Established in 2017.
We may be a newer business but not new to the industry. The owner Amber Kraft with several years in the industry decided to start on her own adventure in July of 2017. An old co worker of hers Christopher Garcia whom was a previous Lead Asbestos Supervisor was currently working in the oil fields in Texas when he was presented with the information of the new start up company. Within 2 days Chris left the state of Texas and his current position to become the General Manager of EES and assist in the growth of the new company. We were blessed to be able to hire on two more Certified Asbestos Inspectors/ Supervisors, whom have taken on the rolls of Abatement/ Field Supervisors for EES. We all have a strong love and passion for this industry and many years of experience where we were able to learn and grow, to eventually lead us here. Although, we may be a new name around town we can assure you the experience you will have with us will be nothing less of the perfection we strive for.

I am a wife and a mother of two. I started in this industry a little over ten years ago as adolescent just looking to find a day job to get by. Little did I know that moving forward I would be where I am today. I fell in love with this industry. On July 7, 2017 Everclear Environmental Solutions, LLC was created. I couldn't be more please with the decision we have made and the team we have. We strive for perfection and are here to assist the Valley with all your environmental needs.

Called Everclear and Chris came the next day. He was so thorough, professional and took the time to explain things to me. No unnecessary sales pitch. Will definitely call this company again.

First of all, I feel your pain having to deal with air quality issues in your home. We discovered mold and bacteria in our walls and it was horrifying - at first. Here's a tip - don't google the harm with mold exposure... DO CALL THE EXPERTS AT EVERCLEAR.

We were shocked at how professional and PRECISE this company was - from Kendra who handles the phones and appointments (so lovely) to the super honest and caring owner, Chris, to the incredibly hard working and detail oriented Matt (A SPECIAL THANKS TO YOU, MATT!). These guys not only know what they are doing, they take care in putting you at ease and have zero agenda besides making your home healthy once again. We remediated mold and also had to do asbestos removal.

I am discerning about pretty much every service - especially home repairs, builders, plumbers etc - but I did my research and was referred here. Now, I feel inspired to write a review so I can help other families know the best in the business. (And also say thank you, Everclear.)

I hate writing a bad review but it needs to be done in our case. Very long story short, we had a meeting with Chris, he saw visible mold which scared us into getting the job done. A preliminary mold test was never suggested by this company. When the techs didn't address the visible mold, we were curious as to why. Chris came out again and gave an inspection and the visible mold turned out to be spider webs. Chris maintains he never said it was mold in the first place. We understand companies make mistakes and what's important is how they fix their mistakes. Chris did not admit his mistake, showing he values his pride more than he does the company or their customers. If you have this company out, get a preliminary mold test and record all communications.

This company violated several best practices: (1.) They did the testing and provided the quote for the cleanup. The testing and quote should be done by independent companies. This being the first time I dealt with a remediation/abatement, I wasn't aware of this and they took advantage of my lack of knowledge. (2.) The documentation of the sampling was non-existent. They said they took several samples and when my second testing company reviewed the house, they found no indications of any sampling. When I inquired about the sampling locations, the EES rep (Chris) said he found the material on the ground and didn't actually take it from the listed location. (3.) The other testing companies independently agreed that the lab used by EES falsified the results.

Bruce is extremely knowledgeable and responsive, however, that doesn't mean much when the company is using scare tactics to inflate the scope of the project beyond what's truly needed. They might do a good job cleaning up a site but don't make the same mistake I did. Have the sampling done by a 3rd party.

We are new homeowners in the Scottsdale area. We learned the original flooring was laid down with asbestos glue and spent weeks trying to find a good partner for the job. We are very fortunate to have come across Everclear Environmental Solutions. They helped educate us on the process and conducted the removal with absolute expertise and professionalism. They were also more affordable than the other quotes we received and actually much nicer to deal with as well. Kudos to a job well done.

We found this company off Home advisor. They were prompt. Do you have any idea what this means? Not ONE company in this nightmare of a cracked cast iron pipe under the house has been prompt EXCEPT Everclear.

Chris was HONEST. He got the work done. He was personable and, I swear, he got the work done. Without excuses, without being late.

I had the flu when all this was happening, so all I remember is Chris was nice, professional and got the job done quickly. Asbestos in the wall. This is the only company in Phoenix that seems to be honest and professional.

They put containment up, left a machine to make sure air was clear of asbestos. I'm telling you, this was the only company besides Troy at the AAA homeowner's insurance that was great.

This is likely one of the most important reviews I will ever write. Bruce and his whole team are phenomenal. Bruce's knowledge, professionalism and compassion are unparalleled in any industry and unheard of in this one. EVERYONE needs a water/mold inspection and I would not trust anyone else to handle any restoration besides Everclear Environmental. Believe me, we've seen the worst with other companies, and EES was able to reverse it. Our home is finally safe and better than ever, thanks to their care. We are infinitely grateful.

This year I wanted to replace the carpet in my mother's office. When we moved her desk to set it up in her bedroom, we discovered drywall damage. That's when I realized we had a problem - that's where the musty smell was coming from. We had to get busy with the remediation in time for the carpet installation, so I turned to Everclear Environmental Solutions. Chris Garcia and his crew came in and completed the work within a few days. Because it was not an insurance claim, I saved time and money. Now everything is put back together and the carpet is in. Although remediation is a difficult ordeal, Everclear made it easier for me. I highly recommend them. If you must go through remediation, having a contractor you can trust makes the process easier.

We had Chris from Everclear give us a bid the same day we called them for a mold problem. He said they could start remediation the next day and cure our problem. However the landlord turned out to be a slumlord and has not yet taken care of the mold. The good news is Chris bent over backwards to help us in many ways. He helped in clearing our personal belongings out of the laundry room and fogged the house and scrubbed the air after we sealed the laundry room. I hope we never have the problem again, but if we do Everclear will be the first and only company we call.

I encountered a leaking ceiling on a home inspection. With the suspicion of mold, I called Amber and she acted quickly, sent out the crew and provided a detailed assessment. The work was completed quickly and value priced. I hope I don't encounter a leak again but if I do, I'll call Everclear Environmental Solutions.

EES was professional, responsive and very communicative from the moment I called to set up a quote. Bruce was outstanding, very forthcoming and a pleasure to deal with. Once remediation started, the crew showed up and all introduced themselves to me with a handshake. Felt very comfortable having them in my house. They did a great job of explaining things and keeping me informed of the process and what they found. Extremely respectful group of young men who put in two solid days of work to remedy my situation expeditiously. Well done EES! I would recommend them to anyone without hesitation.

My elderly parent had water leaking from an upstairs condo into their condo and they called Everclear Environmental Solutions to check for mold. Bruce Wescogame has been very helpful in having an independent air quality test performed and giving a real clear and comprehensive plan for remediation. Bruce has been very helpful guiding my parents and looking out for their health.
