Great service and great value!  I saw a couple big huge evil cockroaches on my patio and called Ambassador Pest control before they or their friends found a way into my house.  They got me on the schedule for the next day, and I was told the technician would arrive between 1-3pm.  About 1:05, Johnny rang the doorbell. He was very professional and friendly. He explained what he was going to do and did the job. I appreciated the information he provided.  The price is very reasonable, and I appreciated that he arrived so close to the given time frame.

Great customer service from Chris who personally answered and responded to my calls. He accommodated my urgency for literally next day service. The guys that showed up (Tommy and a new guy) were very courteous, professionally and for the most part quite thorough in their job of sealing our house.

It is now almost a year later and the sealing job was quite thorough except for a few spots that I've had my husband do after we found one scorpion in a place where it could not have come from anywhere else but from behind the bathroom cabinet (gaps in the sheet rock behind the cabinets, thank you shitty home builders for such piss poor work).

My only wish is that they had sealed the walls inside my garage, no not the garage door itself, but the walls inside my garage.  They said that they don't do that.  That was kind of lame to me being that they didn't do that... but they did the rest and so far, almost 99% sealed them out.

These guys are great.  Called them when a large old tree died in my front yard.  Cutting down to the stump showed evidence of termites.  Other companies wanted to sell me the whole treatment/prevention service, several hundreds of dollars.  These guys won't try and take your money.  Every house gets hit eventually; you just don't know when.  If you want to make sure, you can spend the money every five years but it's not necessary.  I'll be calling them for all my needs, great to deal with an honest professional.

Bernie is a true professional. My fiancee got in touch with Bernie last week regarding a bee issue we came across in our backyard. Bernie was able to come out the same day to access the situation and take action. The following day our bee problem was gone. Bernie was persistent after the service with follow ups to check on the bees and even came back out to do a thorough check. His price was extremely reasonable as well. I highly recommend this business.

Nice company and people. In an emergency, they came out right away and same day. Rare to get good service from people, so needless to say I am very pleased. I would highly recommend them.

Zach is awesome! He is very knowledgable, affordable and doesn't have contracts. He's organized and has never needed to reschedule or not show up. We have our primary residence and our rental house and Zach is prompt to come to either one when we call him. We had to call him on a Friday because we found some ants at our rental and had someone checking in on a Saturday. He came Saturday morning and the renters were none-the-wiser because they were all gone by the time they arrived. He's incredibly thorough and considerate. He came once while our baby was asleep and he was quiet and polite. I'm not sure there's anyone friendlier either. We highly recommend Zach for your pest control needs!

Austin was excellent!  He texted when he was 20 minutes away, showed up on-time, talked to us about trouble spots, and did a very thorough job.  Most of our problems have been outside, but he sprayed inside as well.  I found him to be affordable, professional, and thorough!

Our technician Levi was great! Friendly, on time and very professional! He assured us that all chemicals used are safe around pets and children which is a huge plus. We hate bugs and scorpions and we have not seen any around our house inside or outside. Their prices are really good too! Highly recommend.

I met Meechee K, owner of Honey Horizons, through the Phoenix and west valley beekeeping community. I have, and continue to, use her services as a bee keeping mentor. I also purchased my first nucleus colony from her and that colony is healthy and going strong.  As a mentor she shares all that she knows and is always looking to educate herself in current and reliable bee keeping methods. She never rushes the time she spends with me whether in person or on the phone. I expect she is the same with her removal clients. She willing shares her knowledge with her clients.  Meechee K is professional, conscientious and always works with integrity. I highly recommend her services. It's best to remove and relocate bees. It benefits everyone.

Bye Bye Bugs is a fantastic pest control company. Their pricing is very fair and competitive. I've been using them since we purchased our home and everything has been great. Their customer service is on point and staff is very friendly. George is awesome and usually services our place, he's courteous and will ask you if there is anything they should know about. They do inside, outside, weeds and termites. So they are a well rounded choice. When they spray the outside of my property they do not hold back, everything is thoroughly coated in all the right places. Use Bye Bye Bugs!!

Hired Tyler with Axis Pest  (602-315-5936) to cure our infestation of Ear Wigs. He promptly scheduled a visit with us and eradicated the problem. Quite a meticulous and  courteous young man. Very pleased with the results.

Very reasonable prices.  Jeff know pigeons.  He set up various things, on roof and other areas, to deter the pigeons.  Pigeons were determined and did not totally leave at first, maybe due to easy pickings with nearby homes, but Jeff was effective in eliminating the pigeon problem.

I have called and left messages 4 times over 4 days with no return calls.  I also went to their website and text 2 times with the response when sent that there was an error and to call.  I wonder if they are even in business.  A business that you are unable to communicate with is a nonbusiness!!!  Do not waste your time!

Horrible, unethical company. Art, who I presume is the owner, REFUSED, to perform a bid on our house simply becuase my husband works for the competition. Not only did he refuse to do the bid, he then bashed the company my husband works for. I have never encountered this level of unprofessionalism with ANY service person who we have worked with in the past. Art needs to take a lesson or two in customer service. He will no go far in the industry bashing other companies.

All I have to say is that you have Shady employees coming door to door. And when they're told no they get aggressive. When you tell them no and you shouldn't lock your gate go in your house they try to jump your fence to get back to your front door. Lot of my neighbors have called the cops on them because they're just so aggressive and don't take no for an answer. There's signs of no solicitation and they disregard it 210%
A lot of the neighbors that have ccw's and the more aggressive they get the neighbors are going to protect themselves they've already called the cops on them several times. I would suggest your company stop this aggressive and unnecessary Behavior and Shady employees. Obviously they're learning from the company to do this at every home because everyone is complaining about it you need to stop hope you go out of business

I paid 965.00 to rodent proof my house and the work done by Rodent Proof was sloppy...I would not recommend this company.  When sealing up the house they missed spots so rodents could easily access the house again and they did....

There are always on time and always friendly. They are affordable. I love the no contracts and I just call them when I need them.
Above was my previous review and I had given them 5 stars. I am now lowering my rating because I am very upset with them. I have been a customer for about 4 years now. I transferred services when we moved. I recently recommended my parents use them since they moved in the area. They never showed up for the appt at my parents house and when my mother called they just said they didn't have anything scheduled. She was reluctant to re-schedule but did anyways because I spoke highly of them. After having her house treated she saw more bugs then before. She had to go to Home Depot to by the do it yourself pest control to finish the job. My home was scheduled a few days after hers, the tech was on time and friendly. Shortly after my treatment I was seeing ants. I called to have them come out again and they stated it had to be the same tech. Ok that's fine they scheduled it for Friday between 3-5. Around 4:40 no one showed up, I called them and they stated they did not have the appt scheduled that the ticket was no confirmed therefore never printed or some BS like that.
I rescheduled for the following Saturday but between Friday and Monday I was seeing Scorpions in the house. Due to the holiday weekend they were closed. I have been in this house for over a year and never had issues with scorpions until now. I am guessing they followed the Ants in. I called Amera pest and ask for someone to come out today. I didn't care if I had to repay for a full treatment again. I have a two year old and I do not want her at risk of being stung. The girl I spoke to Nikki was polite and said she spoke to a supervisor and they said they cannot get anyone out until Thursday. Even considering they messed up on scheduling my respray and the fact that I had to schedule a respray in the first place. I am upset that it seemed like no big deal to them. I will no longer refer this company and I have canceled my upcoming services with them.
