Best Solar Panels in Phoenix, AZ
Mike is the epitome of professional and good business ethics. He went above and beyond to ensure we were getting optimal solar usage and came back on his own time to fix a repair under warranty which was not his responsibility. He is extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I wish every industry had more like him. Highly recommend.

Tony came to our house for a consultation, mind you, we just had some questions about an improper installation and were looking for some answers. He didn't have to do this but he did it anyway.
He is extremely knowledgeable, extremely friendly and you can tell his sincerity is real. He wasn't trying to SELL me. He was trying to EDUCATE me and gave me the information we were looking for.
If solar is what you are looking for, I would recommend Brilliant Solar Solutions above any others. You'll get what you need and I believe you'll avoid any problems you may have from other Solar companies.

We had AES install rooftop solar 5 years ago and was completely satisfied with the design and installation. When we had a minor problem with a new style inverter used on our array, AES sent out an electrical engineer to solve the issue. It's worked perfectly since. Our monthly electric bills have averaged $16 per month since installation!! Thanks guys for a job well done.

Working with Semper Solaris was a pleasure. Dennis walked us through all our options for the system. He made everything very understandable and let us know what to expect every step of the way. The rest of the Semper Solaris team also communicated very well and kept us updated on the project. They handled all the paperwork and made the entire process very simple.Thank you Dennis and the Semper Solaris team!

These folks really impressed me with their knowledge of energy efficiency and solar. They showed me how my energy consumption habits were causing me to have huge electric bills and what I could do to fix is and as a bonus they offered me a way to generate my own power with rooftop solar. They took care of everything from start to finish and I am even more impressed with how great their customer service was whenever I had questions or concerns. Thank you to everyone at Nergy for all their hard work!

Kyle was great. He has been out twice. The first time he took a part out of stock and the second time he had the part he needed. Both times he came out the same day I called!
He is a complete professional and the Co is lucky to have him!

2019 me & my wife decided to switch to solar for environment and to save form the high electricity bill. i had a meeting with the sales personal rayan angeles (do not trust a word he say). since i live by the golf course my questions was where the solar panels will be placed/ what will be the process for golf ball damages for the panels/ what will be the warranty/ how is the durablity. he convinced me & my wife that the solar panels will be put on the front roof to avoid the golf course and also insist on cutting down a giant tree we had in the front. when i got the solar panels placing plan it was plan towards the golf course. i immediately asked the sales person ryan angeles this is a very vulnerable side what if the panels get damage. his answer was don't worry it is covered under warranty for 25 years. also he said he spoke to his operation manager and he was told the panels are sturdy for hail and it should not be a problem. with my limited technical knowledge i asked him wouldn't the planners want to put some protective layer against the solar panels or foresee the damages that can happen. according to the sales person everything is good. solar panels are sturdy and should not have any trouble. the installation was done in two days andjanuary 2020 it was activated. srp sends me an ill for using there power grid i ask the sales person you told me there is no bill. he tells me ''ooh they would have change the policy and sorry' i though it was ok since it a smaler mount. i walk in coule of days ago i see a whole lot of golf ball damages. i reach out to the customer service and gentleman at the customer service tells me after couple of email exchanges that their management had point out the contract shows that they do not cover that type of damages. but the solar panels have 25 year warranty. also they want me to provide a written document of the conversastion i had with the sales person. they did not understand the future possibilities of the panels getting damage or offer a solution but just said that there is nothing they can do. numorous email of just saying noting we can do. i reach out to the sales person ryan angeles and he is quiet and teres is no steepign in to resolving for the customer. there is not after sales follow ups or visits or any ntervention of bringin resolution.
i have had coupl of other companies offer me quote even freedom forever solar offered a higher prices i was assuming that their product is durable. it looks like they are not. solar panel shoul dbe able to with stand a 1inch hail with 50mph imapct. now i'm having a $ 25,500 solar panels that is expected to get more damage in the winter when golfers are out there but the vendor cannot do anything. i rather go back to srp rather than dealing with borrowed strees. there is no freedom working wit this vendor (company) it is borrowed trouble right now.
04/05/2020 -1st review ***it was a fantastic experience. all the planning was communicated timely. within a week he panels were installed. all the service crew and staff has been very helpful, courteous. i have had a chance to interact with the customer service for the after installations so far. as time pass by i assuming that is a five star experience as well.****

Southwest Electric and Ultra Energy AZ are in business together. Below is what I wrote regarding Ultra Energy AZ. You decide if you want to do business with them.
"1 star is too high for them.
Don't trust anything they say regarding financing and the added value to your home. Verify it for yourself. Do your research. If you sign anything that seems like a loan like we did, know that this will be a secured loan, i.e. that there will be a lien put on your property.
Solar panels can only add value to your home if they are paid for in full or are financed through a credit card, not a loan.
They bent the facts to serve their purpose, i.e. getting our business. Afterwards, the owner told us he never lied and that you initialed everything, i.e. you should have known better and to "Talk to my lawyers". Ultra Energy AZ and their representatives distorted the truth."

UPDATE
My husband and I paid PEP Solar over $56,000 for solar panels and a pool heater. Although we were very pleased with the original customer service and the installation of all the panels and associated equipment, PEP Solar does not follow through with resolving issues. We started having production issues within the first year of operation. Instead of trying to figure out exactly what was causing the problem, PEP Solar blamed the problems on the installation of bird barriers which were installed three months after electricity production started to decline. PEP Solar began by stating that panels had probably been scratched or wires possibly perforated by the chicken wire. Within a couple months, they stated that panels were definitely scratched.... without investigating whether or not this was true. At their request, we paid to have the bird barriers removed. They stated they would come out to investigate if we removed the barriers. It was yet another false claim. They would not come out unless we gave them $3700 and agreed to pay up to $15,000 to fix the problems. We ended up hiring another company that charged only $350 to get the system running perfectly. AND there were no scratched panels and no perforated wiring. Come on PEP Solar, where is your integrity? Making false claims and false promises is no way to run a business.

I called in April for Warranty work on the solar pool heater this company installed. It has failed every year that we have had it when we go to turn it on in the Spring. Every year it requires repair. This year I called in April. They have no show- no called for service appointments four times so far!!! I have to take off of work for these to meet them! Customer service is very poor if you can get them to answer the phone, which is rarely. Buyer beware!

Waited 2 1/2 hours for a no show appointment, AGAIN!!
I was called by Tommy to see what could be done to make me a satisfied customer. He talked loudly over me as I tried to explain and he just argued instead. First, he said I had agreed to the fan in the back, then said he knew nothing about a problem, then finally said he knew I was unhappy because I told him before he left the install day. If he was unable to do it as originally explained to me, I would not have had the work done in the first place. Noise was my number one concern, energy efficiency was second to that, and I specified that as we walked the house initially for the quote.
I was called by the young lady in the office last week and told they would come and remove the fan and refund my money, she made an appointment with us for 6 to 6:30 a.m. on Monday, June 27th. She made the appointment so early so it wouldn't be so hot in the attic for the electrician.
We moved our appointments around to accommodate this time, we got up while it was still dark and waited patiently as 6:00 a.m. came and went, 7:00 a.m. came and went and 8:00 a.m. came and went. My husband called the office and left a message on the machine, no one answered, and they called back at a little before 8:30 a.m. saying the technician was sick and they would have to reschedule the removal. The last time I waited a week for a response and didn't get a response until, coincidentally, I posted a bad review for no return call on Yelp. I just want the fan removed and my money refunded. The other electrical work they did do for me works fine, I love my whole house surge protector, I love my can lights in my kitchen and the light in my pantry and coat closet. But I don't like waiting for no one to show up at an appointment they made with me. That's bad business. Hopefully I will get a return call to schedule another appointment and someone will actually show up for that one. We'll see.

A young man wearing an Sunrun shirt knocked on my door and said he was doing a follow-up to a letter that I received from SRP about solar power. I asked to see his identification card from the City of Tempe showing he has a valid permit from the city to do door-to-door solicitations. He then left.
Tempe City Ordinance 24-71 Section d: " It shall be unlawful for any individual acting as a door-to-door seller or solicitor to fail to exhibit a valid identification card upon the request of any police officer, finance and technology director or any of his authorized agents, or upon the request of any resident of the city. "
If a resident of the City of Tempe asks you to show this card you are required to do so!
Concerned that this might be a scam I called the SRP "Preferred Solar Installer" number at (602) 889-2657 and was told that Sunrun is NOT an SRP preferred solar installer and that they have no idea what letter from SRP this person was referring to and that they are very aware of Sunrun and have been getting multiple complaints about this company.
RED FLAG: I just got an unsolicited post card from Sun Run that they have "Prescreened" my credit scores to "pre-qualify" me for their product! How dare they do this without my permission. I will be reporting this business to the BBB.
