Wow, great customer service and a pleasure to work with.  Had our complete home sun screened.  They were a bit more money than some of the other quotes but their professionalism had my trust.  They showed up when they said they would and did an outstanding job.  I highly recommend this company.  I was very impressed by this company and their services.  An actual contractor that the owner stops by and supervises the work being done

I can't say enough about the efficiency and professionalism of this company.  They installed my solar hot water heater and it is neat and they left their work space completely clean.  My hot water is great and I am saving money!

My family and I had a great experience working with Phoenix Window Shades and team! He was very professional, honest and efficient. He gave us recommendations based on what would be for us vs. what's best for his pockets. The shades are durable and have helped lower our electric bill! From the beginning to the end of our quest for cleaner energy this company has been communicative, thorough and most of all did all they said they would. I would recommend solar from this company to any of my friends or anyone asking about solar companies. As we learned the hard way NOT all solar companies are alike.

Beware, they are apparently now selling their customer information.  I received a phone call purportedly from an employee about arranging a free system check-up but when I call the number back it is for some boxing and fitness business!

My only installation issues were their refusal to send an actual engineer down resulting in several rounds with the Tucson permitting office, then adding raw lumber "support beams" to my existing roof supports - in the garage - with nails that stuck all the way through the existing 2X10 and the new 2x8.  I suspect they were not even needed since they had me measure the HOUSE supports - not the garage supports.  They came back and used a grinder to cut the points off and I still occassionally find them on my garage floor!  I had to staple plastic underneath to keep the raw lumber from dripping pitch on my car and other garage contents.

System production has definitely nosedived after the installation so I suspect something was not done correctly or was set up with a "failure point" so they could make money on maintenance.

SCAM STAY FAR AWAY!!!!

We started this contract in October. We were told 30 to 45 days and the system would be install and here we are at the end of April . We have been paying for a system for 4 months that we do not have.. They never answer the phone and do not give any updates. We are trying to close this contract and looks like we are going to have to seek legal counsel because the finance company's continues to allow them to say they are going to do the project and yet they have not contacted  us. They originally blamed TEP for the delay saying they were waiting for approval which was not accurate as i called TEP and the first app was denied and they had been waiting over a month for them to resubmit the application.. . Apparently they can not even keep employees as the project manager  who had recently started when he contacted around the beginning of March and assured us he would be in contact every 3 days until completion which did not happen is no longer with this company. This has been the biggest headache and its getting ridiculous that you can take someone's money and not delivered promised services. We were also promised $1000 from our sales guy after install for going with company so don't let the money they also seem to say they will throw at you get you either .

We will not accept the system should it decide to show up at the door one day because this company has proven over and over its complete lack
of professionalism or communication with its clients. These reviews are real especially when we are all having the same situation.

The five star reviews from employees should not even be allowed in the rating as this is not about employment its about services being provided to people who pay you.

Not reliable, please do not go via them. Go directly via the actual solar company. He sold my Dad many promises, once I signed the agreement and bought it.
After that many emails, several texts and calls, no response.
Expert in fooling people. There are many caveats to it from load controller to plans, and other things which I sorted out and for One year I was paying the mortgage/lease payments as well as higher electricity bills, kept asking him for customer care, he would also not respond to texts and emails.

For really bad experience I wouldn't recommend.

I called trying to get a quote, and the owner, Dylan, answered and said "0-0-0, is that really your number?" and then abruptly hung up on me. I called back and a female answered with some random greeting. I told her I was trying to reach Dylan about some solar panels. She said "hang on" and there were clear sounds in the background of a bar. Dylan came back on the phone and I explained that I just called and was looking to get a quote regarding solar panels. He told me that he was now in the fried chicken business. Anyone looking for a serious business should steer clear!

If I could give them a 0 I would. Scam Sales, horrible app and billing system. Non responsive customer care and Sales with no way to escalate. We've never received the $500 referral bonus promised for referring friends after months of following up. We're stuck with horrible service way more expensive than quoted. Our system was set up with not enough panels because they don't want to pay for the box now the system will never produce enough so we'll always be paying out the nose. We're now paying more than we did before with APS and after multiple tech visits confirming it's the system not our usage we still can't get a call back. We are extremely conservative with our usage with only 2 members in the family and now we pay more for less service and are uncomfortable in our own home. Horrible wish I'd never been suckered by their false promises I should've researched the BBB claims from others with the same issues
