Best Solar Panels in Phoenix, AZ
Great job done by Kevin. He came referred to us by neighbors. We couldn't be happier. Overall, fantastic workmanship, high integrity, and fair price. Most importantly he listens to his customers. We will definitely refer him to others.

I can't say enough about the efficiency and professionalism of this company. They installed my solar hot water heater and it is neat and they left their work space completely clean. My hot water is great and I am saving money!

My family and I had a great experience working with Phoenix Window Shades and team! He was very professional, honest and efficient. He gave us recommendations based on what would be for us vs. what's best for his pockets. The shades are durable and have helped lower our electric bill! I would recommend anyone looking for shades to Phoenix Window Shades!

Michelle Davis with Rooftop was amazing to work with. She takes the extra time to explain every detail of the solar process and is extremely knowledgeable about everything solar. It can be intimidating with so many solar companies out there, so talking to someone that is smart but not pushy was refreshing.

Beware, they are apparently now selling their customer information. I received a phone call purportedly from an employee about arranging a free system check-up but when I call the number back it is for some boxing and fitness business!
My only installation issues were their refusal to send an actual engineer down resulting in several rounds with the Tucson permitting office, then adding raw lumber "support beams" to my existing roof supports - in the garage - with nails that stuck all the way through the existing 2X10 and the new 2x8. I suspect they were not even needed since they had me measure the HOUSE supports - not the garage supports. They came back and used a grinder to cut the points off and I still occassionally find them on my garage floor! I had to staple plastic underneath to keep the raw lumber from dripping pitch on my car and other garage contents.
System production has definitely nosedived after the installation so I suspect something was not done correctly or was set up with a "failure point" so they could make money on maintenance.

Wow can I just say I have never had such an inexperienced and inappropriate interviewer reach out for a position. Alexis Thompson pulled a bait and switch tactic opening and closing a position to lure in interviewers for a position that didn't exist and when questioned about the whereabouts of "said open position" she replied in what I can best described as "road rage vocabulary" borderline demoralizing me as a person. I would never work for a company that would allow such employees to treat potential workers or customers in such a manner. If a manager sees this please invest in proper training for this employee or you will lose future business as well as future recruits. Such a shame

Not reliable, please do not go via them. Go directly via the actual solar company. He sold my Dad many promises, once I signed the agreement and bought it.
After that many emails, several texts and calls, no response.
Expert in fooling people. There are many caveats to it from load controller to plans, and other things which I sorted out and for One year I was paying the mortgage/lease payments as well as higher electricity bills, kept asking him for customer care, he would also not respond to texts and emails.
For really bad experience I wouldn't recommend.

I called trying to get a quote, and the owner, Dylan, answered and said "0-0-0, is that really your number?" and then abruptly hung up on me. I called back and a female answered with some random greeting. I told her I was trying to reach Dylan about some solar panels. She said "hang on" and there were clear sounds in the background of a bar. Dylan came back on the phone and I explained that I just called and was looking to get a quote regarding solar panels. He told me that he was now in the fried chicken business. Anyone looking for a serious business should steer clear!

My spouse initiated the sales process with Vivint and I was very skeptical from the beginning.....I think the capper was when they said they needed a bank account number and ABA number and said "just make anything up" so the sales person could get the paperwork submitted, but the number would not be used. I asked my spouse to check the ratings of the company and I wish this had been done. Then we would not be in the same situation as everyone else: promises made but not kept, customer service circle jerk of nobody knowing who needs to take the next step, etc. To further complicate matters, Vivant subcontracted with Vision Solar to do the installation so we have even more people who can pass the buck. I hope you are reading this before you contract with them. (P.S. we cancelled the contract before installation and got sweet talked into keeping the contact with more favorable pricing. A second mistake!) We haven't "gone live yet" so it sounds from reading the reviews that there will be more issues to deal with. right now the hold up is someone needs to pay a small bill to the city before the inspection can occur. Solar was supposed to be a good experience.
