Frank is a complete loser with a huge ego and very little knowledge.

This was such a great company to work with.  I was on a pretty tight timeline and they not only performed quickly but everything was done to perfection.  Everyone I worked with was kind and professional.  We own quite a few properties across the country so I use construction companies numerous times each year.  GXS was one of the best I've ever worked with.

You want these guys. I had a money pit that was eating me alive and needed to get out of. To do so required extensive repairs starting with roof and resulting extensive water damage. Additionally, prospective buyers, all had lists of things they wanted done and I had moved out of town. I essentially had to outsource this to Frank and his team at GXS. They were fast, timely, and the work was high quality. As valuable to me was how they went above and beyond to help me manage the house while I was away, provided great advice on what to address and not address in the selling process and guidance on how to counter some of the asks from the buyer. They provided value way beyond their bill.

Frank and his team did an amazing job when we had a leak behind our shower.  Everything from helping us deal with our homeowners insurer to making sure the job was perfect.  Thanks guys!

This provider was hired to repair water damage. This took several months. They were supposed to keep the property secure and locked during the time they were working on it since it was unoccupied.  They were negligent in leaving the garage door open over night resulting in art work being stolen. The police were involved. They refused to pay for this loss and refused to give me their insurance information. Legal action is pending.

GXS construction is the best company in Phoenix. Onwer and emplyees at GXS are very professional. Estimator showed up on time. Report send out on time. Estimate  Report is very clear describe the damage, root cause, include draw and dimension. Insurance company willing to pay for  the damage when adjuster see the estimate from GXS construction.
Highly recommend.

We had a small roof leak and contacted roofers recommended by tradespeople and on Angie's List.  Many were not available for several months.  GXS came the same week to evaluate and gave us a very reasonable estimate for the repair.  They were responsive to phone calls and able to schedule repair within 7-10 days.  Crew was efficient and completed the work in one day, leaving everything spotless.  When tiles were removed, they confirmed source of leak with us.  They needed a few additional supplies - and the charge for them was extremely reasonable.  They were recommended by our AC man, and he was right.  They are a great company.  I am keeping them in my file for any future work we might need...they also do general contracting.
