Mr. sunshine was responsive and informative when it comes to Arizona solar. He is friendly and easy to converse with and very knowledgeable. He came to our house to survey the structure and understand our energy goals.
Tim (the engineering guy on the team) provided information about generation and connections to the grid and was very informative about getting solar installed along with flexible scheduling.
I had some scheduling issues that will delay the installation, and this awesome company understood the situation that will delay my project and will be there when I can resume my project.
While doing research on Arizona solar energy, I found there are any number of ways to have solar panels installed on your home, not all are great. I was concerned about solar projects that were pitched which did not seem financially plausible. However you do solar in Arizona, use this company!

My father's solar panels were damaged by golf balls. Only two panels needed to be replaced and his system is 10+ years old. Darren was able to find compatible panels and they were installed the following week. (The panels were still functioning, so there was no urgency).
Mr. Sunshine was the only company to return my calls and went above and beyond the typical level of effort made by most companies today. By doing so, my father didn't have to replace the entire system.
Their prices are reasonable and customer service is great. Highly recommend!

Michael was an excellent source of knowledge & HONEST which is a breath of fresh air where everyone's looking to make a buck. I would definitely recommend him & his services.
Update: Hahahahaha your competitor?... Jeez the ego on this guy. Thank you for the explanation. So, the dealer fee with another company is $15,000 and with you it isn't. Yet, you are selling the product at the same price. Meaning, the $15,000 "dealer fee" goes in your pocket. Thank you for admitting that you're robbing people of the $15,000 and even worse, you are showing them that you're doing it. You just redirect their attention by trashing other companies and their tactics while singing yourself praises. You can't be the good guy and talk trash about everyone else and compliment yourself in every sentence. And you're saying that being associated with one of the most well known companies in the country was a bad thing for you? Seems economically awesome and your excuse is bull. Just look this guy up. He has hopped around a lot more than once. Everything you say makes me wanna vomit.
This guy tries to sell you high interest rates because he makes more money that way. Turns out you can go to a different company and get solar for the same price but at a 5th of the interest rate. Looks like he is just trying to rip people off. He claims to be famous in the valley and that the public knows him for his success, reputation blah blah blah... he changes companies/his company name every couple years. Reputable, honest companies don't do that. He has less than a handful of reviews online and several of them are his family members. The others are all written using all the word for word clichés he says constantly. Meaning they were probably written by him. The public doesn't seem to know you exist buddy. Probably cuz most people see right through the fact that you don't have their best interest in mind and they send you packing never to give you another thought. Go elsewhere for solar. Don't buy into this guys high interest rate (high commission) garbage.
Mr. Sunshine Solar was so helpful. Im another solar company customer. But I am currently having issue with my system. I called him to get assistance and answers. He helped me get the information I needed from solar edge customer service. Without talking to him I would have not be able to get the help I needed. He was so sweet and nice. I live in Hawaii and reached out to Mr. Sunshine 4000 miles away to review two very large solar project for one of my client's. Michael immediately addressed my concerns, provided me the same day a complete detailed breakdown of each project.
Michael's kind heart, support without judgement, compassion for others is paramount, not to mention Michael took the time to go step by step with me, answering additional questions I continued to send to him. Michael worked with me until I had a complete understanding of each and every step to a solar system with associated cost breakdowns of which I did not have and were unable to obtain on the Island's.
I am beyond grateful, I took the time to contact Mr. Sunshine. When my client's begin to consider solar projects moving forward, I will always be sure to request an overview by Michael regardless that I am 4000 miles away.
We discovered "Mr. Sunshine" (Michael) through several recommendations within our community. Before the Verrado Coffee shop closed he would give free seminars, which we attended, concerning the advantages of solar power. We had already spoken with a number of other popular providers, only to discover that they didn't "really" know all that they spoke of. Michael challenged many things that were told to us by the others & through additional research through Google and other resources, we found him to be the ONLY one that had ALL of the correct, up to date information that we needed to make our decision to go solar.
He promised us that it would be a "very casual, NO pressure" process, & that he wouldn't even ask us for our business at the end. He's a man of his word. We had to ask him "What do we need to do to get this started."
The recommendations he made have worked out as he said they would. The installation was as clean & professional as we could hope for. The process took some time. (about 3 or 4 months) But that's what we were told to expect. We're VERY happy with our decision. Once you sit down with him, you'll quickly notice the extreme difference in what & how he "educates" you vs. the others "selling" to you.
I recently paid our July APS bill for a grand total of $22.63. Previous bills this year were always a credit.
Would I recommend "Mr. Sunshine" to my friend & neighbors? ...Without hesitation! I already have!

This company, actually Mr. Sunshine himself, provided a truthful, clear, and concise explanation of the process and outcome of going solar. No pressure, I called back 5 times and did not pull the trigger for over two weeks. During that time I never got a pressure call back. The quality information sells the product by its self.
Having had 7 years of prior experience with solar I didn't need any convincing about whether to have another system on my new home. I did need valid information on leasing options vs buying and Michael had all the facts. We talked solar for about 2 hours and he didn't offer any hype. He actually downplayed some of my thoughts about installation timing and energy production. All accurate. Since I had planned ahead to put solar on the new home Michael encouraged a purchase of the system and set me up with quality components at a fair price. I now have 2 months of production and can already see our energy needs will be fully met by a system of just 7kW in size. I also encourage the added efficiency of ceiling fans, LED lighting, reflective window film and good insulation. Michael is a good guy, knows his business and won't waste your time with pipe dreams or a deal you'll regret.
