Hands down best pest control company in the state of Arizona. Everybody has scorpions around me I have seen not one. When I bought this house 2 years ago I just kept the pest company the original owner had and I'm telling you right now I've never seen 1 scorpion and my neighborhood has a lot of scorpions. Eric the owner is awesome he comes to my house when his guys are not able to and sprays it himself. Right when I seen that I knew I was dealing with a company like my company. He does not point fingers if he needs to be here he will be here to get the job done so I definitely recommended pest R us.

This company has made several racist, political, and morally unacceptable comments during 4 days of employee training that have driven us far, far away. I would not suggest to use this company whatsoever. To be clear, my husband was hired and worked for this company less than a week. These comments were made by the owner and the supervisor - so the issue runs through the company as it starts at their core. For more context, these comments are related to black women, raping women, and siding with the right politically. If those are things you also believe in, feel free to continue working or using this company. During training, the owners tactics were not well received as he continued to cut off during questions and yell what needed to be done. All in all, this company made him feel uncomfortable, unwanted, and unintelligent - nothing I would wish upon anyone.
Great service every time, friendly & reasonable. They came out for the normal spraying around the house. A few days later we found a spider in our garage & the owner (who is amazing) made a special trip out to spray the garage. Higley recommend.
Eric is awesome... fixed our problem quick and knew exactly what to do. Super nice guy! Staff also super nice and they're all very quick to respond!
We have been using Eric and his team for over 7 years now. Chris has been our service guy for quite a while now, no matter what questions we still come up with we get knowledgeable and honest answers. Have had a few times we needed quick service or need to change our day and they are always flexible for us. Chris came right out when we discovered rat issues and took care of the problem immediately.
I just can't say enough about the personalized service they provide. We have had no issues with the amount of lizards we have being affected, which of course when you spray you worry about the chemicals so that says a lot.
We highly recommend them.

Pest'R Us has serviced my Tempe home for over 15 years. I had the good fortune of meeting Eric, owner, through a friend and immediately appreciated his honesty, integrity, congeniality and professional knowledge. In nearly two decades, I've seen insects only one time and when I did, Eric interrupted his personal plans to do an extra service at my home and reassured me that the problem was solved (it was!). I cannot tolerate infestation of any kind and because of Eric and his competent team, I don't have to! THANK YOU, Eric, for so many years of outstanding service. I appreciate you!
We have had Pest R Us as our exterminator since 2001 through 3 houses and a rental and could not be happier with the service they provide. Eric, the owner, is very knowledgeable as is the servicemen they send out to spray property. They are always careful to keep our pets safe until product is dry. I highly recommend them to anyone needing pest services!
Extremely responsive. I recently fired Bug Guardians on three properties because I wanted a single tech on all properties and not numerous technicians. Pest'R Us was happy to accommodate. They were referred to me by my brother - a residential building contractor, and a former, highly decorated Marine who served as a body guard to Generals in the Gulf War. Both of these guys are picky so I know I am on the right track.

We found some scorpions on exterior wall of our property and one upstairs in our masterbed/bathroom in between our service dates, and we received immediate service the next day after I called it in. Thank you to Eric and Ethan.

Worst service ever! We called them for ants in our rental home, and they sprayed around the house. I gave them my credit card for a one-time payment, and a few months later I noticed that they charged it AGAIN! I emailed them right away asking them why are they charging my credit card without approval (not to mention that this is NOT LEGAL.) They said that this is follow up treatment (THAT I DIDN'T WANT) and just charged my card. I told them to stop and that I don't need their service any more. IN 3 MONTHS THEY CHARGED ME AGAIN! This time I again called and talked to Linda, and of course they said that there is nothing they can do, that they went to the house, sprayed around--not sure if they did that even and charged my credit card again.
DO NOT USE THEM AND NEVER GIVE THEM YOUR CREDIT CARD! They never took any responsibility nor refunded my money.
This is stealing and it's without approval, now I have to change my credit card so they don't use it again to charge me for their services.
Have used Pest R Us since we moved here in 1994. They are awesome. Andrew sprays my house every month. He gives me a call the day before to remind me. If I need to change days, he works with me on that. They are personable, caring people and won't break your bank to keep the bugs away. Highly recommend them.
I moved to the Tempe area in 2013 from downtown Phoenix and wasn't ready for the scorpion issue after settling in. It started with a scorpion once every several days then developed into a daily problem. There's nothing like turning on your bathroom light at night just to find a Yellow Bark Scorpion walking away with its pincers snapping away in the air. I finally broke down and called Pest 'R Us and never looked back. Their staff are courteous, great at what they do, and a pleasure to work with. My home has been scorpion free for 9 months. Thanks guys!
I recently moved to the East Valley, and quickly discovered my back yard was a playground for scorpions! I called Pest'r Us and Eric, the owner, was able to come to my home on the same day and treat my property. He explained the process and quoted a price before he treated, and reassured me that all of his treatments are safe for pets and humans alike. He inspected our house and even some obscure areas, like around our sprinkler system, to make sure we weren't providing a moist and cozy environment for other critters or crickets, which the scorpions love to eat. Since spraying, we've noticed a significant decrease in the number of scorpions, (We check frequently with a blacklight.) and we can use our back yard again! You simply cannot beat his customer service. He answered all my questions and was very understanding, particularly since this is the first time I've dealt with scorpion issues. Rates were reasonable, and I was given multiple options to provide payment. I will continue to have him treat my home on a monthly basis.
Eric and his team were referred to me about 10 years ago. Pest R Us has serviced every home I have owned since and I have never had a problem. I have referred Pest R Us to family and friends many times over the years and no one has had anything but kind things to say. This is a great company!
Owner Eric Papadeas cares about his customers and makes sure he and his team do an excellent job. I have had Pest'R Us Exterminating spray regularly for bugs since I moved into my house in 1995. The monthly service consists of spraying the exterior of the house, the perimeters of my garage and the landscaping area. I have nothing but good things to say about Eric and Pest'R Us Exterminating. Even his slogan is great... Pest'R Us Before They Pester You! Needless to say, mi casa is bug-free! They did a great job! Had an ant problem come out of nowhere! After hosing my patio down with three different bug sprays, ants were still all over the place. I called on Monday wanting someone today and the owner of the company came to my house same day and waited for me as I ran a little late from work. I will surely use them again!

Great Service, Caring People. You can't go wrong with Eric and his staff. They provide excellent pest control service, checking prior to each visit to assess their prior effectiveness in eliminating problems. From the pre-visit reminder call through each visit, their service is outstanding and state of the art. We have been satisfied customers for 20 years. And you can get a break on the price by paying in advance for a year's service.
I've been using the services of Pest'R Us exterminating services since moving to Phoenix in 1994, and one thing is for sure, I have never had such good service from any other provider before, regardless of the product in question. Eric and his crew have never been anything less than professional and always perform to the best of their abilities, exceeding any and all expectations. I moved to AZ from Seattle and the whole bug thing is new to me. We hired Eric and his team to spray the home we were going to be renting prior to moving in and use their monthly service. They are awesome. Always on time, friendly, cost effective....I HIGHLY recommend. Anytime we have any questons or concerns they jump on it. We noticed an ant problem in the backyard after being in the home for a month or two which we only noticed because my kids were getting bit when they would play in the backyard. Talked to Pest'R us and they solved it....no more ants. We bought a new puppy and he started gettng ticks on him, Eric (owner) came out personlly today and treated our house (inside/outside) and yard. These guys are awesome....don't go anywhere else.
