We are the Northern Arizona dealer for Weather Shield Wood windows, Simonton Vinyl windows, and JELD-WEN Wood and Vinyl windows. We also work with multiple door sources to provide exactly the door products you desire. Our goal is to provide superior product knowledge and service for your project. We take pride in our ability to perform the highest quality installations of our products. HISTORY

Established in 2003.
Rick has sold roofing, siding, insulation and was a partner in that company in Grand Rapids, Michigan. He has sold many of the major window lines and was a licensed builder in Michigan with his own remodeling company, Built by Design. We relocated to Prescott in 2003, and have been providing windows and doors in this marketplace ever since. Lori has been a project coordinator for builders and developers in Michigan. We have built a solid business, concentrating on quality suppliers, many of which are family-owned and managed by good people. We want to enjoy who we work with! Our team is comprised of clean cut, trained installers, personable no pressure salesmen, and an operations manager. We chose to align ourselves with The Prescott Design Center, 'from inspiration to installation', a fine group of like-minded associates, who promote each other in a beautiful showroom environment.

Prescott Window and Door saved our remodel project! We recently moved to Prescott and decided to remodel our master bathroom. Our remodel contractor quickly discovered extensive wood rot and termites and told us that because of the wood rot that the wall might need to be replaced.

Our remodel contractor couldn't help with the repairs that were needed so we were referred to Rick Lewis and Prescott Window and Door. We had an entire wall that had to be removed to fix the wood rot. Prescott Window and Door made the repairs immediately so our remodel could continue uninterrupted. The job was led by Scott Ramicone who has decades of experience. Scott kept us posted about what we could expect and what needed to be done. All of Rick's employees are highly skilled and provided us with excellent service. Thanks Rick Lewis, Scott Ramicone and everyone at Prescott Window and Door!!!

Our new windows are fantastic! We were so happy with the quality of our new windows that we decided to replace all of the windows in our house. One of the rooms used to get so hot that we couldn't open the blinds in the afternoon because of the intense sun and heat. Our new windows keep most of the heat out of our house so we are now able to open the blinds all day long even in the room that was exposed to the afternoon sun.

So the juries out for me. Ordered 15 windows and 1 slider about 2 months ago. Was scheduled to begin April 3rd. They emailed to say they were short staffed and needed to reschedule for April 10th. Then they rescheduled for April 12th. The 5 man crew came out on the 12th and said they couldn't make it the 13th because they had to work on another job. They came the 14th and said they would be back Monday the 17th but 2 of the crew had to work on another job. AND the kicker to it all is, once they get done, they contract with a guy to do stucco repair and cannot give me his schedule.

$25,000 and this is the way I'm treated?? Crew is great but there is very little communication from sales (who told me he had no idea this was happening) or scheduling. I'm told they'll figure it out and let me know but I haven't heard anything from anyone and my house is in disarray because I've had to move stuff. I've missed work and had to reschedule dog care multiple times. Will update if the job ever gets done. Would not recommend this company!

We had Gene come out we can half ago to get a quote for a couple of French doors, he promised to have it to us within about four days. We did not receive a quote I contacted the company & Gene again at the end of the week & was promised a quote by that afternoon. Still no quote 3 days later! Apparently they're willing to go out and visit customers but they don't need the business. This baffles me as they are a local business and I would think they thrive on local customers.

Did my entire house windows. I have done 3 properties with different windows and by far these folks did a exceptional job from start to finish I was so impressed with the work!!!! Highly recommended

Want to fix a broken window in a timely way? If so, go elsewhere. Called to fix this window. Came for estimate pretty quickly; that was the good part. Getting this done is a joke but not funny. First, the estimate given was half the real price they charged. We paid close to $100 more than was necessary. Then the stories; we have a big job, we;ll try to fit you in but there are priorities in front of you. So now you pay top $ + and have to beg for installation.They took a deposit and got lost. I told them to return deposit or give a firm installation date. We finally got this installation. An awful lot of aggravation and really Fric & Fac service. Don't call these people ever. Especially if its raining.

Oh my gosh, Rick Lewis, owner of Prescott Window and Door and his crew we met who did the work (Scott, Mike, Tom and the others) they are outstanding. Such attention to detail, excellent workmanship, very courteous and so on and so on and so on. I can't say enough good things about this crew and this company. They make sure the entire job is done with perfection and pride and its evident they know what they are doing.

If you need new windows or doors, look no further than Prescott Window and Door in Prescott, AZ. After hearing about & seeing our friend's windows and meeting with multiple window companies, we are so glad we decided to go with this company. They stand behind their word and they are everything Rick Lewis said they were. We plan to recommend them to everyone we can. Thank you Prescott Window and Door, we are so happy. DO NOT even think of using this company unless you want to pay for poor service or no service. They claim that they are so busy that they cannot schedule installs less than 3 weeks out. So you will have to wait for factory to make your door (understandable for custom door) and if the door arrives, you will have to WAIT for install or hire your own. Our door came in the wrong size as verified by owner and sales agent after I notified them that door was short. They did not want to refund us our money or order a new door even if wrong size door was received. They claimed that they could fix the short height problem by ordering a threshold part to go at the bottom of the door. The part took about 2 weeks to get to them but I had to repeatedly call to try and get the part installed. Again, they were so busy that they could not set a definite date. When they finally installed the part, they did not finish the job properly. The door was not cheap...about $2000. Order from anyone else because you will have to wait for these guys anyway. And then get a good professional installer who has pride in their work. In the end, you will have less stress and save you time from chasing this company for service!! How would you like to pay $2000 and have your door/frame look like this? Ordered door 9/1...still trying to get job completed properly.

Great company to work with. Our upstairs windows, and slider look great. Can tell the difference in efficiency with heating already. We are so happy with Their work, and customer service we are now doing our downstairs windows. Our sales representative Gene is so good, and quick with answers to our questions. Definitely would recommend this company.
