Cinnabar Restoration is a new Name, but our experience runs ten plus years, along with the experienced contractors that we have been personally working side by side with through the years.

ABOUT BUSINESS OWNER

Hi my name is Mark Moran. I started remodeling homes when I was 15 years old with my grandfather. I have learned every trade it takes to build a home. He taught me to take pride in my work above all, and how I made people feel when the job was complete, and the best part of my continuous work through the years, was the customer satisfaction. In 2012 I started working in the restoration industry as a project manager, guiding and training other contractors who have stayed loyal to following and staying with me through the years. Now starting my own business in restoration with two other partners is a huge stepping stone and I am excited to embark on this journey.

Couldn't be more pleased with the folks at Cinnabar. We do a lot of mutual work together on water & fire damage, remodels, and reconstruction-- Mark and his team are great communicators and bend over backwards for homeowners, insurance companies, and the third-party teams involved with the work.

Mark makes a point to over-communicate on timelines and ensures that everyone on job sites have what they need.

I had a great experience with Mark, his son Corey and the Cinnabar crew.
We had what I thought was an emergency, of black mold found while doing some DIY home renovation.
It was a Sunday so I was not expecting anyone to get back to me. To only did mark get back to me but he came to my house ready to assist. Did an assessment and we decided to open up the wall to see if there was mold. Luckily there was none! But they put some fans out to dry everything, came back daily to check the moisture level and once dry sent out a great crew, who dry walled and painted. I highly recommend Cinnabar to anyone who needs help with any home restorations!

This company is also known as Renewal Restoration. I hired them to do repairs following a water leak in my spare bathroom. The damage was to the dry wall and my kitchen/bathroom cabinets. The cabinets needed to be removed and rebuilt. It took close to 2 months to complete. A week after completion things started to fall apart. A shelf under my kitchen cabinet fell with everything on it, I had to repaint the bathroom wall due to blotches, drawers in my kitchen and bathroom cabinets fell off the tracks because old brackets were used and broke causing the drawers to fall, one cabinet was not secured and was sliding around, the toe board fell off, caulking around the bathroom vanity started cracking, and as recent as 4.2.21, another sliding drawer came off the track and fell AGAIN.This was repaired more than once by this company. They also charged for work that was performed by the 1st Restoration company that provided the mitigating services. Therefore, in addition to being incompetent they also commit fraud. They charged my Homeowners Insurance for packing and resetting. They didn't pack one single item. The first restoration company did all of that. They are Liars!
I had approximately 22 people in & out of my home while Covid was raging on. I have underlying medical issues and was terrified the entire time.

Do yourself a favor and stay away from this company. Their incompetence and dishonesty will end up costing you.
