This company's front office is in complete disarray from everybody that works there to their office manager. There was never any follow up I was the one that always had to call them asking what the status was between their conversations with my insurance company. I sent them the statement of work from my insurance company well over a month ago and the people at tactical restoration said they would assign me a project manager. I called them almost every week for a month and nothing happened and then all of a sudden they told me they didn't have the insurance company statement of work and we had to start all over again and it would be another 7 to 8 weeks before they could assign me a project manager.

Horrible customer service. Horrible follow up.

Horrible company. Front office staff give wrong information and when called out on it they lie and blame others. The labor was sloppy, blinds cut crooked, kitchen sink too big, they insisted on money before job was done. Don't use this company. They have no integrity

Tyler, is absolutely awesome!  The professionalism and fast response shows that Tactical stands behind their work.  One of their sub-contractors made a severe error in rebuilding a shower, but Tyler is of the utmost professionalism and fixed the problem as soon as he was made aware...  Thank you so much, Tyler, for all of your help!!  Talk with Tyler and Tactical Restoration is the place to go!!!

Tactical Restoration recently completed a repair to our ceiling. They did an amazing job. Alex who did the estimate and scheduling of repairs was great to work with. They had to come in an fix/complete a job which another restoration company screwed up. Crew that worked on our job were very professional, competent and a pleasure to work with. These guys are Awesome!!!  My home was in shambles from a flood I had in my home. They were on top of everything from start to finish. Couldn't have done it without them!!

Polite, professional, thorough and extremely tidy. The staff repaired pipe, painted my whole house outside, ceiling inside, fixed faucets. The owners are in their 30's, energetic, going above and beyond to please the customer.  This successful Valley- wide company is in huge demand.

So sad and APPALLING that you would throw your worker Chris under the bus Corey.  Chris was professional, communicative and there was NO PROBLEM with the estimate appointment.  I think I made it extremely clear in my review that you are the problem Corey.  I know that Chris asked you to call me and you didn't.  In addition, I left three messages for you at the office that I know you got.
I made it very clear who I was and the type of customer service and workmanship I expected and you talked a big game that your company could meet my expectations until I started asking about the complaints your company has on file.
You showed that you and your company are not transparent and cannot take the heat once questions are asked about the complaints on file.  Also, you should have had the backbone to call me and tell me that yourself instead of trying to blame your worker Chris on Yelp (for everyone to see) for something he absolutely didn't do !!  If I were him I would be very leery of how you represent him to your customers !!
