I am so glad we found Sunshine Cleaners! We had our upholstered rocking chair and rug cleaned with same day service. Danny and Anthony were very professional and helpful. They completed the cleaning at our home and went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with the results and provided follow up. We will definitely be using them for our future cleaning needs!

Ronnie and Anthony arrived on time, prepared to work. They took measurements of the rug area and advised the cost for steam cleaning, taking care of pet stains and got right to work. The condo is on the third floor and they had no trouble moving their equipment to accomplish the task. I asked if they could also clean two upholstered couches and they were eager to help. Price absolutely competitive. I highly recommend Sunshine Carpet Cleaning.

Danny is who the word professional is meant to describe. He reached out to confirm appointment and arrived right on time. He was very careful with my newly painted walls and baseboards by adding a rubber buffer so his hoses wouldn't damage anything. He also laid down covers on top of my flooring to help keep the area clean. As for the work - he was very thorough and paid attention to detail. The furniture came out like new. The fragrance he uses is not overpowering at all although he does ask if you would like it used or not since everyone has a personal preference. He even asked me to look over everything before he packed up in case I wanted anything touched up. He cleaned a sectional and two mattresses and I will not hesitate to call Danny and recommend him to my friends. This is a great company to choose for your carpet, furniture or mattress cleaning.

Danny and his team are excellent! He is very professional and flexible with scheduling to work around your schedule! We previously tried another company and we did not have good results, but Danny was able to get the floors looking brand new again!!! He did our carpets, tile and our fabric furniture! My husband and I recently used Sunshine Carpet Cleaning for a large area rug in our family room. We tried cleaning it ourselves and failed to remove the smell of pet urine - actually making it worse - que Sunshine to our rescue! Very honest and reliable company. Danny was great to work with and had great communication throughout the entire process. We're absolutely planning to use them again and will recommend them to others!

Ronnie was awesome and worked SO hard on the urine stains in our carpet. He explained my options clearly and applied his expertise to get the best results. The urine stains are GONE!Even better, he was so nice and easy to work with. AND, it's a small local family business that I'm happy to support. Very pleased, will definitely use again!

I  don't often write reviews, but Danny did an amazing job on my badly stained carpet yesterday!  He was so professional and intent on getting the carpets looking as good as possible.  And I was so pleased with the results!   I prefer working with a family business and  Danny is a wonderful guy with integrity and a great work ethic.  He is coming back to clean my sectional sofa as well as my tile and grout.  I would highly recommend him.

Hi. We have a very expensive nine year old area rug that needed cleaning. Besides excellent communications with Karen, the Office Manager, we also had a good experience with Elijah Christmas, the gentleman who picked-up and returned our area rug. The most FIVE STAR RATING about Sunshine Carpet Cleaning, is our are rug turned out absolutely beautiful.  If we didn't know better, we'd say it was like brand new. We appreciate the care and expertise cleaning performed on the area rug. Even the sculptures design was handled perfectly and the entire rug was spotless, soft and definitely, super clean. No odd smells or perfumes, just pure clean. Thanks for all those who were involved in the cleaning process!

I scheduled with Marty last minute and he came on time and did a great job cleaning the carpet in my apartment. He was friendly and I was thankful he could clean the carpet in such short notice. He charged a $15 traveling fee (out of zip code), but the price was still affordable and reasonable compared to other carpet cleaning companies that I had called. Recommended!!

Horrible customer service. I left full detail when I had to leave a message. When MARTIN called me back I told him what I needed. When he asked how I was referred I told him Living Social. He told me that was expired. I told him I just purchased it. He told me again that he thinks it's expired. I told him that I just purchased it that day. Then he told me it would be anothe $80 to have it pretreated. I told him he could talk to my husband that day about it. I asked him what time he could come on Friday and he told me he would have to get back to me. I asked him if he would call me back the same day and he said yes.  I asked his name and he said Martin but thatnhe or David would call me back. He never called back.

I was very pleased with the service I received and the owner, Marty, was a great guy who stuck with his promise to show up on time and do a terrific job cleaning our carpets. I will definitely use him again!

I'm giving one star for the lack of service we received, our carpets may be clean but I'm quite disgruntled with our clear miscommunication. First I called to make sure my needs could be met as I wanted to get his current groupon deal which was 3 rooms and a staircase cleaning for $69. I informed him that I only needed our small living room space and staircase done, would it be cheaper to purchase the groupon or just go through him. Marty informed me that it would in fact be cheaper to go through groupon and since I did not need the other two rooms he would waive the $15 travel fee. So I said great I will purchase it, I scheduled for the following day at 10. He said he would be there from 10-12 well 10:30 rolls around and still no show. So I thought well maybe he meant between 10-12 I texted him to confirm our appointment and received no response 12:10 comes and still no show. I call when he answers he said I have next week, I inform him that no we scheduled for today. He said oh well I will be there later. Ok, so 2 comes and he finally shows and we have to hustle back to our house. He then tells me that he will be charging me a $20 not $15 travel fee, and that he never said he would waive the fee. I say whatever I will pay it. We decided since we have to pay the fee may as well have our small 5x7 rug cleaned, as it is a 3 room and staircase deal it should be included, right? Wrong! He charged and extra $25
So bottom line if you want to wait around all day, get lied to about fees go to him. Yea our carpets may look nice, not worth being lied to and continued miscommunication.

Had a Living Social coupon and read all the reviews I could and I definitely picked the best man for the job. Marty was amazing.  He cleaned my dirty house like it was his own. He works hard and is a super nice man. I would highly recommend him to my friends and family.

How others rated 4+ stars is a mystery.  They quoted and confirmed 3 rooms for $89.  Service was scheduled for last week and they cancelled because other jobs were taking longer, with no concern for our time away from work to be at home for the service.  Was rescheduled for this week and when service man showed up he increased price to $125.  Wow!!!!  That would be a big NO and once again we arranged time to be at home - clearly would suggest finding another company to use.

Marty did an excellent job cleaning my carpets! We recently moved out of our home and decided to rent it out. So we wanted to get the carpets cleaned to give them an extra pop. Marty was available to clean on the day I needed and he was very kind and professional. He was priced very fairly and never tried to push extra services on me, like some companies do. He did a wonderful job and we will definitely be using him again in the future!

We had Marty clean our carpets at our rental.  Our home is older, but when Marty finished they looked great!!

If you have a flexible schedule, and don't care if Marty sticks to the two hour window that he gives you for arrival time, he provides an okay service.  We hired him to clean the tile and grout. He came out 3 different times,  The first time he was 3 hours late and so I had to reschedule. The second time, he was an hour and a haff late and didn't complete the job.  He agreed to come back a 3rd time. He was 45 minutes late,  Frustrating when I arranged my day based on when he said he would come out. For that reason, I would not call this company again.

The quality of the work does not deserve 1 star. That's was the only way to post a comment. On top of that he was almost an hour late. Would not recommend!!!!!

Marty from Sunshine Carpets came and did a wonderful job. My carpets were beyond repair upon move out from my old place and he was able to get them back to looking brand new. So happy I will be able to get my deposit back!

Marty Sayegh, the business owner and technician, was highly unprofessional.  First of all, he was unable to keep our original appointment, therefore causing me an inconvenience to reschedule and coordinate.  Second, he was hired to clean the upholstery on my sectional for a price we agreed upon, however once he completed the job he wanted to charge me $50 more.  Third, he promised that his work is guaranteed and that he refunds costumers who are not satisfied; this is NOT the case.  The service he provided was absolutely terrible.  The sectional had not been vacuumed before it was allegedly cleaned and what I was left with was a dirty, damp sectional.   I have several photos that I took and shared with Marty at time I requested a refund, which was the same day of the service.  He responded that I have no rights and he refused to issue a refund. This is the worst customer service I have ever received and my sectional is in worse shape than it was before he came.  Still seeking a refund.

Purchased a deal for $89 through living social.  It was difficult just to make an appointment.  On the day of the appointment I moved all my furniture and he never showed up.  Tried calling for about an hour or so and no response.  Two days later he called me and said he forgot about my appointment.  I never rescheduled and filed with living social to get my money back.

Marty was amazing! He deep cleaned my 2 white couches and ottoman and they look brand new. He also used Scotchgard on them to prevent future stains and damage. He is reasonably priced, professional, and on time. I highly recommend using Sunshine Carpet Cleaning, excellent service!

Not pleased with their service. Bought a online deal from them and before purchasing made sure they would be able to redeem in next few days as we were moving. He agreed and gave me a timeframe of 11-12.  I waited at an empty house for him and began calling at 1 to find out where he was. He finally showed at 4pm. He finished 4 bedrooms in 45 minutes and was done. I came back 24 hours later and carpets are streaky with the dirt and still very wet at 24 hours later. House now smells musty and gross. Called to advise them of poor service and to talk about fixing it and no return call.

Marty did a great job cleaning my carpet. He was late but communicated so that is excusable for me.  I would use him again.

I bought a living social deal after reading others reviews. We had a deal for 3 rooms. The cleaner was polite, carpet was well cleaned and they gave us a great deal when we added another room and spot treatments! We would use them again for sure.

although Marty was late, he did call to tell me that he was detained.  When he got here (1:00 instead of 10-12) he went right to work and did an excellent job, making sure i was satisfied and happy.  He definitely made sure that my carpets were taken care of properly! I'm happy and i hope Marty is happy too!

After expecting USA Clean Master to come clean my couches, this company came and did a horrible job.  He returned and his son redid the couches and chair. Although the son did a better job he was not thorough. Would not recommend them.

Excellent service and company, 5 stars***** I called sunshine and the business owner answered his phone right away and set up an appointment for me the same afternoon. He was on time, friendly,clean and professional. His prices are very fair and his work was perfection.  Excellent company, highly recommended:)

Terrible service! Similar experience to the previous person, got a deal online. For some reason they scheduled us late in after noon between 3 & 4.  No call from them to tell me they were running late so I called them to find out.  They were 1.5 hours behind and when he got there was very rude and demanded an additional $20 fee for travel (said it was in the contract) and was not willing to waive this even though he was late.  He finished 4 rooms in 45 minutes and left the carpet soaking wet. Found stains still in tact, took 2 days to dry, and it smells!  This guy makes himself sound like he's so great with excellent rating with BBB but means nothing because there is an entirely different grievance process one has to go thru for BBB.  My recommendation is pay a little more and DONT use Sunshine Cleaning.
