Ambassador is very friendly and professional. I switched to them after receiving unprofessional service from another company. They are great at communicating when they will be coming for service. I'm glad I made the switch to Ambassador.

We had our house sealed five months ago and we haven't seen a scorpion since! I highly recommend this company.

These guys are great.  Called them when a large old tree died in my front yard.  Cutting down to the stump showed evidence of termites.  Other companies wanted to sell me the whole treatment/prevention service, several hundreds of dollars.  These guys won't try and take your money.  Every house gets hit eventually; you just don't know when.  If you want to make sure, you can spend the money every five years but it's not necessary.  I'll be calling them for all my needs, great to deal with an honest professional.

Absolutely the best pest control service in the valley. Bernard schedules his services in advance via your cell phone and let you know minutes before he arrives. I've never had a problem with pests since hiring him - absolutely the best guy to use!

Zach is awesome! He is very knowledgable, affordable and doesn't have contracts. He's organized and has never needed to reschedule or not show up. We have our primary residence and our rental house and Zach is prompt to come to either one when we call him. We had to call him on a Friday because we found some ants at our rental and had someone checking in on a Saturday. He came Saturday morning and the renters were none-the-wiser because they were all gone by the time they arrived. He's incredibly thorough and considerate. He came once while our baby was asleep and he was quiet and polite. I'm not sure there's anyone friendlier either. We highly recommend Zach for your pest control needs!

These guys spent more time than any other pest control companies I have ever used and explained why they were doing what they were.  I would be very surprised if we see any bugs or scorpions

I met Meechee K, owner of Honey Horizons, through the Phoenix and west valley beekeeping community. I have, and continue to, use her services as a bee keeping mentor. I also purchased my first nucleus colony from her and that colony is healthy and going strong.  As a mentor she shares all that she knows and is always looking to educate herself in current and reliable bee keeping methods. She never rushes the time she spends with me whether in person or on the phone. I expect she is the same with her removal clients. She willing shares her knowledge with her clients.  Meechee K is professional, conscientious and always works with integrity. I highly recommend her services. It's best to remove and relocate bees. It benefits everyone.

Hired Tyler with Axis Pest  (602-315-5936) to cure our infestation of Ear Wigs. He promptly scheduled a visit with us and eradicated the problem. Quite a meticulous and  courteous young man. Very pleased with the results.

Very reasonable prices.  Jeff know pigeons.  He set up various things, on roof and other areas, to deter the pigeons.  Pigeons were determined and did not totally leave at first, maybe due to easy pickings with nearby homes, but Jeff was effective in eliminating the pigeon problem.

Amazing service and very polite. Amazing rates as well!!! I would most definitely recommend them to anyone who needs them. They came to help us out with a foul smell which we knew was a dead rodent under the house. They found the source under our home and got it for us.

Art was great to work with.  Did the work in a timely fashion.  Termites have not returned.  The prior review does not make any sense.  Why did they not use the company that her husband worked for?  Maybe they were just trying to figure out what the competition was charging.

Had Mark and Mario out today to do our initial service. They were communicative and genuinely nice guys. Mark explained the entire process to me while keeping things understandable. High hopes this will help combat the ants and crickets, it's a 12 month agreement so I guess we'll see how it goes!

I paid 965.00 to rodent proof my house and the work done by Rodent Proof was sloppy...I would not recommend this company.  When sealing up the house they missed spots so rodents could easily access the house again and they did....

Tried to use Amera pest control in AZ but twice they were a no-show ( neither time calling me to let me know).  When I called, both times the young lady receptionist said They had an emergency.  Really?  Both Times?   And you couldn't call to tell me?  If it was that much of an emergency why was she still calmly answering the phones in the office?  I think she forgot to put it on the books or something.  And......no apology.   Did not take ownership of disrespecting my time (I cancelled my plans for the days of waiting for them to show up).   When she asked if I wanted to reschedule again, I said no, I'll have to go with another company to make sure they show up or at least call to cancel if they won't be here.  She simply said, okay bye.  Unprofessional.  Thanks for wasting my time.
