Solar City is the best solar company we used. They were incredible from start to finish. They have a great team of professionals that are knowledgeable and friendly. From the first contact to the final installation, Solar City was there with us every step of the way. They answered all of our questions and walked us through the entire process. We are extremely satisfied with the outcome and highly recommend Solar City to anyone interested in going solar.

Paul & Jose showed up today and took care of adding insulation to my attic. These gentlemen are friendly and courteous. They made sure they covered areas in which they were working to limit dust & mess. They let me know what they were doing and when. When the job was completed they showed me their work. Scottsdale Solar came highly recommended from one of our friends. After meeting with a few companies, we followed  our trusted friends recommendation. We were on an averaging plan and paid about $267 per month. Last month my electric bill was $40. It will take a year to truly understand the savings, but thus far, we are certainly pleased. Scottsdale Solar was very efficient and the follow up was excellent. I would definitely recommend this company.

My neighbor had panels installed before New Year's Eve.  My install happened on Feb 10.  My system was turned on on Mar 9, and started making power.  My neighbor still doesn't have a meter, so obviously his is not yet turned on.  I don't know what company he used, but it's Mar 26, and I've made over a MWhr and he hasn't made any.  

SVSS did this install about as fast as it could have been done, I think, and I have absolutely ZERO complaints.  Every time I call, I get a response, from a person who handles my question right then, and more than adequately.  I've had plenty of contact, and have NEVER been disappointed.

Tara was my sales rep, and is, BY FAR, the best sales rep I've ever dealt with for ANYTHING.  She made it clear during the initial consult that, if a system wouldn't be right, she wouldn't sell it to me.  She also made it clear, that if I needed anything dealing with the solar, I could call her, regardless of the issue, and she was right.  After reading an article in the AZ Republic about 90 day commissioning times, I was very worried I wouldn't get turned on until May.  I took my concern to Tara, and she didn't just brush it aside; I received an extensive email about how my install had gone, how it was projected to finish, how different installers have different issues, and how some of the statements in the article meant something different than I was thinking.  The point is, I'd already contracted for a system, and it was being installed; she had the money, and she could easily have ignored my concerns.  But her ideas about what a customer should get won't let her do that.  I was so impressed.

The owner, Aaron is so knowledgeable and helpful. He spent time on the phone with me helping me to understand what I needed to buy for my system.  I will certainly return to Solar Penny in the future for my future purchases.

Great service from Nick and his company, I literally texted him nextdoor this morning, he responded very fast, and was at my house in 2 hours to fix our AC unit, now it starts and operates much better, much quieter. From the consultation to the install of my solar panels, Coyote Solar kept me updated the entire time! The consultation was very informative and the employees at Coyote Solar had an answer for every question I had about solar. I always thought solar was a huge investment, but after hearing about the no money down program with Coyote Solar, I couldn't say no to going solar! With Covid 19 affecting my income last year I needed to find anyway possible to save money, and going solar was the perfect choice. Since going solar, my summer electricity bills were cut in half and I am saving close to $49 a month on my average electricity bill. Thank you Coyote Solar! You definitely helped my family and I save some cheddar!!

We just connected our SunPower solar Panels to APS. From Start to Finish the process went smoothly. Greg, our Sales Rep was thorough and explained the process we were going to experience. The install went quick and the crew was professional and friendly. Our Project manager, Jacqueline was always cheerful and made sure she answered our questions adequately.  
My only disappointment if I can call it that, was the wait time from the install completion date to the APS connection date. Apparently the same wait time is industry wide. We will update our review once we have some time on our system. For now, We are happy to be producing Clean electricity with our SunPower Solar System!

David is the owner, and service tech. I would expect more of an owner to satisfy his customers for return business and also a good review here.

So I had updated my review as I was promised a refund of the 190.00 the company had charged me to come out to continually fix the same problem of bubbles in the line and change filters. BUT after I updated it he took away the credit and is again charging me the 190.00. NOW to me it tells a lot about a company who reneges on a promise more so then the terrible customer service that I wrote about in the first place. To be paying 8000.00 for equipment in the first place to not have the company stand behind its product and installation, I would be looking elsewhere for a system. Customer service always trumps price for me. I would rather pay a bit more if I knew the company treats its customers well. We have South Face is our hole house solar company we call them to fix any problem they are out by the next day NO CHARGE!!!

I was told if I wrote a review, I would receive a gift card. I have not got it as of today.
I still stand by my review, but I did not get what was promised.

In December 2021, Sunrun agreed to remove the annual escalator fee and lock in the rate of $131.84 in exchange for our prepayment of $4,074.98.

In January 2022, my husband enrolled in Autopay using our bank account.

In January 2023, Sunrun increased our rate, and my husband found out that Sunrun has been pulling monthly payments from the $4,074.98 prepayment, when they should have been pulling from our bank account. Also, Sunrun should have applied the prepayment and honored our agreement to lock in the rate and remove the annual escalator fee. Plus, they charged our account a fee for not enrolling in autopay, even though we received confirmation from Sunrun that my husband successfully enrolled in Autopay.

On March 8, I called Sunrun to resolve this issue. I spoke with a Case Manager, who verified that Sunrun failed to apply the prepayment. She said she was going to call me back to resolve the problem.

I did not receive a phone call or email. I sent a detailed email on March 14, clearly outlining what happened, including the dates and copies of email messages from various Sunrun Case Managers since December 2021.

I waited patiently for a week. I did not receive any email or phone calls. I left voice messages for our case manager on 3/20, 3/23, 3/27.

When I did not hear back from her, I called the general Customer Service line. I spoke with a representative on the morning of 3/27, who said that she would relay the message that I need a phone call by end of day. I called again at the end of day on 3/27 and spoke with another representative who said that someone will get back to me in 3 business days.

No one called me. On 3/31, I called Sunrun again. The rep said that she couldn't do anything and that someone would get back to me in 3-5 business days.

It is now April 1, and Customer Service put me on hold for over 30 minutes and dropped the call. I called again, had to repeat explaining our situation again, and the rep told me that no one can help me this weekend, and that our Case Manager will call me on Monday, Apr 3.

In sum, they have not honored our agreement and have been completely unethical and unresponsive. They are doing whatever they wish with our money, and are not working with us to rectify their errors.

From the moment we were contacted by Erus' Sales Representative George Fragoso, we have been treated with respect and dignity. Program Manager Alma Hunt was a pleasure to work with and always kept us informed as the solar panel installation progressed. We were always in the know and never felt ignored or taken for granted.
In addition, installers/technicians, Jakob, Alex, Roman were on time, friendly, and informative on installation status. They kept the workplace clean when they were done and made us aware of the days events.
We were very impressed with Erus and recommended them to our neighbor who also contracted with them.
We give them 5 out of 5 stars.

We just received our first credit from Trico and look forward to many more. This was a wise investment
