If you are looking to get solar on your home, Simple Solar is the company to go with. Scott and his team throughly explained what was entailed during the entire process in a way even I could understand. We didn't think we would be able to get Solar where we live, but Simple Solar made it happen! Just in time to run all those Christmas lights without worry!

I reached out to Pacific West Solar when the existing solar hot water tank went bad. Peter called me very promptly to set up an appointment. He arrived exactly when he said he would. That was the last good thing I can say about him and his company. When he saw what solar unit we had he broke every sales rule in the book. He expressed in numerous ways what an awful solar unit we had and how horrible the company in town was that services and installs them. I should have told him to leave then, but I need a hot water tank so I asked him what he recommended. Pacific West Solar told me not to buy a solar unit but a conventional gas unit. I wasn't expecting that but was open to the suggestion. That's when it got weird and he seemed irritated. He said he needed to leave because he "wasn't making any money" with me. WHAT?!? I was done with his attitude and lack of interest in giving me a quote. I showed him to the door and shut it on him while he was still talking. Peter, you may know more about water heaters than I'll ever know. However, you need to learn a little customer service! Buyer beware if Pacific West Solar wants to send Peter to your house. In fact, Give Donley AC & Plumbing a call. Dan spent over 30 minutes discussing options and worked on an estimate in my driveway.

Got referred to this company, couldn't recommend the work more. Zach and his company had a super competitive/low cost, they were quick to communicate with me during the process and the end result is great. Got up and running in January, everything is fine and dandy so far.

They got a cool referral program where they'll give you (and me!) an extra 1k off your system. If you wanna work with these guys, let me know so you can save some dough!

We are very happy! From my initial meeting with the owner Josh, through final clean-up before the crew left, everything went very smoothly! Really appreciate the quality materials, professionalism, and first-class workmanship! A note on cost: It was comparable to, or even better than, other roofers I met with, and if you intend to go solar, you get the 26% federal tax credit on both the cost of the roof and the cost of solar.

I was on the fence about getting solar until I called Nation Sun. They were great about explaining everything and offered reassurance about the benefits of solar. They answered all of my numerous questions. Summer is coming. My house is going to make it look like winter is coming!

James McCormick from Suntown solar came out to give us an estimate on our panels. Hes so down to earth and brutally honest. I love that. He was so straight up about every step of the process.  We signed got approved and guess what. Covid hit hard. Everything was at a stand still for weeks. He fought tooth and nail. I swear the man has friends in high places to get the city and electric company to get it finish on time. He even offered to make the first payment for us if it wasnt done in time frame that was given.  What!! How amazing is that? I couldnt recommend anyone else for the job. I'm loving my panels and my low electric bill.

First I used Adam to hep with a pool panel in a home in Tempe and was happy with his work.
A few months later, I asked Adam to help with a home in Mesa and Adam seemed like a completely different person. Adam missed a lot of phone calls on a Friday night. So, I was worried and had to scrap my Friday night plans to check up on him only to discover he was ok.
Then Adam showed up at random times the other days and was sporadic. At times Adam wouldn't answer phone calls or texts.
There was a time when a neighbor claimed that Adam was at our Mesa home and left the home with our backyard gate open and lying on the ground, exposing our backyard pool to children.
Adam started to show some attitude and seemed to charge too much. Eventually, I decided to have another company finish work on a few remaining issues.

Wanted to say how happy I am with AZ Clean Solar. Erick is always on time does great work with a smile. They email ahead to set up your cleaning lets you know if there is any problems. I highly recommend them. Thank you Jeannie Hinchliff. Anthem AZ.

I hired Pro Solutions Air to install a new high-tech thermostat and, while they were here, tuneup my AC for the coming summer and clean my ducts and dryer vent.  The service from start to finish was phenomenal.  Andy and Roy went over all of the work they were scheduled to do prior to starting and we super courteous while in my home.  Once everything was complete, they went over all of work, including showing me before and after pictures and helped me set up the app to control the new thermostat!  The technicians' pride in the company is obvious.  The cost was beyond reasonable. (Who doesn't love feeling like they got a deal!)  I will absolutely be using Pro Solutions Air again!!

If I did want solar I would NEVER use this company.  From the reviews I now understand their poor ratings.
I live in a community that does not allow soliciting of any kind.  2 men from Sunrun knocked on my door trying to sell solar.  I attempted to explain to them that I don't talk to solicitors.  They said they were not selling anything.  Please explain how this is not selling??    Further they would not offer their names nor would the one man that had a tag hanging from his neck show me the name on the tag.  I threatened and consequently did call the police and made a complaint.  These "salesmen" were very aggressive and became verbally loud.  This is horrible marketing and ruined my day.
My husband is not well and any intrusions to our home is upsetting and will not be tolerated.
I will follow up with a complaint to the BBB and further.
BTW...nothing, absolutely nothing was done upon my calling their number to make a complaint.

I hate leaving back reviews but this one was a bit disappointing. 2 cancellations on back to back Fridays. They were good about calling the day prior and the morning of respectively. I was told family emergency for the first Friday and for the second Friday  technicians were both sick.  I know stuff happens but back to back cancellations is disappointing.  They haven't given me a follow up appointment.

I was not impressed by a company sending people door to door during the pandemic with no mask.  If you know that little about science, or have that poor a quality control, why would I possibly consider your company?

just  an average a on my bill. Just pay the installation cost of 2k for the panels for 10 years. I signed the Documents the night. Three weeks later my ten year payment plan is now twenty years. My payment is now three times more then i am paying without solar. What a big loss! i cant sell my house until my solar is paid for. We are screwed! Don't waste your money! So much for saving the environment.

Just run away a bunch of lies. I'm just one of the lucky ones that's contacted lawyers to help out.

I am an attorney in Arizona and am the Power of Attorney for my cousin and her husband who are in their early eighties.  Both do not have legal capacity to enter into contracts.  I have their Power of Attorney.  They employ 24 hour care givers and it is obvious that both are impaired.  When I discovered that Freedom Forever (hereinafter "Freedom") "sold" them on a $42,000 plus solar system, installed new doorbell, thermostat and complex security system I was in physical shock!! Somehow the security company must be in collaboration with Freedom.  When I asked my cousins had no memory of paying a $13,000 plus deposit, giving Freedom their banking information and entering into a contract with individuals with NO capacity to enter into a contract.  The HOA has not approved and may not allow. No one can figure out how to use the thermostat so my relatives are boiling in 85 plus degree heat or freezing cold.  The anxiety from this is causing health issues and they just want "the old stuff back".  Why would a Company think that older people who are at the end of their lives will benefit from this.  I am certain Freedom's business practices would qualify as elder abuse.  If I were not here to be a legal advocate for them, well, I shudder to think.  I called and am lost in the system so I will have my law clerks find out who the Members and Managers are.  This Company has an LLC that is filed in Arizona as a foreign entity.  There are a number of branch Companies around the US but ultimately there will be a parent LLC so I can determine who the Directors, Officers and Members are.

I am so upset that I suggest we as a group get together so we are able to form a class which will give us more power as it appears from the reviews there are a number of us who want refunds, the equipment returned etc.  I will file with the Attorney General and Arizona Fraud alert.  I feel compelled to protect other elderly persons.  I am planning on paying for a full page ads in the Arizona Republic, the New York Times, the La Times and then I will get my marketing department on to social media so we are able to put Freedom out of business for good to protect unsuspecting potential customers..  I will also file similar actions in every state they do business in the United States.  

I am worried about my Cousin and her husband's health as this has made them physically and mentally ill.  They are living in a home with extreme heat and cold and their health was already at risk.  So now this is not just a matter of money but of health!  I am worried about them as, with their impaired mental capacity this has made them afraid, anxious and physically suffering.  Both were just recently in the hospital.
