Best Pest Control Services in Phoenix, AZ

I had a client call Friday afternoon before Memorial Day weekend trapped in her car because crazy bees had taken over her house. No pest company she knew could come until Tuesday due to the holiday. I gave her Ambassador's information and someone was out that afternoon and took care of her bee issue. She was grateful and I was so impressed. Ambassador has provided great routine service to my home and office, they do specialize in bees, scorpions, roof rats, pigeons. If you have a pest---they really are the best.

Off to a bad start.  Told I had an appointment next day then owner (I assume) text me the night before they've changed my appointment three weeks out.  I understand emergencies that come up and pushing out a day or two but three weeks?

When I moved to AZ 15 years ago, I was warned about scorpions building condos in your shoes and other horror stories.  I can't remember how I found Performance Pest Control but glad I did. I still see scorpions but they are deceased or in dire need of emergency treatment.  We did notice evidence of termites after we bought our house but fortunately we had purchased a reasonably priced yearly contract.  Recently termites were found in a bedroom, Performance came out promptly and  treated it at no charge because of the contract.  It was well worth it as I understand that treatment is quite costly.
Ted or Cody come once a month, nicer guys you couldn't find. Pleasant, on time and thorough. Still have to se dead bugs-but that's kind of the point.

Very professional and friendly service. We get serviced for pests as well as weeds, two problems I don't want to deal with myself and with Bernie's expertise I don't have to. We don't have bugs or weeds since starting our services and I couldn't be happier.

Nice company and people. In an emergency, they came out right away and same day. Rare to get good service from people, so needless to say I am very pleased. I would highly recommend them.

Zach is awesome! He is very knowledgable, affordable and doesn't have contracts. He's organized and has never needed to reschedule or not show up. We have our primary residence and our rental house and Zach is prompt to come to either one when we call him. We had to call him on a Friday because we found some ants at our rental and had someone checking in on a Saturday. He came Saturday morning and the renters were none-the-wiser because they were all gone by the time they arrived. He's incredibly thorough and considerate. He came once while our baby was asleep and he was quiet and polite. I'm not sure there's anyone friendlier either. We highly recommend Zach for your pest control needs!

Power Strike Pest Control is the best! Very responsive and reliable, he even reduced the number of flies in our yard although this is difficult to do. He also took care of an ongoing any problem we had with fire ants. Definitely recommend!

Our technician Levi was great! Friendly, on time and very professional! He assured us that all chemicals used are safe around pets and children which is a huge plus. We hate bugs and scorpions and we have not seen any around our house inside or outside. Their prices are really good too! Highly recommend.

Excellent company!! Very happy with them! I had been finding a few scorpions in my house over the past 2 weeks and yesterday after I found 2 under my refrigerator, I decided it was time to get it taken care of, I was worried about my dog getting stung so I wanted to get it taken care of ASAP, I had never used an exterminator before so I had no idea who to go to. I went on to groupon and they were the first ones on there and it was only $35! I thought it was going to cost an arm and a leg so I was pleasantly surprised! I called right away and spoke with Diane who is the owner and operator and she was able to come right away at 10 am this morning! She came and did an excellent job and was very informational! She also said that going forward to have them come every month would still only be the $35! I was very happy to hear that, they also are pro military and coming from a military family that definitely earns brownie points in my book! I will definitely use them as long as they stay in business and I will also refer them to anybody that I know that is in need of pest control!! Thank you again Diane!

I met Meechee K, owner of Honey Horizons, through the Phoenix and west valley beekeeping community. I have, and continue to, use her services as a bee keeping mentor. I also purchased my first nucleus colony from her and that colony is healthy and going strong.  As a mentor she shares all that she knows and is always looking to educate herself in current and reliable bee keeping methods. She never rushes the time she spends with me whether in person or on the phone. I expect she is the same with her removal clients. She willing shares her knowledge with her clients.  Meechee K is professional, conscientious and always works with integrity. I highly recommend her services. It's best to remove and relocate bees. It benefits everyone.

Hired Tyler with Axis Pest  (602-315-5936) to cure our infestation of Ear Wigs. He promptly scheduled a visit with us and eradicated the problem. Quite a meticulous and  courteous young man. Very pleased with the results.

Art was great to work with.  Did the work in a timely fashion.  Termites have not returned.  The prior review does not make any sense.  Why did they not use the company that her husband worked for?  Maybe they were just trying to figure out what the competition was charging.

Their scammers when you sign up they tell you one thing and when you read the contract it's a whole other ball game they say there's a theee day grace period to cancel and we canceled less then 24 hours and the sales man jay just keeps rescheduling appointments for later days don't trust this place now I'm scared what their going to do with my card info DONT GO THROUGH THIS COMPANY it's a SCAM

I paid 965.00 to rodent proof my house and the work done by Rodent Proof was sloppy...I would not recommend this company.  When sealing up the house they missed spots so rodents could easily access the house again and they did....

No longer in business.  They were taken over by Atomic Pest control.  Atomic is not honoring Termite Warranties of Amera Pest Control.  Instead, they are asking for a $125 activation fee in order to maintain the warranty.  This is outrageous.   So much for customer service!
