the job quote.....haven't heard a word from them.

So it's more than three weeks later and I still haven't heard a word from them. I had to call them even though it's clearly evident they're not interested in the business. They told me that they did get a reply from their supplier but couldn't tell me why they didn't bother to call me and catch me up to speed. Oops they said.  They then proceeded to tell me that they needed to have cardboard template provided. I have provided them with to scale drawings on graph paper, that any high school student could've made a cardboard template from, but not the glass company. It also doesn't change the fact that they completely dropped the ball didn't bother to call me back with their companies feedback. Absolutely a lackluster low caliber company.

I simply called and ask if they could repair a window in my home. I had already bought the glass and didn't realize that I was missing part if the frame and couldn't install it myself. I asked him if i could get an estimate.  I told him I would bring the frame down to him. He didn't sound as if he care or even wanted my business. I guess I will gave to find a business that will help.

Left my review earlier describing our initial issues that have now been resolved. The guys came and installed the trim and repaired the back Arcadia door frame. They seemed cool and understanding of the issues. I have updated this review from 1 star to 4, the only negative aspect of this would be the missed appointments and rescheduling we had. Not sure if that was due to miscommunications or what, but it's fixed now. Hopefully the next time we can just get solid dates for schedules.

We had a few windows Sunroom that had broke and I contacted Nelson Glass for a quote.  They gave me a good quote and we had Andrew come out to measure.  After ordering, he came back for the install.  He was professional, quick and just an all around nice guy.  Jeff, the owner, and Pam the Office Manager were also very helpful.  Great overall experience.  Thank you Nelson Glass.

We were looking up a glass place while in the gilbert area and this company came up.  My husband went in and it wasnt your typical glass place .  It didnt have any showroom just a bunch of desks thrown together   Very strange.   We ordered a piece if glass which took about a week and a half to come in ... but no one let us know it was in... we called they told us it was in and then the next day they said it wasnt there   It was just a piece of cut glass barely sanded not beveled or smoothly sanded  so why did it take so long..???

While I did not ultimately have this company do work on my home I did have them give me a quote and I spent a good amount of time talking with several of their employees. I want to specifically call out Carol who worked with me over the phone and personally saw to it that I received everything I needed. Their employees were professional, not pushy, and made sure I understood the details of the products available. For the record, I did not end up working with them because I learned I had a warranty for the glass under the original installer which made the repairs free. I would recommend Nelson Glass.

These guys are a joke... I wouldn't use them if they were the last glass company in Arizona. They use the cheapest Chinese glass they can find. The people who work for them are extremely rude. Stay away, in fact run away!!!

Called and got a quote on June 7th dropped the window off at their office that day. Was told on the phone it would be 12-13 business days guy in the store said 7-9.  Called to check on the status of the window once or twice a week told it would be back on June 23rd.  It didn't come in something to do with a vendors equipment.  Called again was told July 5-6th Just barely got my window back yesterday July 7th after they had it exactly a month.

Best glass company in the valley! I have used this company for windshields and over 20 shower doors. Great company to have work in your home. All employees have been respectful and clean.

Nelson Glass is great!  i have used them in replacement of my windshields. I have used them for my business and personnel  vehicles. There staff is always on time, courteous and efficient. Jeff Nelson, the owner has personally come and replaced one of my windshields to make sure it was done on time. I would highly recommend them.

I highly recommend Nelson Glass.  I have messed around with Apache Glass the last few years after they put in a glass shower enclosure.  They gave horrible customer service so I shopped around and found Nelson Glass.  They are responsive, professional and do the job right the first time.  Very fortunate that I found this company.  Cori was awesome....

I've used Nelson Glass to replace my windshield. I had no glass coverage so I had to pay out of pocket which totaled right around $200. They were fast. And it was cheap. They come to you, or save yourself 20 bucks and go to them.
