I was very impressed with the young `installation' men who worked so hard on Monday, January 30, 2023 at daughter's home in CA.

Even though the threat of rain was looming, they consistently worked non-stop to finish job that day - were successful!

Koda, Mario, Manny and Gabriel were 10+ professionals.

Titan Solar Power was quick to come out and provide a consultation and get us signed up. But when issues arose, they were slow to follow up. I reached out to my rep and their office to inquire why we were paying more on electricity now than before having panels installed. In addition, I let them know we had a new AC installed and had insulation blown into the attic before the panels were installed and we were still paying more for our electric bill. Titan suggested we change our SRP plan.

Fast forward, SRP came out to see why our panels were not producing power and discovered the breaker Titan had installed was broken. I called Titan and they were not able to come out for another 2 weeks to check out the issue. I also found out the panels had not produced energy for MONTHS! That was the reason we were paying more, not that I needed to change the SRP plan. I am disappointed that Titan would not work with us and provide a credit for over 6 months the panels did not produce energy.

I wish I had not installed the panels!

Not someone who writes reviews on Yelp, but feel this is the best way to get the word out about how awful this company has been to work with. We moved to Phoenix from Southern CA in 2019. We got bombarded with solar panel flyers in the mail when we arrived. After throwing most away, I decided to give one a call. Worst mistake of my life.

Issue #1 with Titan
We were told our payments would be $180 a month for the panels which was a great deal compared to what our average APS bill was estimated to be. Problem is, in fine print (not advertised when you sign up) that if you don't give them your solar tax credit you get from the government after year 1, you le bill goes up. Mine went up another $50 a month. Total deception to make the deal look sweeter and get you to sign.

Issue #2 with Titan
After year 1, I was told I would start seeing savings. My bills were higher with APS the 2nd year than they were the first year when I was told my panels would produce 115% of the energy needed to run my house. That would mean $0 bills with APS, right? Wrong. My bills in the summer were continually $100+ sometimes even $150 and coupled with the now $230 panel payment, I was paying more than I would if I didn't have solar. Titan didn't seem to care. I had to have several phone calls with them before they agreed to add two panels. But my bills continue to be higher than they were in the previous year. Another deceptive tactic to get you to sign.

Issue #3 with Titan and the final straw
Last October I started to notice a leak in my garage. It rained a lot this winter, so it was getting worse and worse. Titan sent out a company called Reimagine roofing. The guy at Reimagine told me my roof needed to be replaced and even said "I don't know who signed off on putting panels on your roof a few years ago, but no way was the roof in condition to install panels" You know who signed off on it and told me at the time of roof inspection that any issues with my roof were now Titan's responsibility? Yeah, Titan did. And guess who just told me today they are not responsible for the roof because the panels did not cause the damage? Yep, it was Titan. So basically I was lied to. Many deceptive tactics to make a sale.

I've looked into legal action and arbitration, but both will cost me several thousands of dollars with no guarantee of winning. So my only option is too default on the solar loan. I'll be banking the $230+ a month until I get enough money to get my roof replaced and they come repossess the solar panels.

I would advise against solar panels as I think they are mostly a grift, but if you do think solar panels are for you, whatever you do, don't use Titan. You will forever regret that choice and may even end up like me with credit that will be ruined.

When you see the name Titan or your sales people talk about the company Titan turn around and run the other direction that's how bad they are and will leave you hanging.
They don't even get permission to go up on your roof whether you're home or not they just go do what they wanna do, This is the price of using subcontractors and even at times their own employees which makes it very very sad for the industry

This company is horrible. I wish we never had solar installed from them and now we are stuck with this lousy company. We have only had the solar installed a few months and one of our panels was installed wrong and shattered. We were told everything was under warranty, but they lied. Now we have to pay out of pocket. The customer service is horrible too. You have to leave a message either on the website or a random voice-mail and maybe you get a call back. Don't go with this company!!!

Titan came out and spoke of bullshit and just wanted the business.  They were very adamant about the Government reimbursement that was to be done when my taxes are done.  When I went to get my taxes done I was told we did not make enough annually to receive the grant!!!  This was never mentioned by the Titan sales rep and was so sure that we would get the grant.  We were told false information from the beginning and now Titan wants to say they do not have the qualification guidelines for the grant.  Which should have been mentioned from the beginning.  Titan only wants your business and once installed and they get paid they don't care or have any concern.  If Titan does not come take care of this issue, we will be forced to put in a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and the Arizona State Attorney Generals office.  I am Employed with the State of Arizona and will use all my networking options until resolved.

I add pics to my review showing per my salesman the 2022 Power Cell comes w/ a generator  as you see my original quote went up 33000 ( No Titan, that was not a quick one to get me started . I was going to pass until he saw my needs and want of a powercell w/generator)  When I registered my power cell per, the pic says I must register my generator separately Ric Williams

We had solar panels since June of 2020, with a Solar Edge Inverter installed with them. In that 2 year time the inverter has failed 3 times, and replacing it is a lengthy process. When it is not in service, we receive no credit for our sunlight collection, and the panels are virtually useless.  We then have high electric bills plus the cost of the panels. Getting service from Titan Solar, the installer, is nearly impossible. It took over a week of me calling and emailing to get any response. They say the needed inverter is out of stock with Solar Edge and they have no responsibility beyond that. I have a contract with Titan Solar, not Solar Edge. They chose Solar Edge as their vendor for this part, not me. They need to find the part somewhere else.
My attempts to contact Solar Edge also have been unsuccessful, as I am left on hold for hours and then simply disconnected. Currently, we have been waiting over a month for this item with no ETA of its arrival (during the sunniest months of the year). Our solar panel installer, Titan Solar, says it is not their fault the Solar Edge doesn't have this part with no ETA of its arrival. We have been without the inverter for over a month now, and no idea how long it will be until it is fixed. The cost per KWH for solar customers is twice that of non-solar customers, so our electric bills without credit for the sunlight collection are very high.

Solar stopped working 17Jun, got a notice from Titan via email on 08Jul that there was an alert but it was closed. SRP notified us 28Jul that little to note power was being generated. Can't get a call back, can't get an email response. We have been told the inverter needs to be replaced, but no idea when it will arrive and when it can be fixed. In the interim we are paying normal pricing for electric again PLUS the panel payments.

Front end service was fine, back end service after paying for the product is non existent.

Too the business manager who will inevitably respond: idgaf about emailing your company again - we have done so multiple times. Your company needs to put up some real context and correct their mistake.

I have worked with your customer service, they are as worthless as your installers and equipment.  The communication is non existent.  Apparently a tech came to look at the system, yet I was never updated. When speaking with the cs rep she told when I inquired about being reimbursed for the 7 months of no solar electricity I was told  "we do not guarantee solar production"

In summary, make sure to avoid this company, read all the reviews and decide if you want to feel the frustration that comes with buying a $60,000 solar electric producing product that does not guarantee production.

We had what I would call a great sales presentation, their sales rep was very responsive and had answers to all of our questions, even answering calls at 9pm.  In Sept of 2020, we signed our contract for the solar system, in addition to replacing our main panel and running a new underground conduit to support an upgraded service we were installing with our utility.

Here we are 2 years later, and we still are not done with this job.  It has been one thing going wrong after another, ranging from their licensed electrician not having the proper equipment which delayed the job for weeks while he got the equipment he needed, to failing the city inspection not once, but twice due to things not performed to code, and similar to other reviews, they did not tell me at the time that they failed.

On Saturday, 7/22, technicians showed up to work on some of the repairs the inspector called for.  Once they were done working, they turned on the power, but not all my appliance were getting power.  After 20 min of troubleshooting, they were able to resolve the problem.

They had to return later that week to 'derate' the panel for safety reasons, which meant they had to shut down the main power, replace the main breaker, and turn everything back on.  Low and behold, once again, some of my appliance were not getting adequate power.  Unforturnately, I was unable to be at home while they were working, so I did not notice until I got home.

I reached out to the tech who had worked on both the panel repairs and the derating, however he was out of the country and was unable to take a look.  As of now, I am waiting to hear back from Titan about troubleshooting the problem again, and coming up with a permanent solution.

Their communication from the beginning of the process to now has definitely been hit and miss.

Buyer beware.

-- UPDATE 8/8
On 8/5, a tech shows up to my house unannounced, presumably to meet with the city inspector.  In the past, we were notified when techs would be showing up, but complete radio silence on this one.  Had I been told of the inspection or at the very least that a tech would be on-site, I would have easily rearranged my schedule to make sure I was home to try to resolve the internal wiring issues that Titan was responsible for.  I have tried to contact our project coordinator several times, but no response.  I have send an email to [email protected] as I have seen requested in other yelp reviews, but no response.

I did receive the response to this review, and recently replied to that in hopes to get some kind of resolution, but I am not holding my breath.

We got our solar panels installed on our brand new home in 2021. At first we were very happy with our choice in solar panels. We have a large home and the panels eliminated our electricity bill completely to the point APS pays us. However this past year something happened to our panels not sure what, no tech has said but our panels stopped producing power. IT HAS BEEN A YEAR since our panels have worked!! The process has been extremely frustrating with having to call almost every week because otherwise we receive no information or update on our panel's. They do not communicate with the customer or the technicians. They supposedly "fixed" the issue last week but our panels are still not producing power . I'm thinking of going to competitor company if this isn't resolved by this month.

Titan Solar Power out of Houston, TX has apparently left out parts of our solar system which was manufactured by Enphase.  When we have tried to get Titan to come out and take care of the issue, they have threatened us with a $450 service fee if nothing is wrong with the solar system.   Our system is producing power; however, Enphase has told us that Titan left out some type of communication module that is necessary for Enphase to honor their warranty and check up on the system.  I am not an electrician, so I would not know what is missing.  I know that I would not get a solar system in Texas period.  Oncor always charges almost a third of the electric rate no matter who the REP is that you use.  The REP often pays wholesale for the amounts that you produce (Champion Energy) which can be as low as 1.5 cents per kwH while charging you 10 times that.  The best REP that I have found is TXU Energy that will reimburse you up to what you have used and then takes any extra energy that you produce as surplus without giving you any credit for the energy. Just be aware that solar is poorly regulated, and they make it sound great.  Don't buy solar from Titan Solar Power in Texas.

Absolutely the worst experience i have ever had. Once I signed the agreement the salesman wouldn't return any of my calls . Took a long time to get them installed once they were installed took another two months to get them on the grid. I made two payments before it ever got turned on. Once they were turned on I kept getting big electric bills. No one told me I needed to contact my provider and let them know. We since I did that my bill has gone from 500 a month to 200 and I pay them 208. I don't know if they didn't put enough panels on or what . And can't get to talk to anyone about it .

Eight months since signing the contract and my system is still not online. I have met all my milestone payments promptly. The more money Titan receives the less responsive they become. Currently they claim it is out of their hands. They blame the local electric company for not approving but refuse to work with them to achieve it. As a result I have $31k of useless hardware on my roof while I continue to pay for electricity from the grid. Avoid Titan.

I financed $29,000 for 21 solar panels. Since the initial install, 1 of the panels were underproducing. Titan's technician has been out here 4 times, and still hasn't corrected the problem. In July 2022, Titan arrived to make a repair and when they left, 1 panel is totally inop and the other panel is still underproducing. Customer service is nonexistent once they get your money. I would not recommend them at all. Ive put in a BBB complaint to try and get them to make the proper repairs.

If it was possible , I would leave zero stars.  I regret that I did not look at Yelp before using Titan for my solar panels.   When I made the purchase the sales organization that worked for Titan agreet to a credit/rebate of 6 months of loan payments.  After months and months of trying to get a resolution, since. the sales company they hired went out of business,  I reached Lenin , a. customer service manager. larevalo@titansolarpower…, agreed to get me the rebate within 60 days.  That never happened.  I do know know how Titan continues to be a viable business with such horrible business practices.  Blantant scamming. Solar is fantastic and should be a positive experience.  I have aleady put work out in our neighborhood to use another installer.

This company sucks A$$! We signed a contract around the end of last year 2021 & was supposed to be up and running around March-April. Here we are going into august and I can't even get a mother fucking call back. The reps we used can't even get a call back. Some Casey was supposed to call and haven't heard a fucking thing from this person! They sent a crew out here who left debris everywhere. My gutters had metal piping left in them, trash strewn about my alley holes in my walls (they could have at least repaired those by now) they left screws in our yard which could potentially end up in our swimming pool causing damage to our liner, which are running about $9000 in todays market. I waited for over an hour on hold and told the lady this was bullshit and she was all butt hurt! Said she was gonna hang up if I curse, I was like bitch well then fucking hang up! IDGAF! She ain't t heard cussing I told her to go wash  her fucking ears with holy water if " bullshit" was so offensive. Yes I totally understand it's not her fault but give me a fucking break for saying this is bullshit.really!I can only imagine what kind of customer service care they are going to offer after they leave if I decide not to cancel this contract. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY! I'll keep my review updated if we get on track, they think I'm pissed their lucky I don't let them deal with my wife! Return a fucking phone call, email etc etc @least! As a 100% percent disabled veteran I would not recommend this company to my family friends or other veterans. Solar companies are a dime a dozen and beware of this Mickey Mouse shit show *update* 11/21/22 this shit show of a company still hasn't got us up and running. They are about a year behind our scheduled completion date. This company is "TRASH".. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Please be aware save yourself the trouble and look for a reputable company! I just had my second inverter failure in less than a year. It was over 6 weeks to replace the first one. This happened in June thru mid July costing me 700 dollars in payments to APS while my solar was down. It's nearly impossible to get thru to these people. You will be on hold forever. No one follows up on issues, you need to constantly contact them to get any attention at all. There are better companies to go with, it's best to avoid this company. I went with over league solar for additional solar and have been very happy with them. Their system is much more reliable and their customer service is so much better than Titans service

This process has been the slowest process ever. Add on top of that the worst customer service I have ever run into. The only positive thing was the installers were very efficient and courteous. Although one of the panels they installed is not working, but that could just be a bad panel from the manufacturer. Trying to talk to someone about this broken panel was such a joy. Spent over 30 min on the phone and 25 of those were on hold. After being passed around to 4 people the final verdict is yes that panel appears to be broken and someone will call in 24-48 hours to schedule time to come look at it. Great thanks.

I am in California and got started with them in November. As of today, the solar panels are still not up and running. They came on Monday of last week to install the solar panels and then in the middle of installation they left. They said management called them to come back to the office and they would be back at the same week. No one called me and they still have not come back to finish installation. They put the solar panels in our house and they're blocking our doorway and no one is responding to us when installation will be completed. Due to the length of time it is taken for the solar panels to get installed and the poor service and getting back to us I would not recommend this business.

Yet again SRP is here and no show from Titan.  If you need excessive amount of frustration in your life, go with this company, if you want a reliable company, go somewhere else. Horrors on horrors!!! Just dishonest company. Sales person came to our house and we declined as we were looking for a system on a fixed rate. Our comes the magic market and the lies. Sure our system is a fixed rate. For 18 months then the company reserves the right to adjust the payment to what they see fit?!? How does the company your budget? They don't and could care less! We don't even have the panels installed and it's been a nightmare. They have zero respect for your time. I've requested TWICE that they come after a certain time, the scheduler has told us both times they would respect that request and both times they have showed up well before the time we asked for them to come. They said they'll get it done in 6-7 hours and they are now here for the second day - two weeks after the first day they first came.

I already regret getting solar, but my husband really wanted to get them and now we are locked into a contract that we can't get out of. The company rep has also done nothing since getting us to sign the contract - in it for the commission and no customer service.

Bought a home that had titan solar on it. Within a year of purchase, the solar went out.

Supposedly they monitor these electronically, but mine had been out for a while, and I noticed the escalating power bills. APS gave me the number for these guys.

I have spent hours on the phone at this point with Titan. I have requested service appointments. I have been told several times someone will call me back, and no one ever does. I have also submitted electronic requests and email ones. I have jumped through every hoop requested within minutes of the request.

They really have issues keeping their promises. I still don't have service in September 2022 when the panels stopped working in July 2022.

We've had our system for about year now, which we are paying on, and it's still not working correctly.   First, I got a Generac battery back-up.  I didn't know that meant a dual system (Generac and Solar Edge).  Second, The transfer switch doesn't work and has been replaced.  Third, There are two modules bad on the Generac panels that need to be replaced, which was found out when they supposedly fixed the transfer switch.  I can't even which manually over to battery and power our house.  We've had at least 5 different electrical technicians out trying to figure out what's wrong.   I think we have a better chance at winning the lottery than getting a return phone call!!!

Solar is less than 1 year old, the system stopped working in July. 15+ times trying to get someone to a swer a call to repair system we waited for 2+ hours each time. Left countless voicemails, 0 call backs.

If you haven't signed up with titan don't do it buyer beware.

Empty sale promises, praying on seniors. Mt dad is 75. The rep brought him sushi when it was time to sign the documents.

Getting ready to go even further with this complaint if I don't get the promised phone call tomorrow from a supervisor. So angry.

As it looks this isn't just me that is contesting this company, look on the web and you can see lawsuits , bbb complaints and much more. I really with my father wasn't conned into signing for this service and system. 70,000 must have been a kill commission fro the sales rep.

Titan does all our solar work because our solar company contracts them out for everything.
Save yourself time and money...there are so many other solar companies with 5 stars. These guys are terrible. They make you feel like the issues you need repaired are a hassle... and "we fixed that already.... We're the professionals, you aren't..." yet... their "repairs" are TERRIBLE. We had an independent roofing company confirm that their solar panel installation was the reason for the leak in our home... Titan tried to say it didn't but came out to make the repairs. Sent a kid out with a $15 bucket of roof leak stop and just slapped it wherever they thought the leak may have been. Didnt actually repair my roof. Just threw a bandaid on and tried to pressure us into hurry up and putting the panels back on so they could move on. They also DID NOT put all my roof tiles back... I had to haggle them to come put them back... and still they missed one. I decided to go up on my roof and replace that one myself. I'd rather do it myself than have to go through them again trying to tell me they did everything already and make my family feel like we're ridiculous for reaching out again for something THEY DIDNT DO RIGHT.
They don't do quality work... again, save yourself the headache with Titan. So many other companies have 5 stars FOR A REASON. We're a family of 6... it's been a nightmare for all us dealing with the leak and "repairs" aka the bandaid they slapped on.

Do not call this company for solar. This was a very bad experience me and my dad had to go through. Called these guys to install solar panels and they broke the tiles on the roof and called them to fix it and they never came. It rained and now the house has water damage. They took the down payment 10k and after 2 weeks later our solar panel is still not connected. This is like a scam. I'm warning people do not use this company at all. We're current getting a lawyer to sue the company for not keeping their words and for the damage they done to our property. These people are very very unprofessional. We called them multiple times through out the day and they ignore our calls..

Would not recommend to anyone. Signed 8/22 now 1/22 & still no solar. During installation they broke 12 house tiles & told us they would replace. Came back a week later but they didn't replace they tried to glue my clay tiles. The glue of course did not stick. Called them said they would be back out. Have not heard a word from them since. Now 2 weeks later after calling emails and text we heard nothing still. It is raining a lot and hard & now water has GONE UNDER CLAY TILES. Called again today and no one has called back. Absolute worse company.

I signed up in March of 2021, the panels were installed in January 2022, I started getting charged for them in March 2022. They did not even finish the hook up and that did not happen till end of November 2022.
For over 8 months of a 20 year lifespan, my panels were on my roof, we had 2 tropical storms, they have been taking wear and tear but they were not connected. I was also still paying my high energy bills (that Titan said I would no longer have to worry about) AND had to pay Titan for the panels that were not even connected. I was paying twice!
When I asked them to make it right, asking for part of the depreciation of the panels that were on my rook for over 8 months without being used and part of the utility bills I would supposedly no longer have to worry about, I only got a check covering not even 7 months of what I paid Titan. Not even the 8+ months I had made double payments for the system.
I did deal with a couple of individuals that were trying to be helpful but they management is where the issue is so the whole thing is rotten. Stopped hearing back from their finance manager, complete lack of professionalism.

Oh, btw, the installation was messy, wires everywhere in the attic, insulation removed and not replaced... Very disappointing.
They only have one star because I cannot give them less.

Save your money and get solar from a proper company that knows what they are doing.

Got a very rude response from Mark B when I asked for him to provide another quote for a larger system. Usually companies are happy to provide this info but he blew me off, saying he has no time for games. We had only exchanged 1 message at this point. If this is the service they're giving BEFORE closing a sale, imagine what service is like post-sale. Thanks for showing your true colors though - helped with a decision!

TL;DR: They have good contractors/technicians but their sales and part selection is questionable.

The installation was OK. They broke a few roof shingles but they came back and replaced them. The system passed Inspection and runs as expected. One optimizer failed in about 6 months and they came and replaced it.

What really pissed me off is that the sales person either didn't know anything about SRP's solar price plan or was outright lying. From a cashflow standpoint it ended up costing me more (electric bill + solar loan) each month compared to before. I agree SRP's predatory price plan is more to blame here but I don't believe TSP knew nothing about how SRP is screwing over their solar customers. Of course, if TSP told me beforehand I might not have signed the contract.

The other thing is, in the contract, they did not specify the components' part number or specification other than the panels. What happened is that they put a 6kW inverter in my 7.5kW system, which became a bottleneck of the system during the summer months, and left zero room for any future upgrades. For $250 more they could have used a 7.6kW inverter. If they had talked to me about this I would have been more than happy to pay more to get a 10kW inverter instead. To add some context, I paid nearly $30K for the system and the total BoM is estimated to be around $13K.

if I could rate a zero I would, but it does not look like Titan Solar cares given all the bad reviews.  I've had several issues with my solar system and it takes an act of congress to get anyone to respond.  in the last two weeks I've left 4 messages for a call back plus one email.  no response.  I'm on terminal hold right now agai since messages are not returned.current hold is 24 minutes.
Run away if you can.

Titan is the worse company I have been waiting for months they installed the panels not to plan so I have been waiting for the plans to be fixed, they seem to not ever get this right, this is the 4th time they have been out and everytime it;s the same story the plans are not right, people in the company are quitting left and right . I have already been charged for solar I don't even have yet . I have been told by Titan that they will reimburse me for the payment but have yet seen that. I will believe it when i see it.

This has to be some of the poorest customer service I've experience in a while. Solar is expensive and, yes, we have to wait for city, state and energy companies to sign off. The panels were installed in November. The inspectors came in January and didn't pass the first time. So, Titan came out and fixed whatever the problem was. The inspector returned and passed. He told us that Titan would be out to turn the system on. I waited a few days and finally on March 30 called. After waiting 45 minutes the young lady said that the tech would be out on March 31 to turn it on.  Well, it's still not on. My app shows 0 credits. My agent and I have tried to work this out. I made several attempts to connect to my app with no success.

I called again on April 4,and the rep said that she would leave a message with the office as the system was still not on. No callback from Titan. So I called again (April 5) and spoke with a young man and explained the situation, again. He checked and said that Solar Edge (the app people) gave them the wrong sticker for the inverter box and they can't activate it. they are waiting for a sticker. So, this has been going on since March 31 and it is now April 5. How long does it take to get a #@**! sticker!

At this point, if I had known what a pain and time waster it was going to be I may have reconsidered this whole solar thing. The young man said that since it's now after 5 he can't talk with the team but he will leave a note (yeah), He promised to callback in the morning. We'll see, One Star for you Titan, if I could give -1, I would.

I signed up with Titan solar back in February. Its now December and my solar   is still not on. I have called titan Solar multiple times and repeatedly I'm told they're waiting on PG&E or someone will call me back to explain what's going because no one does!  I have called my sales rep numerous time who said he has escalated the situation. that was back June. I called customer service again in October  and I was told a bush is possibly blocking the meter and someone will call me back to explain. I haven't received one call!!! This is the worst experience by far I had with a company and I'm appalled that no one has reached and tried to help me. I have been told it's possible to get out my contract and unfortunately i am at my limits. Please if you are reading this. AVOID AVOID AVOID TITAN SOLAR

I had a saleslady come to my door saying she was with Titan energy and sold me on solar and how it could lower my electric bills. After signing up and having the panels installed its nothing like what she promised. My bills have never been higher! I called titan to see about getting more panels but they said they are just the installers and dont guaranteed what the sales people say so now i have a solar bill for the next 25 years that doesn't even cover a 1/3 of my electricity. If you wanna get screwed this is the company for you! Don't say you weren't warned!

Titan Solar Power does NOT know what they're doing! Installed the solar panels, and everything seemed ok outside of not following Burbank's requirements which required a revision of AC/DC, outlined on Burbank's website. First inspection was scheduled for February 9th from 7-9 am.  At 3:30 pm, I called and emailed Jessica with no response.  A few hours later, I received an email stating inspection had been moved to February 10th, but Jessica is in Arizona training, so she cannot make it.  A few days later, I received a call from Sara to reschedule, as she outlined their customer service policy and will always call me.   Inspection with the city happened on Friday, February 25th.  Titan Solar FAILED the Inspection but did not communicate this to us.  He knocked on our door to say he was leaving and NOTHING! (I was at a DR. appointment, or I would have asked) Texted Sara the next day asking if we passed and the next steps.  No Response.  Call her today (March 2nd 2022) and left a voicemail.  I called my Sales rep, JACK, which is great at answering his phone and returning calls.  He stated he checked this morning and found it; Titan had FAILED the inspection.   I asked why Titan would not have told up when he knocked on the door, but Jack could not answer.

The first payment on the Solar system is due in March 2022, and Titan Solar Power cannot pass inspections!   From reading the reviews, Tital Solar always says - Call us, and we will handle it quickly.  Why don't you answer your phones or emails when you've FAILED inspection?   Why do you NOT communicate to the homeowner that you FAILED the inspection?   Why am I writing this review after you've been paid for the installation but cannot PASS Inspections?   Bottom line:  USE ANOTHER INSTALLATION COMPANY. DO NOT USE Titan Solar Power.

We were notified about a month ago that our inverter had gone out and that they were going to replace it and that they would call and schedule the appointment when the inverter came in.  They called to schedule the I asked how long that the inverter had not been working and they said for about a year.  I asked if they would reimburse us for the bills that we paid to TEP for the last year. The company said that I as a homeowner was in charge of maintenance and up keep on the inverter and I had no idea how to do that.  We got the appointment scheduled February 23 which was good because my wife and kids would be home that day. The technician came to install it and never once rang the doorbell or called to let my family know that he was there.  I asked my wife if they came by and she said no.  A day later she got an email that said that they would be there today with no indication of a time window that they would be there. I received a call today at 9:00 from the technician stating that he was there  to replace my inverter. I was at work and could not make it home to open the garage door. The technician said that I was the first appointment for the day and that he was pretty booked for today and that I was the first of six customers on the schedule for an appointment between 7&9.

I was going to wait to do a review until all was complete but I am not impressed. The first was they messed up in the design and on the install day they couldn't finish because of it. Another two weeks before they could get me back on the schedule.  The inspection was scheduled for today. No show and poor communication.  45 minute wait to talk to someone who said inspectors by 4 and he would call when complete along with if it passed.  No calls and no inspector showed up.   I am thinking we have been scammed.  Not sure I would recommend this company unless I see a dramatic change in service.

Now that I have to PTO I can't get timely help.  It shows my solar is getting energy but its not being converted.  Promised a call back at a time convenient to me and still nothing. Meanwhile waiting on hold to try to talk to someone else.  This is not good customer service.

I'm all about clean energy and reducing my carbon footprint but as of now would recommend using a different solar company.

So this is the update. We received the refund for the 3 months we have paid for the panels last week. I was able to talk to our utility company (CPS) today and the lady explained to me that CPS approved application back in September 2021 and Titan had 120 days to submit city permit and they didn't so they cancelled the application on January 11th. All CPS needed to do was come and turn on the panels. Then Titan submitted another application on February 11th and it was disapproved today March 16th because there were mistakes in the paperwork submitted. And now they have to re-send a new application and the whole process can take 3-5 weeks. When I spoke to one of the Titan managers, Ryan, he explained to me that they were waiting on CPS and he was going to send out a tech to verify the panels were good to go this time because according to Titan, it had failed inspection twice. No one has come out yet. No one has communicated with me. He told me to talk to CPS to hopefully have them come sooner than later to get the panels turned on but this is what I just found out. The lady from CPS said no one from CPS has ever come out and done inspection. So now I am beyond upset because the lady said that solar companies tend to say that inspection has failed to customers that have no idea what's going on just so they don't look bad. My problem is that it's been over 6 months and we are planning to move out in 2 weeks and there has been no updates and nothing will be done before we move. This is so unprofessional and I am to the point I want to cancel this project because it has been a headache.

Absolutely horrendous experience. I sadly made an error in not using my original solar installer to add 7 new panels. This company is an unorganized disaster. 2 weeks into having "permission to operate" my critter guards are still not installed and the inverters aren't reporting correctly to my monitoring co. It's been issue after issue, rescheduling, showing up to install without the correct "parts". Rescheduling the reschedule during a snow storm... The list of utter BS just continues. Just a complete disaster. Avoid Titan at all costs.

They make promises and tell you that someone will contact you in 24 to 48 hours from Customer NO Service and I've been waiting three months and I've never heard from them, they contact you only when you owe them money.  No one has been to my house to explain what everything is and what I need to do.  It took them 2.5 months to get to my house to repair their equipement and I was never informed that that had come by and made the repairs, I found out by accident.  They placed my panels in the shade from my neighbors house and tree for 3 hours every morning.  I'm a retired General Contractor and I've never a contractor this bad.  If I could, they would receive a -5 start

I have been without solar energy for the entire month of April (20 days and counting)

I have not been given any updates as to when my system will be operational again.

I expect some kind of reimbursement, preferably my loan payment and my electrical bill that I am accruing by the day.

On average, before the system crashed, I was averaging over 70 kWh per day. There has not been a cloud in the sky for the last three weeks, so my average should be over 75 by this point.

I already wrote a review, spoke to them on the phone and sent emails to their "info" inbox and have not been given any support.

I already hired an attorney to handle my troubles, have forwarded him everything I have at my disposal and am leaving it up to him to contact them now.

They would get zero stars but I can't do that.

Had Titan install solar in 2018. Inverter failed within first year and there was a problem with some of the wiring that resulted in two lengthy outage periods during which no solar power is produced and no credit is given for not receiving the benefits of having solar panels. Typically takes a while to get techs out to conduct repairs. Monsoon winds caused flashing near panels to bend; when techs came to repair it, they cracked a roof tile. After a few months of excuses about delays in getting the tile replaced, they said their techs denied breaking it and they wouldn't fix it. Very disappointing customer service. Shop around before forking $$ over to Titan.

As of today, it's been 390 days since we purchased our system and it is still not operational.  Everything has been installed.  We are now waiting on another "final" electrical inspection.  The first final inspection actually took place last week and the inspector told me that everything passed.  He authorized installation of the 2-way meters which took place two days later.  I've now been told that this duplicate final inspection has been scheduled for 3 weeks from today.  What a deal!  Would give a ZERO if I could!  We have friends who got their solar system installed in 5 weeks (obviously by a different company).  Imagine the conversations that I've been having with them!

Horrible experience. In 2019, we got solar installed and one of their installers used a comically long drill bit through our stucco. Their bit punctured many holes through the wall of our office. Our house was brand new... And to top it off, we have irreplaceable sentimental large professionally framed photographs that were punctured! We were initially informed that the repair would be reimbursed, but that never happened. We are out almost $400 bucks for that. They never returned calls or answered emails. Titan is full of empty promises of "making things right."

Solar inverter went out just after 2 years of installing.  Ordered part over 60 days ago, no one will email me back, no one will call me back and now my APS bill has skyrocketed due to failure of my system. They said they are going through changes and I'm sure part of it is due to losing business or going out of business.    I'm just tired of getting the run around and not having my system work properly.

Titan Solar will harass you but can't be found when you need something. We cancelled before any work was done. Then Kyle showed up at 6:30am from Titan to do work!! I told him we canceled last week and that it's 6:30am. He shrugged his shoulders and said, I was scheduled for 6. They come in my gated yard without warning or regard for my dogs. I was woken up to a man knocking on my door after my husband left for work.  My dogs stayed next to me when they could have gone out their dog door and used Kyle as a chew toy. I would have thought 2 large dogs and a gate would keep unwelcome folks out but I guess I'll be putting ugly signs up to spell out NO trespassing and No soliciting.
Titan Arizona claims they are local. They appear to be based out of California. They are dishonest from the beginning. After giving us an 818 phone number our sales rep knew nothing about that being a CA area code and told us he lived in Mesa his whole life. And that the other rep is his brother. They draw you in with a hometown feel but it's all sales bull. Just say no from the beginning.

And all there employees just keep  giving me the run arounds. The panels were fixed and my bill reflects that. I'm not a huge fan of the strong armed - send u to collections before we settle - approach but I guess if you get bit in the butt enough times this is what you prepare for...being upfront about that would be appreciated and less of a shock.

Very happy and would recommend with that caution to the cash buyers out there..lastly for Tesla consideration, the initial quote is very much the hook. After the $100 deposit you will learn the adjusted bill. I didn't have that with Titan. What was quoted stood to the end.

The doorbell rings.  I go to the door.  Standing there is a gentleman wearing a Titan badge.  He says he's here to install the solar connection interface, he just needs my permission to get started.  I'm not expecting this, so I start asking questions.  It sounded like he worked for my local power provider, APS.  I asked if he worked for APS.  He said no, that APS has his company, Titan, doing these installations.  I tell him I don't have any plans on going to solar.  He tells me this will keep my electric bills from going up to $500 to $600 a month.  I asked how could my electric bill go up that high.  He didn't really answer that question.  During all this, he has me under the impression that APS sent him to do this work to my home's meter... but eventually I decided this was just a deceptive sales scam-pitch to get me to agree to let him install something on my electric meter, under the guise that APS wanted this done.

Beware of Titan knocking on your door!

Titan Solar installed solar panels on the south side of our house on March 12, 2021. On March 26, 2021, the panels failed both inspections. They failed the electrical inspections because, per the electrical inspector, Titan Solar installed the wiring backwards. More importantly, the panels failed the inspections from the City because the plans Titan Solar provided to the city were different than how the panels were installed. The inspector told us that the plan that Titan Solar had submitted to the city had panels installed on the NORTH side of our house. That was the first time we had ever heard about a plan to install panels on the NORTH side of our house, since the plan that Titan Solar recommended to us from the beginning had been to install the panels on the south side of the house. We called Titan Solar that day and told them their panels failed both inspections.

To Titan Solar's credit, they sent out a team on Monday, 3/29 to re-install the electrical. To their discredit, they showed up again the next day, unnecessarily and unexpectedly, to "fix the electrical." We said, "You guys just came out and fixed it yesterday." They said, "Oh, sorry, no one told us that. Can we come back and look at it anyway?" So I had to stop working, put my dogs away, let the install team in through the back gate, wait 30 mins for them to be done, and walk them back out the back gate. This was inconvenient and disruptive and showed me that Titan Solar communicates poorly with its teams.

Since then, we have had to reach out to Titan Solar multiple times asking for an update on what they are going to do about the powerless solar panels installed on the side of our house that was not approved by the city. We finally received a call back about this issue on Thursday, April 22 (Almost a month later) where the Titan Solar representative said, "Looks like my guys installed the panels on the wrong side of your house." He did not apologize, but rather, offered a bunch of explanations about how we "were misinformed" and how there "was a miscommunication between the sales guys and the install team." He told us that the solution to this issue, basically our only choice, is to continue working with Titan Solar to remove the solar panels, repair the holes they already drilled in our roof, and then re-install the panels on the north side of our house.

The thing is, we NEVER WANTED the panels on the north side of our house for the following reasons: 1. The north side of our house is an extension to the original house built back in the 50's and we don't want to put extra weight on that part of the roof, and 2. We don't want the panels to be visible from our backyard on the north side. We never would have agreed to Titan Solar if they would have told us that the panels needed to be installed on the north side of the house. From the beginning, it was always the south side. Furthermore, I would rather have a roof with no holes drilled in it, than a roof with a bunch of repaired holes in it. We told the Titan Solar representative that we wanted to speak with the branch manager before proceeding.

On April 26 we received a call from someone who said he was the Titan Solar New Mexico Branch Manager. For the first time, Titan Solar apologized for installing the solar panels on the wrong side of our house. We agreed with that the easiest path forward is to go through this entire process again and have Titan Solar come out and fix what they messed up. The branch manager offered to pay our past two months' electrical bills and told us he would get an appointment scheduled "right away" for Titan Solar to come back out, uninstall the panels, fix the roof, and re-install the panels.

That was now nine days ago and we have not heard from anyone at Titan Solar about coming back out to fix the problem they caused.

We have been so unimpressed and disappointed throughout this whole process. We wish there were a way to just stop working with them, but it seems they have us by the balls because we signed a contract with them and they still have a bunch of useless crap installed on our roof. Our first choice would be for Titan Solar to take back its panels, pay for a new roof for us, and cancel our contract. But it seems like trying for this would be even more time, stress, and energy than just having Titan Solar go through with something that we NEVER WANTED, just so that we don't have useless panels installed on our house forever.

Titan Solar is incompetent, disorganized, and has such poor customer service skills that we had to talk to three people before they even offered an apology for installing panels on the wrong side of our house. This whole process has been frustrating, and it sucks that the easiest path forward is to go through it all a second time, just to have working solar panels (assuming they can pass inspection.) This issue is still not resolved.

I installed solar back in November 2021. To date, my  electricity bill has increased by the amount I paid for the installation. My bill was $116 before the installation and remains at $116. My electricity bill has increased by the cost of the installation. Where is the cost savings to me? When will it begin and how much will it be? To date, I am spending $60 more per month than before I added solar to my home and the solar has done nothing more that added an extra expense I didn't need. It has been a huge ripoff and something I am stuck with for the future.

They still have not resolved the issues I have been having. They email me asking what is a good time and I tell them I am available now to find out they email me just before they leave work. I have been saying since the first call in and having a rude CS to take the panels down this happened the day they were supposed to be activated. I don't need to be treated like this. Yet they haven't I told them if they are going to leave at least put on the Inverter they promised me and put it where I told them to put yet those have not been done. They put the inverter where we were having a door and windows installed. Who does that??? Oh wait, Titan Solar Power does. I waited on hold to speak to someone when the Inverter went out for over 8 hrs and no one picked up and when they replaced the inverter; it was the wrong one again. I am getting nowhere near what I was promised, and the Inverter doesn't go anywhere near it either due to it being too small. I am actively looking into a class action lawsuit.

I am sick to death over choosing Titan Solar I have called, begged, and cussed and  STILL my solar  has not been turned on!! They don't answer calls and when they do they say it's San Carlos Irrigation Project hanging  up the completion. SCIP doesn't call back either Titan did reimburse my payment I made to Loanpal, AFTER I posted a first review ; but what concerns me is if the customer service is so bad now, what's going to happen if I have problems if it ever gets turned on??
Definitely advise people to NOT go with Titan Solar to get your solar.

Nightmare sums up working with Titan. They have ruined my roof and ceiling, left garbage ALL over my yard that I'm still finding. It's been 7 months and the job is half done with no updates. Scheduling is a huge issue. If I wasn't retired appointments would never be met because they randomly show up like, "hey were here to worn today" at 9am. BIGGEST PROBLEM IS.....Titan won't finish the job, they will claim its done to the lender so they issue the money to Titan, then you start paying your lender back 60 days after the job is "completed".  Basically now I'm paying our utilities company $400/mo AND the lender on top of that with no solar.
There is honestly WAY MORE but I'll stop here and just write a book instead and call it, "The Titan Scam".
UPDATE: Samantha made her comment and like many companies, that's all. It looks like they addressed it, but they don't. They haven't responded and don't return my calls. I'll update here if and when they reach out. But for now, you're lucky if you get your solar and batteries installed. And BTW I've also asked the BBB to reach out and they also have not heard back from them.....

I started the process for getting Solar back in September 2020.  It's now almost May 2021.  I have panels on the roof, but an inverter that has never worked, still waiting on a replacement.

I'm not a picky customer and I understand that unforeseen obstacles can change timelines.  But I have the worst buyer's remorse ever.  I'm aware that Titan is the installer and not the seller, but I hold Titan accountable because everything that is wrong is due to the installation.

Communication is horrible.  If I didn't call every week, I doubt anything would be complete.  They are quick to blame my local electric company (SSVEC), but my electric company has provided me honest and continuous updates since the process started.  It has been over six months now and I'm paying two bills, one to the electric company and one to Loanpal for the solar.

I've also paid my tax credit that I already received.  Who would have thought that the IRS would be faster than the solar installation?

I'm shopping around for a lawyer so I can get out of this mess.  I don't even use enough electricity to make it worth the investment.

Whatever you do, make sure you do your research on the seller and installer for your home solar.  Don't be in a hurry to get your tax credit, because that is the urgency they will press on you.  And that tax credit is not anywhere near what the seller quoted, it came to about half that.

Horrible company. Please choose another solar company. Plenty of other really good companies to choose from.
STAY AWAY FROM TITAN SOLAR POWER.
Contract signed and set to install February 2019. System installed November 2019.  After a multitude of complaints, phone calls, and emails (electricity bill rising) Titan Solar sent someone out to our home to check system...
TITAN SOLAR FORGOT TO TURN IT ON! System was turned on June 2020.
A series of alerts from inverter Nov, Dec 2021, and Jan 2022, April and May. Not only did Titan Solar not send someone over but Solaredge said all alerts were old. "What? Alerts are old when you don't return phone calls for several months!" Last half of April and first half of May, inverter reported NO power at all. In May 2022, Solaredge had Titan Solar install a new inverter. It's now August 20, 2022  (electricity bill rising) and inverter has had 14 alerts this month alone. We have called, emailed, sent alerts through Titan Solar's website in Arizona and in Texas. NO ONE is responding. Oh wait. Sales guy, Mr. Sonny Rock returned my husbands email to Titan Solar by calling me.
He wanted to sell us another 20 solar panels.

My in-laws originally installed their panels back in June, 2020. If you're looking to get solar panel, I HIGHLY advise you to look elsewhere! Titan Solar Power has been a mess from the beginning. It started with them arriving unannounced, Then the employees/contractors proceed to play their loud music without even asking permission. Then, my in-laws also missed 2 payments because Titan Solar didn't even advise them when the first payment would be or how to make the payment! After all that fiasco, things went okay... Then, the bills start going up again! I then start getting suspicious and call APS and APS told me that my solar panels have not been receiving ANY energy since August 2021. That's 7 months! It's insane that the solar panel system is already failing! Right now I'm currently trying to get a hold of customer service on the phone and it's been what, almost 30 minutes! I'm hoping to get my in-laws a compensation and get this fixed in 1-2 days. They shouldn't be going through this problem this early. Again, if your looking to contract someone, don't look for Titan.

Well it has been over a year, and I am still paying for electricity. Now fortunately I have a monthly payment for the solar equipment as well. On average I pay $54 less per year for electricity. This company is garbage. This product is useless. If you want to pay less for electricity buy LED bulbs.

I love how I was told on my previous review to "please email with my project address" so that someone would "escalate ... and ensure your property is taken care of", and yet several days later there is still no response to the email. It seems  I am not alone in seeing that only Yelp or Google reviews get fast responses as lots of customers are definitely not getting the help they need with the many calls placed to the customer care line (spent mostly on hold) or even with the emails as directed.

Wow.  What a turn of events.  The day our install team (Team 13) completed the install they asked me to give them a review.  I gave them a good review as they were fast and did what they said they would do.  However, two weeks later my system has yet to pass city inspection.  The inspector came out and didn't even bother to come on site once he saw the panels.  The panels had not been installed per the permit and he wouldn't approve as he said it didn't meet code!  The next day I called Titan Solar and they never returned my call.  Again I tried them yesterday.  I've left messages and no one wants to return my calls.  I've even worked through the original salesperson and he isn't getting any good answers from them either.  It seems to me that they're great selling you a system, but when there's a problem - forget about it.  Right now I have effectively a boat anchor on my roof.  The lack of customer service is baffling.  All I want them to do is return my call and tell me what they're doing to fix the issue - nothing.

Before you go with Titan Solar, be careful.

Had an amazing experience with Titan for my solar installation. The installation crew (crew 28) that came out to my home was very friendly, communicative, and respectful. Where I was most impressed, was when they had to remove some storage racking on the inside of my garage to install the battery/inverter, which I knew was part of the plan--what I didn't expect was for them to reassemble it and set it back up on the other side of the garage without me even asking! It saved me so much time and headache, and allowed me to put my garage back together so much faster. The installers even offered to paint the metal conduit to match the exterior paint on our home so it blends in! Couldn't be more impressed with the job Titan did!

Mike and Connor decided to stop by our house today and ring our doorbell despite the no soliciting sign right next to it. After answering the door and hearing the pitch about solar they were politely told "I'm good thanks" and we closed the door. Instead of walking away they decided to be rude and say that it was hilarious and we didn't know what we were talking about, that we were going solar and that we made an appointment. (We didn't and we aren't). And to double down with their rudeness they then decided to be sexist and talk about how "she's clearly not the decision maker" since she's at home during the day. Almost like these two mask less wonders don't know that there is a pandemic and almost everyone works from home.

So I guess the two takeaways are if this is how the sales people treat customers I can't imagine how bad the rest of the service is and ring security systems are awesome.

Titan Solar has taken advantage of my military veteran, senior father by convincing him he needs solar panels on his home.  His home has not had central heat and air for the past 10 years.  He uses 3 window units in the 3 rooms he "lives" in.  When you walk up to the home you can see 1 of ac units and when you enter you see he is also a hoarder.  His electric bill is set to $85 per month and he usually gets a credit at the end of the year, he does not need panels!  My father's short-term memory is gone and has multiple health issues that I have been working with him on since March 2022.  Titan sold him the panels in January 2022. When I found out about the panels in March 2022 I began reaching out to Titan.  I have sent Titan Solar Power emails requesting a call and for them to remove the panels due to his dementia with no response. I have reached out to the BBB only to get that if he was not diagnosed before he signed the papers they are not at fault.   There is no diagnosis as it is a symptom not a disease.  I have requested all signed documents and have yet get a response. I have a power of attorney to speak on my dad's behalf and he also understands things, but his short term is bad, so it is hard from day to day.  This company should be ashamed on what they have done and now I found out they have a financial statement against his home.  I also found they are charging him $40.99 per month, not sure for what and they won't talk to me.  I have tried to get legal help, but this is not a case that will make an attorney any money and they say it will cost us thousands to fight!  This company is after the next dollar and does not care who they get it from!

I wish I would have seen these reviews before I got titan to do my solar. My electricity bill only went down a little bit a d I'm paying about 150$ a month for my solar that I financed. I'm paying almost double for my energy now. The rep said I would get about $10k back from.my.tax return and I'm only getting back $3,700. So don't believe a word they say. All in all this was the worst thing I could have done. The reo said my energy bill would drop to about $20 a month and it's been about $120 pr more every month and I have to pay $150 for financing the panels so my bill.is double now ! What a nightmare. I should have never trusted these people, now im stuck. I talked to the rep and he says I may need more panels to see my bill go down ! I can't believe I did this ! I'm stuck now

thank you Titan team for getting my solar back up.  I appreciate Annie getting the ball rolling for me again.  Drew is a great tech and very knowledgeable about all the upgrades now available for someone that has been with solar for a few years.  Drew diagnosed the problem when he came out this morning and then came back a couple of hours later to remedy the problem.  He told us about all the things we can do to make the most out of our solar.  So hats off to Titan for being number one in the solar game!  Sincerely, Dorothy Prickett

Do not do business with this company.  If you encounter any problems, they put you on hold for 25 minutes, then put you on hold again and do not promise any resolutions to your issues.

1. Titan installed the panels on the wrong side of my home.  That took 2 months to get rectified.
2. Now my faulty inverter that they blame on SolarEdge absolving themselves of responsibility.  They will install terrible equipment on your home and then you leave you on the hook.  The inverter has only been on my home for 9 months.
3. I'm currently on hold with them right now.  So this is comical.
4. Paying the electric company is much better than ever dealing with headaches like this again.
5. The customer service representative is dismissive of my problems while on the phone with me, and seemed shocked that I was not happy being on hold for so long to come to no equitable resolution.

Moral of the story.  Do not think going green is any better than just paying Duke Energy for your service.

Bad service and bad equipment. Don't use this company!! Today is the second time this year my solar stopped working. No warning, no alerts, just stopped working a week ago. If you don't monitor the system on your own, you will never know until you get a big utility bill. To resolve, I had to contact SolarEdge (can't call them any more so had to use chat only--not fun) and they would not do anything until I called Titan just to have them call SolarEdge--wait what...you guys are partners and I have to do all the work to get the two companies to talk--not good. So I called Titan and spent 1 hour and 19 min waiting for them to pick up. She looked at the system and confirmed the problem and said a specialist would need to call me back sometime in the next 24 - 48 hours--REALLY!!!! Then they would need to contact SolarEdge and maybe order a part. So, I really have no idea how long it's going to take to fix my solar right in the middle of the hottest days of the year in state (CA) with the highest electricity costs. Every experience I have had since day one has been like this. Do yourself a favor and don't use either company.

Poor communication with our solar co who hired them.
Held our approval paperwork up for weeks longer than necessary.
Installed wrong inverter, and then made excuses about not contacting ED3 on time.
We had to finally call them to get them to set commission date.
Day of install broke our cactus plants and never said anything.
I give them two stars only because they painted the conduit as promised, otherwise it was a one star experience with them overall.
Wish there were better qualified install companies with better customer service.

I want to focus my review solely on dealing with the company when it comes to tax forms. Firstly, we were jerked around by our salesperson who told us we didn't need anything from them and that our tax preparer would know what to do. That's not true-- the company must fill out the proper forms for the state rebate and send them in so that the state can then issue you a certificate which you can then take to your tax preparer. YOU CAN ONLY DO THIS DURING THE YEAR IN WHICH YOU HAD THE INSTALL, so this is time sensitive. Though you will need to stay on them and in talking from September through February I called nearly weekly unable to get through to a supervisor and always dealing with people back to square one who have no idea what the issue is and just try to assuage your concerns without any facts or truth behind what they are saying. Then finally when the team sees fit to fill out the forms, rather then sending to state they send over 100 pages to us-- what are we supposed to do with this? For us to suss through and figure out what to fill in the blanks how to do the percentage math what is necessary and what is not to send in. Titan is completely negligent in doing their part and seem to relish the notion we will not make the cut and go through more red tape ultimately needing to file an amendment before we can actually receive our rebate! Super unhappy. Ridiculous to be told over and over there are no supervisors to address the issue with. Absolutely zero faith in this company and it's quite likely they did a shoddy job at that in doing our install if this is just our tax experience.

Don't waste your time!  Choosing Titan solar is like playing Russian roulette. Your call, your risk!  If I could give them negative 10, I would.

I began communication with Titan solar on October 3rd. I learned very quickly that they cannot be reached by telephone.  I began the alternative, email communication.

1st email, "Hello. My inquiry is about my current solar panels, 17 of them. I'm having a new roof put on.  I need a company that works with Solar Edge. Is Solar Edge in your installing profile? If not, could you please recommend a company?"

The 5th email, "I'm not sure how it would work if we were not the original installers. Let me check with someone and get back to you about how we go about that."

7th email, "
I might be misunderstanding your question. Do you have an existing system already installed? Or are you inquiring about adding on to the existing system?"

11th email, Please see information below and let me know what you think.

It is not uncommon for us to assist customers in a situation like this.  Most commonly their original installer is no longer in business and they need the system removed so roof work can be completed and then we return afterward to reinstall the system.

This type of project is quoted at $quoted price per panel and this includes both the removal and reinstall in this price.  I saw it mentioned the homeowners system is 17 panels so this project would be a total of $quoted price.  If HO is interested in moving forward I can provide her an official written quote and work with her on scheduling the dates for the work.

12th and final email, "Yes, if you would, I would like a written proposal quote.

Thank you so much,"

October 10th and no further communication from them. No quote!!

If I could give 0 stars I would! My solar panels have been on my roof for 2 months and they are not turned on. Titan claims they are waiting on approval from my county on a change they made while installing. This approval needs to be accepted before an inspection is done and turned over to APS. There are notes on my account that stated Ruby (whoever that is), is unable to contact my county and is waiting for their approval. Total BULL! I called the county, who picks up every time I call, and they have absolutely nothing waiting on my address. Customer Service doesn't have access to all my information because they only have access to certain states, so they are little help. I just contacted the FOURTH person today and told them to stop my payments which are staring on the 1st of August because I will not be making a payment on panels that aren't in use and ALSO paying the electric company. When I demand answers, they tell me to reach out to all these different people....WHY AM I DOING THE LEG WORK!??! I am more than happy if they come and rip the solar panels off my roof so I don't have to deal with this bullshit.

Update: So my wife finally got through to someone by accidentally entering a different number in their automated caller queue. Turns out the technician who was supposed to come to our house to conduct the site survey called out sick today. The person my wife talked to said it's the technician's responsibility to then contact the customer  if they're not going to make it.

Really? That's not good business. It's your name -Titan- that I have a contract with, not the technician. That's probably reason I'm reviewing Titan Solar on Yelp. So you don't answer customer calls and you don't communicate with customers when you know there is an issue.

I sure hope someone shows up by 4:00 pm today as newly promised over the phone to my wife.

Waiting on our site survey today...

So I'm just beginning my solar journey and chose your company. I hope your permitting, installation and the system service under your warranty is better than your customer service line. Three times on hold for 10 minutes or so only to be directed to voicemail and have no one return my call over an hour & a half later.

Seriously Titan, you need more than one person answering calls in your Mesa office. Each time we called and opted to wait for the next available operator, we were directed to the same person's voicemail.

Kind of disappointed in the way this is starting.

Everything leading up to the install was great. Took over a month after the install to actually get the unit inspected and turned on. During the install, one of the installers stepped in the tar paper valley, tearing the tar paper and causing a leak. The first time they came out to fix it, they didn't bother going up on the roof. They put silicon around a few of the screws and left. It leaked again. They came back out on 8/4/22 to fix it but it started raining so they left. I've had absolutely zero communication from them as to the status of my roof repair. Now on 8/16 (after sitting on hold for 45+ minutes and leaving multiple messages) they finally call back and say that the roof was like that before the install. I didn't have any leaks before the install and now the ceiling and wall in my laundry room are ruined! Their customer service is horrible (with the exception of Shaun who coordinated our install). We're the 1st house in our neighborhood to get solar & we will NOT be recommending Titan Solar!

I was hoping I did not have to write a review on yelp but it seems to be the only way that I might get some attention. I had my solar panels installed by Titan solar earlier this year and had the Tesla Power wall batteries installed a couple of months ago. The solar panels were working just fine then the battery install came. After they install the batteries I had to wait for the city inspector to approve the install. This was a while ago. I just so happened to check my local electric companies website to see my bill and came to find out for the whole month of April and parts of May I've been running solely on grid power. So basically I'm making a $500 payment to the power company and also making payments on the panels and battery. I've tried to contact Titan solar for the last couple of weeks with no response whatsoever. I've called, I've emailed, I put in a request for service and nothing. No one answers their phones. To me it only time you would hear from them is when they want to install your equipment so they get paid. Horrible experience.

Titan Solar was the installer that came out after I signed up for solar through LGCY. Everything so far has been great including communication. The install looks great and the install team was very friendly and communicated well. The only problems I could say anything about is the minor damage to the shingles from the anchoring systems and the way they sealed some of the holes. They did run the conduit through my attic as requested so that it wasn't visible along the roof. My attic is fairly easy to walk across so they had no issue doing it. They even painted the conduit that was visible to match my house paint! Now I am just waiting for the City to send out an inspector so they can finally connect it to the grid.

Had a major snafu when first installed they caused leaks in my roof  however they did eventually fix the leaks after 4 attempts and the district manager actually came out to supervise to make sure everything was done right once and for all ....they compensated us for the drywall /paint repair and thank goodness for Nina Perry who was quick to follow up each time until I got everything resolved

Titan installed my battery two and a half months ago, and it is still not connected. In the process of installing it they disconnected my solar system, which had been functioning for a year or so, and it took them about a month  of blunders to reconnect it. Their last failed attempt to get the battery inspected and working was almost a month ago, and I have heard nothing from them since.

The company is either dishonest or, more likely, terminally incompetent.

I wish I would have seen these reviews before I started with them.  I started the process in July of 2021 and sold what a great system it would be.  Here in December, my project was rejected because they didn't fill out the forms correctly times 2 and communication has been terrible.  I had to call the power company to make sure the forms were correct and they made the corrections for me.  Given the reviews, and the poor communication and lack of professionalism I would not recommend them at all and about to cancel my order.  Beware and consider a competitor.

Worst customer service EVER! They came and installed the "box" 2 months ago. Ever since then they have either not shown up (no call no show) had to reschedule, or have tried to come on random days causing my family to have to leave work. The panels are still in my garage that I can't use to park my cars in. And the kicker- when they came to drop off the panels- they spilled a can of stain on my garage floor, didn't tell anyone and just threw a couple of towels over it! Now they are saying it won't be until next month for the install... If they hadn't already drilled into my roof I would cancel everything!!!!! Beware of the branch out of GA!!!!!!!

This company is an absolute nightmare from start to finish. All of these reviews echo the same issues I have dealt with personally and I honestly wish I would have seen them beforehand. I like everyone else hear am now stuck with paying for a solar loan and my power bill has not changed. The only thing that's changed is my usage has suddenly doubled from the moment the panels were turned on. When questioned about this they coyly respond that if you use more electricity your usage will increase....they fail to see a direct correlation with my usage doubling the moment the panels were cut on. Let's see all of the reviews regarding randomly showing up and not sticking to schedules are true as well, I lost so much time from work that if the panels did work as intended I wouldn't have seen any saving for years due to lost time from work. The project took 2 months longer than it was supposed to because they failed to communicate with my utility company properly. I eventually had to spend an entire day coordinating back and forth with Titan and my utility company to get Titan to send the paperwork needed. When I asked about reimbursement for the failure to be turned on in time they told me it was my utility companies fault so they would not be reimbursing me. Everytime you call them you sit on hold for 45 mins and usually have to call multiple times to reach the person you are trying to reach. At the end of the day this is an absolute scam and I'm now stuck pursuing legal options to get out of this nightmare.

I would of gave Titan slack but then I have been consulted by many Reps from other company's. On top of that all those company's have a termination fees. You don't think much about it until you realize there's company that let you cancel at any point without any fees. The top most reliable company's don't have 20 company's going door to door for them. It just shows how money hungry this company and doesn't care whether you save money or even have a good experience as a customer.

If I could give a minus rating, I would.  This project has been a nightmare from the get go!  I had the panels put on my roof on Dec. 29, 2019.  It's still not done. They hired a subcontractor to trench the line.  Danny Keith couldn't get the instructions that SRP left him to correctly run the line.  The trench was in my yard for over 7 weeks.  SRP finally had to show how the line was to be laid.  Then 3 weeks, no trench filled in.  A woman came in to fill the trench by hand - she needed the job.  None of my irrigation lines were repaired due to the trenching.  Danny Keith lies to me about getting trench properly filled in and get replacement rocks.  SEVERAL TIMES he promised to get the trench filled (irrigation lines repaired) and the rock replaced.  I have called the Titan Solar office  on numerous occasions to check on it and complain.  Nice office people but NO follow through.  I've talk to Elan, Mackenzie, Sasha, and others.

Well, it's almost May 1.  I still have to get the final inspection with both SRP and Titan Solar in attendance.  I have water irrigation lines that are broken, a partial filled trench, and no replacement rocks on my landscape.  I don't know when that is.  Please make this nightmare go away.  I want it done!!!  Don't let a Titan or a subcontract by the name of Danny K. , come near your solar project.

I have been waiting a month and a half to get my leaky roof fixed and tighten kept dragging their feet. The leak was from under my solar panels on a five year old roof that they punctured when installing the panels. They will not get back to you after leaving several messagesAnd usually you're on hold for 30 to 40 minutes.

I'm updating my review. I have Titan two stars only because they took fault and corrected the problem. Titans customer service is terrible and needs to be corrected. Their employees give incorrect information and don't show up for installs as they should. Not to
Mention will come to your house to install without all the materials needed. There are some positives to Titan but their customer service isn't one. It took 3 months from when my system was installed until it was actually fully operating. Titan please fix your customer service and get your ducks in a row. You have so much more potential.

Titan Solar Power did my solar installation in November of 17.  Have to say- VERY impressed with the process.  The crew showed up at the time they said they would, let me know they were getting started, and got done quickly!  They must have been done by 1 PM.

Since the system has been turned on, my highest bill with APS has been $24.  Can't beat that!

The crew was courteous, the project managers kept in touch throughout the entire project, and the system looks great!  Can't say enough good things about Titan.  I've even sent a few referrals their way ;)

Had my solar panels turned on in April. Noticed right away that the power produced wasn't making its way to to the grid somehow and the panels were not performing as was to be expected. I contacted customer service and my sales rep, nothing was done. I've been calling into customer service now at least twice a month asking them to have a tech come out to look at them. For the first month I got the run around of "there's no notes in the system, we will write it down and someone will be in contact within 48 hours. No one EVER contacted me, any time I called in. I always waited at least a week before I called back in, most of the time for the same thing to happen. This went on for all of May and June. Then in July, they told me "your solaredge monitoring was looked at and is producing." Yet no one can tell me why my solaredge monitoring says the system is producing a number much higher than nv energy is actually receiving. No tech was sent to see what is going on. No one will even try to help me understand the problem here.  And no one even contacted me to let me know they looked at it at all, after 3 months of me calling in.

Now I just received my July bill. It is exactly $12 less than my bill last year. TWELVE DOLLARS! It costs me more to have solar than to not have it at all. I'm extremely dissatisfied with my product, customer service and the entire experience. I would absolutely NOT recommend this company.

We have had our panels for 3 years, wish we would haver NEVER spent the money. Only the first 3 months did we have a "credit". Like everyone else,  we purchased to save money on a monthly basis, not happening.  Our house is 2200 sq ft, have the house set at 80 and with the solar panels our monthly APS is $325.00. Winter months we have our thermostat turned off and we still havent earned any credits?! There is no "savings" with the panels vs without the panels. Actually,  its costing us more because we have to pay the monthly payment for the panels that are  useless! Titans customer service is seriously lacking with the attitude that they don't care. Each time we've had the come out, "everything is working fine". Well, we disagree as our electric bills say different.  STAY AWAY!!!

This is a second update from August 17th.  Titan has been great overall.  The sale person Kyler has gone above and beyond what a salesperson is expected to do.  We had a smooth installation and it was very quick and they cleaned up after themselves, which was important to me as I had just had my yard landscaped.  Kyler addressed all my concerns and still (10 months later) answers my text about anything !!

Recently I found out the solar panels were not working and was shocked by a large electric bill on top of my solar payment.  I was unhappy but called Titan right away.  A technician was scheduled to come out approximately 10 days later, they never showed up or called.  I was unhappy but called again and was informed that it was a scheduling error and that I had been left a voicemail (incorrect!)  I told the CS person that waiting another two weeks was unacceptable to me and that I would be very vocal about my unhappiness, but that did not help.  Later that evening I posted a 1-star yelp review and to my amazement, I got a call from Samantha Jones (Director of Operations/marketing).  Samantha exceeded my expectations, she was kind, listened, and totally understood why I was upset.  She must be a miracle worker because she has already taken care of the problem, solar is on and running, we have the app to monitor and I am being reimbursed with a check.  This is what customer service should be! I have her cell number for any future problems.  I can honestly say I have never had such a positive response after a negative interaction.  Samantha thank you and I will be sure to recommend Titan as long as they employ people like you, ones who value their customers and treat them fairly!

we had titan come out and install panels. however before that they had to redo the insulation in the attic. this area however is over the converted garage when the company came out to do so they knelt or stepped on the dry wall for the ceiling thus creating a crake. when we first contacted them and sent pictures of the damage  over a year ago, we never got a response after that, even when a tech came out took pictures as well. then not even a month ago the ceiling came crashing down. we again contacted them, this is when we were told that that part of the job was subcontracted. this is the first time we were told this and was given the number to call them. well low and behold, we find out that they only have a one year limited Warranty, and guess what it ran out just a few days before this all happened. very displeased with this company for not following up with the issue, not giving us the information needed to get it taken care of we now have over $18,000 in repair and damages, good thing no one was sleeping in the room at the time since half of the ceiling fell right onto the bed.

We looked at several solar companies before deciding to go with US Solar Dealers.  Evidently, they partner with Titan Solar Power and operate in 12 states.  US Solar Dealers out of Las Vegas was very professional and provided us with an accurate proposal at a very low price compared to other companies we spoke with. The communication from USSD was excellent and the installation by Titan went, more or less, as planned. There was a rain delay and a holiday weekend, but I'm reasonable with those delays.

I have read every one of the reviews and feel Titan is getting a bad rap!  What I understand is that Titan Solar does NOT sell solar, they are only the installer.  So many of these complaints should be directed to the company that the customer met with and contracted with.

True, Titan may have made some errors. But come-on folks. Installing solar is a major construction project with hundreds of things that could go wrong!  I must say some of these complainants seem to be nit-pickers that likely would find a perfectly cooked steak terrible because the parsley sprig was too large.  Some people just cannot be pleased or are placing their disappointment on the installer and not the sales company. Some have a legit complaint and it seems Titan does answer them.

Anyway, I was very happy with US Solar Dealers that put the paperwork together, their customer communications, and Titans' work.  Zero utility bill and just a small solar equipment payment.  I'll take that any day!!

I have had a long battle with Solar and was hoping that once I decided to go for it that it would be painless, that has not been the case.

Long story short, I put my deposit down on 2/8/19 and here is is 2/6/19 and my house just failed inspection.

I had an originally scheduled installation of 12/27/2019 and they came with just the solar rails...no panels. I got lost in life and a couple of weeks went by and no call from Titan, so I track down some phone numbers and find a guy and he looks up the inventory and says they have my panels in stock but the scheduler was not there and she would call me by the end of the week, I called on a Tuesday and there was no call on Friday.

Finally got scheduled to install the panels on 1/27/19 and inspection on 1/30/19 and Titan doesn't show up to the inspection! So they put me off until 2/6/20 and then the inspector gets here and fails the system...

After they failed the initial inspection I called APS and they told me that no one from Titan was there and that the tech called 40 minutes prior, they said that I should call Titan and have them put me on as a secondary contact. So I called Titan...no answer and so I left a message. The next day I called Titan...left a message and now it's 2/6 and I talk to the inspector, failed inspection. I called Titan...no answer so I left a message. I just went on LinkedIn and messaged the COO and we'll see what happens.

I was a low voltage contract for 15 years and I have seen these companies before, I hate them. They are too busy or too cheap to provide good service, they skimp on customer service because they focus on sales and installing panels. Customer service is an afterthought, they play catchup, that's their game.

The guys that came and installed were friendly and professional and did what the plans said, did what they were supposed to do, they talked with me and addressed concerns and we even made a change with no issues.

I have only done this solar installation so I can't tell you want to look for. But maybe you should just see if you can get someone on the phone, thats a good start and likely my mistake. I have a really responsive salesman, but he's an outside salesman.

Sometimes you win, sometimes you lose. Titan won, I lost.

We had a technician come out last week and failed to turn in his work orders so here we are waiting on serial numbers for a replaced power inverter to get over to Sunrun to get our unit producing. We've waited two months for Titan. Left voicemails and emails and no response and can't get through on the phone so I guess that tells you all the issues with solar. This is a horrible business practice. Here we are monitoring our free solar once again. No wonder no one wants to buy a house with solar. Very upset at this whole ordeal.

Hello there....I have had your system since May. I have not saved money...but paid more money. Called Duke Energy. They checked. Their meter fine...says the inverter is not kicking over the electricity to their grid. Called Titan. They said since they Don't see an error code, they will not send anyone. This has been going on since May. I was ripped off. And now you guys have a lien on my house and will not remove this garbage. If I have to go to the local news..BBB...Trust Pilot.....whatever it takes. I will get the words out not to get Titan. Others in my neighborhood have solar from another company and Don't have this issue. Just our Titan. And they showed me their $8 - $12 bill while my partner and I paid $128 plus $93 for solar.

I would give them zero stars but the system will not let me.  Titan was supposed to install my panels in May.  I was told later the reason they could not install them in May was that they had not filled out the proper paperwork nor paid the 100.00 permit fees. On a side note the finance company they use is not easy to deal with either.  They have difficulty answering simple questions. They also have difficulty with their monthly bills being accessible on the computer.  The panels were installed in June.  Good leap started billing us in July an issue in and of itself.  The biggest point I want to make is that the panels were installed in June. I started being charged for the panels in July and my panels were not turned on until November.  Therefore, I was paying for the panels to sit on my roof for 4 months and Titan could not do the paperwork in a timely manner to get them turned on.  Finally, after tons of phone calls and emails and the threat of having our attorney call  everything was turned on. I then realize that these 29 panels are not giving me the production that I was told they would give. I only see 154 kWh from the panels for my first month on my power bill. Not really making a dent in my electric bill of 1646 kWh used and now I also have a $34,000 loan for 29 panels that have very little daily production.  No, I am not happy with this experience. My advice to anyone considering using Titan Solar Power is do your homework. Understand exactly what you are getting; how it will or will not save you money and definitely be aware of who is financing your loan.  Please be proactive with this company so that you are getting what you need at a fair price and a loan company you can trust. Do I think I paid a fair price for what I received? No. Did this business earn my trust? No.

Nightmare. Absolute nightmare. Zero stars.
Everyone is super nice until you sign on the dotted line, then they ghost you for weeks at a time. I called so many times and couldn't even leave a message and the wait time was half an hour. Then I finally was able to leave a message and said I wanted to cancel everything since no one would acknowledge me. Guess what! Suddenly I get a call back. Same day. So they're there, they just ignore you. Hoping you give up most likely. We started the process back in July of 2020 and its April 2021 and everything keeps getting delayed since they can't get organized. Every time someone comes to our house, they forgot something, didn't know we had a battery, or some other nonsense. Then the same step in the process is delayed by at least another month. This company is laughable. In the meantime, I've been paying on the loan for 5 months now, with no solar power. Its getting hot out and now I have a loan to pay plus tons of electricity. I can not convey how horrible this has been. I am a patient person and trying to be understanding but this is just beyond unacceptable. I'm opening a case with the financier to try and get a refund for the payments I've made on a non-existent service.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY IF YOU VALUE YOUR SANITY, HOME, AND HARD EARNED MONEY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Titan has a professional group of people that was great to work with. The initial salesperson explained everything very well and their pricing was very competitive. The design and installation teams were great, coordinating everything. including the HOA application. The installation was done in one day as advertised. The county inspection passed without any issues and the system is now working better than expected.

Thank you Titan!

Worst customer service, ever. Project started Nov. 2nd 2017. 3 days for what was to be a 1 day install. 3 inspection fails. 4 return visits, just to repair broken tiles. About 2 weeks just to order a broken panel. 1 month to have broken panel replaced / installed. Left big opening in wall, needing stucco repair. Over 2 months to  patch the wall. Never a phone call from managment, to apologize for all the troubles. Extremely disappointed with their service. Will NEVER reccommended to anyone. At this point, we deserve a personal visit  for the headache. Now fingers crossed we pass final inspection on February 27th 2018. (4 month install is ridiculous)

If I could give no stars I would.  To start with the order for 27 panels specified no exposed conduit.  They plastered the side of the house with conduit and had to come back 10 days later to redo it.  I paid the last payment, less the $1k due after connection, on 10/27/20.  The city has not signed off the permit 6 weeks later let alone APS.  I have left phone messages twice, being that they won't let you talk to anyone, and left a written message on their website weeks ago that went unanswered.  Probably the homeowner purchase I regret the most.

Very slow. Was told we'd have solar by July. Here we are Nov 18th and still do not have solar.  Panels are on the roof but not hooked up.  They blame it on city... but others around us ordered months after us and have theirs up and running (different company). We've had to call and get paperwork pushed to get the inspections.  I'd recommend going with one else.  This company has no sense of urgency.  And they threatened liens to get us to pay (again still not working yet).  And surprise... after payment, we are no longer a customer to them.   They did send someone out today to put bird netting up; however, all 3 guys were nice enough to pee on our house.   Trying to get in contact with someone seems impossible.  I'm sure I'll be fighting with them to clean up this mess as the urine absorbed into the stucco.  I have video of all three as proof if anyone would like it and that I'm not just slandering.    Again save yourself the headache and go with someone else!!

Purchased a house with existing solar panels installed by Titan Solar.  The inverter box was bad so they came out to install a new one.  Awesome.  Less than a month later the inverter box isn't working.  Of course this is during the record hottest days of the year.  It's a good thing I regularly monitor our generation and discovered it after the second day.  I called Titan Solar and they are going to call me back when an installer can come out to put in a new one.  (No hurry or anything.)  I asked how I would be compensated for all the days we aren't getting credit for our generation and they said it wasn't their problem.  So they don't stand behind the equipment they install.  Awesome customer service.  I had to call the inverter company (Solar Edge) and guess what?  They also don't stand behind the equipment they install.  They knew when I called in that the hardware was faulty.  They didn't ask to come check it out or ask any other questions so it was obviously a known issue.  Both parties were aware that the inverter was faulty hardware and did not initiate with their customers to replace them.  Neither company cares about your satisfaction.  Neither company cares about the quality of product they are selling you.  And if YOU aren't constantly monitoring your generation, you will be sorry.  Been here less than three months, paid $18K for these panels and I've already spent probably 10 hours on the phone, tracking down info and service, and lost multiple days of generation.  If you have another choice, I would explore that option because once they are in and paid for, they don't seem to care about your experience.

Titan Solar crew # 14  with Carl Price did a Amazing job. They took the time to answer all my questions and were very professional and left no mess. Carl tested the system which showed the power meter was running backwards which is awesome to see and explained that it also came with a monitoring system so  I can view my production and savings from going Solar. Now I wait for the city and APS to approve so we can turn it on.

I WISH I wold have read these reviews first.

I bought solar through an independent agent, with good reviews, so I didn't really know anything about Titan when we purchased but I sadly got screwed. The panels were installed by January and turned on by Feb. 1st. No issues with the install etc. First couple electric bills were great, with us starting to build a credit etc. Then all of a sudden in May we owed APS $261 and sold NO power back at all since the last read. We checked the unit and it was completely dead! We were NEVER sent the link to download the monitoring app so we had no way to know and it could have been out for over a month. It took me almost a week to get someone out, to be told that the inverter was bad (this seems to be a common issue sadly, so MAYBE they need to get a new manufacturer!!) The door hanger said they would come back when they had the part. I assumed it would be a few days. NOPE. It took WEEKS and we had ANOTHER full month without solar in June costing us 329! They finally got it replaced since it seems they have to wait for an RMA from the inverter company and then return the old one and wait on a new one instead of just putting on a another one and settling up with the manufacturer later. Ridiculous!

Now I am out $590, possibly more since it went into the next billing cycle by at least a few days, still have no way to monitor my solar and they are not being responsive to my sales person either.

The pattern here is clear. I hope they get the message and get their act together since I WILL NOT be recommending them to any of my friends who are following my experience before deciding to get their own solar systems.

Oh on on a sadly funny note, the girl at Titan I first talked to to ask for service, told me to call the FINANCE COMPANY (who thought I was crazy)!! She didn't even know that her own company would be responsible for a work order!

PS we own our system we don't lease it.

Please save your sanity and money and look for a different company. Titan Solar has screwed me over at every opportunity, including when they first installed them and began charging me but didn't turn on the converter. That means I got a huge bill from the electric company and still had to pay for the solar panels that month. However, the pain hasn't stopped. I'm paying for the panels and the electric company now as well, due to faulty equipment that is on "back order." But it's always on back order and my family suffers. I asked for a refund or some compensation for the delay and I was told that the compensation they provide goes to fix the equipment. But that's not compensation to me at all because the panels are under warranty! Then they blame everything on the converter company, Solar Edge, which is located in the country of Israel and can't be contacted. Do not use TITAN SOLAR at all!

I had my solar installed in October and this is my first summer having solar in my home I was expecting lower bills but I still have to pay $300-400 which I was paying without solar but now with solar and I am having the same higher bills with as. I called so many times and no one helped me they tell me some stupid excuse that when it's clouding the solar doesn't produce. We have an agreement that they check my usage and they already know how many panels should be okay to produce enough. But I didn't see any difference in having solar with higher bills I don't recommend this company for anybody. Make me feel so angry no happy at all.

I thought I had chosen a great company with the install being well done, but the system had a manufacturing flaw that showed up,  Titan Solar came out to my rural home and diagnosed it at no charge to me explaining the issues. I was told a part, being a communication card was defective and needed to be replaced. Titan Solar ordering the required part let me know how long it would be.

Turn around time from my 1st post to Titan making verbal contact with me when I reached out to them was amazingly rapid.
     Thank You Samantha J.

Our equipment choice was Solar Edge, they warrantied the part and Titan was here on time as they said they would doing the install in a professional way.

I recommend this company having been in the contracting business myself, also knowing the demands that a life of providing a valuable service is I sympathize with the unforeseen circumstance when it visits anyone in the contracting profession. My expectations about any company is that it's not what goes right that speaks about your company the most, but rather and very truly what you do when inevitably life happens to you when it goes sideways despite your best effort creating a need to correct something.

I can say every step of the way that Titan Solar as a company has been very agile to my concerns having gone above and beyond my expectations.

I trust them, so in that confidence regarding my restored solar system is my heartfelt earned Thank You!

Above and beyond. James stepped up and helped me troubleshoot an electricity issue on a weekend, and honestly a bit out of the scope of their install. Solar is a bit of a shell game - you can't get everything you want in a deal, and I did my homework. I opted for Titan because I wanted service, and was willing to forego my top choice of panels for this. Wow, am I glad I did. It isn't every day that you get this high quality of a service tech, so responsive, so qualified (a master electrician), in a pinch, and with a smile - James was diligent in working my problem until he personally saw it resolved. Titan - you should make James your model electrician for training all of your professionals, both for client service, satisfaction, and skill. Thank you James and thank you Titan, you have lived up to your reputation for excellent service.

I had solar installed with Titan and financed it with what was explained to me as a "utility loan." I asked if this loan would impact my credit score and was told that no-it was through the utility company and would not be visible on my credit report, I would just need to make my monthly payments. This was a lie, the loan has appeared on my credit report. I should have done more thorough research, but I am highly disappointed by the deception. If the representative did not know the answer to my question-he could have looked into it rather than feeding me a lie.

I will start by saying my 1 star isn't for one issue it's for multiple issues with this company.
After purchasing our home we didnt call the electric company for 3 days. We ran the dishwasher, the pool pump runs for a while, used the electric to plug things in etc and we were uninterrupted. I called the electric company and they said that the power has been off for 2 weeks. Which is nice my home was producing so much energy. Prior to closing this company came out to inspect the panels, up on closing this company could not find the inspection they did, wtf seriously? So they had to come back out and re-do the inspection which they did. I received the photos and immediately noticed the tan house. My house is blue! they went to some random person's house and performed and unauthorized inspection and sent us the report. How? I have no clue. They finally came out the guy greeted me I showed him the other photos and explained the issues we've already encountered. He went up on the roof and we went on about our business. We noticed after a while they guy left and didnt say anything. We  became concerned when our $300 electric bill came in. We immediately contacted the realtor and found tital solar held our report hostage and refused to release it until payment was received which was odd seeing that they released a report that wasnt for our house, and lost the original. At this point they should be refunding any payments made. The seller had the worst time dealing with this company.  We finally got the report weeks later to find that the guy did unauthorized work on our panels and it seems the payment they were demanding was for work they were not permitted to do. So where am I left? I have panels that are no longer drawing enough energy. The seller is out money for "fixing" the panels that were not broken and were not authorized to make any repairs on and my husband does not want them back. Please go somewhere reputable and don't let these hacks touch anything!

READ THIS FIRST

I evaluated several companies but chose Titan because of Michael Janzen (Mr. Sunshine). He is a knowledgeable nice guy with a great reputation. Unfortunately he is the only good experience I have had with the company.

First, the installers broke a ton of roof tiles during install. After a call to Michael the installers came back out to fix the roof. Unfortunately, they didn't repair everything they broke and I had to call a second time. On the second visit they did repair the tiles but broke others and left. I quit contacting Titan Solar when it was obvious they weren't going to fix the issue without creating others.

Second, the system under performs.

Third, within the first year I had a complete system failure because of a faulty inverter. Placed a call to Michael and he sent someone to fix. Well, again he is just one guy and have received little communication from the repair side since reporting the failure.

Going on ten weeks with a nonfunctional system. The failure resulted in higher energy costs vs tradition power. The out of pocket expense to me due to failed system is approximately $750 in lost solar production.

Lastly, I'm told that in the future I have to constantly check on my brand new $30,000 system to make sure it's working correctly. That's another inconvenience of solar that I wasn't planning on.

I keep getting unwanted calls from Titan Solar's telemarketing agents (in India), despite my many requests to remove my phone number from their calling list. I agreed to receive a callback just to get info for a complaint. Ben at Titan called me and I explained the situation. He gave me a # for Lead Genesis, their contracted lead generator, but it was actually for Verizon. He also said that they'll take action, too... we'll see. Up next, my complaint to the AZ Attorney General, possibly the FTC, donotcall.gov or 1-888-382-1222.

We bought solar panels last year from this company.   Taylor was our sales person.  He told us we would get a tax credit  of 10,000, the we could pay down the amount owed on the panels, even when I told him my husband and I was disabled.  He said because it is solar you will get it.   When it was time for the tax credit I called Taylor and he told me to call the tax guy.   When I called the tax guy I was told we did not qualify
for a tax credit.  She live on a fixed income and was lied to by this company.   We were also told if we bought another home we could transfer the panels to a new home.   That was a lie also.  My husband has Parkinson an it is hard for him to get up and down the stairs so we will have to move.   I can't afford new panels because I have to pay for these.   We were lied to about the panels.  I have been calling Taylor since November of last year.  All I get is the answering machine and he does not return my phone call.   I can not believe that any company will do elderly people like this and my husband is a retired disable vet.  When I called Titan.I was told that Taylor is a salesman and will do whatever he needs to do to make the sale.  He informed me he had no idea what Taylor would say or do to make the sale.  Titan is not a good company.  Minell Henderson

Please do not use these people! They will not do you right no matter what they say. We were lied too and still being lied too. Once they put your solars up, It will be hard to contact someone and they are not good at returning calls.  Please do not use this company. Get your own finance company also once you find a reputable company. Loan pal is also in with Titans. We are paying over 400 for our electric plus we are paying for the solars every month! There are other companies out there so please do your research. We did not because we thought they were honest people and a reputable company but we were wrong!! We made a mistake and the reviews are here so that no one else make the same mistake we made. It is costly!!!!!

Titan accidentally penetrated my roof with a nail and did not fix it. This resulted in a roof leak after a heavy rain storm WHILE my house was on the market to sell. What would have otherwise been a solid 5-star review for a hassle-free installation has turned into the unthinkable due to damage that now has to be disclosed to potential buyers. Thankfully, Titan and SunPower (my leasing company) honored their mistake and fixed it all for free with-in a couple of business days. Nonetheless, this mistake should've never happened.

We were helped by Titan Solar with installing solar panels on our home. We felt with many other solar panel companies and have had a horrible time with them but Titan Solar made it less painful and got the job done.  Now, I think the only reason they were able to get things done was soley on the back of Nina who works there! She would consistently check and make sure things were progressing and if not would make sure it was corrected right then! She was the most amazing person and definitely the backbone of their workforce. No matter what time of day or night a quick response was given. She had answers and would get things done! I never had to worry about anything after talking to Nina! She should definitely be promoted and get a bonus for what she does for the company!

I will change my rating due to Samantha and the last technician that was at my house. I honestly feel that they are going to get things going now. Samantha is always informative. I can tell she wants customer satisfaction.  The technician that came Wednesday was polite and talked me through everything he was doing.  He did not leave until he knew the job was completed. I will give it 5 stars when I get my next SRP bill and see that the panels are working. The bad review should have actually been Nergy. I didn't realize how things worked until I talked to Samantha.

Cody and James came out of their way in 119 degrees after 5pm to diagnose and repair a breaker from an installation last year.  While we had trouble reaching someone earlier in the day, Diane picked up around 430, spoke to a service manager, either Cody or James, and told us he was on his way and lived toward us.  The problem was fixed and they even made sure all was right inside before leaving.  Shout out to Diane who could hear our plead of no AC working.  Much thanks to the team for getting together and solving the issue.

Robert was super helpful and shared each step of the process with us. Panels were installed today, quickly and by very nice guys. Should be live by Thanksgiving, thank you!!

Also, Robert suggested a new a/c unit and to have our ducts sealed. Our unit was 20 years old and we immediately felt a difference! With the old unit, half our house was like a meat locker and the other half was sweltering. Now we have consistent cool air throughout our house! He definitely went above & beyond.

Stay away from this company, Titan Solar will promise you $1000 toward your true up, and multiple $250 gift cards for referrals.  But the reality is, it has been almost 11 months and we still haven't had our solar turned on.  They will not return a phone call, it is as if we never existed.  Worst mistake for solar we could have made.  This is the most dysfunctional, disorganize company I have ever dealt with. It just goes to show, if it sounds to good to be true, it probably is.  Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.

From start to finish, I had a great experience with Titan solar. Liana was extremely helpful through the entire process, always ready to answer any questions that I had.  She is very knowledgeable about the technology as well as local and state laws and incentives. Solar is a crucial part of conserving the environment. Liana is certainly committed and passionate about increasing awareness and making changes. Thank you!

Wanna get lied to? Wanna be told that you're gonna get 100 percent solar, only to actually read the proposal and it's 61 percent? Well, call these meatballs! Some guy named "Jack" apparently is so super awesome that his engineering skills will surpass common logic. They said, "yeah, it may only say it will generate 16,000 kWh, however, you're gonna get soooo much sun it'll produce at least 26,000 kWh"? Huh? C'mon, guys! Long story short: find anyone other than this crew of turkeys to get your solar!

The worst!! The most unethical borderline criminal company! Once they have your money they are gone! If I had it my way they would come and get their product! I have a leak in my roof, they made promises that they did not keep, and they did not turn the panels on for months after they were installed, therefore, I was paying APS AND solar payment! Right now, my electric bill is $492.00 a month!!! That is from $252.00 a month before the panels were installed! That is 1/2 of my mortgage payment!! I suppose their mission is to run people OUT of their homes with outrageous bills! If you decide you need solar, THIS is not the company!!

Titan Solar installed my solar system a little over a year ago and out of that time my system has been shutting down and blowing fuses in the inverter for approx. 6 months.  For approx. three weeks they just kept replacing the fuse until I had to tell them that was madness. They have completely missed appointments with no phone call, and been hours late on other occasions.  They are extremely incompetent and have no idea how to fix my solar system.  I sooo wish to be done with them.  If I could give them zero stars I would. I want this whole system off my house, but unfortunately once you sign the contract you have almost no rights to have the system removed. Use this company at your own peril.

These guys are great, very professional and just an all around great company. The whole process was great, easy and super fast.
The process from start to finish was not a long wait, it was three weeks from the first talk with the sales guys David and Charles  to finished install. The install itself was fast only took a few hours to do and those guys were an awesome trio. very organised, neat cleaned up every ounce of stuff when they left

Terry there installer was a fantastic guy, he was very knowledgeable about everything he walked me the whole set up, how it works and the whole shebang.  he explained it in a way that anybody could understand so that they understand. He is also very tidy with his work to make sure what he does looks aesthetically pleasing and is functional.

This company in a whole is great there people are great and the products they use are not the cheap ones that others use.

I recommend them to anybody because they are a very professional company

THANK YOU

Hello I want to increase my star rating for titan, I was dealing with Samantha from titan, let me tell you she want above and beyond to help me, titan is solving one of my biggest complaint and it wasn't even they fault, She is also someone out to check the pattern of my installation, only because I don't understand why my neighbor who has the same floor plan and house I have and theirs looks so much better, I can not after all these months thank her enough, even if it was just to call me back, since none of ALL the people I called never got back to me, so I am going from 1 star to 3 stars Thank You Samantha

Disappointed with the company to say the least. The whole process has been nothing but issues. We signed up last November. At that time we were told our installation would be around January or February.  The solar was installed in April but not turned on. In May we had to start paying on the loan but we still didn't have our solar up and running. I took several hours off of work to meet  Titan to get the solar turned on. They would show up hours before our scheduled appointment and just leave a note about missing us.  Only after we were at our wits end with the company and threatening to have them remove it off the home did they TRY and step up. We were told by Valerie Nay that she submitted the request to have us reimbursed for the 3 months we paid for the solar without it working. It took three weeks to get a check and it was only half of what she said. Since then she doesn't return our calls or emails. And we had to turn in the solar ourselves since they never did. Utterly ridiculous. I would never refer them to anyone.

where do i start.  Well i should have known this was going to end badly from the get-go! first of all we started the process in June 2018 and panels weren't installed until November 2018 and when they installed them they put nails through my ceilings in my bedroom which have beautiful redwood panels. Luckily i was in my bedroom when i saw wood shavings on my dresser i looked up and saw the nails.  I went outside and screamed at them to stop.  they came down and i showed them.  i was so angry.  i called the salesperson that i dealt with and he said that they would fix it.  Well then i went to inspect the rest of the house and my whole carport was full of nails coming all the way through and my patio. they sent a really nice man that fixed everything.  At first my electric bill was 28.00 which was nice. Well, our July bill came in and it was 256.00 i was surprised! i called the solar company they said our unit had stopped working and if i was monitoring it online?  i told them we were never given any information on monitoring our system. well, August bill came 268.00 i assumed it was because by the time i got July bill it was on August so i figured our next bill would be correct.  Well, i just got our September bill 202.00 again i called the solar company they said that our unit is working correct.  I have called our salesperson and he never returns my calls and text messages.  this is an outrage.  i still have to pay my 201.00 solar payment on top of 200 plus electric bill .  Where is the savings i ask?  DO NOT BUY FROM TITAN SOLAR!

We made a solar energy contract with TITAN SOLAR and after the sales representative came and we signed the contract we realized that she TOLD US LIES ... she never told us that after month 18 the value to pay would increase almost 40 dollars..she always told us in her sales presentation that the monthly payments would be the same during the 20 years. She showed us an energy payment receipt from another client where she was only paying the minimum monthly charge, which in this case was only almost 12 dollars per month and she told us this was going to happen in our case, which is an ABSOLUTE LIE !!!! ... because the company in charge of making the loan, LOAN PAL, informed us through a letter that we would have to pay 26 percent of the debt before 18 months because otherwise the payment would increase almost 40 dollars ... they did not inform us of how the system would work and how to monitor it through the Application ...the same day the seller told us that we would have a credit for 800 dollars in cash and this is the time that they have not called us to tell us how they will give us that money ... they only wanted us to sign the contract and nothing else ... no they are showing their faces to give a serious and professional answer .... WE FEEL TOTALLY DELIVERED BY THIS COMPANY TITAN SOLAR !!! ... WE DO NOT RECOMMEND IT TO ANYONE !!! .. REFRAIN FROM DOING BUSINESS WITH THEM !! ! ... AVOID THE HEADACHES THAT HAVE CAUSED US !!!

Getting our solar panels installed was a complete nightmare! It started with the salesman that told us it would take about six weeks. It took longer than that just to get the permit. Then, they sent a group of installers up from Austin and they started drilling holes in our roof with out a blueprint set. None of these panels were in the right spot. A second team came out about a month later and had to reinstall everything. I have 35 patched hole on my 2 year old roof! There were so many issues, and our install just kept getting put on the back burner. They would just fit us in when they could and have somebody come and install a panel or two instead of just finishing the job. It was impossible to get a hold of anybody at the company. Everyone with kept quitting or was fired. The only person that would ever call us back was Nina. In fact, I would have given the whole process zero stars if it hadn't been for her. I swear that woman is the only reason this company is in business. I could text her or call her, and she would get back with us as quickly as possible. The whole process took almost a year to get everything done. Don't think that this is going to be a quick job.

I have to say that i was very impressed with Titian Solar from start to finish Josh our sales man was great the installers were quick and did a real nice job the electrician did a fine job and my system has been up and running for several months now. My system max is listed at 5.0 kWh and my max peaks have been around 3.7 kWh . I cleaned my panels of dust from a new housing development not far away and it brought it up a little but it being a new system I will monitor it as the sun angle and temps change I think that the panels will perform better in cooler weather. So now here is the bad stuff... during the sales pitch one of the things that was promised was a free air conditioning tuneup and a new smart thermostat.,for the first couple of months I was told by Mindy that they were waiting for a shipment of new thermostat's and she would call when they came in. After a moth goes by no call so we said why cant you do the tuneup on the A/C ?she said that they would like to do them both at the same time, so we said ok but please keep us informed a phone call or emails would be appreciated. Two more months go by no call no service I call Mindy back she says Titian dropped service company and were in the process of getting another we said ok please keep us informed AGAIN that was in the beginning to the middle of April it is now the first day of summer. I called Mindy three weeks ago no reply I called yesterday in the middle of leaving a message the call got dropped or cut off. At this point Titian after all the fine work by many I have A bad taste in my mouth and I've got to tell you it hurts me to have to say your promises is a scam to sell more systems.... I hope not and would love to rewrite another yelp stating that Titian stepped up and fulfilled there obligations. Oh I forgot to mention that after finally convincing Mindy to have the smart thermostat installed to set it into action for savings some one came out and installed one.hoping to do a rewrite soon with a A/C tuneup. Norm M. As a follow up Titian and the service company that Mindy works for replied right away and have stepped up and I am waiting to have a date for my servicing of my A/C unit . Thank you Dominic and Mindy you have restored my faith in thinking Titian as being a top notch company.

So far I can only give them a one and that's being generous.  The installation was supposed to be mid November but didn't "start" until 10 Jan.  They failed their first inspection on 17 Jan and haven't done anything to fix it so we are just sitting here with panels that we can't use.  Their customer service is nothing short of terrible.  We didn't have a choice of the company as we signed with Modern City Solar which is as bad as Titan is.  No communication.  I have no idea when it will be completed.  Talked to them again today and they told me what needs to be done but have no idea when it will be done.  Make sure you know who the installers are and don't use Titan if at all possible.  We are still in Limbo and have no idea when they'll finish.

My husband and I wanted to get solar we got approved and WSB LAS VEGAS is who came and installed our solar, they are the sister company to Titan solar power! Perry Rainwater (Vegas-2), and his crew are by far the greatest!!!! Between hard work, dedication, great communication and most of all a great personality my husband and I are very pleased with the hard work these men had done  putting up the solar. When we have or had other company's come to our house for anything else we definitely did not experience what we did with Perry's team meaning they showed us how to work things, explained what they were doing, how it will work, and most of all was very clean and organized! My husband and I provided water and gatorade for them, it's the least we can do for what big job they were doing on our roof of our house we truly know how grateful they were even though they had there own we were happy they used it! I wish more people out there would know there are workers that don't have a restroom nor drinks on them something that can help them out is always a blessing! I would most DEFINITELY without a doubt recommend WSB Las Vegas ask for Perry rainwater and his crew they were by far the BEST!!!!! Thank u Vegas 2 for all the hard work, new panel, and most of all the fun times we got to experience with u all! Thank you all so much!!

The wait times are awful. Some of it due to APS but Titan made mistakes in the installation which required long delays i.e. not conforming to specs and having to return to fix a system showing errors. Communication from Titan was usually non existent. The last interaction was the best due to a friendly, knowledgeable represenative. A promised gift card to ease the frustration they caused never materialized.

Extremely unprofessional, incompetent, destructive, liars, that came in and made swiss cheese out of our home. Then promise to repair all the damages they created and don't follow through. Left holes in exterior wall you could fit  tennis balls in. Cut unnecessary holes in our drywall, left hole in facia, chalk runs down shingle missing flashing and leaving it gaped open. Painted over damages with paint that doesn't match house. Left trash laying in yard and on the street. Run conduit across window/trim. Then threatened us when we complained. Following that they cut off all communications with us to avoid repairs to our home. Then solar panels weren't producing because a wire nut wasn't tightened. Costing us full price for electric from the grid for a week before anyone was sent out to find and tighten a wire nut. Here we are 5 months into this disaster and our home looks like a two shaded block of swiss cheese. Still no plan to repair all the damages to our home. We have never been so violated by a company in all our lives. Sales representative told us 90 days for completion. 120 days passed before installation, and job is now pushing 150 days.
Our home is not the only home destroyed by Titan Solar. They destroyed an entire tile roof on another home. Stay far and wide of this company if you want your home left in one piece. BEWARE !!!!!!!!!  If you choose Titan Solar, a nightmare is sure to follow.

People invest in solar panels to save money and what  do you get a higher bill not only high SRP bill but your also paying panels, which  a total about $650.00. I keep getting high bills since they were install and they take for ever to come and check now there blame the wiring inside the house.  I call electricians who came out review everything and I verify that wiring had nothing to do with my high bills. They came out 2 months  ago and  my bill still high and they said that we have wait for all in demand usage to go down since solar panels were not working properly. Its worst service I call leave voice mail and emails and they never reply.

We had our home inspected by Clear View Home Inspection LLC, due to our 1 year warranty coverage, as a new build, ending in June. The inspector stated, concerning the attachment of the solar panels, that the solar panel installation crew did an excellent job attaching the panels to the roof. He said when we replace our roof within a 20 through 30 year time span, it will be simple procedure due to the proper installation of the panels. I recommend Titan Solar as a excellent company for your solar needs. Titan Solar installed our panels, inverter, etc., in a short amount of time. It was APS that was moving slow on installing their meters and inspecting the whole system before they would turn our solar power on. Once APS came and switched on our solar power we have not had a electrical bill. We are currently have a credit of -$35.36 from APS.
I would recommend contacting Michael "Mr. Sunshine" Janzen of Titan Solar Power at, [email protected]

They did a great job coming out to speak with me the DAY THAT I CALLED., amazing. Titan actually listened to my needs and situation. This resulted in a system designed to meet my power needs at a price that actually made economic sense for me!!!. I had spoken to a number of other solar vendors who were more interested in what they wanted to sell at pricing that seemed crazy.

Over the 4 weeks or so it took to get all the required permits I developed a friendship with Jack, my sales engineer, Heather my project engineer, Davida principal, and a really super foreman. Its rare these days that vendors actually care enough about their customers for a kinship to develop.....again.....Amazing.

Would I recommend them? Based on their performance getting through all the administration items very quickly and painlessly for me, the system performance they proposed and the price they offered you bet your bippy I would make them my #1 choice.

This is the first review entered about my solar installation done back in 2015 (approximately August).  It's a 10.14 kw system and of course the selling process was very nice.  Approximately 18 months later it began malfunctioning with electrical errors.  Over the phone I was told to reset it and they would send a tech out to trouble shoot.  They showed up and said "there is nothing we can do if we can't see the error code." Fast forward to the end of last April, and I had finally had enough and called asking them to rewire it.  Crew showed up and put on "new connectors they didn't have during your install." Within a few weeks had the same issue.  Called again and was told a new team would be sent to re wire.  One guy shows up and says "we can't do anything without an error code." Back on the phone with them and the receptionist says "we have to send a whole team to rewire." I asked then why did you send one person when you told me they were going to rewire?  Round and round we go.  Bottom line is the most important part of this purchase, the 2-3 years down the road assessment, I find them poor at communicating, techs that have not done what has been promised and thus far a system that is unreliable with a company that is apathetic to fixing the issue.  Be very careful.
