This company is the best. They have been in business since the 80's which is no that common in this business segment. They were professional and informative. They did everything they said they would. They cleaned up and left everything spotless. They explained the system and answered all the questions I had. I highly recommend this company

I shopped a lot. Rooftop was my selection. I spoke with one of their partners and the owner of who does the installations. Both were great experiences and the final install, despite delays with the city (outside of their control) went quite well. I have to especially compliment Danielle who was super expectational throughout the project, and had A+ communication. Excited to see my first APS bill. I would recommend to my friends and family!

ZERO STARS!!! Just watched the owner, Michael Fricker taken away in Court in handcuffs finally. He will be sentenced on Thursday for deceiving customers, fraud and theft.   Hurrah!!!

Let Joe Know on TV is investigating this company to help a viewer with his severe issues regarding not having their solar job completed after struggling with Jet Solar for six months now.  Stated the customer has been strung along over and over with excuses on why it's not completed, set up meetings then repeatedly canceled.  And now the customer is having to pay along with his electric bill another$200.00+ per month for a $71,000.00 unfinished solar panel job that never was able to be used thruout the Phoenix summer.  Joe went to Jet Solar's business and was refused an interview thru a closed door!  The customer received a phone call afterward and another "meeting" was set up once again, this time for some time in October.  He didn't sound like he had much faith there would actually be one this time.  Joe said there will be an update if and when one is available.  So sad.... this company should be closed with all the bad reviews on here.

I contacted Edmundo with I Am Solar and made an appointment for a Saturday.  I was talking to several companies checking out prices and promotions if any. Edmundo didn't respond to my text asking questions about his company, nor did he confirm our Saturday appointment.  So 10 minutes before our appointment I text again and was told he was on his way. Well needless to say he never showed up but he did send someone else without any notification and he was very late.
His name is Max, he did do a great representation but I  didn't go with this company for several reasons, 1. Edmundo didn't respond to my text letting me know if he was even going to show up. Then he did respond said he'd be there and he never did show up somebody else showed up and nobody let me know that there was a change.
2. I am big on customer service very big and that pretty much proved to me he was too busy doing whatever he was doing to respond to a potential customer.
3. When I let them know that I was not going to go with them and the reasons why I wasn't going to go with them both Max and Edmundo called me childish and I believe even once stupid because I chose not to go with them because their customer service sucks and their prices were higher.

As childish as they might think it is when you tell somebody customer service is an extremely big thing for you to choose a company and they give you lousy customer service and then call you childish doesn't sense to me. Badmouth your potential customers and expect them to go with you. Glad I didn't use them.

I called trying to get a quote, and the owner, Dylan, answered and said "0-0-0, is that really your number?" and then abruptly hung up on me. I called back and a female answered with some random greeting. I told her I was trying to reach Dylan about some solar panels. She said "hang on" and there were clear sounds in the background of a bar. Dylan came back on the phone and I explained that I just called and was looking to get a quote regarding solar panels. He told me that he was now in the fried chicken business. Anyone looking for a serious business should steer clear!

I would give no stars if that were possible. I purchased a home that already had Vivint solar panels on it. Before we moved in the inspector found a leak caused by the solar panel installation and he also reported that there were other spots that appear to have small leaks. Once we got the installation diagram from the solar company we noticed that it was installed wrong and the solar company drilled the screws all the way through the roof and through the trusses. When I called the solar company over 10 times to get resolution they report they did not install wrong and there is no current leaks so it is fine. I am now talking with a supervisor that says there is no one higher to talk to and that they did everything right and the screws may have protruded through which is common. I said no way all the screws are drilled all the way through causing issues with my roof and they want to do nothing and tell me the top branch is looking at the evidence I submitted and I have to continue to wait. I have went round and round with these people and still nothing. This is poor customer service and I think all customers that have had issues with no resolution should ban together and file a class action law suit against this company. This is not ok. I am continuing to give them a chance but it has been months and nothing yet.
