Best Solar Panels in Phoenix, AZ
Very prompt and pleasant. Called in the morning had someone there by 1 pm. Had an unexpected appointment while he was working. He was very agreeable to leaving and coming back. My issue was a Ethernet outlet which was dead. Opened up the wall unit and it was a tangled mess, plus our outlet itself was wired incorrectly.
Got it working.

Kelly at EOS was so easy to talk to and extremely knowledgeable. I ended up going with them for the higher efficiency panels I'd wanted for our current system. They made the whole process so easy. After looking around for fair price and the ability to install quickly; they came up with awesome pricing and actually listen to me. No one tried to BS me into more than I needed or wanted. They spent time answering my questions, and never talked over my head (so refreshing). They got me installed within two weeks of first contact! The new panels look great and you can tell the installer Chris loves what he does. Solar has saved me thousands and with these new added panels, I'm saving even more. Bye-bye APS, and thank you EOS! You're the best and I'm surly going to be sending everyone I know your way.

My wife and I loved our new home but we felt like a cave in our entry hallway and kitchen. The GoGreen team was incredible to work with, quick to respond, quick to schedule, and quick to install. We weren't sure what sizes or locations to go with, so their friendly staff did a great job recommending a solution that was perfect for our needs. They communicated their process with us throughout the installation and the end result was flawless. Could not recommend them more highly!

Fully willing to educate and I did not experience high-pressure sales. They were more interested in making me understand the benefits of going with their company than pressuring me to buy to make a sale.

Thank you so much for assisting us with going solar. We'd always wanted to, but we couldn't find a reliable partner to make the switch with. Your knowledge and expertise made the process much easier, and we really appreciate it. We are so glad we chose you and are looking forward to seeing the environmental and financial benefits of going solar. Thank you again for helping us make the switch to solar. It has been a pleasure doing business with you.

We found out that our inverter stopped working when we received a giant electricity bill. We then found out that the online monitoring system had stopped updating since May 2019. We immediately called Solar Topps for service and asked about why no alert was sent to us. The representative Victoria said "because they have thousands of customers now so they are not able to monitor actively." I thought the whole sales pitch was about customer service! Technician was supposed to come out today and my husband and I both took time off from work for this. After a day of waiting, NO SHOW and no one called us. Called the front desk and the lady said there was a delay and the tech would not be able to come today. I understand delay. But someone should have called us to reschedule. The front desk said she would do her best to have customer service (i.e. Victoria) to call us back but also emphasized that they close at 4pm. It is 3:51 now and the phone is not ringing. I will update everyone once I hear back from Solar Topps.
Update: No customer service called us back and the office stopped picking up phone at 3:58pm. A technician reached out to us at 4:01pm and claimed that our appointment is scheduled for a different date on his calendar. He offered us different time slots to pick from since we again needs to take time off from work. I hope he does show up tomorrow and anyone from Sollar Topps will call us back in the future to explain the company's inability to "actively" monitor the system.

!!!Pls READ before Scheduling an Appointment!!!
I found this company on Google, so I called in to schedule an appointment and I was told they charge flat rate and there will be a $75 troubleshooting fee that includes fixing easy problems, or they would give me a cost estimate if the problem is hard to fix.
The next day, one technician came and said I must choose one of the options (in the picture below) to start, if not, he won't do anything and I have to pay him $75 for being here. I said that was not what I've been told, and he called back to his company and the girl on the phone said there is a misunderstanding, I have to choose one option to start.
Wait, wait, wait! Why nobody mentioned that I have to do a multiple choice before it starts? Why I have to pay $75 just for the technician to be at my place? Am I inviting Elizabeth II? Actually, I am pretty sure there is no misunderstanding, all the phone calls was recorded and they should have the recordings. What they are trying to do is just fool people around and charge more money.
To save my time and let the it start, I chose the cheapest option and paid $259. It took about 1 hr 20 mins in total.
If you're rich and don't even care about money, please ignore what I said. Otherwise, you'd better BE CAREFUL!!

One Way installed a security system for our business. Everyone from the Sales team to the installers were great. Everyone was extremely helpful and walked us through the entire system. Would highly recommend them for your security needs.

After over a year in the "solar sandy family", I must say, I'm extremely satisfied! Our bills have been reduced to almost ZERO! Even with my EV being charged at home, my electricity bills have stayed very consistent. My ONLY complaint? Sandy is unable to chase the clouds away (especially during Feb 2023) & allow the sun to shine!

I'm a contractor in Arizona. I have been using these guys for the past 5 years and I will continue to use them every time I have any plumbing or gas project. Their knowledge is extremely extensive and their workmanship speaks for itself. You will not regret hiring these guys.

I could never recommend Zenernet. Stan F. is a great salesman and very informative. Everything else has been a disaster. We signed our contract more than a year ago, in September 2021. Big mistake. After an initial flurry of planning and design, we ceased to hear from our first project manage in late November. Despite repeated efforts to contact her, or anyone at Zenernet, no progress was made until early March, when we had an hour-long phone call with someone who told us our first project manager had been fired, and the contract and plans for our system lost. After that phone call, it took all of two days for the County to approve the plan. Since then, we had three additional project managers; we don't why changing managers was necessary, but not having consistent lines of communication was not helpful. When their subcontractor, SunCapital, finally arrived, they came untrained if at all. They usually lacked the equipment, materials, and know-how to perform the job at hand. I lent them my tools because they didn't have them. Many times they did not come on days when they had promised to. They left their lunch garbage, lumber, and cement bags on-site, and screws in the driveway. We waited weeks and I finally picked up after them. Our ground-mounted system failed inspection FIVE TIMES. The Enphase tracking system promised in their literature still doesn't function correctly. The original estimated date of completion stated in the contract was to be Dec 1 of 2021 (last year). It is now nearly 11 months later. Zenernet finally told us, after dozens of calls and emails to them, that they couldn't finish the job. We have decided, for our own mental health, to give up on Zenernet. Looking back on this, I think we should have sued them. That's what we get for treating people decently. Please don't be fooled by their slick website graphics and informative salespeople. I could never recommend Zenernet to anyone. Ever.

RUN from this company. Glenn Williams is a fraud and lacks even a shred of integrity. Glenn sold me an off grid solar system that was inadequate per his own engineer. The Engineer told me that Glenn's system would ruin my brand new HVAC unit! Glenn even admitted to me that he did not do his own due diligence before he sold it to me, but that he would not take it back even though the system hadn't been used. Makes me wonder if the batteries Glenn sold me were outdated and he knew it. Glenn proceeded to call me names when I would try and reason with him. I have been flexible with offering a payment program. People like this shouldn't be allowed to hang a shingle on their door. Beware, he writes his own positive reviews.
