One of their techs, Dj dropped everything to get to my house to help get me into my vehicle because of a lost key. He was absolutely amazing. Should you use this company request him because they just don't get any better!
Tonight my key broke and I couldn't start my car and I called Dependable locksmiths. when they say flat rates it's means FLAT RATES. Nothing beats the price and the service! Frankie got my car back to starting within minutes and gave great service! Will definitely know who tho call next time I need help with my keys. Thank you Frankie!

Absolute ripoff Do not use.
I called them today to do a rekey for my 3 locks which are regular condo size locks. They said it would be 19$ per rekey.
I then purchased the 10$ for 20$ deal on Yelp. The locksmith comes out to my condo and then says it's going to be 35$ per rekey. What a ripoff trying to overcharge me for rekeys. I sent him away righ then and there. Do not use this company.
They showed up 20 minutes after I called them at 8 am. They took great care of me. One small issues I called them back about the owner was at my home within minutes to resolve. Will use them from here on out

I called these people on 11201 N Tatum Blvdon Feb. 22, 2017, and they sent someone who generated a new keybox for my 2010 Toyota Prius. The key worked when I tested it, but when I went to drive my Prius, it generated an warning on the engine, and the hybrid system no longer worked! I asked the technician if when he plugged into my Prius under the dash if he could have caused a problem with it and he said no.
I drove with gasoline to the dealer (with the warning lights all on!), and they charged me $125 to reprogram Prius hybrid communications system and said that the technician had probably inadvertently erased the programming on the system when he programmed my new key box.
When I contacted this company, they refused to re-imburse me the cost to fix my car!
USE THESE PEOPLE AT YOUR OWN RISK. Not sure they are all knowledgeable, and I'm out $125.

This company saved my a** and quickly!!! I locked my keys in my truck while it was running :(. Dependable quickly answered the phone and sent out Frankie, who arrived faster than promised and unlocked the truck quick. I will definitely keep this company in my arsenal when I mess again.

I called a long list of locksmiths and this was THE ONLY ONE that could give me a straightforward price. They were fast, professional, and MOST IMPORTANTLY THE BEST PRICED. We had Frankie come out and he was great. Won't ever use anyone else.

They were extremely fast in getting to office to fix the door. It took about 20 minutes for arrival. The technician was able to get door open and working again. He was very friendly.

This company has very poor customer service! Doesn't follow through with follow up! DO NOT USE THEM!
Just moved from another state and managed to lock myself out of my house. These guys came out quickly and were very friendly, great service. Highly recommend!
Extremely reasonably priced! Frankie was extremely helpful and met me at my car within 20 minutes of me calling. He got me into my car and had a new key made just as fast as he came. Way better than Triple A
BEWARE!!! Wish I'd seen FB posts before scheduling this company to rekey locks for my BFF. They quoted $19 per lock (which I researched and found to be a pretty standard rate), but when the tech arrived he gave her some song and dance about 6 pin cylinders and charged $45 per lock (which I also researched and found to be hogwash). Total price was more than three times what was quoted. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, they are unscrupulous and take advantage of unsuspecting customers. Feel really bad about trying to help someone out and having such a lousy outcome.

I called them at 3:45, didn't give me an arrival time. Called back after an hour to get an ETA. Said about an hour. After a hour still nothing. Finally the tech calls me and says he'll be at my home in 30 to 40 minutes. Then called me an hour later saying he was not coming anymore because his computer was broken! I depended on this company all day to get me a key so I had transportation the next day and they let me know at 8 o'clock at night they aren't coming. Definitely don't recommend trusting this company to help you.
BEWARE!!! Whatever you do DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE SCAMMERS! I had a horrible experience with this company from the moment I used them. First they lied about the pricing. I was told for my vehicle there would be a flat rate of $120 and when the service was finished I was charged $225. I let that go because the service was finished and I thought we would be done there. NOPE! The next day my neighbor shows me that he can unlock my car vehicle with HIS car key!! I called back that day and asked why it happened and what can they do to fix it. Of course I wanted them to come out as soon as possible to get this corrected because not only myself but my neighbor was concerned as well. It took them 3 days to come out and "reprogram" the key. I was annoyed at that point but I decided to let it go AGAIN because I thought we would be done at that point. NOPE, then a couple of days after my key was "reprogrammed" MY VEHICLE WAS STOLEN with the original key that was lost after I was TOLD that key would no longer work. I called the company and asked to speak with a manager in regards to my concerns. I was hung up on and BLOCKED from contacting them. I was fed up and contacted the police to escort me to speak with the manager. When the police arrived the address on the website did not belong to the company. Needless to say we could not locate this company's actual business address and could not contact them by phone. The only reason I put one star is because I had to otherwise there would be none! I am planning on contacting the better business bureau to start an investigation. PLEASE BEWARE PEOPLE!!!!
