Although we ultimately decided to wait on going solar, I really appreciated Kevin's customer service. He was friendly, honest, straight forward, and answered all of my questions quickly. They were much less expensive than some other companies and right on par with a few others. They seem to give great value for their price and take great care in making sure they're giving their customers a quality product and putting them first. I told Kevin one of my concerns was service and follow through and I think if we had gone forward with installation, they would have been a solid choice.

We had to get a new roof on our home and so it was time to replace four solar tubes.  Elite did a fantastic job.  They did a very good job and came back to check everything after the roofers were done.  I would highly recommend them for solar tubes.

Call them for a price that is very good for their quality product.

I moved into a home with an existing solar system in January and had ZERO experience with solar prior to this. My initial foray into having my inverter replaced started with another group I found on Yelp who had great reviews but unfortunately my experience with them wasn't in line with others. If it says anything about them they never even made it out to my house.

That's when I started looking for another solution and I'm so glad I did.

Brent was very responsive and communicative throughout the process. Gabe arrived on time, was courteous, efficient, and thorough.

While I am new to solar, GMS will absolutely be my go to for future needs!

My experience with Sunsolar Solutions was outstanding from start to finish.I highly recommend contacting Frank Estrada and Rick Diaz to answer any question you might have. They were both extremely professional and upfront about everything. The whole Sunsolar team kept me posted throughout the entire evolution and answered any question I had. Longest process was getting the city to approve the system which was out of the hands of Sunsolar.

Update - I just went through my electric bill to see how we're doing. Overall, we had window tints added to two south facing windows, re-sealing of our AC ducts and a few other gaps in our attic, as well as new insulation.

With those changes our SRP bill dropped 30.7% during the hot months last summer compared to the year before. Since the work was done between May 2019 and March 2020, the average drop in our bill was 25.6% (the overall number is lower because we don't use nearly as much electricity in the winter).

I'm very pleased with the results, and I'd recommend people consider getting this work done before the summer starts.

Worst Decision I've Made to Date: Initially OWE was great to work with. Friendly, prompt, and quick to respond to questions. Began working through the contract in November and they had my panels installed before Christmas 2020. Then the issues started. No more quick responses, in fact sometimes no response at all. Panels installed quickly, but then it came time for the meter and getting it turned on. Months go by and the only response is we are waiting on SRP. I of course had started paying for the unit at this point. Finally in April I sent a message to the sales rep demanding answers or for them to come remove the system and work the details out in court. Amazingly after talking with the owner I was up and running two days later. At this point I thought my system was completed. Until I questioned them when I noticed my electric bill had been larger year over year. They told me it was due to still waiting for a certain part that had been back ordered. I was told in December the part was in and we are waiting for an installer. Now here we are creeping up on March and zero communication. I've had this system installed for 1 year and 2 months and this company still isn't done. I'd recommend one of the MANY other options you have when going solar.

Ipe a solar system that is not connected to the grid. All efforts to contact someone at the company gets me nowhere. I have only received excuses and no return callbacks or answers. I contacted the City of OKC and they advised that Avvio has an issue with their electrical permit. So I have been trying to contact Avvio to figure out how and when this will be corrected only voicemails and no reply to emails. Seems like attorneys and new media to get the word out that this company is not reputable is where we are headed" I am  same issues she has and then some. We are supposed to have a generac generator installed. It's right in the contract. Now we are being told oh no you chose the buyback option where we give you a check for $8k and you go get the generator and have it installed yourself. Then I have the sales person text me to take done my review of her and her company. Our panels were installed in November.  Only last week did they send an electrician to install a new breaker panel. Now we can't run the washing machine without it tripping the breaker. How this company is allowed to stay in business is beyond me. My word of warning, if Avvio comescking, slam the door in their face.
