Solar City is the best solar company we used. They were incredible from start to finish. They have a great team of professionals that are knowledgeable and friendly. From the first contact to the final installation, Solar City was there with us every step of the way. They answered all of our questions and walked us through the entire process. Argent Solar is a top notch company to work with. I contacted them in late October 2020. Craig Bloom came out the same day for a quote. Not only were they the least expensive of the quotes we got (with same panels and inverters) they also were the only ones that were willing to commit to a completion date before the end of the year. They did not disappoint. Craig kept me in the loop as we were going through the process and by Dec 15th 2020 our system was turned on. The installers were fantastic and even fixed a small roof issue we had. The after sale support has been fantastic as well. Whenever we I have a question Craig answers promptly and they offered to come out immediately when a internet password change caused our monitoring app to disconnect. The solar system has been running flawlessly now for over 2 years.
With Argent you will get a company that will stick to their word and that is there when you need support. We have been happy with them and highly recommend them.

I hired Thermo Shield for my attic insulation, and I am very pleased with the results!  I appreciate that they showed up on time and cleaned up after the job was done.  The price was very good and I didn't feel pressured to agree to services that I wasn't ready for.  I highly recommend this company!

T & K Electric was selected and recommended by our decorator who works with Tommy (owner) often. T & K were very professional with hanging out chandelier. They were prompt, knowledgeable, and precise. They wore booties through the house and kept things clean, and neat when done. Wow!! Thank you for installing my new roof!! The roofers were extremely respectful, communicative, and reliable. They stuck to the timeline we agreed upon and pricing was comparable to other companies. The difference with this company, that I haven't seen before, is there ability to communicate. With each step/day they asked if I had any concerns or questions and updated me on what was being done next. For me, I like to know what's going on and what time someone is going to show up... the worse part about other companies I've used is the lack of reliability and communication. Other companies just come and go as they please... playing loud inappropriate music, and not cleaning up after themselves. Truvo (Brad) was a breath of fresh air!! I can't tell how much we've appreciated Mark and the entire Sun Valley team.  They have been thorough with everything!  From the sales process, to installation, to follow-up education and training; they've done it all and have done it well!  We are in the SRP territory and are already saving over 100.00 per month with the Demand Manager.  We would highly recommend Sun Valley and solar in general.  Now is the time to get it installed and benefit from the rebates tax incentives and tools such as the Demand Manager to maximize your savings.

The installation went smoothly except for one hiccup. The installer didn't check to see where the bathroom vent pipe was located. After he cut the hole for the charge controller panel he found it. So instead of putting it in a better spot, it wound up with a surface mount box. It's ugly.

UPDATE:

They called in another installer. He found many serious wiring and installation problems and had to remove and reinstall most of the system! Well, all was good until this week when we took the camper in a road trip. We started noticing a strong odor from the black tank. After much searching and aggravation, we discovered the the original installer they had working on our camper had damaged the seal around the soil stack. Owner states he is no longer using that installer.

Great service from Nick and his company, I literally texted him nextdoor this morning, he responded very fast, and was at my house in 2 hours to fix our AC unit, now it starts and operates much better, much quieter. We purchased our home in Arizona last year and we weren't considering to purchase solar - as it was an added cost.  But Raymond sat with us more than once to explain the benefits and the rates for purchasing solar. Raymond processes a high level of expertise and you can tell that he loves his job!  He's not only selling you the best product, he's educating as well. If you care about the environment and you want to save money on your electric bill, let Raymond tell you about solar and you too can save!

I had some uneven cooling and heating issues and also needed attic insulation. I had an energy audit done and then got bids from several companies. The Green Team made a proposal that was the most sensible and also cost effective.,They seemed to be the most knowledgeable  and didn't try to sell me unnecessary and expensive items as other companies did. The team was friendly, efficient, on time and cleaned up thoroughly when the work was done.

David has been very responsive with service and willing to work around other repairs on our roof for replacement. The system is economical and works very efficiently.  Thank you so much!

I worked with this great group of people recently, and the energy and level of professionalism they bring with them every single day is second to none! Buy the Sunrun Power Purchase Plan if you would like to save $15 to $20 a month until you move to another house.  When you move however, you may end up paying for someone else's electricity for the rest of your life. Don't expect any help from their transition team.  My house sold in August, I advised them in June I was selling my house and gave them every bit of information they requested, (buyer, escrow, real estate salesman along with phone numbers and e-mails). After escrow closed, I called them again to advise them the new owners are in the home.  

They stated the new owner hadn't signed the transfer docs and that I would be responsible until they did.  They even advised me to get them to sign. I was now in another state.  After several phone call by me, I received an e-mail from Sunrun stating I could be in default of my agreement because we haven't finished the transition and it was now November.  

They took money from my account each month for the electricity produced for the new owner.  Two weeks after the default threat, they sent me an e-mail stating everything was completed.

They attached a copy of the transition documents.  My signature in July, the Buyers signature in August (Before escrow closed) and their signature in November

They had lied to me about the new owner not signing, it was Sun Run transition team that apparently lost the docs and finally realized it when they were about to take me to court.

They billed me again in December but dropped that, they re-imbursed November only and would take no responsibility for their own mistakes.

Do not use this company.  They will fail to act, cover up their mistakes with lies and put you in financial jeopardy, and after will fail to remedy.

I live in El Paso TX, and today is July 26, 2019, my system was installed and running by the end of April (44 panels a big system). Since that time the main breaker (250 amp) has tripped 5 times June 10 and 26 and again today July 15, 20, and 21, and takes at least 30 minutes to cool down enough to reset. The first time I just reset the breaker thinking it was just a fluke but when it happened, I called the customer service line and was told I needed to call an electrician at my expense to see why their breaker that they installed was not working properly. I was also told if I wanted them to come out it would cost me $200.00 to fix something, they should have installed correctly the first time.
I called an electrician who said that the breaker got too hot because either it had too much of a load (I have a 44 amp system that's a big system) so probably not the issue, or the breaker was faulty, or the heat from the El Paso sun beating down on it directly at 2PM (100-105), or the system was engineered incorrectly so if it happened again call the company and tell them to come look at their system.
July 15, 2019 it happened again and I called again and was told that they would contact the local office here in El Paso TX and someone would contact me in 24-48 hours meanwhile it was 102 and I had no AC and all my electricity was off for about 45 minutes. Later that day Benjamin Taylor the Project Manager from the Phoenix office called and said someone for the install team would be at my home after 1pm the next day July 16, 2019. I waited and no one came. I am a Sr. PM and I would never treat a client like this, just bad business and if I did, I would be looking for a job very soon.
July 19, 2019, I called to speak with Mr. Taylor and he was not in so I left a message and never heard back. Both July 20 and 21, 2019 the breaker popped again so I called Mr. Taylor again but he was not available so I left a message again with no return call. However, I called back about 2 hours latter and did finally speak o him and was told he would contact the install team and call me back with a date and time for them to come out. Again, here it is July 26, 2019 and I have not heard from or seen anyone for that company about the issue.
If it doesn't get fixed, I will be looking for an attorney to get me out of this BS Contract and have them remove the panels and go back to El Paso Electric. I never had a problem with breakers tripping when they provided my electricity, oh and I still receive a bill from EP Electric each month for $20-$40 dollars so why don't they just kick in when this system shuts down?

I'm starting an ANTI-ERUS campaign in my neighborhood and you should too. Going to put a sign in my yard and around the neighborhood on street corners, parks, etc. that says DO NOT GO WITH ERUS FOR YOUR SOLAR NEEDS THEY DO NOT FOLLOW-UP AFTER INSTALL. My brother closes on a house Aug 30, 2019 just across from me and wanted solar on his house, if ERUS was better I would recommend them but now I have told him to stay away and go with someone else.
