Kevin and Gayle provide first class customer service. I called and left a message for pricing on big screens Gayle called me back with in ten minutes. Provided my the pricing for my screens (best prices in the valley). I schedule my appointment with Gayle. Kevin came out to the house on time and was extremely professional and hammered out the screens. I would highly recommended this company

Problem with solar panel the failure of the freeze safe prevention system water inside froze and burst the pipes burst beyond repair.
Water pouring like a water fall not sure how long happened 12/22/17 Jim owner came very quickly made sure water on and that I would have hot water. Reasonable price to come out.  Sent propsal for replacement 12/26/17  I have to wait for Home owner Insurance Adjuster to come out contacted insurance 12/23/17 Thank you so very much for making a situation go so smooth. Will use them to put in my solar panel and it's components.  Nice to have a company come out when they say they would and no hidden charges that hard to find these days.

He gave us recommendations based on what would be for us vs. what's best for his pockets. The shades are durable and have helped lower our electric bill! Michelle Davis with Rooftop was amazing to work with. She takes the extra time to explain every detail of the solar process and is extremely knowledgeable about everything solar. It can be intimidating with so many solar companies out there, so talking to someone that is smart but not pushy was refreshing.

I purchased a home that had a solar system installed by Salt River Solar and Wind about two years prior to my purchase. During the purchase process I noticed all he panels on the house were facing directly east for no apparent reason (should really be facing south to south east. The panels are on a huge flat roof and could have been pointed any direction.

On top of that they put some of the panels on the first story part of the roof where the second story shades the panels later in the day. This also made no sense unless they actually thought the house faced south, I guess they never used a compass or looked at a satellite image of the property.

I contact Salt River Solar about all of this and a few other items and they could not ever answer why the panels were installed the way they are. They promised to have someone come look at the system but never did. They kept telling me they were looking for the design specs but never could find them. No matter how many times I wrote them or called them they would not help or provide any information. I requested the plans from the City who promptly provided all the documentation Salt River Solar said they could not find. Upon review of the plans I noticed they did not install everything per the plans (missing parts). I also noticed that they drew everything up as if the house faced south and it actually faces South East. This is why the panels now face directly East instead of South East.

Even with my new information they refused to help and got angry with my questions about the mistakes. They blamed the previous owners and said they must have requested the panels face the direction they do etc.

Luckily the Sunpower company that manufactured the panels has been able to help me with some of my issues. The Sunpower company has been suing Salt River Solar for their business practices and taking their money just like that of Salt River Solar customers.

I now understand that they are also operating under other business names. Beware of these guys! Stay far away!

These guys are great!  Came out and did an install for my home, we're very professional and completed the project in time.

I contacted Edmundo with I Am Solar and made an appointment for a Saturday.  I was talking to several companies checking out prices and promotions if any. Edmundo didn't respond to my text asking questions about his company, nor did he confirm our Saturday appointment.  So 10 minutes before our appointment I text again and was told he was on his way. Well needless to say he never showed up but he did send someone else without any notification and he was very late.
His name is Max, he did do a great representation but I  didn't go with this company for several reasons, 1. Edmundo didn't respond to my text letting me know if he was even going to show up. Then he did respond said he'd be there and he never did show up somebody else showed up and nobody let me know that there was a change.
2. I am big on customer service very big and that pretty much proved to me he was too busy doing whatever he was doing to respond to a potential customer.
3. When I let them know that I was not going to go with them and the reasons why I wasn't going to go with them both Max and Edmundo called me childish and I believe even once stupid because I chose not to go with them because their customer service sucks and their prices were higher.

As childish as they might think it is when you tell somebody customer service is an extremely big thing for you to choose a company and they give you lousy customer service and then call you childish doesn't sense to me. Badmouth your potential customers and expect them to go with you. Glad I didn't use them.

I called trying to get a quote, and the owner, Dylan, answered and said "0-0-0, is that really your number?" and then abruptly hung up on me. I called back and a female answered with some random greeting. I told her I was trying to reach Dylan about some solar panels. She said "hang on" and there were clear sounds in the background of a bar. Dylan came back on the phone and I explained that I just called and was looking to get a quote regarding solar panels. He told me that he was now in the fried chicken business. Anyone looking for a serious business should steer clear!

This is the most incompetent company I have ever worked with.
Billing issues - It took weeks to get a bill from this company, then they hounded me incessantly about payment. One problem, they were charging me the wrong amount. We are in year 2 of the lease, which is $180/mo, they keep charging us year 5 rates. Several emails and calls and it was not resolved.
Install issues - We had to do a simple task, re-roof our house. The lack of communication and straight out LIES is unbelievable. They tell us one day, they don't show up. They tell us the reason they had to cancel and then get caught in a lie when we press them. It's now taken over a week to get them out to re-install, they LIED again and said they were our of parts, when in reality their install crew is in a DIFFERENT STATE.

So now I've had to postpone the sale of my house for several weeks because of this company, which has cost me THOUSANDS of dollars.

AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS
