Southwest Sunscreens is a great company! Brad was friendly and knowledgeable. He was able to come and give an estimate the same day I called. It only took a little over a week to get our screens and the quality is amazing. Their employees are polite and very professional. Brad and his co workers were on time on installation day,they were quick but thorough. This is am outstanding company and I will definitely do business with them again.

I was referred to Argent Solar by a friend. It has been an excellent experience. Craig Bloom was our sales person, very knowledgeable, knew the systems inside and out. Their quote was the most economical also. We had to upgrade our electrical service besides the solar panel installation. Craig and his team were on top of the installation from start to finish, very timely through permitting / approvals, panel / electrical installation to turning the system on going live. Installation very clean from paint touch up, routing conduit and mounting equipment. Looked like built into the home, not an add-on. Signed contract on 6.6.18, was finished and went live 8.14.18. Completed in a little over two months........Great Job!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I hired Thermo Shield for my attic insulation, and I am very pleased with the results!  I appreciate that they showed up on time and cleaned up after the job was done.  The price was very good and I didn't feel pressured to agree to services that I wasn't ready for.  I highly recommend this company!

I needed an electric job done at my house that I just bought and didn't know who to call, my friend recommended T&K electric company to me. I called and they came out the next day. Just had my install done and they have been transparent through the whole process.  I would highly recommend them if you are looking to "buy" solar panels rather then rent like the other big names do.

I purchased a solar system from Solar Penny.  The entire panel was pre-configured and assembled on a plywood panel.  Installation was as easy as mounting the panel and connecting the solar panels that I also purchased.  Aaron was very helpful in including a very extensive manual that provided instructions and operating manuals on all the components.  I had an issue with the battery connections and Aaron spent all the time needed on a phone call on a Saturday to troubleshoot and fix the issue.  I highly recommend Solar Penny for anyone looking at solar energy as an alternative or for off-grid applications.

Great service from Nick and his company, I literally texted him nextdoor this morning, he responded very fast, and was at my house in 2 hours to fix our AC unit, now it starts and operates much better, much quieter. I was happy with the installation sunpower did on my project.  Everyone was helpful and informative.  The sales professional Greg Field was extremely informative and knew much more than his competitors.  Sunpower has been in business the longest in an overcrowded field.  My only regret is that I did not get more solar panels.

David is the owner, and service tech. I would expect more of an owner to satisfy his customers for return business and also a good review here.

So I had updated my review as I was promised a refund of the 190.00 the company had charged me to come out to continually fix the same problem of bubbles in the line and change filters. BUT after I updated it he took away the credit and is again charging me the 190.00. NOW to me it tells a lot about a company who reneges on a promise more so then the terrible customer service that I wrote about in the first place. To be paying 8000.00 for equipment in the first place to not have the company stand behind its product and installation, I would be looking elsewhere for a system. Customer service always trumps price for me. I would rather pay a bit more if I knew the company treats its customers well. We have South Face is our hole house solar company we call them to fix any problem they are out by the next day NO CHARGE!!!

Do not go with Sunrun! They do not care about there customers at all! My solar hasn't worked for 3 full months and counting and they have done nothing.. I still have to pay my Sunrun bill for service I can't even use. They also haven't done anything when I said each month I don't have solar my electricity bill doubles they told me they have nothing to do with that! I call weekly and till this day no one I mean one from Sunrun has ever called me back and each time I ask to speak to supervisor I'm put on hold for a long time and told one will call me back.  Yesterday I called and asked to speak to supervisor the girl told me it was past supervisor working hours and it was 3:20pm ... Awful awful company... Bad business company!

Incredibly high turnover in call center staff. Also, upper management is totally new.  May want to consider other options before signing on with these "fly by night" guys.  The total package is sketchy.  Check your options before meeting and definitely before signing on the dotted line.
