Problem with solar panel the failure of the freeze safe prevention system water inside froze and burst the pipes burst beyond repair.
Water pouring like a water fall not sure how long happened 12/22/17 Jim owner came very quickly made sure water on and that I would have hot water. Reasonable price to come out.  Sent propsal for replacement 12/26/17  I have to wait for Home owner Insurance Adjuster to come out contacted insurance 12/23/17 Thank you so very much for making a situation go so smooth. Will use them to put in my solar panel and it's components.  Nice to have a company come out when they say they would and no hidden charges that hard to find these days.

My family and I had a great experience working with Phoenix Window Shades and team! He was very professional, honest and efficient. He gave us recommendations based on what would be for us vs. what's best for his pockets. The shades are durable and have helped lower our electric bill! I would recommend anyone looking for shades to Phoenix Window Shades!

Michelle Davis with Rooftop was amazing to work with. She takes the extra time to explain every detail of the solar process and is extremely knowledgeable about everything solar. It can be intimidating with so many solar companies out there, so talking to someone that is smart but not pushy was refreshing.

I'm with Doreen, I wish there was an option to rate them with zero stars. This company is a joke! I would imagine a 9th grader could do a better job. They don't answer calls and they don't respond to emails. They make big promises, but don't deliver. I don't think they know what project management is.
Watch out, they will show up at your home unannounced and try and get your money a head of time once they find out your loan has funded. This company acts like they are in the throws of serious money flow problems. Stay away and let them go belly up. There are too many reputable companies out there that are willing to take their place.
BTW,  I started this process in Aug 2012 and its FEB 2013 and still no solar panels on my roof.

Let Joe Know on TV is investigating this company to help a viewer with his severe issues regarding not having their solar job completed after struggling with Jet Solar for six months now.  Stated the customer has been strung along over and over with excuses on why it's not completed, set up meetings then repeatedly canceled.  And now the customer is having to pay along with his electric bill another$200.00+ per month for a $71,000.00 unfinished solar panel job that never was able to be used thruout the Phoenix summer.  Joe went to Jet Solar's business and was refused an interview thru a closed door!  The customer received a phone call afterward and another "meeting" was set up once again, this time for some time in October.  He didn't sound like he had much faith there would actually be one this time.  Joe said there will be an update if and when one is available.  So sad.... this company should be closed with all the bad reviews on here.

Not reliable, please do not go via them. Go directly via the actual solar company. He sold my Dad many promises, once I signed the agreement and bought it.
After that many emails, several texts and calls, no response.
Expert in fooling people. There are many caveats to it from load controller to plans, and other things which I sorted out and for One year I was paying the mortgage/lease payments as well as higher electricity bills, kept asking him for customer care, he would also not respond to texts and emails.

For really bad experience I wouldn't recommend.

I called trying to get a quote, and the owner, Dylan, answered and said "0-0-0, is that really your number?" and then abruptly hung up on me. I called back and a female answered with some random greeting. I told her I was trying to reach Dylan about some solar panels. She said "hang on" and there were clear sounds in the background of a bar. Dylan came back on the phone and I explained that I just called and was looking to get a quote regarding solar panels. He told me that he was now in the fried chicken business. Anyone looking for a serious business should steer clear!

If zero stars were an option - I would give them zero!! Vivint is the worst solar company for customer service. We were selling our home with their panels on - they lied to us about install for the animal guards (said they would come out on a Saturday to later find out they don't install animal guards on weekends), then when they finally came out, they installed 3/4 of it and left. Then we closed on our house and they kept billing my card, when I called they said the paperwork wasn't filled out completely (month after sell of home), come to find out later from a supervisor it was done they just didn't file it. They now owe me $130 for over charging me. Nobody returned my first phone call to get my money back, called again Tiffany said she processed it. 8 business later (was supposed to be 5-7), I have to call AGAIN. Was on hold for 25 mins waiting for Austin to get a supervisor. Called on my husband's phone and got a supervisor faster than Austin could get on the phone. This supervisor, Ruth, said there was no card on file to process the refund!! How convenient, it was deleted. DO NOT go with this company if you ever have any questions or concerns regarding your account!
