Best Solar Panels in Phoenix, AZ
This is the one of the most professionally handled jobs I have ever had done. From the initial phone call to the flawless installation and friendly service-this place is top notch. I would highly recommend this company for all of your screening needs. The replacement screens are better than the original ones. A+++
Thank you.

This company is the best. They have been in business since the 80's which is no that common in this business segment. They were professional and informative. They did everything they said they would. They cleaned up and left everything spotless. They explained the system and answered all the questions I had. I highly recommend this company

My family and I had a great experience working with Phoenix Window Shades and team! He was very professional, honest and efficient. He gave us recommendations based on what would be for us vs. what's best for his pockets. The shades are durable and have helped lower our electric bill! I would recommend anyone looking for shades to Phoenix Window Shades!

Out of the 5 companies we met with, Rooftop Solar-specifically Michelle Davis and Vanessa Nefflen- were exceptional. Michelle never tried to pressure me, never talked ill of other companies, she was extremely knowledgeable of all the components and were able to confidently answer every single question I had. Small business that goes above and beyond to provide quality and fair solar systems. They had hands down the best warranties and it was a no brained to choose them. I would and have recommended them to friends and family. The process took about 4 months due to permits but Vanessa kept me in the loop as much as possible. I love our solar system and would absolutely use them again.

I purchased a home that had a solar system installed by Salt River Solar and Wind about two years prior to my purchase. During the purchase process I noticed all he panels on the house were facing directly east for no apparent reason (should really be facing south to south east. The panels are on a huge flat roof and could have been pointed any direction.
On top of that they put some of the panels on the first story part of the roof where the second story shades the panels later in the day. This also made no sense unless they actually thought the house faced south, I guess they never used a compass or looked at a satellite image of the property.
I contact Salt River Solar about all of this and a few other items and they could not ever answer why the panels were installed the way they are. They promised to have someone come look at the system but never did. They kept telling me they were looking for the design specs but never could find them. No matter how many times I wrote them or called them they would not help or provide any information. I requested the plans from the City who promptly provided all the documentation Salt River Solar said they could not find. Upon review of the plans I noticed they did not install everything per the plans (missing parts). I also noticed that they drew everything up as if the house faced south and it actually faces South East. This is why the panels now face directly East instead of South East.
Even with my new information they refused to help and got angry with my questions about the mistakes. They blamed the previous owners and said they must have requested the panels face the direction they do etc.
Luckily the Sunpower company that manufactured the panels has been able to help me with some of my issues. The Sunpower company has been suing Salt River Solar for their business practices and taking their money just like that of Salt River Solar customers.
I now understand that they are also operating under other business names. Beware of these guys! Stay far away!

Let Joe Know on TV is investigating this company to help a viewer with his severe issues regarding not having their solar job completed after struggling with Jet Solar for six months now. Stated the customer has been strung along over and over with excuses on why it's not completed, set up meetings then repeatedly canceled. And now the customer is having to pay along with his electric bill another$200.00+ per month for a $71,000.00 unfinished solar panel job that never was able to be used thruout the Phoenix summer. Joe went to Jet Solar's business and was refused an interview thru a closed door! The customer received a phone call afterward and another "meeting" was set up once again, this time for some time in October. He didn't sound like he had much faith there would actually be one this time. Joe said there will be an update if and when one is available. So sad.... this company should be closed with all the bad reviews on here.

Not reliable, please do not go via them. Go directly via the actual solar company. He sold my Dad many promises, once I signed the agreement and bought it.
After that many emails, several texts and calls, no response.
Expert in fooling people. There are many caveats to it from load controller to plans, and other things which I sorted out and for One year I was paying the mortgage/lease payments as well as higher electricity bills, kept asking him for customer care, he would also not respond to texts and emails.
For really bad experience I wouldn't recommend.

I called trying to get a quote, and the owner, Dylan, answered and said "0-0-0, is that really your number?" and then abruptly hung up on me. I called back and a female answered with some random greeting. I told her I was trying to reach Dylan about some solar panels. She said "hang on" and there were clear sounds in the background of a bar. Dylan came back on the phone and I explained that I just called and was looking to get a quote regarding solar panels. He told me that he was now in the fried chicken business. Anyone looking for a serious business should steer clear!

Vivint had a great salesman assist us from point of contact, but then everything went down hill. We were told we would be up and running in 90 days. Well that was early in June of 2020. Well install happened in late October to early November. During this entire period Vivint representatives were not available. The new sales Rep. would not receive my phone calls and calling customer services was an exercise in futility.
In late October the system was declared to be ready to use. When I ask when it would be activated, I was told to turn it on myself. Well several people all along had told me a Tech from their company would be the only person allowed to activated the system due to safety concerns. So you can understand I was certainly concerned. After a lengthy conversation and a call to Tucson Electric I followed their directions and was told my system was now activated. A few days later i received a call from Vivint and was informed my system was not working and that a tech was coming out on the 31st of November. On that day a Tech named Matt came out and after a good laugh he explained that my system was not activated and that I should never have activated the system, seems that i was not provided with a proper start up procedure.
Now Vivint is trying to Bill me for November, even though my system was not operational due to their fault. We have been trying to resolve this issue still.
Don't use Vivint customer service is non-existent and their managers are rude and possess no knowledge of the produce they are responsible for.
Needless to say if I had it to do over, this company would certainly not be in the running. "STAY AS FAR AWAY FROM VIVINT SOLAR AS POSSIBLE"
