UPDATE 2: The crew has just left after their second visit. We are VERY pleased both with the end result and the professionalism of the crew. I would award 5 stars if this was the result of the first cleaning, but am awarding four simply because of the need to redo. I love to see a company that stands behind its work, and one that values their reputation for quality. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

 UPDATE 1: The business owner contacted me. He was very apologetic and said they guarantee their work. He sent a crew out to redo the cleaning. They're here as I write. Stay tuned for update.

Very disappointed. Our usual carpet cleaner for our rental property retired, and he was a whiz at making the carpets look great in the space of two hours. The Stanley Steamer crew cleaned for 45 minutes. And while the carpets are cleaner, I can't see how a single pet stain was removed, and the carpets just don't look like they've been cleaned. So we're shopping around for someone who can do it right. Any suggestions?

I made the mistake of booking this service originally through Angie's List. It's always a pleasant surprise who Angie's List are able to find for their flat price. I had booked it there for three rooms, with dog treatment for an apartment move-out. My original booking and this one did not work out, but the booking I made directly with Stanley Steemer did. I had asked for a 6pm appointment when I booked through Angie's List the second time. The first time, the cleaner did not show up. Stanley Steemer clearly explained their policies to me and apologized for the experience. They offered to match the price, even though Angie's List had actually booked it for only one room. They worked with me to make sure that I could get the carpet cleaned before my move-out date. They did an excellent job and the price was great!

Just had my carpets cleaned for the first time. I have to say Afrim did a great job on the carpets. They might be a little more than others but I guess a company isn't around for as long as they have based on price. I rather pay the little extra and know its done right.

Horrible. The carpets look the same just soaking wet. Not clean. Do not use this company. Rip off.

After my last rant I received two emails saying my case was opened and the same so sorry to hear of your issue speech I have heard four times over the last 8.5 months.  Remember I've dealt already with two out of area managers and no one in the local office has bothered.
They ripped me off for future services and botched the one service they attempted to provide while aggressively upselling  me to nearly $600 futures services and will not schedule work or refund

Did not call like they said they would and did not move furniture like they said they would. The carpets are not clean. Would not recommend.

I never did hear from Darryl from Stanley Steemer who promised to look into it.  Disappointing customer service.

Most professional carpet cleaning service I've dealt with in the Rogue Valley. The crew located in Phoenix, OR have been very informational about their prices and services they offer. Will definitely be passing along their hard work and dedication to family and friends to use them.

My carpets have never looked better!  Mike & Tyler did a great job. They were prompt & courteous, explained the cleaning process and did a thorough cleaning. They moved all my furniture and put them back with protective pads underneath so there would be no staining on the damp carpet. I have cream colored carpet that was heavily stained in several areas and just plain dirty in others. The spots are all gone and the carpet looks like new.  The price was very reasonable.  And the whole job took less than 2 hours. I will use them again.

FIVE STAR service!  James from Stanley Steamer was just out to clean two wing back chairs. They are 25+ years old fine condition structurally but dirty with a LOT of pet hair.  He did a great job. Fast with no mess and They look line brand new chairs!!  I am very pleased..THANK U!! Highly recommend these folks.

I've been using Stanley Steamer carpet cleaners for years. They are reliable, dependable, don't use any toxic cleaners and do an awesome job. They always arrive promptly and will even give me a heads up that they're on the way. They will move furniture if you want them to and have always gotten out all stains. Carpet dries quickly. Just can't say enough good about this business. AND, I want to give a shout out to Nate, an outstanding employee - courteous, helpful and always does a great job!!

Had major carpet stink (dogs, feet) when moving into a rental... Called these guys and they took the time to do a great job. Fast forward a week and I think smells were lifted from the pad. I called and they said they would come try again at no charge. This second time they finally got it! With the level of smell and stains I think it would have taken anyone a few times but they were so friendly, professional, hard working and quick that I will be definitely using them (and recommending them) in the future.

Joe and Brian cleaned our carpets today and also the tile and grout in the kitchen.
They did a great job!  They were good workers, very polite and very thorough.  We've
had them do the carpets a couple of times before and have always been happy with
their work.  This was the first time we had the tile and grout done, and it looks like
new -- far better than what I could have done myself with hours of scrubbing.  We will
definitely use Stanley Steemer again!

Of the 10 or so carpet cleaning businesses contacted in the greater Medford area, Stanley Steemer in Phoenix, OR, was the only one that picked up its phone. The guy on the phone was very professional. The crew that he sent out were right on time and also very professional. And the carpets look like new. You don't come across service like this much anymore. Wow!

Eric and Andrew from Stanley Steemers came today and I can't tell you how pleased I am . Not only with how great my carpets look and smell but the guys were so friendly and professional! I called and spoke to Eric after another company who cleaned my carpet left it saturated and my home smelling like stagnant dirty water.  Eric and his guys followed through with what they promised and I definitely will not be using any other carpet cleaning company again. Thank you Stanley Steemers!!
