Byron Meth created a great plan for adding solar to my house in Sun Lakes. Their pricing is very competitive and Byron explained in detail the return on investment and savings I would receive in both tax deductions and reduced energy bills. Their software created a great image of my roof and where the panels would go. Great solar company to work with.

We had to get a new roof on our home and so it was time to replace four solar tubes.  Elite did a fantastic job.  They did a very good job and came back to check everything after the roofers were done.  I would highly recommend them for solar tubes.

Call them for a price that is very good for their quality product.

It's been a few weeks, and I'm downgrading my previous review by one star due to SunSolar's lackluster response and ownership of the problem they created.

Over the course of a couple of weeks, I pinged my project manager every few days and received the same update that he was working to get me on the service team's schedule as they were very busy.  It made me wonder why they were so busy - were repairs after installation common?  I've never had an issue with three previous installs.

I eventually gave up on SunSolar and hired a licensed roofing contractor who actually found 10 broken tiles.  I paid $747 out of my own pocket to correct SunSolar's error.  Ironically, I received a request from their office manager today asking for final payment.  Will they do the right thing and reimburse me for the issue they created?

In short, I'd grade SunSolar...

Permitting: A (super fast!)
Installation: C (have never had any damage from a solar install)
Product: B (I paid for valances but only received wire bird mesh)
Service: B (thanks for doing the right thing!)

After all the updates we've made to the house we were still having energy losses.  Brand new windows, solar on the roof etc. We decided to have an energy audit and got in touch with FOR.  It was an interesting process to watch and we learned a lot.  They were back here within the week to seal up anything that was leaking in the attic and improved our numbers greatly.  There's a lot more that they offer to help your home become energy efficient but we'd covered most of that before hiring them.  If I were to do it again, I'd start with them.

Had my system installed a few weeks back and have been loving making the pool the temp I enjoy! Jamie was knowledgeable and great to work with and James who installed was amazing and helpful. Definitely would recommend!

When our system was installed, it took four months to activate the system.  Afterword I noticed the system wasn't working properly and had a difficult time getting OWE to look at the problem.   When they did finally come to fix the problem the technician damaged pigeon proofing I had installed to which they informed me that by doing that it should have voided my solar warranty and the guy who installed the pigeon proofing should warranty OWE's damages which is ridiculous.   I was never told that doing something most people do to protect their roof would void a warranty and they didn't offer that service.  
At this point they are refusing to pay for damages the incurred.
Also, at this point the system (in my opinion) is NOT working as I was told it would.   Yes, we are saving money on our APS bill, but we are not getting the returns we were told we would get.

DO NOT do business with this company, you will probably regret it.  If I knew then what I know now I would NOT invest in solar.  Unfortunately, I'm stuck with it.

Absolutely do not deal with this company. If they come knocking on your door, tell them to get off your property ASAP. We had a solar system quoted and in September 2022. We were also told that we were getting a Generac generator and this was an important part of us saying yes to the whole deal. Solar panels were installed on our roof in October 2022. Electric panels were upgraded in November 2022. In December 2022, I reached out to our sales person to inquire when our system would be brought online and when we could expect our Generac to be deliver and installed. Our sales person, Jordan Hauxwell, touched base with us and said the Generac was on back order. She also stated that they were waiting on OGE to approve the system before the meter was installed. Turns out all of this was a lie. January was the same response.
February 2023 someone from the company reaches out to me to let me know they had to change contractors, and I had to sign new paperwork acknowledging the change before OGE would approve they system.  Also in February they came and delivered a generator.... But not the one that was promised. They delivered a Westinghouse camping generator and tried to pass it off as the same thing as a Generac. I reached out to Jordan about the issue. She admits that she messed up and that she was never supposed to have used the term Generac. The company refuses to correct the issue.
It's now midway through April. My system is still not online, supposedly due to faulty micro inverters. This company has literally stolen money from me and my family at this point and refuses to take any responsibility to correct it.

I called Sunrun to inform them that my son, a customer of Sunrun, had passed away suddenly and his autopaid bill was not sent as the bank had frozen his account. Taking the information from me was pretty straightforward. But less than two weeks later I received a call from them asking when I would be selling the house. No words of condolences. My son had only been dead twelve days! No waiting for even a Death Certificate. Just "when are you selling the house?" The bill wasn't even late yet! Could they wait for probate court to allow the sale? They couldn't even wait for me to bury him before calling to demand when the house would be sold! To say this was rude, inappropriate, and insensitive is not strong enough! No compassion! Shame on them.
