Northwest Lock & Safe

John at Northwest Lock & Safe went above and beyond the normal level of service I would hope for from a locksmith.

When my father was hospitalized in Kingman the police locked the door behind them with no way back in. I live in Illinois. With no family nearby or anyone to tend to my father's pets I became extremely worried. John was kind enough to work with me over the phone as I coordinated a family friend to come from TEXAS to be present while he opened the house.

I cannot express my gratitude enough.

They came out and change my locks on my house. And when I needed a new key program for my Chevy they told me how for free when the Chevy dealership wanted 125 for the same thing!

Exceptional service.
Got them as a referral, as the company I was using no longer did locksmith services. Went to the office, met a manager and explained what I needed.
He actually dispatched the team to my house the same day.
All I needed was to rekey a lock so I just need to use on key to access all doors.
While I was there, they have a show room full of safes, fire extinguishers and other home safety measures.
I would recommend this place to anyone in need of any security measures for the home of business.

Friendly and professional, needed a key fob programmed to my Nissan so I went to this locksmith. Thanks for the help!!

STOP DOING BUSINESS WITH THIS BUSINESS.
This is why.
I went into the store to get 3 Do Not Copy keys made.
When the lady came back after making my keys that was stamped
Do Not Copy for some reason the lady had to tell me that she makes
keys all the time that people bring in here that says Do Not Copy on the key.
I do not know why she does such a evil thing or had to tell me of her evil ways of jeopardising peoples life.
All I know is I will never do business with this company again.
I hope they have to close their doors soon so my places will be just that much more safer.
I do not feel secure with a business that is supposed to make you feel safe doing such evil.
I own rental properties and I need to do business with a company that I feel safe with.
And this company will never make me feel safe.
I am not only putting this on Yelp.
I am sending a copy of what I wrote on here to the owner of their company.

A huge thank you to Nilda. Walmart told me my key was chipped. It wasn't.... And the dealer didn't have any and if they ordered them they would've charged me $25 per key. Apparently the key that I was given from the dealer was cut wrong so it was sticking when you tried to remove it from the ignition. She literally took the time to figure out the key code and make sure they all worked. Very professional and dedicated to making sure the job is done right! If I ever have the need again I will definitely be sure to return.

I have lived here for several years and never had need of a locksmith until one day this week when I locked my keys in my truck. I texted a few friends for advice on who to call and was told that Northwest Lock was the best. They treated me so well! Fast, friendly, and efficient service. I went in to the store later that day to have a spare key made for me and the service was once again excellent. Thank you so much!

Best in town!  Prompt, courteous & professional. Highly recommend !!  Only game in town as far as I'm concerned. All the locals know, call Northwest!  Been that way for as long as I can remember.  Had the privilege of bumping into them today while they did a service call next door to my office, they took time to come over & help me also & done in minutes. I purchased a key on amazon for my car and my mother went in and got it cut. I ordered a new key and go to get it cut. So this time the old lady said that it wouldn't work and denied our service and was rude "I don't know why you kids are trying to get these fancy keys." I don't think it's necessary to support a business that is rude to people and denies service. Please don't go here she is judgmental and rude. My mother and I are very annoyed and disappointed.

The staff at Northwest Lock and Safe are great! Real professionals. I wouldn't go anywhere else!

Waited the 6 hours and still not done. I told them my time frame and I was told 2 jobs ahead of mine. I went to another locksmith in town and had it done in half an hour. If you can't do the work don't take the job. I would not recommend to anyone.
