It's a shame that people use Yelp as a tool to complain.  Yelp is great, but we need to be fair, because our reviews help other people decide which vendor to choose when they need local services.
I've been working with Reliant Capitol for years. Never had a problem or a complaint. Each experience has been great!
For those of you who are nay-sayers, I'm really sorry that you feel you've been kicked under the bus. But for each of you there's a lot of us who aren't going to Yelp to say good things.
Give 'em a try! Then make up your own mind about their service.

If I could give this company a -5, I would. I cannot believe the poor workmanship that was done. If you have to live without windows in your home at all, it's preferable to what you get here. I now have to replace tile, at my expense, because they cut it and the fix is a little piece of white wood that'll be scratched up in no time... this was done at the sliding glass doors. I could go on, but won't. Go to a company that won't cost you to fix what they leave behind.

I only wish there was a no star rating! Right out of the gate these losers refused to come and give me an estimate, because my husband was not going to be part of the decision making process! Glad to have found out this  is a sexist company BEFORE we got started!!  Please do not support this type of discrimination and for your own sake, don't use this company!

Sarge came out in December 2022 and gave me a quote for new windows for the whole house and a new sliding glass door. I had quotes from 2 other window companies as well. I selected Optum because of the quality and price. It took a while for Optum to send someone out to do the measurements so the order could be placed; that happened in February. I chose their financing option through Primus - now Momnt, and started getting charged interest only in January. While discussing an error in the system with Momnt, they found something strange in their notes, and they said the loan had been refunded. I called Optum, and the customer service person told me that my order has been canceled since they decided they can't honor the quote that was given to me in December. I asked her to get someone in management to call me to explain. crickets. I left a VM for Sarge. crickets. Windows can take approx 12 weeks from placing an order, and now I'm running into the summer months. SO UNPROFESSIONAL, and not sure if unethical is the word, since no one from Optum management has called me to explain what is going on, but I can confidently say they are guilty of BAD BUSINESS PRACTICES.

Had a fantastic experience. From the  design consultant who came in our home and designed us a beautiful shower. To the installation team who installed. They did a phenomenal job. The communication was great from the customer care team. Would truly recommend this team to everyone. Just called them back to do our windows. Thank you Optum H.S.

What an underwhelming short experience this has been. I would say where this experience fell short was 5 minutes into the consultation when Mike entered my home and complained about being the first company I was getting a quote from and how they never make a sale when they are the first company. What an awkward position to put a client in. I would also say the consultant was limited in his time he wanted to take with me. I recall asking for a reason why their glass was superior and while he was on his phone he said he was looking for the video, but never showed me one. I came to the conclusion he was just answering a text. By the end of my experience the consultant was pressuring me with a great deal a 1 day quote with $5000 off, but I needed to make a decision right then and there which is fine I understand predatory sales. I was just hoping to soak in what I have been told by seeing the quote and making sure it made sense to spend 15 grand on 8 windows. Unfortunately, the consultant never sent the quote to me. Before the consultant leaves he told me most customers don't call back after they leave which is odd typically when trying to make a sale you're supposed to follow up with your leads. Then he asks me to do him a favor and when the company calls me for a review of how he did to let them know he was here for a few hours. My question I should have asked him was what are you going to do for me. Unfortunately, they never called to follow up and I never received my quote. I suppose it's a blessing in disguise because I'm sure if this is the experience I get when they are trying to sell me a product I don't have much faith in them being a competent company when it comes to requesting warranty services.

NO THANKS.. I told them about all the problems we had and how they never returned our calls, and all he said was oh I didn't know about that I will look into that. As I said before do not give this company your business.

Honor your warranty! We called a year before the pandemic on a condensation issue between the glass in 2018 and we still get excuses. They only had one person in New Mexico to do the repair. He's very busy. Now it's covid and post covid......... ( we can't find workers). You should have had it fixed pre covid. Think twice before you have this company do work on your house. I'll post again when they show up to replace their warranty window. Stay tuned. Phone receptionist stated they are hiring people now. She said Andrea would call back. Ya right.
Hopefully they'll hire more than one person to cover an entire state.

Reliant Capitol  AKA Optum Home Solutions-AZ LLC AKA Bath Planet
We did a kitchen remodel in December 2018.  We got new counter-tops(Quartz) and decided to go with refacing our kitchen cabinets in lieu of a total cabinet replacement due to the cost.  The kitchen turned out beautiful.   We went with a dark wood for the cabinets.  Upon completion, I noticed that a few of the cabinets had minor imperfections(paint smudge & what looked like a small hair painted into one of the cabinets).  I pointed this out to the installer and he agreed.  He advised me to call the office and put in a work order and the cabinet guy would come out a refinish those 2 cabinets.  I placed 2 calls and never heard back.  I decided that they were such small imperfections that I would let it go.
Sometime during the summer I noticed that the paint on 6 of the cabinets was literally wiping off leaving the plain light wood visible.  I contacted Reliant to tell them what was going on.  They advised me they would put in a work order.  Weeks went by and no phone call.  I called them back and was advised that Tammy was out of the office and that she handles the work orders.  Again I was promised that Tammy would get back with me once she returned. Every time I call there is always a promise of a callback or I will personally put in the work order, Bob is the cabinet guy, I will have him call you as soon as he gets in.   Today was my 7th call.  I was promised a callback today.  
I am not using any harsh products or scratch pads of any kind.  I have been user water and a washcloth to clean the cabinets.  
side note:
Our first project was through Bath Planet.  We did a Tub to Shower conversion.  We were actually so impressed with how it turned out that we decided to upgrade our master bathroom shower.  That's when everything went wrong.
I have a separate review for our Bathrooms under Bath Planet.  I was also advised by the Registrar of Contractors that they are now Optimum Home Solutions LLC.  If you have had a bad experience with this company I encourage you to contact ROC & BBB to lodge a complaint.  
In addition, when you pull up Bath Planet on Yelp it shows 7 pictures of remodels.  The 1st 2 on the left side is actually our bathroom remodel.

In the interest of full disclosure, I did purchase windows from these people a while back, and I do love the product. The windows are fantastic, they have held up great and they work as advertised. Top notch quality, and absolutely no complaints on the product itself.

So why, you ask, the 1-star? That's all down to the people working there and the way they conduct themselves. To start with, the sales guy we worked with was a real piece of shit. Had the temperament of a school kid, and when we called him out on trying to screw us out of a discount we were owed, he pitched a fit in front of my neighbors and threatened to walk off the property. This over a pithy 10% discount!

Not only that, but the guy had the balls to tell me, with a straight face, Tell your neighbors where you got these windows, but don't tell them what you paid, since everyone's situation is different. He seriously expected me to be coy or dishonest with my neighbors, just so he could try to screw them out a few grand more than I paid? Wow. And what's more, the asshole even pitched their referral program, so if I was willing to bullshit my neighbors, I would get a kick back after he bent them over!

Better still, the company continued to hit me up for additional business, even after I no longer had any windows left to replace. Endless cold calls, all coming from different numbers, but always the same knuckle draggers calling from the same local office. I nicely ask not to be called, tell them I love the product but don't have anymore windows, but it does no good. They keep calling. I talked to managers, I talked to supervisors, I heard every excuse in the damn book. We have new people here, and then it became, we just got new computers or we just got a new auto-dialer and we're working out the kinks, and finally, my favorite, our system crashed, we lost the do-not-call information. This went on for several years!

Bottom line, you should avoid these douche bags at all costs. Sales people are shady as hell, and the people working in their offices are dumb as a fucking post.

If I could give negative stars I would. I had a consultation scheduled to redo my kitchen. They stated that they required my husband to be present for a consultation. My husband and I work opposite schedules so that isn't something that is easily done. Not to mention that in our recent flooring remodel and yard remodel in our home I am the one making the decisions so I am the one that sets up all consultations and schedules installs. Because this company won't meet with only me (which is the easiest with our schedule) they have lost a customer.

Holy cow. These suckers maneuver the telephonic laws like they wrote them. Blocking their numbers, several different business names, and major cold calling under the guise of appointment setting for our leader. Lord love you if you fall for these shenanigans and book an appointment or talk to them at any length.
I tried being nice to the man on the phone but it took me 12 minutes 53 seconds to get him off the phone and that's after I called out all his call center technique. (I've run many call centers and trained many agents.)
Just hang up on these fools and since you cannot block an already blocked number, call the States Attorney and file a complaint.

We used this company to purchase windows for 2 homes and they were expensive. The windows are okay but did not reduce our electric bill by one dollar. The installers were nice but they removed the old windows and put in the new ones without removing my shutters causing lots of damage. I still have one window with a defect which they never replaced. The customer service was one of the worst experiences that I have had. They never come when promised and they do not return calls. When they were touching up the paint in my back yard, I specifically told them they could not come unless I was home because of my dogs and twice they came when I was not home and left the gate open and could have lost my dogs. I ordered 2 doors and finally got one of them but they never put the requested bronze hardware (it is brass) and did a bad job painting the door. They never produced the second door.  This company is a nightmare to work with and would encourage you to not use them.

I had windows put in a few years back.  Since that time I have done nothing but battle with this company.  The windows are drafty and now the kitchen window leaks water inside my house.  I have heard every excuse in the book on why the window leaks.   The windows may be fine but I can tell you, when the kitchen window was removed for repair, there was no window flashing, the window was not wrapped, the shims were inadequate and the insulation almost non-existent.  Reliant is now blaming my roof for the leak although there are no water stains anywhere in the house.

I was looking to have my master bathroom shower stall and connecting tube be remodel.  To remove everything and have one large shower stall with shower heads/fixtures at each end.
Searched the internet and found Bath Planet which I did not know it was Reliant Capitol.
Call and schedule an appointment with my husband and I.  A few day prior to the appointment they call to confirmed which I let them know that last minute my husband scheduled changed and it would only be myself.  They insisted it had to be both.  I replied it wasn't going to happen.  My husband knew that this particular project was all mine.
They gave in.
On February 16, 2019 Andy (salesman) and Mark came to my home.  Andy did his wheel and deal salesman pitch and Mark listen, took notes and showed me samples. I agreed on the price, design and material.
Signed the contract which indicated that work will be started and completed 4-6 weeks from signing date.  Which I was happy about since the end of March I was expecting family and again more guest the first week of May, I was expecting a large group of house guest and needed the extra shower, since we only have 2 full bathrooms.
By the 6th week (March 30) no calls nor any work had begun.  Yet, 3 days after Feb 16 they ran my credit card and good my large $$ deposit.  
Read all the fine print and it states all the things that would happen to the customer if they cancel, change design etc. but nothing on what happen to them if they do not keep up their end of contract.
Finally, after several calls and days, Chad (the installer) finally calls.  He states that where the material was coming from had a big bad snow storm which cause one of their plants to shut down and delayed the process.  I am a reasonable person and would have understood since I knew that the winter weather was bad.  But, since I was not informed of this I was now upset since he knew about this for a month.  NO COMMUNICATION.  This now March 22 and that it would be in AZ in a few weeks. All of April came and went and still no work.
Now, my husband gets involve because he knows how UPSET I am.
We went to Reliant Capitol/Bath Planet and asked to speak with Andy.  Receptionist said he was busy and we insisted to see him.  After explaining everything to him he now tries to shift the blame on Mark stating that it was a big remodel and it should have put 6-8 weeks.  Even if he did he was pass the 8 wks.  He then offered us a voucher for an all expense Cruise for 2 except we would be responsible for the fees. We took it but still was satisfied. Asked what would make me happy.  1) get the done  2) want a rain shower head on both sides 3) change fixtures from chrome to bronze.  We had him add those to the contract, date and sign.
Now May is rolling a round and still no remodel. Finally, they show up on May 2 Friday and start.  No work on the weekend nor the following Monday.  Guest arrive on May 8th and no shower now only have 1 bathroom to use.
May 10 we had vacation plans and remodel still not done.  Had my brother stay at the house so they could work on it.
Came back from vacay to a horrible caulking job.  Brother stated that Chad's son was home from college and did the caulking.  I wish I kept the pictures. My 12yr old grandchildren could have done a better job.  I was P****.  They had to come 2 more times to make it right otherwise I was not going to release final payment.  Places caulking was missing, others was as thick as 1/4 and other places was nice and tight but very few.  I had to put sticky note in and out of the shower to show all the horrible areas.
Today, is July 9,2019 and still not receive the so call cruise voucher which was to come a couple weeks after the completion of the job. I've been soooooooooo unhappy and upset with this company that I was not happy.  Now, I love how it turned out but hated the headache Andy and Chad had given me.  Even though I now love my new remodel shower I WILL NOT RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE NOR MY WORST ENEMY.

I wish I could give this company a negative star. The customer service is HORRIBLE.  I've been waiting for a screen door on a sliding door  that was installed for 8 weeks! Ive been lied to repeatedly by the office personnel about when I will have a finished product. Please use caution and every ounce of patience you have if you decided to use this company.

I did not want to give this company any stars, but you have to in order to post the review.  

I will never call this company for any kind of business or remodeling I have to do.  I went online just shopping around one night for estimates on refinishing my kitchen cabinets.  This company called me and it went to voice mail.  Then 15 min later they called again.  Left the same voice mail.  This continued for 1 hour.  Even after the hour they continued to call and just not leave any more voice mails.  

The next night they called again!  I took this call and told the guy that I was just shopping and I would call him back if and when I was ready to get my 'free' estimate.  They continued to call every night for 2 weeks.  I finally told the guy to stop calling and that I would call them when I was ready.  The next night sure enough the called again.  I began to really let this lady on the other end of the phone have it.  I told her they need to quit calling me that now even if I were to hire anyone for the job it would not be them.  I hung up on her.

About 5 minutes later she called back and said here is a 800 number to call to have your number removed from the internet.  I thanked her and immediately called the number she gave me.  It went to a recording and I left my message.  Thank God for that.  I will never go 'window shopping' online anymore.

I scheduled our window consultation before reading all the reviews, was not looking forward to the actual appointment after reading them. But Eric was really great! First he waited 15 minutes past our appointment for another sales team to finish. Spared us the 2 hour pitch and only gave us the facts about their windows and company. We told him we were only getting quotes and wouldn't be committing to anything today and he was totally understanding. Took the measurements and gave us our quotes. Left us with all the info and shook our hand.  We haven't had any service is done so I can't vouch for that but the meeting was a 180 of what I was led to believe from other reviews so I had to say something

I had windows installed by Reliant on May27 2018. One of the windows cannot be locked, Three window frames were installed and the nail holes were not filled. And one of the installers laid lit cigarettes on my patio table and burned the table in two places. I have contacted the company several times and finally got an appointment this past Saturday, June 23rd.Between 2p m-6pm.No one showed.  I called this morning and was on hold for the scheduler for 26 minutes. I called back an hour and a half later and was told the installer was still on the phone. But the front office secretary had emailed him to call me. No call .

These people have call at least 15 times in a 3 month span and every time I request them to take me off he list. The last person I spoke with named Dustin was extremely rude and argumentative and just kept repeating well I haven't call you. I would love to give a negative star!!!

Their Sales Rep, Sarge, came out and looked at our window job, gave us a price, and we signed a contract for installation to be done within 6 weeks.  Two weeks before they came out, they sent us a letter that they weren't doing the job due to termite damage.  We don't have termite damage!  We called them, and they said they would find out what is going on, and send somebody else out to look at the job.  That didn't happen.  Called again, Sarge kept saying the job would be done, that the windows were within 1 of tolerance for size so there was no problem.  He was going to call the owner to find out.  We called at least six times to find out what was going on, and always got a different answer.  Bottom line, they weren't doing the job.  I think they under bid it to get the deal, and then backed out.  Their contract says that they charge us 25% if WE back out.  Sarge was a high pressure salesman who wanted us to sign, but they couldn't back up their claims.  Run from this company.  Oh, and they are also known as Optimum Home Solutions that also has terrible ratings!

We're on the Do Not Call list and by them calling us. They are violating a federal law. I told them the first time that if they call again that I will file a lawsuit against the company for harassment. Guess what, they called again. On the second call, the woman who called me repeatedly interrupted me and then hung up on me. When I called to get the name of their lawyer for my lawyer to follow up with him or her, they refused to give me this information. I just emailed their CEO and will be filing a lawsuit against this company for harassment. They break federal laws in their marketing tactics and piss people off! DON'T USE THIS COMPANY!

Just got a call from this outfit claiming their name is Reliant Capitol and it is. Plus many other names.  Not sure about their work but don't care for their marketing techniques.  We are also on the Do Not Call list and they showed up as unlisted.  

Folks if you want to earn my business, please be more honest.

After going through Home Adviser and requesting companies for a bath remodel, the scheduler from a company called Bath Planet (which I later discovered is evidently also Reliant Capitol) called me and wanted to schedule an appointment, but they would not make that appointment if my husband was not going to be present. I explained this was my project and I would be making the ultimate decision and payment, and it would be inconvenient for him to arrange his work schedule to be here. She still refused to make an appointment for only me. I told her I would call her back if I decided to schedule an appointment. The next day Stacy from Bath Planet called and wanted to confirm our appointment for Friday at 7:30 pm. I told her I had not made that appointment, that my husband did not need to be there, it was ultimately my decision, and that I found it insulting that they would not make an appointment with just me. Stacy went through a long explanation that it would it be a waste of company money to have to keep going back and forth to answer both my and my husband's questions. I thanked her, told her we would not be using Bath Planet, and hung up. Then I called Reliant Capitol to confirm the appointment I had previously made through Home Advisor, and surprisingly this same Stacy from Bath Planet got on the phone and said they were both Reliant Capitol and Bath Planet and was quite rude, said I hung up on her. I have no idea what kind of job they do, but I will not hire a company that does not respect their customers' ability to make decisions, are very rude, and misrepresent themselves.

These jerks call me every so often. I now tell them that I won't do business with them because they lack ethics. They say HUH? and then I explain that I'm on the Do Not Call list and either they didn't check or they don't care. In either case they lack ethics. Usually there's a silence at the other end while they try to digest what I said at which point I just hang up and laugh my ass off. This work well on other phone trolls too.

Reliant Capitol called me about 6 months ago.  I told them that I was not interested because I was not having my kitchen remodeled at that time.  The lady said we can give you a quote so when you are ready I could compare prices.  So I agreed and set up an appt.  The person showed up on time and his name was Tennis I.  He was oh, so nice UNTIL....... I said no and then he flipped like a switch.  He started gathering up his samples, yelling at me that he was never going to help me again (I didn't ask for his help in the first place) plus other things under his breath that I couldn't understand.  I reminded him that I told the scheduling lady that I was not ready to have any work done at that time but he just kept shouting at me.  I have never met a more rude, arrogant and pompous individual in my life.  Also, I have received two more quotes since then and Reliant Capitol was half again as expensive as the other two companies.

A company which makes telemarketing calls to numbers on the National Do Not Call List, and blocks their Caller ID on those calls, is either incompetent or unconcerned about doing things right.  I've been on the Do Not Call list since it was first set up, but receive calls from Reliant Window, with Caller ID Private Number.  This tells me everything I need to know about the company as soon as they identify themselves.

Never do business with this company!!!!   Several years ago I purchased their lifetime coating for the house. My original paint was over  12 years old and was showing wear. Reliant Capitol promoted a lifetime coating, better than paint. Warrantied for life. Although it was 3 times the cost, the thought of never having to worry about paint again was a relief. Well, the coating started to peel within the first year. However, Reliant was responsive and repaired the issue. Over the next 3 years it continued to peel pretty much on a yearly basis. Once again, Reliant was fairly responsive and fixed the issue. Hence the one star rating. Now 5 to 6 years later, it is again peeling. I contacted Reliant who gave me the runaround for 9 months. Promising return calls, but never actually providing them. The office blamed the painter for not executing the work order, the painter blamed the office for not providing the work order. Reliant quit even taking my calls, so I went to the BBB. The response from Reliant was that they had gone above and beyond during the first two years as Arizona law only requires them to warranty their application of the product. I would have to go through the paint company directly. This is after 9 months of communication with several statements that the service was in process.
