Best Solar Panels in Phoenix, AZ

Just had French screen doors put in. Kevin was awesome. The doors are wonderful. Fit perfectly, work great. Him and his partner were very efficient and very professional. I am very impressed with them and would highly recommend for anyone who needs new screen doors.

Problem with solar panel the failure of the freeze safe prevention system water inside froze and burst the pipes burst beyond repair.
Water pouring like a water fall not sure how long happened 12/22/17 Jim owner came very quickly made sure water on and that I would have hot water. Reasonable price to come out.  Sent propsal for replacement 12/26/17  I have to wait for Home owner Insurance Adjuster to come out contacted insurance 12/23/17 Thank you so very much for making a situation go so smooth. Will use them to put in my solar panel and it's components.  Nice to have a company come out when they say they would and no hidden charges that hard to find these days.

My family and I had a great experience working with Phoenix Window Shades and team! He was very professional, honest and efficient. He gave us recommendations based on what would be for us vs. what's best for his pockets. The shades are durable and have helped lower our electric bill! I would recommend anyone looking for shades to Phoenix Window Shades!

Michelle Davis with Rooftop was amazing to work with. She takes the extra time to explain every detail of the solar process and is extremely knowledgeable about everything solar. It can be intimidating with so many solar companies out there, so talking to someone that is smart but not pushy was refreshing.

They are scam artists especially Marc Martin who comes into your home and lies about everything.  I tried to get a refund. They threatened me with calling the police. I sat in their office and listened to the people there laughing about the suckers that are out there.

These guys are great!  Came out and did an install for my home, we're very professional and completed the project in time.

Have recommended to my friends looking for solar!

I contacted Edmundo with I Am Solar and made an appointment for a Saturday.  I was talking to several companies checking out prices and promotions if any. Edmundo didn't respond to my text asking questions about his company, nor did he confirm our Saturday appointment.  So 10 minutes before our appointment I text again and was told he was on his way. Well needless to say he never showed up but he did send someone else without any notification and he was very late.
His name is Max, he did do a great representation but I  didn't go with this company for several reasons, 1. Edmundo didn't respond to my text letting me know if he was even going to show up. Then he did respond said he'd be there and he never did show up somebody else showed up and nobody let me know that there was a change.
2. I am big on customer service very big and that pretty much proved to me he was too busy doing whatever he was doing to respond to a potential customer.
3. When I let them know that I was not going to go with them and the reasons why I wasn't going to go with them both Max and Edmundo called me childish and I believe even once stupid because I chose not to go with them because their customer service sucks and their prices were higher.

As childish as they might think it is when you tell somebody customer service is an extremely big thing for you to choose a company and they give you lousy customer service and then call you childish doesn't sense to me. Badmouth your potential customers and expect them to go with you. Glad I didn't use them.

I called trying to get a quote, and the owner, Dylan, answered and said "0-0-0, is that really your number?" and then abruptly hung up on me. I called back and a female answered with some random greeting. I told her I was trying to reach Dylan about some solar panels. She said "hang on" and there were clear sounds in the background of a bar. Dylan came back on the phone and I explained that I just called and was looking to get a quote regarding solar panels. He told me that he was now in the fried chicken business. Anyone looking for a serious business should steer clear!

I would give a 0 but that's not an option. This is the worst solar company ever. Install they screwed that up can't even put in correct breaker, finally get it up and going almost a yr after having the panels put on. Only to have the system work when it wants to. They tried blaming me and my internet but it was actually there equipment had exposed almost catching my house on fire melting my entire breaker box for my home. Took 3 months to get that fixed. Meanwhile in the fine print on my contract if I under produced the amount of power they said I would produce they would pay me for the difference. Mind u now they owe me over $700 . This should have been paid at the end of January but here it is August 11 and I still have not received my payment. Customer service never has the answer other than let me reach out to somebody else and see if they can get you an answer and I never get a response. Finally talk to someone today and I'm told we can't send your check to a po box (I live in a little town that only offers PO box for mail no mailbox option available) we can only send to your physical address. This company is a joke and I would never tell anybody about this company. It's a waste of time and $.
