Our tenant notified us the front door lock wasn't working at our rental. We found B1 on Yelp and decided to go with them based on their reasonable pricing on the website and staller reviews on Yelp. We contacted the owner Ben for an appointment for the next day between 10-11am. The technician arrived 4 hours late at 3pm, confirmed the cylinder needed to be replaced and lock rekeyed to match the other key. We were quoted $250 total. Itemized receipt attached. The lock replacement alone was $169 compared to $35 quoted on a simple lock. We knew the prices were outrageous but didn't want to schedule with a different provider since our tenant already wasted most of the day waiting for B1. The technician finished the job within 15 min. This will definitely be our last time working with B1, really disappointed in this company.
I needed a new fob w/key and a reprogram of my existing key fob. The service was prompt and priced fairly.
Came within 30 minutes at 8:30pm. Fairly priced and very knowledgeable. Would definitely use their services again if needed.
B-1 answered the phone immediately and were at our house within an hour or two. They did a good job removing a failed door handle which locked the door shut. They were skilled, competent and friendly. The price was very fair.
I will use them whenever the need arises

I called B1 yesterday around 4pm to get a quote for a rekey service. They had someone out to my house within an hour to quote the job and do the work. The tech was very friendly and made quick work of the job. Not to mention the price was extremely fair. I would certainly use them again!
I recently bought a car that only came with one set of keys. I know nothing about duplicating car keys. Ben walked me through the entire process and was very transparent about the cost.
On the day of, Ben was prompt, efficient, and took the extra mile to ensure everything was working correctly. My bump key came with the wrong chip and without batteries. Ben replaced both without charging me extra. I highly recommend Ben to anyone who needs such services. In total I believe I should probably have had to spend 3x as much at a dealership.

This company is amazing, as soon as I called they picked up the phone.
They were very professional over the phone, asked them a few questions about my house smart locks and some questions I wanted to know about rekeying my house lock and get a spare key.
When they came to do the service they gave me a discounted price for a spare transponder key for my car so I ended up buying another spare transponder key for my other car.

I reached out via Yelp at 7:30pm last evening and had a response immediately from Ben who offered to come on out to unlock our vehicle; however, we opted to have him come the following morning. He was prompt; efficient and knowledgeable. Ben was able to unlock our 2014 model vehicle within five minutes of arriving. Because we did not find our keys inside the vehicle we thought we were going to have to go to the dealership to get a key made however, Ben had everything he needed to make us an ignition key right there after we provided him the VIN# etc. All of this was quickly done and at a reasonable cost. Excellent! I had a dead/broken key fob and could not start my car push button ignition. They were there in ten minutes. They replaced my broken key fob, reprogrammed the old, and got me a replacement emergency key in about a half hour total, perfect timing for my Turo rental. I called Locksmith Services For All to re-key our new home. I thought I you'd have to wait a couple of days to have the work redone but they came out the next day. I had all 10 locks done and had two new deadbolts installed. I also that it was going to take all day to get the work done but I was wrong again. All of this only took about 1-2 hours tops. I was really impressed how quick it was. Plus the guy (i think it his name was Ben) was really nice and extremely helpful. I personally would recommend them to my friends here in AZ.

Ben responded to my query for a locksmith right away. We arranged a meeting place for the next day near my workplace. He was very conscientious about my project.
We did have some minor miscommunication on the meeting time, so he was a few minutes later than I thought we had arranged.

Did a re-key for a client who recently purchased a house in Sun Lakes. Ben was awesome... he came out right away and did a free estimate, then took care of everything for my homeowner in about a half hour:)
Being a first time home buyer and not sure how to change the locks... We tried to go to home Depot and lowes and they don't do that anymore without purchasing a new lock there. Which can be costly. We called Ben and was very helpful and empathetic to our situation (of needing our locks changed asap) he sent someone out right away to assist. Not only was it convenient, affordable, and fast he was very nice and got the job done. Would definitely recommend!

Called for same day service and a technician was able to come out in an hour. The guy was polite and helpful with all my questions, and made suggestions that would help with the alignment of locks on the doors. My only complaint was the 3 locks took almost 1.5 hours to complete, and that was because he didn't have the right tools. Overall I'm satisfied with the service.

Quick service. Called to setup the appointment and the technician arrived right on time. He told me $15/per lock on the phone (8 locks). Looked at our locks and said they were too old (15 yrs) and said it would be $300+ to rekey the locks since they were so old . So we paid him a $35 service fee for coming out and then went to Home Depot to get the locks to do ourselves. We paid $60 for all the dead bolts and locks we need. The more I think about this the more upset I get. He wanted to charge us over double what he said on the phone.
I had to change this review from the original since we had to write a review to get the yelp discount before the guy even started service.

The door leading to the garage from inside my house could not be opened because the locking mechanism jammed inside the door and prevented the knob from operating properly. I called B1 Locksmith and Ben arranged service for me the very same morning at 8 am. His technician, Dave, wore a mask and was extremely efficient and courteous when he assessed the situation. I needed a new lock and hardware, as well. He picked out a perfect matching knob for my current hardware, not easy to do as it is rubbed bronze and requires a skilled eye to find the matching finish on the new, replacement hardware, but Dave came through with flying colors! Thanks to B1 Locksmiths, my door works like new and looks like new! I could not be more pleased. The cost was very reasonable, as well. B1 Locksmith will be my choice in the future if I am ever in need of any locksmith services. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND B1 for all of your locksmith needs!
This company had prompt response I was in a very bad situation I had my car keys my house key stolen out of my garage that was open long story but we're not gonna get into that I messaged him here responded within minutes and we were texting back-and-forth and he said when do you need us and within an hour they were here and gentleman that was here went above and beyond regarding the car keys that had to be reprogrammed so great company reasonable prices professional if you need a locksmith this is the company to go to

I have to give another review to this company. This time it was me who left the keys inside the house. I called really early in the morning as I was leaving for work. I probably woke Ben up, he said that the technician will arrive shortly. David was sent since he came to help me last time. It was rush hour but he got exactly at the time he said he would, and normally they charge an extra fee because of those rush hour circumstances. David was so nice and he did not charge me the extra fee. He went to his car to see if he had an extra case ( those designed to hide keys), he didn't find one but just the fact that he did that it showed that he went above and beyond to provide excellent customer service. It's not a great morning when you cannot unlock the door to the garage from inside of the house or inside the garage. Despite removing both sides of the lock I was still unable to get the door opened, so I checked yelp to find a locksmith.
B1 had the best rating on yelp for Chandler locksmiths so I called them. Dave was out in less than an hour, had the door opened within 5 minutes of arriving, immediately diagnosed the cause, had the new part in his vehicle and finished the repair in short order. Very pleasant and cheerful to work with and charged me a fair price. I now have a great locksmith I will most definitely use and recommend in the future.

Called multiple locksmiths and they all declined to program my spare car key for my 2015 Toyota. This was the only place that would do it for me. He came 45 minutes early and even showed me step by step about everything he was doing. I paid nearly half the price compared to the Toyota Dealership for a new Toyota Smart Key. 100% would recommend.
Quick, and helpful! Offers services to make an extra key on the spot which was exactly what my next step was going to be after getting my sons car door unlocked. Might as well put the money towards something that is needed and helpful!
Locked my keys in my car, called Locksmith services for all, they were reasonably priced, clear, and efficient. Ben was so nice and calming in an anxious moment and very good at what he does. Overall he only took about 15 minutes once he arrived even though my car was burning hot and very difficult to break into. Would call them again even though I really hope I don't have to.

These guys are awesome!!! It's super bowl Sunday and my husband and I run out of the house with our baby to go to the grocery. Sitting in the driveway we realize we locked ourselves out, which if you are a parent to a baby especially, is your biggest nightmare. Quick response to my quote within 10 minutes! Fair decent price to changing my locks.
I spoke with owner and he quoted me a price but the technician came and said he wound do it for a more expensive price but then I said Ben said he would do it for x price and he said okay. Honestly at the end of day I asked them to buy some extra parts and their labor seemed to cost like 200 per hour so it was very expensive. This type labor should be 40 or 50 it's screws and some bolts. I was in a hurry and needed access so I get what I pay for. Otherwise service was good , they had good communication and did a good job on install and explained how to use the Camelot schlage lock.

Highly recommended!!! The other week, I locked myself out of my car in the grocery store parking lot -- with frozen groceries. It was stressful because I know a lot of these locksmith places are scams, so I called around for the best price. Ben said he could come to me within a few minutes and make me a new car key on the spot! I chose him because he was much friendlier on the phone than the other places, he seemed to genuinely want to help me.

I sent a message on Yelp at 1:00 and had new keys by 4:00. That's two new deadbolt locks, one door knob lock and rekeyed the original deadbolt. That's a total of 4 locks all changed and one now key opens them all.
Dave came out, was courteous and prompt and professional. Definitely recommend!
Had an excellent experience with Ben and Manny. Had lost transponder keys to our SUV. Manny came out quickly and and had two new keys working quickly. Also went above and beyond and reprogrammed the keypad entry. They were also less expensive than the other quotes we received.

Like an idiot I locked myself out, called another locksmith he said he'd call me back, called this guy and he said he'd be here in 15 minutes, was here in about 10. Opened the lock in 5 minutes and gave me a yelp discount. Highly recommended.
Ben helped me open a locked security cabinet that contained the alarm system for my house. He was so proficient that I asked him if he would also rekey the house locks (we just moved in) and he did it right then and there. His prices were the best in the business and he's good at what he does. Give this guy a call!
The technicians arrived in a very short while after my request. One of my interior door knob latch got stuck and the door could not be opened. They helped taking off the lock very quickly. Good service!

Dave was amazing!!! First of all, between calling the company and arriving at our house, took just 30min. After having the store installer giving up on us to install our new Yale Nest door lock, Dave took the time to understand what was going on and successfully installed our smart Lock. Great service! While there was a delay in returning my initial call, Ben explained the office was closed. Once we did arrange for service, they called enroute and arrived early! Manny did an excellent, quick job rekeying the house and installing a new front entry door handleset. Would use the service again!

Called them originally quoted 20 mins, had a tech in less than 15 mins. Ben came out and explained the different options between just unlocking, to creating a door-only key, to a chip key. All very reasonably priced considering i priced a key at the dealership at over $250 - this was $220 for ignition key, door key and emergency pop lock! Ben is super nice quick and efficient! Had door unlocked in under 15 mins and key made under 25 mins. All this and i was just visiting! So glad i called them so it didnt slow down my family socializing!
They came within 30 minutes of my call, worked proficiently, acted professionally, priced reasonably. Would use them again.

Ben came out within 15 minutes to help me with my car. I had locked the keys in the car while it was running and didn't have spare keys with me. He got to the location so quickly and I wasn't worried about the car running for too long. He gave me the options on how he could get into the car and offered key duplicating key services... which was nice since my car keys just can't easily be duplicated as it requires a chip in the key.
He could do everything right from his service van and he did it so quickly! Which was also a bonus because it's hot outside waiting for your car to be unlocked in AZ! I would definitely use them again if I happen to lock myself out of my car. Quick, easy, painless service was just what I received! Prompt response! I received a phone call within a minute of sending an email to Ben. Within half an hour he was at my house changing my locks.
I believe he charged me a ridiculously large amount. After he did the work, I received another quote from another company for $150.00 to $200.00. Ben charged me $750.00 which was after the initial quote of $2,000.00.
The service was good and the guys were professional. They even came to my house on a Sunday to change my locks (their suggestion). They showed up on time and came ready to work. The only opportunity to improve was that I had to pay the entire bill up front. I'm ok if someone takes my credit card info before starting work to validate that I can pay, but I don't appreciate being charged until the job is done. Take the feedback, Gents, and next time you get the 5 stars.

He was also so sweet and my grandma is a complete hugger and she practically would not let go of him, thanking him. I am so grateful. The next best part was that he was telling us he does commercial businesses as well. My friend is moving her hair salon to a new location in Phoenix, I know she needs to change the locks once we move her in. I cannot be happier with these guys. Ben is an awesome technican. He came right out, and rekeyed my new house. Best of all, it was all done in the same day. These guys have definitely earned my repeat business.

Locksmiths for All provided a very convenient and quick rekeying service for me. They travel with the key making equipment so the entire service can be completed on site. They are also very clear about the pricing upfront and make sure there are no surprises for the customer.

Ben was excellent. He showed up on time and both rekeyed my mail box (prior owner didn't give me a key at the time of sale) as well as an unusual key-based garage lock. He took care of everything while I was unpacking from my move. Both items took a total of less than an hour and were priced very reasonably. I would certainly recommend Ben and use his services again.
