My next door neighbor recommended Craig at Bryant Pest control once we moved into our new house. Craig has been exceptional! He is professional, courteous, and honest.

We get the outside and the garage sprayed once a month and have not seen anything inside (aside from small flies and bugs that fly in when doors are opened). Knock on wood, haven't had a spider or scorpion in yet.

Highly recommend Craig! They also have a very convenient auto pay system so I don't have to pull out my card each time he comes.

Great local business. Making an appointment is easy and I appreciate them calling to check in to see if service is needed. I like the deal they have which is a 2x service for under $100. SOLD! Original Bryant Pest Control was SOLD in 2021 to a Large Company that owns other pest service companies. It is NO longer the original family owned business that personally knew its long time customers. When I called recently for service I was told my price was increased and also since it was several months since my last service I had to pay an additional fee on top of the increased price.

Bryant pest control was very easy to schedule and very transparent with services and pricing. I would highly recommend them to anyone. Sometimes I just am not ready for an on going subscription and I want an on demand type service which they have!!!! Did my initial service and was highly impressed with the technician and his courtesy. Will do a every two month service soon.

We have had Bryant Pest Control services for the past four years, and their service is excellent. We recently had the pleasure of having Tech. Jason, service our home, and he was amazing. He listened to our concerns with a recent surge in Scorpions, and was extremely proactive with his plan of attack to combat the problem. Jason, came up with possible solutions to our concerns, and offered some suggestions on how we can improve our situation.

Bryant's service is very consistent, and they arrive when they're supposed to. So glad that we tried them, and have continued with their service.

Bryant Pest Control sold their company to Responsible Pest & Scorpion Control out of California sometime in the beginning of 2022. I canceled my service following a phone call to this new company a few months ago. Apparently they didn't LISTEN and took it upon themselves to schedule an appointment anyway. They left a message on my phone from a phone number that I couldn't call back on, so I thought it was a scam caller, because certainly they wouldn't take it upon themselves to schedule a service to someone who CANCELED their account a few months back when Bryant sold and their new service required a year of service. I called them today, following the robot call from the bogus number, and stated all of the above, and RE-CANCELED my account...AGAIN. Do not come to my house. Do not call me again. I would never use this service and if they try to show up at my house, I will be calling the police to have them physically removed. This new company KNEW this account was canceled but tried to schedule anyway.

I 'm 72 years old, been in Arizona for 25 years and like most have tried most pest control outfits. The last one was for 7 years , we all hear this just leave the gate open and well take good care of your yard. Well they don't , watch them and your money be gone in less 5 minutes. Enough of the madness,I made the best call ever Bryant pest control, on the first talk I was at ease. No long contracts with warranties to boot. Over 25 years in yours and mine
Community .Ez to set up business next day service and I asked for the same certified technician. Meeting with Craig Young whom listened to my needs and pest problems with respect .I flaunt comfortable and safe in his ability, again Bryant made auto pay, attention to our home was important with them for us. I have never used your company or even heard of it until tonight. But after tonight, if/when I do need pest control I will be calling Bryant Pest Control. Simply because your employees are genuinely sweet.

I went to grab a pizza after a long day and one of your employees waited for me, held the door open, and let me order first stating ladies first. Very friendly office staff! They always showed up when they were supposed to. They are great with customer service!:) I also like the fact that they don't make you sign a contract.

Have used multiple pest control services as well as doing it myself throughout the years and through a recommendation decided to try out Bryant Pest Control from a friend.

Decided on the month to month cycle several months ago (no contract and no pushy sales). Bruce came out and was awesome in explaining what chemicals he was using and what to expect after the initial treatment and follow-up treatment (used to break the breeding cycle).

I haven't seen much activity outside since I've started using Bryant (similar to when I did it myself) and we I see and uptick in activity outside the in between services are no charge (awesome!).

Bruce even took down cobwebs and webs we have sometimes and is very punctual.

Will continue using Bryant Pest Control as they're awesome and Bruce is fantastic.

The technician is great and does a great job. They do call me once every couple months asking if I need my house sprayed again. The one time I take them up on the offer and make an appointment a week in advance, they cancel four hours before. They overbooked the technician and asked if I could reschedule, not even having a backup person. Unfortunately I will be going to another company for my bug spraying needs for now on. The technicians are great, just not great customer service.

I have been with Bryant for 5 years and I have been totally happy with everything about them each and every year. I have a great friend now in my serviceman Bruce, he is trusted to come and go whether we are home or not and he always takes time to chat!!!
This weekend I found we had a gopher in our yard. I contacted Bruce on a Sunday because I was freaked out a little bit and he got back to me on his own time telling me not to worry they would be here beginning of the week to take care of me and they were here as promised!!! I'm bug free and gopher free and a customer for life!!!!
I would refer them to anyone in a heartbeat!!!

What a classy company! I found a termite tube and feared the worst. Bill came out, inspected the outside and went in a crawl space and inspected under a section of the house. He didn't see anything of concern, treated where the tube was and said there was no charge. What?

They have s lifelong customer now! I've dealt with corporate pest control chains at my old house because I didn't know any better. Now, I do!

After moving to the Mesa area my husband and I realized there were more scorpions than we could imagine...so my husband and I saw Craig, one day, spraying the common areas of Cachet at Las Sendas and started talking to him and essentially we went with Bryant Pest Control full pest/scorpion control. Craig takes his job seriously and sprayed the entire outside of the condo and every once in a while we did get a scorpion inside the house but was already drying. So I give Bryant Pest Control and thumbs-up.

My only complaint, I didn't have them servicing my home sooner!! We have had several different vendors and never seemed to find one that met all of our needs. No need to look further.

First of all, Craig is a ROCK STAR!! Every time he comes out, he does a fantastic job and goes above and beyond our expectations. He spends a lot of time taking care of our home. With prior vendors, they tried to get in and out as fast as possible. Not that problem here.

I would highly recommend Bryant if you are looking for a great pest control company with great customer service and people who go the extra mile to make sure you are taken care of.

Bryant Pest Control has always made scheduling and their service very convenient and flexible. I'm able to schedule an appointment via email with Allie and it was always very prompt, even when I had to reschedule. Every season I call for service, Jason came to my home and explained the treatment and where he needed to come into the house and treat outside. Also made sure, not to let my dogs out for another hour after the service. Thanks again!

I typically do my own treatments, but needed something extra during the hot summer months. My technician, Shane, was very informative, patient, and kind and explained exactly what he would be doing. He was polite and knowledgeable and really seemed to love helping people out with pest control. The first treatment took care of a bunch of bugs in the first couple days, and I haven't seen any little critters since. Thank you Shane and Bryant Pest Control!

5 out of 5 stars is not enough for them. Bryant Pest Control was servicing my home several years ago and then for one silly special we switch to another company and absolutely hated it so I tried to go back to Bryant but found out that I was on a one-year contract with this other company ( I guess I didn't read the fine print). The other company was absolutely horrible at customer service as well as their pest control. There wasn't even an early termination fee if I wanted one I had to pay the entire fee 4 the rest of the contract!!!!?! but long story short I did go back to Bryant Pest Control last year and feel so comfortable with them. They have great Pest Service and they have amazing customer service Mary is the one I always talk to and she has been amazing for all these years I love them and would recommend people not try other companies... go straight here, This is the best.

Bryant came out and took care of the issue. They also let me set up my service quarterly which saves you money. Other companies would only agree to monthly services.

I have been using Bryant Pest Control for around 1.5 years and usually have a good experience, quick responses via phone and email and friendly technicians.

My only complaint is that I've had an unfriendly technician a couple of times who actually sprayed the chemical basically in my 25lbs dogs face today. I had to ask him to wait for me to move the dog before he starts spraying the chemicals so that my dog doesn't get poisoned. It's not as if I was taking time to move the dog--the guy walked into my house, I walked over to him to ask my question, my dog followed me (as dogs do) and was smelling the guys shoe and he just started spraying the chemical! Have a little courtesy and respect for people's family members!

I will be calling the company today to request them to never dispatch this tech to my house again, he is not welcome here if he cannot be a little friendly and respect my pets

Finally - Bruce is awesome. He is always friendly and stops to say hi to my dog for a few minutes before or after spraying the house.

UPDATE - I called the company and they were indeed apologetic for the employees behavior and offered a refund on this months service and to speak with the owner about the incident. This is why I keep using Bryant :) One bad employee doesn't sour the entire company, and luckily I've had a long history with them to know that!

And yes, my pup is still alive and well :)

They are so easy to work with and if I have a problem with the schedule, they are always willing to work around me even if it's last minute. The tech's are friendly and conscientious around my dog. We have been using Bryant's for a little over a year now. First day we moved in our newly built home they have been servicing it inside and out. We also do the weeds with them as well. The past few times they have come out; the quality of service has been sorry. We use to get 1 tech that was amazing, gets all the webs and all off the house and all. No tech after him has done that. We get a spray at the webs and that's all. Got my weed treatment at the end of December (guaranteed 6 months) and had them come out to do the treatment again beginning may because the weeds were out of control. Contacted the office to tell them of the issue and was told that the owner will call me back to speak to me about it. 10 May same day of service I called 3 weeks now and no calls or refund on weed treatment. The reason I'm really upset is because the services from the techs has gotten worst and worst. Our pest service $49 a month and $75 for weeds ever 6 months and service isn't up to par like when they first started. As of today I'm no longer going to be using the service found another company.

I normally don't do reviews but before I stop using service with the company I always leave a review, OR if service was just so outstanding.

I asked my neighborhood blog recently for advice on picking a new pest control service. I had been with Western Exterminating (used to be AZ Exterminating) for over 7 years and lately their service had slipped big time as their prices kept going up. After many suggestions I went with Bryant Pest Control and specifically asked for AJ as my technician as many of my neighbors suggested. He came out on Saturday and was awesome. Great service, I like the prices Bryant charges, and knock on wood I haven't seen any bugs in the house so far. Thanks again everybody for offering suggestions and I am happy so far with making this change!

Bryant has serviced my community for many years. They are quick to respond to reports of problems with pests. Further, they are honest, looking at the best interests of the customer while weighing best industry practices. For example, I recently had an isolated problem with termites. When Bruce and I discussed options, rather than recommending an expensive whole-house treatment, he presented fact-based information supporting localized treatment only. Other companies might have seized this opportunity to exploit customers. This is one that does not. I appreciate this business approach. It is refreshing.

These guys are awesome. Gave me a 3 hour window and he was here in the first almost as my time frame started. Being my day off it was awesome that I didn't have to wait all day for him.
Once here he went right to work spraying.. explained where and what he was doing and got it done. I asked about if neighbors poor house keeping could be root of it since standing out side as he sprayed patio I could see a cockroach in neighbors rocks.
Ran a quick errand and came back to be met at door by a DEAD COCKROACH... very happy knowing he actually sprayed!

While their prices are good, I have a warning for all pet owners. After they sent a new technician to spray my dog began experiencing strange symptoms, face and eyes swelling, etc and I thought she might pass away. I later found out from another pest control company that the concentrations that the technician used for some of the solutions was way too high for safe use around pets. Just saying.

I used Bryant Pest Control after moving into a new house. The guy who came out to do the service spent about 20 minutes spraying the inside and outside of the house, even taking time to show me the hot spots where the cockroaches were hiding out and the different varieties of cockroaches taking residence in my house/yard (ick... but cool to get the knowledge). I signed the paper saying that the service was complete and the guy left. No issues whatsoever with the actual service performed.

Later that evening, I got 6 text messages from the guy who sprayed my house (must have gotten the number off the service order because I sure as heck did not give it to him). He was saying some very inappropriate things about me and his desires. I text back saying that I had a boyfriend. He then, sent me 5 more text messages that were equally, if not more, inappropriate as the first set of texts.

The next workday, I called in to the office and spoke with one of the owners, letting her know what happened and my concerns. She stated that she had known him for years and couldn't imagine him doing something like this. I felt like my concerns were blown off over the phone, and never received a follow-up letter or phone call, which I believe would have been good customer service, especially in this situation. I have since been receiving calls about once a week to schedule another appointment despite me asking them to stop calling.

I now am using another company for my pest control needs.

He is prompt, courteous and fully explains what he is doing and, if he detects any potential problems., takes care of them immediately. Should a service be required between monthly visits, he comes and takes care of it as well. Bryant's fee is reasonable for the size house and yard we have. Had a very good conversation with the person at the office in regards to getting pricing on bi-monthly pest control service for my new house in Gilbert. She was very friendly and provided great follow up to my questions. She was also able to schedule a technician to come out first thing the next day. Bruce showed up on time and was very friendly and helpful in providing me questions about their services and all the Arizona critters. He explained everything he was doing and gave me additional advice as I'm new to the state. Very professional.

They were quick to answer and resolve our sudden bee infestation on the front of our house. I was travelling at the time, so my wife came home to a thousand bees swarming the front door. They did a fantastic job getting rid of the bees and closing the section of the stucco where the hive was. I can't speak for pricing as I didn't really shop around much because of the time sensitive urgency, but it was worth it in my opinion.

I called Bryant Pest Control out because we were seeing bees flying out of the top of our chimney, and hanging around our yard. We have 7 dogs so we were a bit panicked and needed them taken care of right away. Within minutes we got a call back from the owner, and a very knowledgeable tech was out within a couple hours. Awesome service from start to finish. We selected the 'complete two part pest service' to help ease our minds with the few roaches/earwigs that we found in the house along with scorpions outside our house. The first appointment, the tech was on time, professional, considerate and answered every question that we had. He was very thorough with spraying inside and outside our home, reached every crick and cranny. When he was done he explained what he found and what to expect, well done. The follow up spray two weeks later was just as thorough. Different Tech but just has good, on time and very considerate (I work from home and was in a meeting). Thank you so much!

We have used Bryant for about a year, until last month. I have to say that the first 4 months or so were fantastic. The technicians were great and they were diligent in their service. Spraying both inside and out, placing glue traps in appropriate places, dusting certain entry points, clearing webs outside, etc.
However, after those initial four months I began to see the service slip. I believe it may have been because I wasn't home for most of the services after that and someone else handled the interaction for me. However, I shouldn't have to monitor service for it to be done well. I started to see more bugs, the glue traps were left without being changed and had massive cobwebs on our back patio. I did not want to assume these services were standard offering every time. I emailed Bryant to ask what the tech responsibilities are when servicing a home. Received a response that stated that there isn't a set list so to speak, we customize the service to the customer needs. Which I found odd, as I cannot think of a service or product that is paid for without knowing what those services are by default. And since I had never discussed specific services with Bryant or the techs, how would Technicians know what to do without a default list? Is each Technician left to their own discretion on how to service? I then gave a detailed list in a reply email. Expressing my concerns with how service had went down hill. However, I received no response/reply. Really disappointed with how poorly such a promising service ended.
For those considering Bryant, I would suggest mutually agreeing on the services to be rendered. Hopefully it will allow you to avoid disappointment based on missed expectations.

Bryant Pest Control is great.....the treatment they use definitely keeps the bugs away! I've been using them for years and always had great service. We don't usually have them come on a regular basis and we love the fact that we don't have to....they are not pushy about getting you on a plan. Every few months is enough to keep the bugs away for us.

Great company! We have used them at our home for over 3 years! Unlike most pest companies, they don't make you commit to a monthly agreement but they do make a monthly courtesy call to see if you are ready for them to come out again (which is very much appreciated). We have two dogs so it's really important to us to keep them safe but that's also a priority for BPC. =)
Most recently, I came home to a bee swarm in the street in front of my house. I immediately called Bryant Pest Control in a panic. The bee specialist got right on the phone and guided me through the process. He mentioned that it wasn't necessary for him to come out because he has been to my home numerous times and knows that my property doesn't have a home for bees. He said they would most likely just be passing through but if I still saw them within the next 2-3 days, I should call back. He was absolutely right... they were gone within the hour and I wasn't charged for that information or told that I needed an emergency visit with a premium price. They are good people and we are happy to support their business! Thanks for all you do!

Second time reviewing and posting for a retailer/company. I thought I had termites and called a 3 companies for an estimate. 2 of them came over and gave me an estimate, and further advised me how crucial it was to get the treatment done as soon as possible. Then I had Bill Watkins from Bryant show up. He thoroughly checked out my property and advised that I did not have a termite issue. Now how often do you come across an individual like this? Great company with ethics. They'll have my personal business as long as I am in AZ, and will certainly refer them to my family and friends.

Just went through their initial 2-part treatment. I had Bruce both times and felt good about the job that he did and the information he provided.

Definitely competitive pricing. I like that they're local, family-owned. You can tell that they get to know customers and what is important to each. He saw that I had a dog and went through some information on his safety. Also gave me some pointers on what I could do in the nursery we're assembling to make sure bugs can't fall/crawl into baby's crib. Didn't have to spend the time to talk through that with me, but was impressed when he did.

I recently moved into a home and much to my dismay, I had a scorpion problem. On any given night, I'd find several in my backyard with a black light. Over the course of the summer, I'd seen around 10 inside my house. I tried several sprays and treatments from the home improvement stores, and they only helped a little. I read a lot positive reviews on Bryant and thought I'd give them a shot. I had my house treated and by the third time, wow what a difference. Summer is coming to an end and I only saw one scorpion inside, and it was dead. Outside, I've seen very few. I havent seen any other bugs either. I'm very pleased with the results!

Bryant has been fantastic. They have all but eliminated our scorpion problem, our and and cricket problems, and today was the best of all! We found a termite trail (we had gotten treatment a couple of years ago), and they fully inspected outside, spot treated, and didn't charge us extra! Can't say enough good things. Thanks, Bryant!

I came here to write a bad review about another pest control company who came to our door and lied about who their customers were.... and then I remembered I should give my current pest control company a good review!

Been using them for 10 years atleast now and my parents have used them even longer... Love that there's no contracts, they will call me monthly to remind me of service or I can call them if I want it sooner... Overall a great company.

We love Bryant Pest Control! We have used them for over two years and the service is top notch. I am terrified of the AZ bugs and they have done a great job in keeping our house bug free! We always work with AJ, who we absolutely love. He does an AMAZING job and is just the nicest person. Our family looks forward to seeing AJ each month! We have been Bryant Pest Control Customers for several years. Their customer service techs are always friendly and professional. They offer monthly service, but do not require a contract and are never pushy about it. If you want to have a bug free home with no hassles these are your guys.

Same day service!! Had some bees making a home in the wall of my 2 story home. I emailed them and they were at my door an hour later. Either I was really lucky or they offer great service. The man in the bee suit took care of it and no more bees. I highly recommend this company!!

I love these guys! We have been in the same house for years and have had several pest control companies out. The guys at Bryant are awesome and affordable. There's no contract, they call you to make appts. I know that doesn't seem huge but who can remember the last time your house was sprayed! they are always on time and VERY helpful. I'm completely impressed with these guys and will refer them to anyone that will listen.

I have been a customer of Bryant Pest Control for several years. They have been wonderful to work with and the technicians have always been professional. I live in Seville in GIlbert and being out here can be challenging with bugs, scorpions, etc. They are thorough and personable. They DO NOT require a contract and are family owned.

This business is a breath of fresh air. They have integrity and knowledge all wrapped up in their service. I called on Tuesday because I thought I might have termites. They came out the same week and completed a free inspection and, to my surprise, came back and said the evidence of termites was old and there were no termites present and there was no need for a treatment. I was so impressed and thankful for such an upstanding business. They told me they would call in about 3 months (if it was ok with me) and schedule another FREE inspection to make sure we stay on top of it. I could have done cartwheels. So refreshing - I would highly recommend them to anyone who has or thinks they may have or just wants an inspection to make sure they don't have pests. Thanks, Bryant!

Service has been great. Scheduling has been dificult. No contracts - great pricing....I shopped around. Great job taking care of ants and are happy to come back up for follow up service at no cost if necessary. I would recommend this business.

I was referred by my boyfriend who has been using these guys for a few years. I have a MAJOR cockroach problem, living on a golf course. My HOA pays for another company who sprays the outside, but it obviously doen't work well. These guys came on time, sprayed the inside and outside, to include my garage for a very good price. I have them come every four months. If a cockroach does make it inside, I find it dead. Whatever they use works and there is NO SMELL or residue. I even got a follow up thank you letter and $10 off for any referral. I would highly recommned them!

We have been customers of Bryant since April 1997. It's true-they do come monthly and it is our choice. This company is awesome. Over the years we have had the normal bugs but have also had scorpions, bees and about 6 months ago a neighbor down the way had a termite infestation. No termites here because the technician checks monthly for just that. My sister has also been a customer for just about as long as us. Anyway, they have always been more than fair and provided us top service. 5 stars from the Kiley Family!

I'm so disappointed with Bryant Pest Control. You come to my house for services that were agreed upon and noted on the first job receipt, I didn't get all of the services promised on the first visit, I was assured that I would receive them 2nd visit and they didn't happen again. After a phone call I was told I'm not getting those services! No reason, no follow up and a very rude service manager. I will never recommend this company...terrible customer service and essentially liars. Thanks for the aggravation.

We love these folks. We have them come monthly and have for several months. We rarely if ever see bug. If we do its flopping pre death. This month after a rain we spotted a mouse of all things in the house. Even though our service was like a couple of weeks away, we called. They came within 2 days and provided the monthly service as well as laying down traps to try and catch this evil varmit. (We hope its not more) They didnt charge us a nickel over their normal rate. We would recommend Bryant to everyone!

We have been using Bryant Pest Control for a couple of years. They are always on time, neat and professional. The phone person who calls the day before they spray is always in an upbeat mode and a pleasure to talk to. Like most people, we are not fond of bugs. Accordingly we have Bryant Pest Control out once a month, year round. Never an issue and rarely do we see any bugs. If you are not having them spray every 30 days, you might wish to consider that program. To us it is money well spent.

Thank you finally !!!!!! My house for the first time this summer is free of creepy crawlies. I had tried two other pest control companies in my area come to my home and was still getting ants in my back yard, around the pool, and by the kids play area. Bryant Pest Control came out and with their service plan I got two sprays didn't have to sign a contract and the ants were gone. The technician was very helpful and had more knowledge about ants than any of the others I have had out here. I can now enjoy my back yard and so can my kids without getting bitten. I will continue to use them unfortunately i have to get out of my other contract with the last company i will never sign a contract again if your not happy your stuck.
